PURPOSES : This study aims to survey and analyze the status of the design and completion documents output delivery system in public construction projects in order to assess the problems of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT)'s electronic delivery system, with a focus on roads and rivers, and to offer improvement measures. METHODS : This study first surveys and analyzes laws and existing study trends with regard to the design and completion documents output delivery system in public construction projects. It further analyzes the status of the output delivery system in public construction projects, including roads, rivers, expressways, water resources, and railroads. In addition, a comparative analysis of the current electronic delivery system of MOLIT and Korea Expressway Corporation in the road field is conducted, and the problems and improvement measures for MOLIT's electronic output delivery system are presented. This study seeks to analyze problems and prepare improvement measures with regard to road and river public construction projects, as ordered by MOLIT's five regional offices. RESULTS : This study sought to prepare the electronic output delivery system with regard to public construction projects and present the analysis of its major problems and improvement measures in four categories: "the preparation of electronic design documents output delivery system improvement measures including inspection and delivery," "preparation of guidelines, systems, etc., concerning electronic design documents," "preparation of improvement measures for the construction project management system and electronic design document support tools", and "linking of MOLIT's electronic output delivery system with relevant agencies and the expansion thereof to local governments." CONCLUSIONS : This study analyzed the current status and problems of the MOLIT's electronic output delivery system in the field of road and river construction projects, and presented corresponding improvement measures. This study is expected to address the problems of the MOLIT's electronic output delivery system, and to provide the foundation for the preparation of an efficient electronic output delivery system for design and completion documents. In addition, this study is expected to boost the quality and utilization of the electronic design documents output, and to exchange, share, and link construction information among relevant agencies so as to prepare the foundation for sharing construction information.

The capacity improvement in the DS-CDMA system can be obtained by allowing spectrum-overlap between adjacent channels. In this paper, an analysis for capacity improvement is newly considered according to the various chip waveforms in the partial spectrum-overlapped DS-CDMA system. Optimum-overlapping ratio is numerically found to obtain maximum capacity improvement for each chip waveform. Assuming the bandwidth containing 95% of the total power, i.e., 95% power bandwidth, rectangular chip waveform has the largest capacity improvement in the considered chip waveforms and then the amount of improvement is 136.5% at overlapping ratio 1.5 for BER = $10^{-3}$TEX> . Furthermore, as the required BER becomes lower, the capacity improvement gets smaller for a1l of chip waveforms. For the unequal power channels, it is shown that the larger capacity improvement is achieved as the power of desired channel becomes larger than that of adjacent channels. And the capacity improvement can be obtained even though the desired channel power is lower than the adjacent channel power.

Objectives: We analyzed the problems that work environment measurement results don't lead to workplace improvement in the Work Environment Measurement System to propose an alternative. Methods: We reviewed reports and articles written by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency and academic circles to identify the problems in the current Work Environment Measurement System and suggest an alternative. Results: One of the reasons that the Work Environment Measurement has not resulted in workplace improvement is that there were no proper regulating systems for managing the workplace improvement plans or improvement results. Moreover, there are not enough professional manpower in ministry of labor to evaluate the improvement plans and results from the Work Environment Measurement. Therefore, all of the workplace whose Work Environment Measurement results exceed the occupational exposure limit (OEL) should be managed by regional ministry of labor, and outside experts and new system for verifying improvement are needed. Conclusions: To accomplish the purpose of Work Environment Measurement, it is necessary to improve the work environment according to the results of Work Environment Measure. For this, it is necessary for the government to manage the fulfillment of workplace improvement plans and for measurement agencies to secure expertise.

Stage lighting system is very important in theater. Because basic of performing art. Recently, The stage lighting system is very close with a performing arts. The performance arts is to have an easy communication between actors and audience. All activities related to performance art take place between the stage light and auditorium. Therefore, when constructing theater the best conditions of the stage light system should be considered for the smooth progress of play. It will be method of solution that basically facility in the performance art hall. The results of this study can be used for suggesting an operation and system improvement for stage lighting system in performance art hall. Recently, changes in the progress of plays have required the perfect stage light system. As a result, performance art hall are the most advanced stage lighting system technology of changed. The following procedures were taken for this research-the literature on the development of stage lighting system and equipment, structure, and the dimmer and computer console system has been reviewed theoretically Most of all, Cheonan City Hall Bongseo Hall and CMB EXPO art hall is important a sample of lighting system. The result of this study presents operation and system improvement stage lighting system in theater, below to operation and system improvement at stage lighting system local self-government corporation performance art hall are inconsistent stage.

This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.

Subway widely used as a major mean of public transportation both at home and abroad contributes to ease chronic traffic congestion in cities. However, subway operating expense is expected to increase continuously because subway requires vast amount of money at the construction stage, huge sum of maintenance cost is spent during operation, and passenger needs for more convenient facilities is increasing. on the contrary to enormous operating expenses, fare that is occupying most of operating income doesn't come up to its prime cost causing chronic operating deficit. It is urgent to prepare fare system improvement measures to increase operating income in order to resolve financial difficulty of a subway operating organization. Therefore, the current study analyzed present condition and problems of subway fare system, and suggested improvement measures such as improvement of fare adjustment procedure, improvement of free-ride system, diversification of ticket, etc.

In this study, we model a decentralized supply chain system which is managed by four types of centers, sequentially located: Retailer, Wholesaler, Distributor, and Factory Each center contributes to enhancing the performance of the supply chain system individually with its own local inventory information. Through experiments which are performed with a programmed simulation (like the MIT beer game), we investigate how the information lead time improvement in each center affects the whole system. And we show that the impact of the lead time improvement in the downstream, like retailers, affects more to the system than the one in the upstream, like factories, in a cost-effective way. Moreover, by using information lead time for each center, we analyze how much the extent of the improvement affects the whole system, especially for the total cost and the order level.

Cost estimate system Will be changed from the prime. cost calculation to the historical cost data because the present system has some problems. In this situation, each owner should prepare his own cost estimate system based on the historical cost data. In this study, the standard work items were classified and the criteria of their work amount computation were established for rural improvement projects. And also the historical cost data were collected in all range of rural improvement projects, and the database system, "HICOMS" (HIstorical COst data Management System) was built. In order to test the applicability of the HICOMS, standard work cost and contractor cost were compared. The results by HICOMS showed high significance and it was concluded that the HICOMS could be applicable for the cost estimate of the rural improvement projects. projects.

Because of, its was not accept change of consciousness and variety of social factor. This study focuses on making recommendations for the improvement of poor emergency medical services or EMS in Korea. Problems of the current EMS system is widely reviewed. As an alternative of the current system, a franchises system is introduced to EMS. A feasibility study of the new system is carried out as follows. 1) The current EMS system shows such problem as; - Inadequacy of emergency medical fee schedule, - Shortage of emergency medical resources, - Concentration of emergency medical facilities in metropolitan area, - Unestablishment of training program for emergency personnel, - Inappropriateness of patients' behvaviro pattern in emergency care system. 2) Recommendations for the improvement of EMS are as follows: - Well organized communication and transportation system needs to be established by utilizing all the availabl EMS is to be devised for the provision of appropriate emergency care. - A franchises system can be widly adopted so that private organizations are willing to establish a free standing emergency center. - Emergency care fee schedule of the franchises system needs to be appropriate for the system to provide high standard medical services.
