코로나19 상황에서 치기공과 학생들의 임상실습 전 기대도 및 실습 후 만족도 비교에 관한 연구 (A study on the comparison of preclinical and post-training satisfaction of dental technology students in COVID-19)

  • Purpose: This study aims to confirm the effect of clinical practice on dental technology students by comparing preclinical expectations and post-training satisfaction of dental technology students in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do during the coronavirus disease pandemic. Methods: This study included students enrolled in the Department of Dental Technology of D University in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The purpose of the study was explained in advance and 70 students agreed to participate in the survey. IBM SPSS Statistics version 18.0 was used for data analysis and the significance level was tested at p=0.05. Results: There were significant differences in clinical practice content, operation, institutional expectations, and satisfaction. Conclusion: Based on the differences in expectations and satisfaction in this study, schools, industries, and associations can study ways to increase satisfaction in terms of clinical practice content, operation, and institution to present directions for dental technology and clinical practice.

Co/Ti이중박막을 이용한 $CoSi_2$에피박막형성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Formation fo Epitaxial $CoSi_2$ Thin Film using Co/Ti Bilayer)

  • 전자빔 증착법을 사용하여 10nm두께의 Ti과 18nm두께의 Co를 Si(100)기판에 증착한 후, $N_{2}$분위기에서 $900^{\circ}C$, 20초 급속 열처리하여, Co/Ti 이중금속박막의 역전을 유도함으로서 $CoSi_{2}$박막을 형성하였다. 4점 탐침기로 측정한 면저항은 3.9Ω/ㅁ 었으며, 열처리 시간을 증가해도 이값은 유지하여 열적 안정성을 나타내었다. XRD 결과는 형성된 실리사이드는 기판과 에피관계를 갖는 $CoSi_{2}$상 임을 보였으며, SEM 사진은 평탄한 표면을 나타내었다. 단면 TEM 사진은 기판위에 형성된 박막층은 70nm 두께의 $CoSi_{2}$ 에피박막과 그위에 두개의 C0-Ri-Si합금층등 세개의 층으로 되어 있음을 보였다. AES 분석은, 기판상의 자연산화막을 형성할 수 있었음을 보여주었다. AES분석은, 기판상의 잔연산화막이 열처리초기, Ti에 의해 제거된후 Co가 원자적으로 깨끗한 Si기판에 확산하여 $CoSi_{2}$에피박막을 형성할 수 있었음을 보여주었다. $700^{\circ}C$, 20초 + $900^{\circ}C$, 20초 이중 열처리를 한 경우, $CoSi_{2}$결정성장으로 면저항값은 약간 낮아졌으나, 박막의 표면과 계면이 거칠었다. 이 $CoSi_{2}$에피박막의 실제 소자에의 적용방안과 막의 역전을 통한 에피박막형성의 기제를 열역학 및 kinetics 관점에서 고찰하였다.

전해도금법으로 증착한 Cu-Sn 합금막의 배선특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Metallization Properties of Cu-Sn Alloy Layers Deposited by the Electroplating Method)

  • Sn was selected as an alloying element of Cu. The Cu-Sn thin layers were deposited on the Si substrates by the electroplating method and their properties were studied. By rapidly thermal annealing(RTA) up to 40$0^{\circ}C$ after electroplating, sheet resistance decreased and adhesion strength increased, but that trend was reversed at the 50$0^{\circ}C$ RTA. Cu-Sn particles grew dense and the surface was uniform up to 40$0^{\circ}C$, but at 50$0^{\circ}C$, empty area was introduced and the surface became rough owing to oxidation and particle coarsening and agglomeration. Deposited layer contained significant amount of Si, while pure Cu-Sn layer with the composition ratio of 90:10 was present only on the top surface. However, no significant change in the Cu composition within alloy layers occured by the RTA regardless of its temperature. This indicates that the Cu diffusion into the Si was suppressed by the presence of Sn.

도시 내 십자형 교차로 경관의 개방성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Openness of Landscape in Urban Cross Intersections)

  • An important factor in assessing the beneficial qualities of a city's intersection spaces can be measured by examining a pedestrian's approach to the space and calculating the openness observed in the overall design of adjacent buildings. These spaces are influential, since they offer opportunities for pedestrians to spend time and take in views of the surrounding environment. The intersection of horizontal components in cities such as Bundang-si and Suwon-si can provide a sense of openness or greenness. We believe that there is a need for careful analysis and study of such components, as defined by designations in Bucheon-si research, and that this study can give important insights for future urban planning and design. When assessing the openness of an intersection, a key variable is the reported rate of perforation, which factors into the greenness of a space. Because of the large and varied scope of this research, this rate is highly variable, as there were many differences between each site. In descending order of average ratios: Seongnam-si, 41.79% > Bucheon-si, 35.40% > Suwon-si, 30.42%. The data compared for each city was divided into study sites selected at downtown locations as well as in urban outskirts. Openness and greenness were analyzed at each downtown and outskirt site. A summary of the results shows a decreased openness average of -2.63% in downtown locations versus outskirt. The greenness ratios in urban outskirt areas were 4.86% greater than downtown locations on average. As it relates to the results of this analysis of openness, the comprehensive property zoning for each city was determined as a ratio of residential to commercial designations. This study analyzes view points within urban cross intersections in the downtown landscape. It presents basic data and research directions to promote a better environment with regard to openness, and consists of an analysis of the relationship between a variety of physical components.

