In this paper, a framework for creating road network from road edges is proposed. The present framework mainly includes two modules: road modeler and network generator. Road modeler creates the road polygons from the original road edges, and network generator performs converting road polygons to road network with good connectivity at all intersections. A prototype system is also built, and some experimental results are also presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework.

본 연구에서는 수자원 전문가들에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 홍수관리의 발전방향을 수립하고 이를 효과적으로 추진하기 위한 지속가능한 홍수관리 프레임워크와 프로세스를 개발하였다. 설문조사의 응답자들은 홍수피해를 저감하기 위하여 무분별한 인위적인 개발을 지양하고 체계적이고 장기적인 계획에 의해 지속적으로 홍수관리를 수행해야 한다는 의견을 주로 제시하였다. 개발된 프레임워크를 국내 정황에서 효과적으로 시행하기 위하여 설문조사결과를 반영하여 통합홍수관리, 홍수 위험도관리, 통합유역관리, 참여적 의사결정, 적응형 관리 등과 같은 5가지 요소를 선정하였다. 프레임워크는 선정된 요소들을 통합하여 수계에 적용하여 홍수관리의 목표를 달성하도록 하며, 주기적으로 평가하고 그 결과를 피드백하여 홍수관리의 목표와 방법론을 수정 및 보완하도록 구성되었다. 프레임워크를 구체화하기 위하여 홍수관리 프로세스를 설문조사결과를 반영하여 개발하였으며, 관련자들의 참여와 홍수관리 상태의 주기적인 평가를 통해 홍수위험도를 저감시킬 수 있는 대책을 선정하고 이들을 적응적으로 시행하도록 구성하였다.

산림사업은 건설업 시중노임단가를 적용하고 있으나 산악지에서의 열악한 작업여건과 높은 노동강도 등의 사업특성에 따라, 같은 직종이라도 더 많은 임금을 지급하여야 하는 현실적 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 타 분야의 시중노임단가 조사방법을 분석하여 산림사업 작업자의 임금실태조사 프레임워크를 개발하고, 개발된 프레임워크를 활용하여 조사를 수행함으로써 산림작업자 적정임금과 건설업 시중노임단가의 차이를 분석하였다. 조사대상은 전국의 산림사업시행업체, 조사방법은 전수조사, 조사항목은 직종별 실지급임금, 이상치 처리는 사분위편차를 이용하여 식별 및 제거, 산출방법은 직종별 임금산식으로 설정하였다. 조사결과, 2022년 산림작업자 적정임금은 보통인부 163,376원, 특별인부 221,407원, 작업반장 250,045원, 벌목부 239,863원으로 산출되었으며, 건설업 시중노임단가 대비 평균 16.27% 높게 나타났다. 산림작업자 적정임금, 건설업 시중노임단가를 임업기능인 기준임금과 각각 상대 비교·분석하여 산림사업에 적합한 조사체계를 검증하였다. 그 결과 산림사업 작업자 임금실태조사 프레임워크를 통해 산정한 산림작업자 적정임금과 선행연구에서 도출된 임업기능인 기준임금이 건설업 시중노임단가에 비해 4.5% 더 유사하게 나타남에 따라 건설업 시중노임단가는 산림사업에 적용하기 부적절하다고 판단된다. 이에 산림사업의 현실적인 직접노무비 산정과 적용, 산림사업의 원활한 시행을 위해서는 건설업 시중노임단가를 적용하기보다 산림사업 작업자 임금실태조사 프레임워크를 이용하여 산정된 산림작업자 적정임금을 사용하는 것이 더 적합하다고 판단된다. 다만, 이를 제도적으로 적용하기 위해서는 향후 본 연구에서 개발한 프레임워크를 통해 다년간 장기적인 조사를 실시하여 실지급임금 기초자료를 축적하고, 더 다양한 직종을 대상으로 산림작업자 적정임금을 산정할 필요가 있다.

Recent interests in total quality management (TQM) and business excellence (BE) had been fuelled with a range of national and regional awards. These awards are being increasingly used by organisations as part of the business improvement process and strategic benchmarking. This paper reviews the concepts and approaches of performance measurement (PM) and discusses the integration of PM with the TQM and BE philosophies. A TQM-BE-PM framework with a set of self-assessment checklists was developed. In order to complement the literature base with empirical evidence, an industry survey was conducted and a trial implementation of the framework was carried out in a leading manufacturing firm in Hong Kong. The self-assessment performance data of the fm was evaluated and then benchmarked with the industry averages obtained from the survey. This paper presents the empirical findings and discusses the applicability of the framework in measuring and benchmarking organisational performance toward continual improvement.

