The asset management of railway facilities is a total framework for finally supporting a safe and comfortable train service, which includes functions of supporting evaluation of condition and performance of infrastructures, making the decision method of repair or rehabilitation of deteriorated facilities, and lengthening the life cycle of structure through the decision of adequate cost and time of repair or reinforcement. In the range of the asset management, organization, human, the target, and information & data of company are included. Therefore, in this paper, appling the method of asset management analysis to the railway structures, the process of the risk assesment using BRE(Business Risk Exposure) and the basis of consisting optimized renewal decision-making are expressed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that explain the degree of need for community welfare services designed for the residents of Wonju City. For this purpose, we identify five categories of community welfare services : employment no income supporting programs, residence supporting programs, public health programs, family programs and welfare facilities for enhancing quality of life. The data come from 234 adults living in Wonju city, Major findings can be summarized as follows. Firstly, we find that participants are well aware of needs for community welfare service, and that the degree of need for public health services is the highest among the five types of welfare programs. Secondly, we find differential effects of the individual factors such as predisposing, enabling, and need, and the community factors such as quality of environmental facilities which make daily lives convenient, and residential region. Particularly, environmental facilities appear to have a strong association with high needs for the majority of welfare services. Finally, differences between urban and rural areas are still observed. These results suggest that the responsibility of Wonju city for providing diverse and adequate welfare services should be emphasized. Priorities for welfare policies based on the empirical data are also taken into consideration in the process of developing community welfare policies.

The service quality and image are a central factor in understanding tourists destination choice. Existing literature suggests that sport event and destination image could interact to influence tourism behaviours. The purpose of this study w as to identify the factors influencing local image and re-visit intention in the 68th Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Sport Event held in Yesan city. The results of the study are as follows; First, as a result of factor analysis on the satisfaction with the sports event composed of 17 items, three factors were categorized, which were 'event management', 'event facility' and 'supporting facilities'. Second, satisfaction with local event had a positive effect on local image. Especially, satisfaction with event management had greater effect on local image than event facilities and supporting facilities. Third, as satisfaction with local event had positive effect on re-visitation intention, satisfaction with sports event had positive effect on the success of the sport event itself and re-visitation intention for the region. Fourth, as local image had a positive effect on re-visitation intention, strategic approaches to linking factors of tourism are required to attract visitors in addition to sports events.

This study aimes to support basic data for developing elderly house in korea by classification elderly house of sevral countries including Korea. Data annalysed in this study are referenes about elderly house in home economics, architecture, sociology, thesis, plans and pamphlets of eldrly house. Elderly house in our country should be developed to fit our conditions of the elderly, so, it can be classified four types such as 3 generations sharing house, self-supporting elderly house, self-supporting elderly house with aids and facilities for the aged.

In this paper, we present interfaces for IPMP services on MPEG Multimedia Middleware (M3W). For supporting normative IPMP framework based on MPEG-2/4 IPMPX, M3W IPMP tool interfaces are defined and far supporting MPEG-21 IPMP, REL and other related protective functions, M3W trust management interfaces are. Through the proposed interfaces, IPMP can be easily implemented under various environments and experimental results show some implementation examples.

In elderly housing facilities where are elderly living facilities, the importance of outdoor space for psychological healing and stability, health improvement and environmental improvement is increasing, since elderly people suffer from depression and are hostile to these facilities. This study aims to identify if outdoor spaces in elderly housing facilities in Seoul have environments appropriate for the elderly and to suggest problems and improvements. For achieving this purpose, nine elderly housing facilities in Seoul were chosen and a field survey was conducted targeting five facilities with outdoor spaces. Based on the previous studies, the concepts of elderly housing facility and outdoor space were organized. Then, a checklist was drawn up as a framework of analysis for evaluating the present state of outdoor spaces of elderly housing facilities and space planning, and improvements were explored. It was found that elderly housing facilities in Seoul had good connectivity and accessibility to the surrounding areas, but there were few supporting facilities, except for resting places. Also, the result of analysis of the present state showed that most elderly housing facilities were located in high lands and the safety of elderly people was being threatened while moving, due to the absence of handrails. In conclusion, it is considered that outdoor space of elderly housing facility should be planned in consideration of safety, affordance and cognition out of the standards of researcher's evaluation tool.

This study examined the current conditions of the community facilities constructed by demonstration project for rural elderly that were promoted for the last two years by the ministry of agriculture, food and rural affairs. The type of community facilities are community living home, community food service facility and small bath house. And it was accomplished satisfaction survey for analyzing the effects of demonstration project focused on inhabitants and users of community facilities constructed by demonstration project. The results are as follows. First, The satisfaction index of community facilities was evaluated high level in generally. Second, Inhabitants and users of facilities were presented high level satisfaction in humanity sector, especially. Third, It should be to establish maintenance and management plan such as supporting of linkage program and operation cost for secure the sustainability. Consequently, the implementation of community facilities demonstration project to improve the living conditions of rural elderly is entirely appropriate. The results of this study were considered to promoting demonstration project for improving quality of the facilities and securing effectiveness of the project.

In this paper, We produced supporting for ginseng cultivation facilities as a material recycling product of CPW(Complex Plastic Wastes, CPW) from households. And we analyzed the characteristics of material recycling products according to the amount of r-LDPE(Recycled low density polyethylene, r-LDPE) used. As a result, as the amount of recycled LDPE used increa sed, the tensile strength a nd elonga tion of ma teria l recycled products using CPW increa sed, but a sh decrea sed. When the recycled r-LDPE usage is 5% or more, the physical properties of the material recycling product using CPW stably satisfy the quality standard (GRM 3093-2021) of supporting for ginseng cultivation facilities.

As the physical functions of school buildings and the changes in the functions of educational facilities due to social change are increasing, the demand for fundamental and long-term measures for the maintenance of educational facilities is expanding. However, depending on the function of the facility, the maintenance work has been carried out only when it is directly related to the safety problem, or when the request of the school facility manager is requested, rather than supporting preventive maintenance. In this study, we investigate the maintenance process of educational facilities and propose a method to manage the maintenance process of the educational facilities in the unit of space for establishing an efficient maintenance management system.

In the 70s, facility called 'Sozialstation' was introduced in Germany, which is a supporting organisation for a systematic and efficient integrated health and social service system for the aged. As a theoretical approach, presented here could be a foundation for space planning for the development of an integrated health and social service system for the aged in Korea, this study examines design, concept, function, operation area and origin background etc. of the 'Sozialstation' through the case studies of space program.
