본 연구의 목적은 2013년에 방영된 '조기영어교육 열풍, 신음하는 아이들' 시사다큐멘터리의 서사구조를 Chatman(2003)의 모형으로 분석하는 것이다. 통합체 분석을 위해 사건의 전개에 초점을 맞추어 이야기의 내용 흐름을 탐색하고, 계열체 분석을 통해서는 텍스트에 잠재되어 있는 이항대립 구조를 분석했다. 해당 방송은 '균형-혼란-재균형'의 서사 구조를 바탕으로, 영어 몰입교육 금지에 따른 혼란의 상황이 영어 사교육 시장을 확장시켰으며, 학생들의 영어학습이 점점 앞당겨지는 상황이 발생했고, 그로 인해 새로운 해결책을 모색할 수밖에 없다는 내용으로 전개시켰다. 그러나 조기 영어교육의 열풍을 유발했다는 정부의 목소리는 제대로 등장하지 않고, 피해자로 위치화된 학생들의 모습도 구체적으로 묘사되어 있지 않은채, 학부모, 사립초등학교 관계자, 영어학원 관계자들이 조기 영어교육의 열풍과 영어 몰입교육의 행위를 유발하는 핵심 주체로 등장하고 있다. 또한 조기 영어교육 열풍을 잠재울 해결안으로 정서적 단면, 교수 방법적 차이 등을 다루면서 보다 중층적인 진단과 대안을 모색하지 못했다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how Chinese speakers realize Korean prosodic phrases in the reading of Korean texts. Prosodic phrase, in this study, is defined as basic unit of spoken language which can be perceived as purely separate phonetic unit by both hearer and speaker, and is realized with a coherent intonational configuration. Prosodic phrase plays an important role in both speech production and perception. In the second language acquisition, prosody influences the accuracy and fluency of spoken language. The main purpose of this study is to describe the aspect of syntagmatic operation of prosody that produces prosodic phrases. We have specifically examined the relations between the prosodic phrase's boundary and its syntactic status. Furthermore, we examined internal syntactic structure of each prosodic phrase. And the results of each analysis were compared to the aspects of prosodic phrases' formation produced by native Korean speakers. The results show that Chinese speakers tend to coincide the prosodic phrases with syntactic structure more than native Korean speakers.

컴퓨터게임에 대한 문화연구적인 접근을 도모하였다. 다양한 영역에 활용되고 있는 기호학이 역시 컴퓨터게임에도 유용할 것으로 판단되었으며, 이러한 기호학적 배경 하에서 프로프의 서사이론과 바르트의 신화론을 활용하여 스타크래프트를 분석하고자 하였다. 스타크래프트의 서사에서 몇 가지 단순하지만 내적 구조를 관철하고 있는 기능들을 찾을 수 있었는데, 그 기능의 논리는 자본주의의 논리를 모사한 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 대부분의 게임이 계열체적인 서사의 흐름을 갖는 반면에 스타크래프트는 그것의 네트워크 게임이라는 특성 때문에 통합체적인 흐름이 주요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 논의 속에서 훈육 통제의 일상화, 시 공간의 자원화, 대상의 몰가치화라는 신화들을 찾을 수 있었다.

본고는 이미지와 이미지에 대한 의미부여와 관련된 논의들을 바르트의 저술들을 통해 살펴보는 데 있다. 에노의 연구는 언어적 차원에서 외시와 함축의미가 구분되고 있다는 사실을 명확히 지적하고 있다. 여기서 함축 의미의 개인성에 대해 논의하였다. 바르트의 광고 이미지 분석은 이미지에 대한 의미를 여러 층위로 나눌 수 있고, 이 층위들이 종합되어야 광고 이미지가 원하는 목적을 달성할 수 있음을 보여준다. 우리는 이 과정에서 이를 통해 통합 관계에서 벗어난 이미지들의 의미가 가지는 주관성을 확인하였다. 그리고 나아가, 바르트의 사진론을 일별하면서, 바르트가 제시한 스투디움과 푼크툼의 개념을 일별하고, 대상에 개인적인 의미 부여가 이론적으로도 분명한 위치를 차지하고 있음을 보았다. 또한 마지막으로 제 3의 의미를 통해 무딘 의미의 개념을 파악했다. 이 무딘 의미의 개념을 통해, 객관적이고 명백한 대상의 의미가 주체가 우선적으로 선택하는 의미가 아니라는 사실을 보았다. 주체는 이미지와 같은 대상을 접하면서, 의미를 강요받는 것이 아니라, 선택하는 상황에 놓인다. 이 사실은 기호학이론들에서 제공하는 의미의 층위들이 분석 차원에 한정된다는 것을 보여준다.

