  • 지속적인 성장을 위하여 정부는 R&D투자 규모를 지속적으로 늘리고 있으며, 동시에 R&D 성과의 산업화 연계 등 성과활용 관점의 관리와 인프라를 강화하고 있다. 그러나 사후적인 성과관리보다는 우수한 결과가 도출될 수 있는 사전적인 R&D기획이 더욱 중요하다. 본 연구는 우수한 R&D성과의 창출을 위한 R&D기획에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자, 신재생에너지 분야 중 연료전지와 태양전지 분야 특허를 대상으로 가산자료 모형을 활용하여 특허의 질적 수준 결정요인을 비교 분석 하였다. 분석결과 기술별로 결정요인은 서로 상이하게 나타나 R&D기획이 기술별로 구별되어야 함을 보였고, 결과를 바탕으로 우수한 R&D성과를 도출할 수 있는 연료전지, 태양전지 분야의 R&D기획 방향을 제시하였다.

  • 전 세계적으로 활용 가치가 나날이 증대되고 있는 도서(섬)에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있으며 영토에 대한 배타성을 갖기 위한 노력이 각 국가별로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 더욱이 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸인 우리나라의 경우 영토주권 확립 및 국토 환경에 대한 보존, 관리, 관광자원 개발을 위한 도서 관리 체계 구축을 위해서는 도서지역에 대한 명확한 공간정보의 취득과 데이터베이스 구축이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 전국 단위의 도서 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 전단계로서, 제주도 인근의 63개 유 무인도를 중심으로 인문지리정보에 관한 각종 현황을 조사하고, 이를 체계적인 관리가 가능한 GIS 기반의 관리 시스템을 개발하였으며, 나아가 국토 도서자원의 다양한 관광 서비스 정보로 제공할 수 있도록 하기 위한 서비스 제공 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 향후 전국적인 국가 도서정보 시스템으로 발전해 나가기 위해 필요한 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 인류 문명의 발전은 산업화에 따른 도시의 발전과 운송 기술의 진화와 맥을 같이한다. 지금까지의 도시 발전은 수송비 절감과 한정된 중심업무 지구로서의 토지 이용 요구에 따라 진행되어왔다. 도시 인구 밀집도의 지속적인 증가는 지가상승, 교통 혼잡, 빈부격차, 공해발생 등과 같이 사회·경제적으로 많은 문제를 일으켜 왔고 현재의 도시 생태 시스템으로는 전반적인 해결에 어려움이 있다. 그러나 문제의 해결을 위한 실마리는 바로 도시생태계 내에서 찾을 수 있다. 서울 심야버스 운행 노선의 설계는 바로 심야의 도시 내 이동 인구의 흐름을 정보통신 기술을 이용해 분석하여 얻은 결과이다. 이렇듯 도시 문제의 해결은 도시 생태계의 분석에서 출발하는 것이 타당하다. 문제의 원인을 알았다면 시민의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축이 필요하고 이를 통한 해결이 가능하다. 이 플랫폼의 중심에는 정보통신 기술의 기반 하에 도시의 구성 요소와 연결되어 실시간 수집, 분석 및 적용되는 빅데이터가 자리 잡고 있어야한다. 본 연구를 통해 지속 가능한 스마트 시티를 위한 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축과 적용 방안에 대하여 고찰한다.

재가 장기요양 서비스 이용과 노인 가족돌봄제공자의 돌봄 스트레스: 방문간호 서비스의 영향 (Effects of Home Care Services Use by Older Adults on Family Caregiver Distress)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the association between utilization of home care services under the national long-term care insurance system and family caregiver distress. Methods: A secondary data analysis was conducted in this study using data collected in 2011 and 2012 from the Korean version of International Resident Assessment Instrument (interRAI) Home Care assessment system. The study sample included 228 clients receiving community based home care and their family caregivers in Korea. Descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, t-test, and Heckman selection model analysis were conducted using SAS 9.3. Results: Presence of family caregiver distress was significantly associated with days of nurse visits (${\beta}$=-.89, p=<.001) and home helper visits (${\beta}$=-.53, p=.014). Level of caregiver distress was also significantly associated with days of nurse visits (${\beta}$=-.66, p=.028). Other factors which were significantly associated with caregiver distress were depression, cognitive function, inadequate pain control, social support for older adult, and caregiver relationship to the older adult. Conclusion: The results of this study show that visiting nurse service and appropriate support programs for Older Adults and family caregivers experiencing caregiver distress should be developed and provided to families based on the health care needs of older adults and their family caregivers for effective and sustainable home care.

