크랭크스로 단조강의 피로수명의 확률분포 추정 (Estimation of Probability Distribution of Fatigue Lives in Crank Throw Forged Steel)

  • Because of the severe service environment of the large marine vessel, the fatigue strength and its evaluation play an important role in design and maintenance of marine crankshaft. The aim of this work is to investigate the probability distribution of fatigue lives in crank throw forged steel and to develop the methodology for estimation of the probabilistic design fatigue strength. Detailed studies were performed on the constant amplitude axial loading fatigue test. The experiments were controlled by stress ratio of -1 and 15Hz frequency for each stress level. The considerable variability of fatigue life was observed in each stress level under rigidly controlled constant fatigue testing conditions. The fatigue life of crank throw forged steel was well followed the log-normal and Weibull distribution. In addition, it can be used for the estimation of probabilistic design fatigue strength by using the proposed methodology.

  • Pulsation variance technique is blended the bumpy popple-sonance status of the brilliant-disparity understanding level (BDUL) on pulsation understanding gestalt. The understanding level condition by the pulsation understanding gestalt system is composed with the popple-sonance system. As to look for a two-node white-small dot of the brilliant situation, we are to take of the pulsation value with two-node white-small dot by the output signal. The concept of understanding level is composed the reference of brilliant-disparity level for variance signal by the pulsation sonance gestalt. Moreover indicating a bumpy variance of the BDUL of the maximum-minimum in terms of the popple-sonance gestalt, and pulsation two-node white-small dot sonance that was the a pulsation value of the far variance of the Pul-ug-FA-${\pi}_{MAX}$-MIN with $23.24{\pm}3.36units$, that was the a pulsation value of the convenient variance of the Pul-ug-CO-${\pi}_{MAX}$-MIN with $7.97{\pm}1.60units$, that was the a pulsation value of the flank variance of the Pul-ug-FL-${\pi}_{MAX}$-MIN with $3.02{\pm}0.47units$, that was the a pulsation value of the vicinage variance of the Pul-ug-VI-${\pi}_{MAX}$-MIN with $0.50{\pm}(-0.01)units$. The popple sonance will be to evaluate at the bumpy ability of the popple-sonance gestalt with two-node white-small dot by the pulsation understanding level on the BDUL that is indicated the brilliant-disparity gestalt by the understanding level system. We will be possible to suppress of a gestalt by the special signal and to utilize a pulsation data of popple sonance level by the popple understanding system.

  • 무선통신 프로토콜의 구현에서 MAC 계층은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 결합한 시스템-온-칩으로 출시하는 것이 일반적이다. 하지만 이러한 시스템 개발에서 하드웨어의 개발에 많은 시간이 소요되므로 하드웨어의 개발 완료 이전에 소프트웨어의 개발 및 검증하기 위한 환경이 필요하다. 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 통합 개발에서 하드웨어는 HDL(Hardware Description Level)을 이용한 RTL(Register Transfer Level) 로의 하드웨어 모델링을 통해서, 소프트웨어는 ISS를 통해 시뮬레이션 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 시스템의 개발 복잡도가 점차 증가함에 따라 기존 RTL(Register Transfer Level) 보다 높은 추상 레벨에서의 모델링을 이용하는 ESL(Electronic System Level) 설계가 이루어지고 있다. ESL 설계는 비시간 모델과 시간 모델로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 시간 모델이 아닌 비시간 모델 시뮬레이션을 위한 MCU를 설계 및 구현한다. 제안하는 MCU는 비시간 모델에서 정확한 시간이 요구되는 부분 보다는 시스템의 동작을 쉽고 빠르게 검증함으로써 시스템 설계 초기 단계에 시스템의 최적화뿐만 아니라 설계 완료 시점을 앞당길 수 있다. 또한 운영체제를 구동할 수 있는 MCU 모듈을 설계함으로써 MAC 계층의 소프트웨어 부분을 실시간 운영체제 상에서 구현할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SystemC 기반의 MCU 모듈과 실시간 운영체제 동작을 지원하는 UC/OS-II 모듈을 제안한다.

  • In this article, the performances of acoustic enclosure with double resilient mount system which was designed by ADD to reduce the radiated noise by main noise source of ships, was tested and evaluated. From test results, it was verified that the acoustic performances of acoustic enclosure satisfied the requirements; vibration isolation level at 1st stage mount system of 15 ㏈ and airborne noise reduction level of 20 ㏈ in broad band.