This study has resulted in the followings applying costume's form and meaning to the theory of structuralism established by Saussure and the extensive and contained meanings of Roland Barthes. The kinds of woman's costume of the Romanesque era were not various, but those of the royal family and aristocratic class were more various and decorated better than the lowly persons. So their social levels could be differed by the forms of the costume they wore. Each form of costume was differed according to the structural elements and showed the feature that the form is the costume of the era and social position's differences of the wearers' sexes, levels, and vocations in the same era. Costume's analistic body was the costume's form selected according to the central analystic elements, this showed the meaning of the era's levels and classes, that is, the costume's structure was reflected by the era's features. In the structure of the woman's costume in the Romanesque era, many religious features were emphasized and the elements forming each analystic body were classified and meant the society's features. The forms of man's costumes in Byzantine Empire were changed according to each composition of costumes. Those forms of costumes had common features of each period when costumes were included. At the same time, however, the fact that differences existed in accordance with a social position including gender, class, occupation, etc. even though in same period were showed. Analytic elements of man's costumes in Byzantine Empire were selected by important factors. This showed the meanings of position and class in that time. The kinds of analytic elements in man's outwear were various but the forms of costumes were not developed because christianity influenced the forms of clothing in the Middle Ages. As the result of synthesis, the main factor of man's costumes was a tunic in Byzantine Empire of the Middle Ages The phases of the times were reflected on the structure of man's costumes in Byzantine Empire. In particular, religious feature was emphasized, and analytic elements of costumes having meanings showed the features of the society at the Middle Ages. For example, a central analytic element of man's costume, an outer garment was a tunic style of H-silhouette that hid the body line. This was influenced by the phases of the times. Namely, the costume stands as a symbol of the times, and also is a cultural sign that reflects phases like politics, economy, religion.

Chapter 1 and 2 of this study examined the methodology of modern storytelling using the hero narrative structure. This involved analyses of Joseph Campbell's monomyth structure, which is the prototype model of modern storytelling and Christopher Vogler's story structure in which the monomyth structure is classified into 3 Acts and 12 Stages. In addition, the movie 'Captain America' was analyzed based on Vogler's narrative structure theory. According to the analyses results, the hero of 'Captain America' fully follows Christopher Vogler's hero narrative structure but in some cases, he does not follow the existing hero narrative structure. It is interpreted that this is because heroes of modern tales have different birth backgrounds from mythical heroes. There is also a difference even in the stage where a hero completes all adventures and returns home between modern tales and myths due to different social backgrounds. Therefore, these findings provide a basis for modification and supplementation of a modern hero epic. Through this analysis, the modified modern hero narrative structure is evaluated to be appropriate as a basic model for modern storytelling. Further, it is expected that those who frame a film script can complete a new hero epic while following the structure of syntagmatic systems by selecting a level among Northrop Frye's paragmatic systems based on this structure and considering story themes and heroes' personality and characteristics.