환경물류의 주요 실태와 우리나라에서의 확대 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the main Status of Environment Logistics and Expansion Strategy in Korea)

  • 환경의 가치는 매우 높고 중요해서 누구도 가치를 정확하게 평가할 수 없다. 물류영역에서 환경보호는 매우 중요하며 이 나라와 국민의 현재와 미래에 대한 민감한 주제이다. 환경물류는 환경물류와 유사하게 쓰이는 데 자연과 환경의 보호를 의미하며, 현재의 환경을 파괴하거나 악화시키는 모든 유형의 요인과 활동들을 줄이는 것을 의미한다. 이것은 또한 자연의 보전과 지속가능한 개발을 내포한다. 환경물류는 자연자원을 절약하는 것을 목표로 하며 모든 유형의 자원의 재활용을 권장하며, 환경 친화적 대체재의 활용을 증대시키려는 것을 지향한다. 본고에서는 환경물류의 개념과 특성을 요약, 서술하였다. 그리고 주요 선행연구들을 조사, 검토하였다. 일본, 홍콩, 미국 등 주요국과 그리고 필립스의 사례 등에서 도입되고 적용하고 있는 중요한 사례와 경험들이 요약되고 분석되었다. 이런 사례와 분석들을 통해 본 논문에서는 국가, 기업, 개인(소비자)의 3차원에서 한경물류를 개선할 수 있는 대안과 대응전략들이 제안되었다. 그리고 환경물류의 향상을 위한 전략모델이 제안되었으며, 논문의 한계와 향후 연구방향이 설명되었다.

건강매점을 이용한 청소년 영양관리의 현황과 향후 개선 방안 : 매점 이용자 측면에 대한 질적 연구 (Current Status and Suggested Future Directions of Nutrition Intervention using Healthy School Tuck Shops: the Teenage Perspective)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the current status and to suggest future directions for health management of teenagers who use healthy school tuck shops to improve teenagers' eating habits while reducing and preventing obesity. Methods: A total of 29 students (16 middle school students and 13 high school students) took part in the interview for this study, and the interview was conducted for each school's focus group by using qualitative research methodology. Results: The current status of using healthy school tuck shops and suggested future directions were divided into two categories. Personal barriers such as discrepancies between personal perceptions and behaviors and lack of food choice suitable to individual tastes can be solved by rebuilding the operating system to provide intuitive promotion of behavior and customized products through improvements in existing products and new product development. A lack of consistent management from low utilization convenience and difficulty in maintaining a constant purchase price can be handled by establishing a solution to restricted physical access for products, as well as seeking profit by improving distribution costs via continuous cooperation between the school and community. Conclusions: Continuous funding and a system that reflects the needs and preferences of healthy school tuck shop users should be applied for sustainable operation of healthy school tuck shops to improve teenagers' eating habits.

RI-Biomics 분야의 실무전문가 역량강화 방안연구 (A Research on the Empowerment Plan for Specialists in RI-Biomics Field)

  • Increasing utilization of radiation and RI (Radioisotope) in nuclear industry including non-power area has achieved sustainable development of radiation industry. Industries are no longer confined by a single technology or abilities but expanded for application gradually. RI-Biomics fields are one of the convergence technology that is recognized on a high-tech industry. Unlike the conventional industry, RI-Biomics field needs to various specialists to perform related task. There is no domestic training program to educate the whole process. This study aims to suggest the plan for improvement of practical skills for specialists in RI-Biomics through development of our training program. For this purpose, we have first investigated the opinion about classification scheme from experts and then analyzed the results in order to reflecting our training program. Based on analyzed results, conformity assessment was executed to organize curriculum through status of constructed device and instructor in domestic. Our training program was performed jointly with KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). RI-Biomics center is prepared with facilities of overall experiment to improve quality of education. Due to the fact that specialists have routine task, we organized a five-day short course to reflect temporal difficulties. We performed a trial operation to 6 participants in RI-Biomics field. Through the survey for the specialists who participated in the program, we evaluated the efficiency of our training program. The results showed that participants were satisfied with the organized curriculum and educational materials. Therefore, our program is expected to be utilized as basic research data to develop feasible program for policy development and to improve practical skills in RI-Biomics.