본 연구는 비판적 수학교육의 관점에서 수학교과서를 분석하기 위한 분석준거 개발을 목표로 하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위한 첫 단계로서 비판적 수학교육의 이론적 근간이 되는 비판 이론과 비판적 교육이론에 대한 문헌분석을 통해 비판적 수학교육의 철학적, 인식론적 기저를 고찰하였다. 또한 비판적 수학교육에 대한 국내외 문헌을 분석하여 비판적 수학교육의 개념화 논의, 실제 수업사례 등을 종합하여 '비판적 수학교육 관점에 따른 수학교과서 분석준거 안'을 구성하였다. 이후 제시한 준거 안에 대한 타당도를 검증하기 위해 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 분석 결과에 따라 제시한 준거 안을 수정, 보완하여 '고전적 지식', '공동체적 지식', '대화적 지식', '정치적 지식' 네 범주로 이루어진 '비판적 수학교육의 관점에 따른 수학교과서 분석준거'를 최종적으로 개발하였다.

The success of road haulage, in dominating the surface movement of freight, is now threatened by increased traffic congestion, falling average motorway speeds and rising in logistic costs. As a result, Government as well as companies, which use or operate logistics service, is now looking to rail to provide an alternative. First, we surveyed the bottlenecks and desired betterments to rail transport, which were indicated by rail and road transport users. Through the analysis of customers' needs survey. this paper is focused in the basic framework fur the rail freight transport, which could be helped to promote the efficiency associated with moving freight by rail.

안전 및 재난관리가 사회적인 화두로 등장하면서 중앙 집중적인 안전관리 이외에 지역 안전관리에 대한 연구 및 정책 수요도 증가하고 있다. 기존에 지역 안전관리에 관련된 연구는 기존의 법 제도적인 측면과 조직적인 측면에서 접근한 연구, 기관의 효율적 기능을 위한 논의가 주를 이루었다. 특히 중앙 집중 및 통합형 재난관리에 대한 내용으로 정리되어 왔었다. 그러나 우리나라는 지역별 자연환경의 특성 및 사회적 특성이 다양하므로 기초지방자치단체에서 종합적인 안전계획을 세우려면 실용적인 통계조사와 현황조사가 필요하다. 본고에는 이러한 배경하에 세부적인 안전환경 조사를 위한 프레임워크를 개발하고자 한다. 즉 지역의 특성을 고려한 안전환경 조사 프레임워크를 제안하고, 이를 무안군과 고흥군 지역에 적용하고 실행가능성과 유용성을 검증하고자 하였다. 중앙 정부에서 제시하는 법 제도적인 측면과 지역안전지수와 재난의 4단계별 요소를 프레임워크의 핵심요소로 구성하였다. 두 지역은 기초지방자치단체이면서 재난 약자 비율이 타 지역에 비해 높은 비중을 차지하는 곳이며, 이번 연구에서 제시하는 조사 프레임워크를 활용하여 도출된 결과를 통해 기초지방자치단체장이 실천할 수 있는 안전 정책을 제시할 수 있는 바탕이 되었다. 향후에는 도시 또는 도농 복합지역의 경우를 적용하여 안전환경 조사 프레임워크가 더욱 풍성하게 완성도를 높이게 될 것을 기대한다.

Purpose This study explores the impact of tourism live commerce on consumer participation intention. Utilizing Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework and situation theory, the study is to identify the features and situational factors of tourism live commerce and to investigate their impact on flow experience, perceived value, and participation intention. Design/methodology/approach A theoretical model is developed and validated through a survey, adopting PLS-SEM approach. A self-administered questionnaire was developed and distributed via Wenjuanxing, the largest online survey platform in China, in October 2022, resulting in 361 valid responses. Findings The results reveal significant effects of features and situational factors of tourism live commerce on consumer behavior, enhancing the understanding of tourism live commerce and extending the S-O-R framework in this context. The study offers both theoretical contributions and practical implications, providing valuable insights for managers to improve consumer engagement in tourism live commerce.

The current information system audit merely inspects a web based information system by focusing on checking items that are extracted from structured and information engineering model and object-oriented component model. As a result, the checking item of web contents and design is inadequate. This paper aims to extract audit framework in order to strengthen the audit of web contents and design during the development of the web based information system and to suggest checking items based on audit framework. For this, the web development process and web site evaluation model were studied, compared, and analyzed with the current information system development audit. From a result of the survey, it was found that the adequacy of the suggested audit framework and audit checking items is above the average value. It is believed that the suggested audit framework is helpful for the audit of web based information system.

The importance of the decentralized training with decentralized execution (DTDE) framework is well-known in the study of multiagent reinforcement learning. In many real-world environments, agents cannot share information. Hence, they must be trained in a decentralized manner. However, the DTDE framework has been less studied than the centralized training with decentralized execution framework. One of the main reasons is that many problems arise when training agents in a decentralized manner. For example, DTDE algorithms are often computationally demanding or can encounter problems with non-stationarity. Another reason is the lack of simulation environments that can properly handle the DTDE framework. We discuss current research trends in the DTDE framework.