We are sure that Abakanowicz positively assumes a position of members, which are represented the later modern fabric design. In sprite of his pervasive evaluation, we have doubt about his achievement because the preceding research is insufficient about argumentsuch as dependence on intuitive emotion study, conventional analysis of structure and insufficient inquiry of causa efficiens. We agree that basic structure of is dissipation. Though right and left symmetrical structure is similar, also that structure is different. We can't decide whether structure is unification structure, difference structure or mixture structure . We think that the time of confusing argument of his structure is changing period for disorganization trend. The result of this study confirm the research possibility about space organization with restructure analysis and verification for examining essence structure of sample text . The Thesis are concern that the different between paradigmatic appearances and syntagmatic, which exist . So, we can approach the meaning of system and find dominent point about constructional relationship on the works. The meaning of dominent point is understood about sexless trend or Androgyne, which are appeared Abakanowicz forth work period. The relationship structure which is mixed both issue show that inner issue of work is located the highest position. The paper presents confusing manufacture system, which are suggested man-woman sex and mixed meaning. The other result of this study are, 1. being known as Abakan algorism, Abakanowicz has new drafting idiom from his ancient belief. 2. we need to research the body texture of Abakanowicz with the trend of restructure of body study. 3. we need argue about gender study in relative with poster moderntheology related problem of sexlessness people and perfect sex-people.

In this thesis which takes fashion advertising that functions a marketing communication as an objective, I try to bear witness to the signifying system of garments though analyzing with semiotic methodology the signifying procedure on the base of the structural concept of Ferdinand de Saussure and the advertisement semiotic theory of Roland Barthes, to make clear their signifying structure and it meaning by understanding the characteristics of contemporary society and its cognitive system. Each sign of fashion advertising transfers the brand image through syntagmatic signification which contains the mythology of goods. Mannish style is encoded as tailored jacket, white shirt, H-silhouette and pants, non-color or being color, and it is presented as a clothing sign of casual wear for career women. Feminine style is encoded as X-silhouette, soutien collar suit style, various colors, and other details with womanly image, and it is presented as a clothing sign for maid or young wife 20\`s or 30\`s. Formal style is encoded as jacket vest, inner wear(blouse), two and three piece dress by pants or skirt and one-piece dress, and it is used in every age and class. Casual style is similar to formal style, but differs only in textile code. Clothing sign for housewives in middle age is encoded as H-silhouette of formal style, long jacket and pants and brown, being and grey colors. Contemporary popular phenomena in the signification of fashion advertising, and its temporal ideology reflected are as follows; According to the context of fashion advertising in the middle of 1990\`s, its fashion is that first, military look applied from the designs of various sort of military uniform and vest look and pant style applied from dandy-style imitated from man\`s wear are popuar. This mean that it reflects the change of point of view on woman\`s role in society today. That is, due to the equality between man and woman, it mirrors the ideology of feminism, and then, describes beautifully professional woman with carrer. Second, because that individualism is underlied for the change of consumer\`s consciousness, standardized popularity is disappeared, and in accordance with the mixture of various trends and personalities proposed every season, layered look that emphasizes individualism, easiness and naturalness is popular.

애니메이션과 영화와 연극의 시간과 공간에 대해 많은 연구는 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 애니메이션의 시간성과 공간성에 대한 구조주의적 언어학을 기반으로 시도되는 새로운 방법적 고찰이다. 애니메이션 시간성과 공간성에 대해 최소 단위적 연구는 선례가 없다. 연구의 방법론은 구조주의 언어학의 개념을 기반으로 시간성의 개념과 공간성의 개념을 파악하기 위하여, 시간과 공간에 대해 계열적, 통합적 분석을 한다. 이를 위하여 시간의 최소단위와 공간의 최소단위를 정의하고 이에 따라 계열적 분석과 통합적 분석을 시행한다. 본 연구를 통해 애니메이션학의 연구 방법의 다양성을 재고하고 연구의 체계적 심화를 가져올 수 있다. 연구결과는 구조주의적 연구방법론을 통해 애니메이션의 시간성과 공간성에 대한 새로운 연구의 방법을 제시하였다. 향후 과제는 본 연구를 바탕으로 애니메이션의 캐릭터에 대한 연구가 수행된다.