Development of a decision framework for the designing and implementation of a sustainable underground water storage system

  • Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) in the form of Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) systems are being applied for numerous water augmentation projects both in developed and developing countries. Given the onset of Climate Change and its influence on weather patterns and land use, it has been acknowledged the utilization of this technology will be ever increasing. This technique like all others does have its drawbacks or disadvantages, whereby to overcome these drawbacks or disadvantages it is recommended that logical planning process be followed. In this study, we developed a decision framework known as "Decision framework for the planning, designing, construction/testing and implementation of subsurface water storage system" to further standardize the planning and design process of subsurface water storage system to increase the probability of having a successful ASR/ASTR project. The formulation of this framework was based on earlier frameworks, guidelines, published papers and technical reports which were compiled into a data collection database. The database of which consider both qualitative and quantitative aspect for example recharge objectives, site location, water chemistry of the native, source and recovered water, aquifer characteristics(hydraulic conductivity, transmissivity, porosity), injection/pumping rate, ecological constraints, societal restrictions, regulatory restrictions etc. The assimilation of these factors into a singular framework will benefit the broad spectrum of stakeholder as it maps the chronological order under which ASR project should be undertaken highlighting at each stage the feasibility of the project. The final stage of which should result in fully operational ASR system. The framework was applied to two case studies and through the application of a modified ASR site selection suitability index (Brown et al., 2005) a score was derived to identify the performance of each site. A high score of which meant a maximize chance of success given the reduce presence of project constraints.

이중 바닥 온돌 시스템의 응용에 관한 이론적 분석 (Theoretical Analysis on the Applications of the Double-Floor Ondol System)

  • The Korean traditional 'Ondol' system has been a target for innovation to meet the requirements of sustainable domestic building and low carbon emission energy utilization. Simulation techniques provide designers and researchers with powerful tools to predict heating load and thermal behaviour of Ondol systems installed in various contexts. However, there are few studies on Ondol models, especially associated with multi-stories buildings of which type covers about 50% of Korean housing stock. In this study, we analyzed the double floor Ondol system on the multi-stories buildings using the ESP-r program. On the basis of the double floor Ondol system, we suggested the new modelling method that is composed of the Vent zone and Ondol zone. Using the this model, sensitivity analysis was carried out to refine the applicability of the model taking account of control conditions, constructions, air change and air flow network method and CFD analysis using the FLUENT. The air layer has enough temperature to use in heating zone. It is suggested that the simplicity of the model will allow building designers and mechanical engineers easily to implement scenario-based assessments of design options as well as control strategies. Later, we will simulate the real buildings and analyze the air distributions using the Fluent according to the various conditions.

공적 가족사업역사 아카이브 구축을 위한 기초 연구 (A Study on the Implementation of Official Family-related Service History Archives in Korea)

  • This study aims to provide basic resources for the construction of the archives on the official family service history in Korea. The study collected records of family policies and official family service from 1948 to 2019 and thereafter attempted to classify the official family service. In addition, experts were consulted to diagnose compliance with research contents and directions, investigate priorities of the family policies, and provide opinions on the elements of each process of archiving. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were five areas of concern to be considered in the process of establishing an archive of official family services: concept, scope, collection, arrangement, preservation, and utilization. Second, the findings suggest which processes are critical to developing a sustainable and systematic archive system for the official family service history. The construction of the archives will provide a platform for understanding the contents of integrated family policies and inform the direction of future family policies in Korea. In addition, these archives will be an important factor in building a solid Korean national identity.
