In this study, the current regulation of the water source energy, one of the renewable energy, was analyzed, and the improvement plan for the high efficient data center cooling system was suggested. In the improvement plan, the design and construction guidelines of the water source energy system permit to adopt the cooling and heating system with or without heat pump. In addition, it should also include the system operated in the cooling mode only all year-round. The domestic test standards to consider the water source operating conditions should be developed. Especially, it is highly recommended that the test standards to include the system with forced cooling and free cooling modes related with the enhanced data center cooling system adopting the water source energy.

The purpose of this study was to identify the problems related to the amendment and preservation of the lien system and to suggest a feasible and efficient improvement plan. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and descriptive statistical analyses were used in this study. The survey subjects were divided into three groups based on their expertise: "Administrative Experts, Practical Experts, and Financial Institution Experts" and compared to find the results. The results show that 1) the procedural aspect was the most important for the large classification, 2) the supplementary disclosure system was the most important for the legislative aspect, and 3) the supplementation of the abuse of the lien report was the most important for the intermediate classification. Furthermore, the study showed that the most important finding was the reinforcement of punishment for the right of false reporting and illegal acts, followed by the registration order system (the creditor alone application), and the registration system (bond, debtor, joint application). The implications and suggestions of this study are as followed. With regard to the current lien system, illegal acts such as false liens and the misuse of multiple reporting were considered as the biggest problems. In terms of the effective improvement plan of the lien system, the misuse of reporting liens and improvement in the procedural aspects of reporting rights should be given top priority. Therefore, the most important course of action is to strengthen the punishment for false liens, improve the disclosure system and make it mandatory to report rights.

A Special Building Zone, which could relieve or ignore part of the Building Act and the regulations in relevant laws, was practically established for the creation of new urban landscape, the improvement of construction technology, and the improvement of construction-related policy. However, due to the lack of understanding the Special Building Zone as well as the insufficiency of detailed standards in policies, the system currently cannot be operated in universal matters. In such circumstance, this study, which is based on the current data on the Special Building Zone defined in exiting law, attempts to analyze the multi-unit housing that has been planned by the system of Special Building Zone. Also, this study aims to derive the Special Building Zone's possibilities and implications that contribute to the improvement of landscape, so as to suggest solutions for effective improvement of the system. With the results above, solutions for the improvement of the system can be derived and summarized as the following. On the one hand, from 'planning perspective', it is necessary to improve the system in a comprehensive way with consideration of urban and local contexts. On the other hand, from 'procedure perspective', some foundation shall be prepared for a system that can allows comprehensive tasks, including the settlement of the zone, the alleviation/elimination of regulations, the approval of building's construction, the process of construction, and the monitoring.

정보 시스템을 이용한 정보 서비스의 향상을 위해서는 이용자의 이용기록을 저장하고, 이를 분석하고 검토함으로써 개선된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 프로세스의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 또한, 정보센터의 기관특성과 서비스 전략에 따라 필요로 하는 이용기록 및 분석방법에도 차이점이 나타날 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이용자가 정보 센터에서 제공하는 정보 서비스를 활용하면서 발생하는 이용기록에 대하여 유형별 특징을 살펴보았다. 또한 이를 실제로 운영하는 정보 센터의 분석사례를 통하여 정보 서비스를 개선할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 모색하였다.

본 연구는 한국(韓國)의 임업실정(林業實情)에 부합되는 산림소득세(山林所得稅)의 개선방안(改善方案)을 다루고 있다. 특히, 그러한 개선방안(改善方案)이 결과적으로 임업투자(林業投資)를 촉진시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 특별한 고려가 이루어졌다. 현행 산림소득세제(山林所得稅制)와 같이 인공조임목(人工造林木)에 대한 완전면제(完全免除)보다는 임업투자(林業投資)가 이루어지는 즉시 손금(損金)으로 처리할 수 있는 제도의 확립이 매우 중요하다는 것을 연구결과(硏究結果)를 통하여 밝혔으며, 이에 대한 구체적인 적용방법(適用方法)등에 관하여도 다각적인 검토가 이루어졌다. 또한, 이러한 제도는 이미 선진국(先進國)의 경우에 있어서도 보편적으로 채택되고 있음을 제시하고 있다.

This study tried to suggest a systematic improvement plan to prepare a civil safety insurance operation and management system by reviewing the operation and management status of civil safety insurance, which is operated and managed by each local government autonomously. In this study, the problems of the current civil safety insurance were analyzed by dividing them into the lack of systematic management of insurance items, overlapping coverage between insurance items, and deviations in compensation limits. As a systematic improvement plan, it was suggested to secure the systemic management of guarantee items, standardize compensation standards, prepare an integrated operation and management system, and provide financial support for local governments with poor financial independence. Since the problems and improvement plans for the civil safety insurance analyzed as described above are formed by exchanging and receiving a complex mutual influence, the institutional improvement plan for the operation and management system of the civil safety insurance is not only a specific part of the study, but also comprehensively current citizens. Based on the results derived from the analysis of safety insurance, it is concluded that alternatives must be found.

Strategic decision on the execution of national security improvement project is greatly important for the present and future national security. Though, the importance of strategic decision, decision making process has been executed under one-way thinking framework. This research provides a decision-making tool with make-or-buy approach for the national security improvement policy execution methods: foreign purchase and military R&D project, and, via simulation, confirms dynamic change of military capability index respect to change in ratio of foreign purchase and military R&D. A result shows that current ratio of foreign purchases and military R&D is insufficient for national security improvement policy goal. Applying the model from this research provides an appropriate ratio for short term and long term defense strategy and policy goal, and consequent result of increase in national security capability. Thus, this research model can be effectively utilized for national security improvement project.

최근에 환경안전관리는 효과성, 효율성, 우수성이라는 측면에서 사고의 손실비용을 줄이기 위하여 다양하게 접근을 하고 있다. 대부분의 기업은 산업화시대의 대량생산적인 측면에서의 생산성향상보다는 기업을 건전하게 성장시킬 수 있는 손실을 감소시키는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구는 석유화학산업에서 기본적으로 운영하고 있는 ISO14001, OHSAS18001, PSM, Responsible Care의 기본적인 요구사항과 지속적 발전을 위하여 요구되는 사항을 분석하여, 손실을 지속적으로 관리할 수 있는 석유화학공장에서의 지속적 발전을 위한 손실관리시스템(LCMCI; the Loss Control Management system for Continuous Improvement of the Petrochemical Industries)를 개발하였다.
