무정전전원장치 병렬운전을 위한 인버터의 출력 위상 동기화 방법 (Output Phase Synchronization Method of Inverter for Parallel Operation of Uninterruptible Power System)

  • In this paper, we propose the bus/bypass synchronization phase lock loop (B-Sync PLL) method using each phase voltage controller of a parallel UPS inverter. The B-Sync PLL included in each phase voltage control system of parallel UPS inverters has the transient response and the phase synchronization error at grid normal or blackout. The validity of this method is verified by simulation and experiment. As a result, the parallel UPS inverters using the proposed method confirmed that the output phase was continuously synchronized when a grid blackout, improving the transient response characteristics for stable load power supply and equal load sharing.

Effect of Using Progesterone Releasing Intravaginal Device with Ovsynch Program on Reproduction in Dairy Cattle during Summer Season

  • Sixty postpartum lactating Friesian cows in 3 treatments at a commercial dairy farm were used to study the effect of using progesterone supplementation with GnRH and PGF2$\alpha$ synchronization with and without timed AI on fertility during summer. Cows in treatment1($Tr_1$) and treatment2 ($Tr_1$) were fitted with progesterone releasing intravaginal device (PRID) device and injected with 10 g GnRH agonist on $51{\pm}3$ d postpartum (pp). Seven days later, PRID was removed and cows received 25 mg PGF2$\alpha$. Two days later, $Tr_1$ cows received another injection of 10 g GnRH and timed AI 16-20 h later. Control cows received only 25 mg PGF2$\alpha$ $58{\pm}3d\;pp$. $Tr_2$ and control cows were AI at detected estrus. Serum progesterone for all cows was determined on days of injection, AI and 21, 23 and 28 d postinsemination. Pregnancy rates from first AI based on serum P4 concentrations on d 21, 23 and 28 postinsemination (50, 40 and 35%) and that based on rectal palpation 40-45 d postinsemination (30, 15 and 15% for $Tr_1$, $Tr_2$ and control cows, respectively) did not differ among the three groups. Whereas, pregnancy rate at 120 d pp for $Tr_1$ (65%) was higher (p<0.05) than that in $Tr_2$ (30%) or control (30%). The overall pregnancy rate was not significantly different (90, 90 and 75% for $Tr_1$, $Tr_2$ and control, respectively). Days open for cows in $Tr_1$ ($100.3{\pm}9$) was less (p<0.03) than that in $Tr_2$ ($130.9{\pm}9$) or control ($135.1{\pm}10$). Results indicate that using PRID device with Ovsynch program had significantly increased pregnancy rate and decreased days open compared to AI at detected estrus after synchronization with GnRH, PRID and PGF2$\alpha$ or synchronization with one injection of PGF2$\alpha$.

  • 본 논문은 불확실한 $L\ddot{u}$ 카오스 시스템의 동기화를 위한 적응 퍼지 bilinear 동기화 제어 설계 방법을 제안한다. $L\ddot{u}$ 카오스 시스템은 알려지지 않은 파라미터를 가지고 있다고 가정한다. 먼저, 불확실한 $L\ddot{u}$ 카오스 시스템을 TS 퍼지 bilinear 모델링을 통해 재구성한다. 불확실한 파라미터를 가진 TS 퍼지 bilinear $L\ddot{u}$ 카오스 시스템을 기반으로한 적응 퍼지 bilinear 동기화 제어 기법을 설계한다. Lyapunov 이론을 통해서 설계된 적응 퍼지 bilinear 동기화 제어 기법을 통한 TS 퍼지 bilinear $L\ddot{u}$ 카오스 시스템과 제안된 슬레이브 시스템 간의 오차 다이나믹 시스템의 안정성을 보장하고 이를 통해서 불확실한 파라미터를 추정 할 수 있는 적응 규칙을 유도한다. 제안된 동기화 제어 기법을 시뮬레이션을 통해서 그 명확성을 보이고자 한다.

