The objectives of this study were: a) to classify rural women's roles according to apicultural activity, and b) to find out the needs for education system related to women's roles in agricultural technology and the participation in decision making of farming activities, and c) to put forward the programs in agricultural educational system for supporting rural women according to their role types. This study was based on a literature review, empirical analysis including women in rural Korea. Based on the empirical findings, the following suggestions could be of offered for helping the rural women according to the types of their roles. 1) Family cultural reform, farming helper system, relief of housework allotment, supporting educational expenses, equal opportunity and easier places for participations should be strengthened in education programs of women farmers in Korea. 2) Government should provide diverse incentive programs, appropriate information and educational supports for women farmers' agricultural education including equipment and facilities for easy farm management. 3) Automation and mechanization of farm works, computer education, eco-friendly agricultural production skills, family consciousness and group action, importance and the future prospects of agriculture and farming, leadership role should be strengthened in agricultural education programs for rural women.

In this paper, we investigate and analyze the application of VV&A on the development of war-game models which were developed in Korea. Then we propose VV&A framework which comprises VV&A basic model, VV&A reference model and a supporting tool. The VV&A basic model consists of VV&A process, products and methodologies. The VV&A reference model includes VV&A check lists for each VV&A activities, an assessment model of VV&A execution level and VV&A process maturity model. The VV&A supporting tool is to document and manage VV&A products. The proposed VV&A framework can be used as the foundation of VV&A plan on its execution.

We analyze BCM, COOP and other exotic advanced cases for making supporting programs relates with Disaster mitigation management in Public area. The outcome from this study explains what are requirements for proper activating the programs and what we need. In conclusion, we could understand importances of BIA, RA, Disaster mitigation activities, Contingency plan, Training, Correspond to disaster, Management of document except for system managing functions. It will be helpful to build supporting programs by meeting most of requirements of BCM at the same time.

The bimodal porous carbons were synthesized by using imprinting method with templates of SBA-15 particle and silica sphere and applied as supporting materials for the electro-catalyst of polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEFC). The silica spheres with diameter size of 100 nm and SBA-15 particle having 200 nm -250 nm diameter and 700 nm -900 nm length were synthesized in this work. The bimodal porous carbons (S100) were prepared by using the silica spheres and SBA-15 as templates and mesophase pitch as a carbon source. The PtRu nanoparticle of ca. 1.9 nm were supported on the bimodal porous carbon support and the resulting PtRu/S100 catalysts was tested by the cyclic voltammetry. The use of bimodal porous carbon showed in comparable electro-catalytic activities with commercial catalyst. Though unclear effects of bimodal porosity of supports could be obtained in the scope of this study, morphological advantage in electrical conductivity can be considered on the electro-catalytic activity.

Through the UN 2030 Agenda adopted by the United Nations, sustainable development is bringing about many changes around the world. While discussions continue on the roles of libraries in supporting sustainable development in library communities, specific discussions on this have not been made enough. This study reconsidered the roles and functions of libraries to support sustainable development and discussed approaches to which libraries can perform in terms of informational, social, cultural, and environmental aspects. It also proposed a plan to allow libraries and librarians to lay the groundwork for supporting the sustainable development of society by reconsidering the roles of librarians as the core of all library activities to support sustainable development.

Web-based learning receives much attention as an effective learning method because users can use the learning service at any time from any space. A learning management system(LMS) provides online educational environment among teachers and students, supporting various facilities to deliver educational contents. Since most of the existing LMSs support one-way or limited two-way teaching services among teachers and students, there are a lot of difficulties in performing collaboration among students and/or collaboration among teachers and students. In this paper, we describe the development of collaborative workspaces which provides effective collaborative educational environment on Moodle which is widely accepted as a typical LMS. Through the provided various types of collaborative workspaces, users can easily perform group activities, sharing educational with appropriate access control mechanism.

As the aging of this society, instead of growing numbers old protective functions of families decreased according to increasing tendency of nuclear families, increasing rates of females' participation of economic activities. Now, the problem of supporting the old is in need of social supporting system the cope with this situation. Thus it needs that welfare service for the elderly who stay at home that have local basis. The results are based on these factors are like this: 1) It is necessarily the instruction of medical welfare service. 2) The overlapped service is avoided and the service of specialized. 3) Most of the welfare service institution is Seoul and local city hall, so it needs the institution is transferred. 4) It needs the increase the number of home helper. 5) When the service is offered, the government must considers finance, elderly health condition and preference. 6) It needs the department for the welfare service for the old who stay at home.

This study is to find out how community facilities of 10-year public rental apartments are currently managed and to propose a new community program management plan by analyzing key characteristics and program needs of tenants. Site visits and questionnaire surveys have been conducted at five different complexes producing 469 results that can be summarized as follows; 1) There were significant differences in the use of facilities and vitality of community among five complexes depending on tenants' participation and efforts of management staff. It was advisable to dispatch specialists, such as housing welfare workers, who were dedicated to managing facilities and supporting community programs; 2) There were high demanded for communication facilitation programs and environmental activities. Development of communication contents and distribution of manuals to inform and educate tenants about various environmental programs will be helpful; 3) The number of community facilities in each complex should be reduced those with high demand and the regional community center should be more vitalized with supporting programs and staff.

The Inno-NET, which is based on the Internet and up-to-date information technology, is a consolidated system to provide business-related information and to solve the difficulties in business activities. In particular, the Inno-NET is an information system to integrate such business information for enterprise as start-up, financing, technology development, recruiting, site acquisition, marketing, trade and investment and so on, in order to help companies solve their problems and make up for their weak points. Accordingly, the Inno-NET will systematically connect supporting agencies and innovative enterprises, thus guaranteeing the exchange of information among them and coordinating the business. The supporting agencies will be included government offices, public organizations, research institutes, universities, and industrial associations all over the ministries. Recently, as business problems become more complicated and require more precise quantitative results, large-scale model management systems are increasingly in demand for supporting the decision-making activities. In addition, as distributed computing over networks gains popularity, departmental computing systems are gradually adopted in an organization to facilitate collaboration of geographically dispersed multiple departments. In departmental collaborative model management systems, multiple departments share common models but approach them with different user-views depending on their departmental needs. Moreover, the shared models become evolved as their structures and the corresponding data sets change due to the dynamic nature of the operating environment and the inherent uncertainty associated with the problems. In such capacity, providing the multiple departmental users with synchronized and consistent views of the models is important to improve the overall productivity. In this paper, we propose a collaborative model management framework for coordinating model change and automatic user-view update in a departmental computing environment. To do so, we describes changes in the model and their effects occurred in departmental model management environments and identifies the constructs and processes for maintaining the consistency between a shared model and its departmental user-views. Especially, in this framework, generic model concept was adopted for accommodating diverse mathematical models in a uniform way in a modelbase and object-oriented database management systems(ODBMS) for combining the model management constructs and automatic user-view update mechanisms in a single formalism. A prototype object-oriented modeling environment was developed using an ODBMS called ObjectStore and $C^{++}$ programming language on Windows NT.
