In order to evaluate the necessity for the support during the excavation of the transport drift and use the data for design applications, laboratory testings of mechanical properties of rock samples and engineering rock mass classifications on this study site were performed. The values of RMR and Q-system are 68 and 11.8, respectively. Since these results were evaluated as good, this rock mass were determined to be unsupported. Full face excavation method was determined to be suitable for excavating this drift. In case of excavation, smooth blasting techniques must be carried out at the wall rock and the crown. However, considering the blast vibration etc. that have an effect on the surrounding rock mass, approximately less than 9kg of explosive charges per blast should be maintained.

Escalating rate of working women is increasing the necessity for day-care centers. Moreover, insufficient child-care system is known as one of many factors that relate to the seriously low birth-rate of our society. Therefore providing more adequate day-care centers can not be regarded as a mere personal necessity but a social need to be considered at corporate and governmental level. The current study analyzes 'Reggio-emilia teaching method' which is a type of early childhood educational program and its relationship to the built environment. It also examines current interior spaces of Reggio-emilia day-care centers and suggests designs for an day-care center appropriate for educating children in Korea.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to introduce the necessity of introduction and to proposal the methods of introduce for animal physical therapy in Korea. Method : This study is a literature study with books, article and the information through every route for introduction of animal physical therapy in Korea. Results : Animal physical therapy should be introduced to Korea with global trend. For this, it should be need academic exchanges of veterinary and physiotherapy. And there is an urgent need for an educational framework and an institutional framework. And physiotherapist requires preparation and understanding of the animal anatomy. Conclusion : There is an urgent need for an animal physical therapy to welfare and medical benefit of Korean animal companion. The physiotherapist should be prepare educational framework, institutional framework and clinical strategy.

Recently, according to the development of mechatronics industry that was composed of NT, ST, IT, RT and etc, the 1 necessity of nano-parts was increased. Because of the necessity, this research was started for improving work precision of the parts as fixing UPCU( Ultra Precision Cutting Unit)on lathe. So, in this research we executed the modeling of UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) by the application of PZT, the relationship between the displacement of tool in UPCU and the cutting force of it has been in take a triangular position in the case of plane cutting. The modeling of system that is containing the fine displacement was performed. Also, we found like to find the optimal cutting condition through the simulation of relationship between the displacement and the cutting force.

The live-line works are very dangerous works on direct contacts or neighboring contacts with the distribution line. But most of domestic electrical construction companies that have performed live-line works are small-scale companies. Accordingly, safety management system and manuals to insure worker's safety haven't sufficiently had. In this paper, risk and status of accidents for the live-line works were analyzed and the necessity of introducting risk assessment for live-line works was identified by a questionnaire survey of electrical construction companies and education institutions.

This study carried out surveys for 197 nail shop practitioners and 195 customers 1) to study the real condition of their hygiene awareness and safety consciousness and 2) to grasp their awareness of the necessity of legislating a related bill so as to build an independent domain of business and to propose data on the national qualification system of nail care. As a result, it was found that the level of the nail care practitioners' experiences of safety education was very low, and that the customers attached importance to the necessity of nail salon practitioners' certificate and license and the nail treatment-related bill more than the nail care practitioners themselves. In conclusion, the preparation of a nail art-related bill is required at the state level for the management of the safety and hygiene of national health, and systematic and regular education related to hygiene should be carried out.

This study is concerned with a few models for optimal requirement level of CSP by improving and adjusting the existing models to determine CSP items and quantity as follows. First, by building a model with a objective function of the operating level and constrains of budget, quantity and items of CSP are simultaneously determined. Second, we removed some steps to improve initial solution by using a constraint of usable budget level. Third, we demonstrated a model to be applied with real operating situation by combining two models of Lee(1994) and above. Lastly, by assuming a failure probability distribution is a binomial distribution, the better solution can be obtained. Some facts with necessity of policy improvement were raised as follows: (1) necessity of improvement of the CSP acquisition system, (2) in case of the same kind, permission of diversion in order to execute budget effectively, (3) getting accurate failure rate.

In a competitive environment of electric power industry, the level of uncertainly increase due to generation investment decisions creating new challenge to transmission system planner. The use of a locational signal and the provision of a indicative plan to control the transmission investment reasonably is very important in the viewpoint of a regulator. The main target of this study is to emphasize on the necessity for considering simultaneously both transmission expansion plan and congestion cost. In this paper, we investigate necessity of development of enormous energy used cleanroom energy saving techniques furthermore we also investigate the adoption of dependability management system to develop the energy saving cleanroom development process.