수원시내 일부 초등학생의 식행동과 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 수준과의 관계 연구 (Relationship between Food Behavior and Level of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Elementary School Students in Suwon-si, Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between food behavior and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) score in elementary students in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. Two hundreds and thirty two students (113 male and 119 female) in grades 4~6 participated. We assessed food behavior by using Nutrition Quotient (NQ). NQ was examined by an NQ questionnaire, which consisted of 19 food behavior checklist items. Their items were grouped into five categories: balance, diversity, moderation, regularity, and practice. All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Among the five factors, NQ for food behavior and balance factor showed the lowest score, whereas that of diversity factor showed the highest score. The final Nutrition Quotient (NQ) score weighted on such five factors was 62.59 points. The average level of ADHD by Conners-Wells Adolescent Self-Report Scale (Short Form) [CASS(S)] was 17.02 points out of a total of 81 points. Six students (2.2%) who scored more than 41 points were classified as ADHD risk. By gender, male students (19.76 points) showed a higher CASS(S) score than female students (14.41 points) did. There was a significant negative correlation between NQ and CASS(S) score (r=-0.445, P<0.001). Multiple regression determined the effects of moderation ($Exp({\beta})=-0.193$, P<0.01) and practice ($Exp({\beta})=-0.345$, P<0.001) on CASS(S) score. In conclusion, distinctive nutritional education is needed for students with a high level of ADHD to help their understanding considering their different levels of attention.

수평연속주조에 의한 과공정 Al-Si합금 제조에 관한 연구 (A Study on Manufacturing Process of Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy via Horizontal Continuous Casting)

  • The equipment for the horizontal continuous casting was built to produce hyper-eutectic Al-Si bars with a small cross-section of 25mm in diameter. The manufacturing processes including withdrawal cycle and secondary cooling methods were modified to refine the primary and the eutectic Si. The longitudinal casting speeds varied over the ranges of 670-1100mm/min for pure Al, and 200-350mm/min for Al-17wt%Si alloy. Due to the difference of cooling rate in the mould, microstructural asymmetry between the lower and the upper part of bar was observed. Thus, manufacturing processes such as cooling and withdrawal method were optimally combinated to get the homogeneous cast structure. With the increase of casting speed, the primary Si size was refined down to $30{\mu}m$ near the surface, and $80{\mu}m$ in the center of the bar.

열처리한 CdS 박막의 구조변환에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Phase Transition of Heat-Treated CdS Thin Films)

  • 진공증착법으로 CdS 박막을 제작하여 열처리한 시료를 상온에서 SEM, XRD, EDX와 PL 특성을 측정하여 $50^{\circ}C 와 450^{\circ}C$ 사이에서 cubic to hexagonal phase transition을 확인하였다. 열처리 결과 S-빈자리에 $O_2$와 Si불순물이 보상되어 CdO 또는 $Cd_2SiO_4$주개준위(donor level)를 만드는데 광발광 측정에서 열처리온도 $350^{\circ}C$에서는 2.34eV, $550^{\circ}C$는 2.42eV에서 EE 피이크를 나타내었다. 이러한 특성결과 본 연구에서 결정구조변환 온도는 $370{\circ}C$를 나타내었으며 Ariza-Calderon 등의 CBD박막에 대한 결과인 $374^{\circ}C$와 유사한 것으로 확인되었다.

Characteristics of Low-Temperature Polysilicon Thin Film Transistors

  • Polysilicon this film transistors (poly-Si TFTs) with different channel dimensions were fabricated on low-temperature crystalized amorphous silicon films and on as-deposited polysilicon films. The electrical characteristics of these TFTs were characterized and compared. The performance of the TFTs fabricated on the solid-phase crystalized amophous silicon films ws showon to be superior to that of the TFTs fabricated on the as-deposited polysilicon films. It was found that the performance of poly-Si TFTs depends strongly on the material characteristics of the polysilicon films used as the active layers, but only weakly on the channel dimensions.

  • A sodium-concrete reaction facility with a test chamber of 0.226㎥($\Phi$0.6m$\times$H0.8m) was constructed to carry out experiments of sodium-concrete reaction which might take place in sodium metal fast-breeder reactor Utilizing this facility, several experiments were conducted to closely examine the characteristics of sodium-concrete reactions under different conditions : Sodium mass : 100, 250g ; Sodium temperature : 450, 550, $650^{\circ}C$ ; Concrete age = 30, 45, 50, 90days. Our experiments show that the amount of the H2 generated by sodium-concrete reaction has increased up to its flammable range as the amount of spilled sodium and its temperature have increased. The maximum hydrogen concentration was 31mo1% at the concrete age of 30days, sodium temperature : 55$0^{\circ}C$, and sodium mass : 250g. The major components of sodium-concrete reaction products were also determined as Na$_2$SiO$_3$ and NaAlO$_2$.