  • In this paper, a low cost and high reliability control scheme is proposed for 400Hz UPS system operated in parallel. The proposed control scheme is consisted of two parts which are synchronization and load sharing control. The synchronization control is achieved by discrete logic ICs and analog circuit. The load sharing control is realized by current transformers (CTs) without any controller. Therefore, This proposed control scheme is rather simple and the cost may be decreased, compared with control scheme using expensive controller such as DSP and CAN. The practical feasibility of the proposed control scheme is proved by analysis and simulation.

  • In this paper, the modified Usage Parameter Control(UPC) method based on Dual Leaky Bucket algorithm is proposed to improve the perfor mance of multimedia synchronization and to control burst traffic. In the proposed algorithm, Synchronous cells are by passed to the 2nd stage Leaky Bucket (LB) of the DLB. for overloaded traffic condition, the violated cells are saved in a temporary buffer and they are retransmitted when the 2nd stage bucket is empty.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 스마트 기기들 간에 스트리밍 중인 미디어의 재생 위치를 동기화하기 위해서 재생 중인 미디어의 비트전송률에 따른 적응적인 지연시간을 적용하는 동기화 재생 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 미디어의 재생정보와 비트전송률에 따라 계산된 동기 지연시간을 클라이언트 기기들에게 전달하는 서버 측 동기화 알고리즘과 서버 기기로부터 전달받은 제어 정보를 이용하여 정밀한 재생 동기를 유지하는 클라이언트 측 동기화 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 동기화 재생 알고리즘은 네트워크 연결시간, 동기화 제어패킷 전송시간, 스트리밍 데이터 전송시간, 동기화 처리시간의 네 가지 지연시간을 반영한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 동기화 재생 알고리즘을 적용한 Android 애플리케이션을 구현하고, 동기화 처리시간과 기기별 동기화 성능 및 그룹 동기화 성능을 평가한다. 성능 실험결과로 서버 기기와 클라이언트 기기들 간의 그룹 동기 재생위치 차이는 평균 39ms 미만으로 높은 정밀도의 성능을 보인다.

  • A feedback control implementation for a high speed train pressurization system is proposed based on CAN (Controller Area Network). Firstly, system model including network latencies by CAN arbitration mechanisms is proposed, and an analytical compensation method of control parameters based on the system model is proposed for the network latencies. For the practical implementation of the control, global synchronization is adopted for controller to measure network latencies and to utilize them for the compensation of the control parameters. Simulation results are shown with practical tunnel data response. The proposed method is evaluated to be the most effective for the system through the control performances comparing among a controller not considering network latencies, other two off-line compensation methods, and the proposed method.

권선형유도발전기를 갖는 신재생에너지 시스템을 위한 전압벡터 동기화 기법 (A Voltage Vector Synchronization Method for a Renewable Energy System with a Doubly-Fed Induction Generator)

  • In order to transmit energy generated through the stator winding of a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG), we need to synchronize the generated voltage vector with the grid voltage vector. However, the existing synchronization methods work only when the encoder is installed at a specific position and equivalent constant is precise. In order to solve this problem, a new synchronization method has been proposed and a way of applying the method to existing doubly-fed induction generator control algorithm has been also proposed. The validities of the methods proposed were verified by using a prototype converter for a 1.5MW-class doubly-fed induction generator and experimental results showed the validity of that against variation of an encoder positions, generator parameters, and grid voltages.

  • In this paper, the reverse link performance evaluation with synchronous CDMA is analyzed in the PCS system, which is the schem based on proposed method of KMT-PCS to increase the capacitance of cellular CDMA system. We make the baseband system model of CDMA reverse link, and then analyze system performance and subsystem techniques considering effect of channel and power control that are improtant factor influencing system performance in the PCS system. Based on this result, the paper presents primary technique analyses required at synchronous reverse link proposed by the KMT, which compose of initial synchronization range in initial synchronization step and control signal period in the synchronization maintenance step.

  • In this study, a synchronous controller which can be applied to two-axes position synchronization has been developed. The synchronous control system based on coupling structure has been composed of speed and synchronous controller. The speed controller has been designed to fellow speed reference. And the synchronous controller has been designed in the view point of accurate synchronization and robust stability by $H_{\infty}$ approach. The effectiveness of the designed synchronous controller has been demonstrated by experiment.
