The objectives of this study were: a) to classify rural women's roles according to apicultural activity, and b) to find out the needs for education system related to women's roles in agricultural technology and the participation in decision making of farming activities, and c) to put forward the programs in agricultural educational system for supporting rural women according to their role types. This study was based on a literature review, empirical analysis including women in rural Korea. Based on the empirical findings, the following suggestions could be of offered for helping the rural women according to the types of their roles. 1) Family cultural reform, farming helper system, relief of housework allotment, supporting educational expenses, equal opportunity and easier places for participations should be strengthened in education programs of women farmers in Korea. 2) Government should provide diverse incentive programs, appropriate information and educational supports for women farmers' agricultural education including equipment and facilities for easy farm management. 3) Automation and mechanization of farm works, computer education, eco-friendly agricultural production skills, family consciousness and group action, importance and the future prospects of agriculture and farming, leadership role should be strengthened in agricultural education programs for rural women.

본 논문에서는 국내에서 개발한 각 군의 주요 워게임 모델의 VV&A 수행 실태를 조사 분석한다. 이를 기초로 VV&A 활동의 참조 틀로써 VV&A 프레임워크를 제안한다. VV&A 프레임워크는 VV&A 기본모델과 참조모델 그리고 지원도구로 구성된다. VV&A 기본모델은 VV&A 프로세스, 산출 문서와 적용기법으로 구성된다. VV&A 참조모델은 VV&A 활동 유형별 확인사항 목록표, VV&A 수행 수준 분석모델과 VV&A 성숙도 관리 모델로 이루어진다. VV&A 지원도구는 VV&A 산출 문서 작성과 관리를 지원하는 도구이다. 제안하는 VV&A 프레임워크는 VV&A 계획 수립과 실행 시 참고할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 공공기관 대상 재해경감활동관리체계를 구축 및 관리할 수 있는 지원 프로그램을 개발하고자 ISO22301 등 업무연속성관리/기능연속성계획 표준문서와 해외 선진 사례를 분석하여 프로그램에서 필요로 하는 요구기능을 도출하였다. 그 결과 시스템 관리를 위한 기능을 제외하고, 영향분석 리스크 평가 경감활동 대응계획 교육 및 모의훈련 재난대응 문서관리가 도출되었다. 향후 업무연속성관리 및 기능연속성계획의 요구조건을 만족하는 공공기관 재해경감활동관리체계 구축 지원프로그램을 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The bimodal porous carbons were synthesized by using imprinting method with templates of SBA-15 particle and silica sphere and applied as supporting materials for the electro-catalyst of polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEFC). The silica spheres with diameter size of 100 nm and SBA-15 particle having 200 nm -250 nm diameter and 700 nm -900 nm length were synthesized in this work. The bimodal porous carbons (S100) were prepared by using the silica spheres and SBA-15 as templates and mesophase pitch as a carbon source. The PtRu nanoparticle of ca. 1.9 nm were supported on the bimodal porous carbon support and the resulting PtRu/S100 catalysts was tested by the cyclic voltammetry. The use of bimodal porous carbon showed in comparable electro-catalytic activities with commercial catalyst. Though unclear effects of bimodal porosity of supports could be obtained in the scope of this study, morphological advantage in electrical conductivity can be considered on the electro-catalytic activity.

United Nations(UN)이 채택한 UN 2030 의제를 통해서 지속가능한 발전(sustainable development)은 전 세계적으로 많은 변화를 이끌어 내고 있다. 도서관계에서도 지속가능한 발전을 지원하기 위한 도서관의 역할에 대해 논의가 계속해서 이어지고 있지만, 이와 관련된 구체적인 방향이 명확하게 설정되지는 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지속가능한 발전을 지원하기 위한 도서관의 역할 및 기능을 재고찰하고, 이를 위해 도서관이 수행할 수 있는 방안을 정보적, 사회적, 문화적, 환경적 측면에서 논의하였다. 또한 지속가능한 발전을 지원하기 위한 모든 도서관 활동의 중심에 자리 잡고 있는 사서의 역할을 재고찰함으로써 도서관과 사서가 사회의 지속가능한 발전을 수행하기 위한 토대를 마련할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

웹 기반 학습은 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 효과적인 교육 방법으로 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 학습관리시스템은 교수와 학생들 간의 온라인 교육 환경을 제공하며, 학습 자원의 제공을 위한 다양한 기능을 지원한다. 일반적인 학습관리시스템들은 교수와 학생들 간의 단방향 또는 제한적인 양방향 교육 환경을 제공하여 교수와 학생 또는 학생들 서로 간에 협력 학습을 수행하기에 많은 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 학습관리시스템인 Moodle에서 효과적인 협력 학습 환경을 제공하는 협업 워크스페이스의 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 다양한 형태로 제공되는 협업 워크스페이스를 통하여, 사용자들은 손쉽게 협력 학습을 수행하거나 적절한 접근 권한 제어 기법으로 학습 자원을 효과적으로 공유할 수 있다.

As the aging of this society, instead of growing numbers old protective functions of families decreased according to increasing tendency of nuclear families, increasing rates of females' participation of economic activities. Now, the problem of supporting the old is in need of social supporting system the cope with this situation. Thus it needs that welfare service for the elderly who stay at home that have local basis. The results are based on these factors are like this: 1) It is necessarily the instruction of medical welfare service. 2) The overlapped service is avoided and the service of specialized. 3) Most of the welfare service institution is Seoul and local city hall, so it needs the institution is transferred. 4) It needs the increase the number of home helper. 5) When the service is offered, the government must considers finance, elderly health condition and preference. 6) It needs the department for the welfare service for the old who stay at home.

This study is to find out how community facilities of 10-year public rental apartments are currently managed and to propose a new community program management plan by analyzing key characteristics and program needs of tenants. Site visits and questionnaire surveys have been conducted at five different complexes producing 469 results that can be summarized as follows; 1) There were significant differences in the use of facilities and vitality of community among five complexes depending on tenants' participation and efforts of management staff. It was advisable to dispatch specialists, such as housing welfare workers, who were dedicated to managing facilities and supporting community programs; 2) There were high demanded for communication facilitation programs and environmental activities. Development of communication contents and distribution of manuals to inform and educate tenants about various environmental programs will be helpful; 3) The number of community facilities in each complex should be reduced those with high demand and the regional community center should be more vitalized with supporting programs and staff.

Recently, as business problems become more complicated and require more precise quantitative results, large-scale model management systems are increasingly in demand for supporting the decision-making activities. In addition, as distributed computing over networks gains popularity, departmental computing systems are gradually adopted in an organization to facilitate collaboration of geographically dispersed multiple departments. In departmental collaborative model management systems, multiple departments share common models but approach them with different user-views depending on their departmental needs. Moreover, the shared models become evolved as their structures and the corresponding data sets change due to the dynamic nature of the operating environment and the inherent uncertainty associated with the problems. In such capacity, providing the multiple departmental users with synchronized and consistent views of the models is important to improve the overall productivity. In this paper, we propose a collaborative model management framework for coordinating model change and automatic user-view update in a departmental computing environment. To do so, we describes changes in the model and their effects occurred in departmental model management environments and identifies the constructs and processes for maintaining the consistency between a shared model and its departmental user-views. Especially, in this framework, generic model concept was adopted for accommodating diverse mathematical models in a uniform way in a modelbase and object-oriented database management systems(ODBMS) for combining the model management constructs and automatic user-view update mechanisms in a single formalism. A prototype object-oriented modeling environment was developed using an ODBMS called ObjectStore and $C^{++}$ programming language on Windows NT.