  • Autonomous Underwater Vehicles(AUVs) have become an important tool for various purposes in subsea: inspection, recovery, construction, etc., and the development of autonomous control system is luglay desirable- thete zffe many problems associated with designing the control system for AUV due to unknown underwater envimn-Tnent, the possibility of subsystem failures, and unpredictable changes in the dynamics of the vehicle. In this paper, an autonomous control system based on the intelligent control theory to enhance operation efficiency of the ALTV is presented. The control system has a hierarchical structure which consists of mission planning level, mission control level, navigation level, and execution level. The performance of the control system is investigated by computer simulation. The results show that the proposed control system can be applied successfully to the AUV in spite of the possibility of failures in the vehicle and the collision hazard in the sea environment.

부산 패션디자인 교육의 현황에 관한 연구 (A study on the Situations of Fashion Design Education in Busan)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the situations and satisfaction of fashion design education in Busan, and the way to promote it. Data were collected from 192 college(university) students and 185 vocational students living in Busan and analysed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's $\alpha$, multiple regression, and t-test. The results are as follow; 1. Factor analysis has extracted three factors: environmental factors, student factors and quality of education factors. 2. The biggest factor that affects the satisfaction level of the education fumed out to be the student factors, followed by the environmental factors. 3. Demonstrated that vocational students were more satisfied with their education and had a higher degree of pride and confidence in their educational factors and level of satisfaction than college(university) students. In conclusion, we must encourage the industrial-educational corporation to promote the practicality of the fashion design education system and make diversification and specialization of the curriculum of fashion design education to cultivate students of talent.

  • BIM(Building Information Modeling) in the architecture, VDC(Virtual Design and Construction) defined CIFE(Center for Integrated Facility Engineering) of Stanford university in USA, and Data-driven design definition issued by TECDOC-1284 of IAEA are doing data-level design generated by 3D CAD technology, integrating and managing related information based on the 3D model, and Using 3D models effectively during nuclear power plant life cycle. 3D model of domestic nuclear power industry is using interference review between design fields, 4D system linked 3D construction model and schedule activity, but the 3D model generated in the design phase is effectively not utilized during the construction, operation, decommissioning. therefore, This study is aimed to suggest 3D model LOD(Level of Detail) advancement method through the analysis of existing literature, 2D drawings, and 3D models throughout nuclear power plant lifecycle.

  • 본 연구에서는 Parwan CPU를 VHDL을 이용하여 Behavioral Leve에서 기술하고 Dataflow LEVEL에서 상호 연결하여 기술하였고, Test-bench 방식을 이용하여 프로세서의 동작을 확인하기 위해 시뮬레이션 하였다. 제시된 방식은 설계의 정보교환이 용이하고 동작의 표현이 정확하고 간결하였으며, 설계의 문서화가 용이하며, 구성된 프로세서의 동작을 확인하기가 용이하였다. VHD교의 Behavioral 기술은 설계자에게 설계된 시스템을 확인할 때 많은 도움을 주었으며. Dataflow 기술은 설계의 버스연결과 레지스터 구조를 확인할 때 유용하게 사용할 수 있었다.

Three-Way Balanced Multi-level Semi Rotation Sampling Designs

  • The two-way balanced one-level rotation design has been discussed (Park, Kim and Choi, 2001), where the two-way balancing is done on interview time in monthly sample and rotation group. We extend it to three-way balanced multi-level design under the most general rotation system. The three-way balancing is accomplished on interview time not only in monthly sample and rotation group but also in recall time. We present the necessary condition and rotation algorithm which guarantee the three-way balancing. We propose multi-level composite estimators (MCE) from this design and derive their variances and mean squared errors (MSE), assuming the correlation from the measurements of the same sample unit and three types of biases in monthly sample.

Design and Control of a Marine Satellite Antenna

  • A three axes marine satellite antenna has been developed. As a design step, a CAD model for the antenna has been created according to the design requirements. Kinematic analyses are carried out to insure design specification and to check collision detection of the CAD model. Marine satellite antennas experience base motions, and a relevant control system should control the three antenna axis to point to the satellites accurately. A sensor fusion algorithm and a PIDA (Proportional, Integral, Derivative, Acceleration) control algorithm are designed and implemented to control the yaw, level, and cross-level angle of a small size satellite marine antenna. Antenna stabilization control experiments are performed using a test simulator which gives the antenna base motions. Experimental results show small pointing errors, which is less than 0.2 degree for the level, cross-level, and yaw axis.
