  • The concentrating solar module with high concentration ratio(320)has been studied.in this paper. The solar module was composed of the EMVJ solar cell, (Fresnel Lens-DCPC)concentrator and heat sink, and was measured by using the PASTF system. The experimental result and the result analysis for the individual item of the module were as f ollows; (1) The conversion efficiency of the module was 8.3%. (2) The optical efficiency of the concentrator was 46.5% (DCPC; 84.8%, Fresnel Lens; 54.8%). (3) The thermal loss of the solar cell was 4.9%. And methods for the further improvement of the concentrating solar module efficiency have been suggested.

  • This paper represent about design of the controller for battery of a reflector of retaining wall for power supply using PV Module. Simulation is represents V-I and power characteristic by Mathematica & Design Cneter 6.3 & Qnet 2.1 Finally we composed of road surface-signpost system.   • As 4.0 industry has been developed, research on a self-driving car technology and related parts of an automobile has been highly investigated recently. Particularly, a TAS(Torque Angle Sensor) module on steering wheel system has been considered as a key technology because of its precise angle, torque detection and high speed signal processing. The environmental assessment is generally required on the TAS module to examine high resolution of angle/torque detection. In the case of existing TAS module, angle detection errors has been occurred by back-lash on main and sub gear in addition to complicated structure caused by gears. In this paper, a structure of the TAS module, which minimizes the numbers of components and angle detection errors on the module compared with the existing TAS module, for vehicle steering system based on a Multi-track Encoder has been proposed. Also, angle detection signal processing board, and key technology of the TAS module were fabricated and evaluated. As a result of the experiments, we confirmed an excellent performance of the fabricated signal processing board for angle detection and an applicability of the fabricated angle detection board on the TAS module of vehicles by the environmental assessment an automobile standard.

로봇 착유시스템을 위한 착유컵 착탈모듈 개발 (Development of Teat-cups Attachment Module for Robot Milking System)

  • The purpose of this study was the development of teat-cup attachment module for robot milking system. The teat-cups attachment module was controlled on the two dimensional space independently, Each teat cup of an end effector was independently controlled via two axis control based on the position information data obtained from the image processing system. This system was developed install of all 4 teat cups at the same time after adjusting positions of each teat sequentially. The individual motion system was operated using two servo motors for the high speed of teat position adjustment. The errors fur the individual motion system of teat cups were maximum 1.0mm, minimum 0.0mm, and average 0.6mm. The operating time for adjusting the teat cups position required about 1.0 second. It is envisaged that teat cups attachment module can be applicate to milking robot being developed in consideration of the experiment results for the teat cups operation accuracy and the actuation speed of servo motors.

  • 전화 서비스는 우리가 일상생활에서 널리 사용하고 있는 서비스이며, ATM기반의 초고속정보통신망에서도 가장 많은 수요가 있을 것으로 기대되는 서비스 중의 하나이다. 따라서 ATM망과 PSTN망을 접속하여 ATM망에 접속된 컴퓨터와 기존 PSTN망의 가입자간에 전화 서비스를 제공해 주는 연동 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ATM망에 접속된 클라이언트와 PSTN망에 접속된 전화 가입자간에 전화 서비스를 제공하는 연동 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 연동 시스템은 PSTN I/F 모듈, 신호 처리 모듈, 음성 샘플링 모듈, 음성 재생 모듈, 전송 모듈, ATM I/F 모듈로 구성하였다. PSTN I/F 모듈과 ATM I/F 모듈은 상용 제품을 이용하여 구현하였고, 신호처리 모듈, 음성 샘플링 모듈, 음성 재생 모듈 및 전송 모듈은 윈도우95를 사용한 PC에서 소프트웨어로 구현하였다. 구현된 연동 시스템을 잉요하여 시험망을 구축하고 동작을 시험한 결과, ATM망의 클라이언트와 PSTN망의 전화 가입자간에 전화 서비스를 원활히 제공해 주었으며, 이를 통해 두 통신망간을 접속하는 연동 시스템이 올바르게 동작함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문은 실내 환경에서의 엔터테인먼트 활용을 목적으로 쿼드로터형 비행체를 위한 비전 기반의 궤적 추종제어 시스템을 다룬다. 항공촬영 및 감시 등의 특수임무를 완수하기 위해 자율성이 강조되는 실외 비행체와 비교할 때, 엔터테인먼트를 목적으로 하는 실내 환경에서의 비행체를 위해서는 안정성 및 정밀성이 특히 고려된 호버링 및 궤적추종 기능 등이 요구된다. 이에, 본 논문은 동작생성, 자세추정, 궤적추종 모듈로 구성된 궤적추종 제어시스템을 제안한다. 동작생성 모듈은 매 시간에서의 3차원 자세로 기술되는 동작들에 대한 연속적인 시퀀스를 생성한다. 자세추정 모듈은 비행체에 장착된 원형 링 패턴의 인식을 통해 쿼드로터의 3차원 자세정보를 추정한다. 궤적추종 모듈은 동작생성 모듈과 자세추정 모듈로부터 제공되는 정보를 이용하여 쿼드로터 비행체의 3차원 위치를 실시간적으로 제어한다. 제안된 시스템의 성능은 단일 점 추종, 다점 추종, 곡선궤적 추종에 대한 실험을 통해 평가된다.

  • Recently new construction system, the Infill Modular Construction System, is being emphasized depending on the industrialized technology introduction and the needs of high-rise housing. In order to applicate the Infill Modular Construction System and activate the domestic market, development of insufficient element technologies against the advanced technologies should be preceded and mobile device development of Infill Unit Module which is differentiated from the existing modular construction systems should be needed urgently. As advanced research for the activation of the Infill Modular Construction System, this research aims to develop Infill Unit Module's mobile device. This is expected to improve the constructability of Infill Unit Module. In addition development of mobile device considering weight of Infill Unit Module and construction errors are being planned.

  • This paper deals with the development of an expert process design system interfaced with CAD for porismatic parts in injection mold manufacture. The developed CAD/CAPP system consists of two modules such as CAD interface module and process design module. Parts are represented using AutoCAD system on the IBM PC/AT. CAD interface module recognizes form features and manufacturing features of the part using form feature recognition algorithm and manufacturing feature recognition rule base. Process design module selects operations and determines machine tools, cutting tools and operation sequencing by using knowledge base which is acquired from expert process planners. A case study is implemented to evaluate feasibilities of the function of the proposed system. The CAD/CAPP system can improve the efficiency of process design activities and reduce the time required for process design.

  • An automated process planning system for cold forging of non-axisymmetric parts of comparatively simple shape was developed in this study. Programs for the system have been written with Visual LISP in the AutoCAD using a personal computer and are composed of four main modules such as input module, shape cognition and shape expression module, material diameter determination module and process planning module. The design rules and knowledges for th system are extracted from the plasticity theories. handbook, relevant reference and empirical knowledge of field experts. Generally, in forging, only front view is needed for expression of axisymmetric parts, but non-axisymmetric parts are needed both front view and plane. At the plane, this system cognizes the external shape of non-axisymmetric parts - number of sides of regular polygon and radius of a circle circumscribing the polygon of n sides. At the front view, the system perceives diameter of axisymmetric portions and hight of primitive geometries such as polygon, cylinder, cone, concave, convex, etc.
