This study is concerned with the introduction and operation of smart factories. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, we made a standard system of smart factory and investigated the recognition system. This study was conducted as a grounded theory methodology among qualitative research methodologies. The results of the study are the necessity of a tool to appropriately evaluate the new manufacturing process management system and related management activities to achieve the successful introduction of smart factories and the management performance of the organization. In order to successfully implement the Smart Factory Certification System, it is necessary to establish a certification organization system, enact relevant laws and amendments, operate government-led pilot projects, train professional workers, and establish incentive policies.

America automakers are requiring their suppliers to implement the QS-9000 based quality system, through they have had a little lukewarm attitude. Therefore, our auto parts makers need to cope with the QS-9000. This paper describes the interrelationship between ISO 9000 requirements and the QS-9000 requirements, the way to solve the problems step by step that originate from the QS-9000 quality system auditing and QS-9000 tendancy.

The BMAP/M/N/O queueing system operating in Markovian random environment is investigated. The stationary distribution of the system is calculated. Loss probability and other performance measures are calculated. Numerical experiments which show the necessity of taking into account the influence of random environment and correlation in input flow are presented.

To investigate the adequacy of maglev train system to future urban transport environments, first we derived minimum necessity requirements of the new-transit system by analyzing the issues in the urban transit management and new needs of transportation customers. Then the conformity of Maglev train to the requirements was examined. With respect to this adequacy analysis, policy directions and agenda of the making practical use of urban transit Maglev system' is proposed.

This paper proposes the strain-insensitive temperature sensing in quasi-distributed sensor system using different thermal expension coefficient materials. This system has the high sensitivity and hasn't the necessity of reference signal. We can monitor the condition of the power cable with this system.

The purpose of this study is to look into the necessity of strengthening the knowledge base about longitudinal and latitudinal coordinate system in secondary educational curriculum. GPS based location service increases the use of longitude and latitude coordinate system. And many developed countries including USA and Japan have already included this contents in secondary education curriculum. But the secondary school Curriculum of Korea does not include the detailed contents regarding longitudinal and latitudinal coordinate system theory, and as a result the level of Korean students knowledge on this subject is low. The frequency of appearing of the information related to longitudinal and latitudinal coordinate systems in newspaper articles in Korea has been steadily increasing since after 2000. And a lot of articles appearing in newspapers provide the location information in the form of longitude and latitude coordinates, so the readers would be able to apply that. It was found out that the situation in schools is developed good enough for the use of spatial information system based upon the longitudinal and latitudinal coordinate system. The conclusion is that geography education in Korea needs systematical implementation of the knowledge base of longitudinal and latitudinal coordinate system.

Southeast Asia is a strategic market for both technology and inspection system to enter simultaneously. At the core market is Vietnam which is know to have the fourth highest registration of motorcycles as of 2016. The Motorcycle Inspection System is a social regulation, furthermore, the impact of the system is delivered through indirect means such as minimization of social cost. Therefore, measurements on the perception of users on the needs for an inspection system serves as valuable data to simultaneously enter this markets. This research is an empirical study on the perception of Vietnamese users on the needs to adopt a motorcycle inspection system based on data collected through surveys and is aimed at conducting a preliminary investigation on consumer behavior in Vietnam. The empirical study conducted through surveys revealed that Vietnamese motorcycle users perceive the needs for an inspection system for maintenance, safe operations and selling used vehicles at a reasonable price. In addition, the study also verified that the safe operations factor has a moderating effect due to interaction between prevention of illegal vehicle and reduction of emission gases. This research results present implications in developing equipment adapted to the local area in order to enter into a strategic market. Moreover, it is expected that the findings will also serve as valuable data for bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the diffusion of technology.

Environmental impact assessment is a regulation that is implemented to reduce harmful environmental impacts of development projects. However, The environmental value is difficult to quantify and the uncertainty, There is a problem of objectivity and reliability of the system is consistently pointed out. Therefore, the necessity of the data-based environmental impact assessment system is gradually increasing. Especially, environmental impact assessment is highly applicable to environmental spatial information because it contains about the development of a particular area. Also with the introduction of EIA Follow-up management system, there is a demand for a system for providing and utilizing environmental information in a time series. This study derives the necessity of information provision system and analyz existing environmental information utilization system based on the institutional characteristics of environmental impact assessment. And suggest ways to provide environmental spatial information to find policy implications for improving the limit of environmental impact assessment system.

The supply for the apartment complex in Korea has been accomplished by the sale before building system as a way of institutional means to support massive housing supply in the past. Although this sale before building system has helped the provision of the housing, the necessity of that has been weakened in the current housing market. As this market is changed to emphasize on consumer, the necessity of conversion to sale after building system was raised and finally enforced partially. However, the sale after building system has difficulty in ensuring construction fund and the safety of housing business. So, the diversification in the style of business structure we and the strategy for the activation of construction fund will solve these problems. Consequently, this essay examine the change and influence in the construction fund after adopting sale after building system and suggest the appropriate strategy in project financing for providing fund and reducing the risk in construction business.

This research surveyed parents' perception on the accreditation system of public type child care centers with 202 parents of 7 public type child care centers in K-province. The results were as follows. First, concerning the necessity of the accreditation system of public type child care centers, high necessity was shown. Second, concerning the influence of the accreditation system on child care center selection, positive responses were shown. Third, the concerning level of perception on the accreditation system of public type child care centers, parents had focused on only the tuition of child care centers. The conclusion was that publicity activities are necessary for parents to understand the goal and role of public type child care centers and to have social concern on it through the various media. The parents' opinion of public type child care centers should be surveyed and is reflected on the accreditation system of public type child care centers for increasing the choices on the public type child care centers.
