Korea Aerospace Research Institute has developed an earth observation satellite and it was launched into its orbit in 2012 by using a foreign commercial launch vehicle. The launch site authority has imposed safety requirements to the spacecraft developer to ensure the safety of the personnel and to protect launch vehicle, spacecraft and facilities from accidents associated with the satellite operation at the launch site. This paper describes the range safety activities implemented for the satellite and supporting equipments during the whole phase of their design, manufacturing/test and operation at the launch site. To ensure the integrated requirements for safety management and design, system safety program plan has been developed. And based upon the plan, spacecraft developer conducted hazard analysis to identify and establish safety requirements to reflect in designs, procedures, operations. The result of the hazard analysis has been complied into safety data packages and it was reviewed by launch site review board at the safety reviews and finally it was approved to launch.

Offshore-aquaculture is a new idea, has emerged as an alternative method, which can minimize the damage to the natural disaster due to the environment pollution by the fish farming activities in the coast and overcome the problems of vicious cycle in fish farming management. On the other hand, as the current fish farming laws and institutions focus on the support for offshore-aquaculture, having the limit to revitalizing and supporting the fish farming business in the open sea, it is necessary to amend the laws and institutions related to fish farm. We should be establish in connection with offshore-aquaculture, after the study aims at examining the foreign laws and institutions in such countries as USA and Norway, establishing the methods for the future laws and institutions of open sea fish farm through the analysis of the issues and controversies in the process of enactment in Korea.

Virtual Manufacturing is a technology facilitating effective development and agile production of products via computer models representing physical and logical schema and the behavior of the real manufacturing systems including manufacturing resources, environments and products. For the successful application of this technology, a virtual factory as a well-designed and integrated environment is essential. To construct a virtual factory in effective and concurrent manners, a supporting information infrastructure for managing diverse models of virtual factory is very important. In this paper, we constructed the web-based information management system for many engineering activities related with a virtual factory. Using this system, users can handle all information and diverse digital files including attributes, parameters, 3-D CAD files, simulation models, and etc. of a cell, line and whole factory. We expect that this information management system for a virtual factory helps us achieve great time savings and advances in accuracy for construction and maintenance activities of virtual factories.

In this paper, we proposed comparison of software education units according to 2015 Revised National Curriculum. Comparative analysis of 6 Practical Arts textbooks was conducted especially on the software education units. The analysis criteria were decided to be unit system, unit structure, learning objectives, the way of placing contents, activities, supporting materials, providing resources, and evaluation. As a result, the software education units have secured a lot of quantity compared to the total number of units. And the affective domain of the learning objectives is shown to be lacking. All the textbooks were uniformly arranged the component of contents described in 2015 revised national curriculum. Cooperative activities are strengthened compared to the previouse curriculum. On the other hand, evaluations have a large variation among textbooks and some have fewer types.

This study was carried out to prepare some devices for the development the field professor's roll of the Korea National Agricultural College(KNAC). In this study, we had visited and interviewed twenty-four KNAC's field professors. Through this our experience of study, we could suggest several development devices of the roles of KNAC's field professor, so the results of this study as follows : (1) Main roles of the field professors could be classified into 4 categories, with these desirable aspects could be deducted. (2) Selecting the good field professors is an important work, so that we prepared a comprehensive checking list to be used to select the desirable field professor. (3) In order to enhance the selected field professor's roles and activities, workshop for the professors, orientation training for the students and various supporting activities should be well organized with recognizing those as the important factors.

This paper describes an experiment of concrete and specific group work learning system based on the traditional Jigsaw group work learning model. Jigsaw model has two groups of students such as random group and expert group so that a course can make progress on explaining and lecturing all members of class after each student can be a member of expert group of course topic. We design and implement Web-based training system to support collaboration and Interaction among students of a course based on Jigsaw model The Web- based learning system makes each group going up to the expert level of a course subject by supporting various study menu and provides equal opportunity of improving social abilities such as leadership, communication skill, trust, and trouble-settling by taking part in collaboration activities.

This study aims to develop useful programs, which would promote the economic activities of rural elderly and their living standard as the silver population is growing in the society, to present the direction of policy related to the elderly for governmental agencies, and make it available as data that can be accessed by civil servants, in charge of elderly-related matters and currently serving at city office and municipal and county agricultural technique center, so that they can provide education to the elderly. For this, first, the economic condition of the rural elderly and their requirements have to be diagnosed. Second, we developed a program that specially aimed at improving their economic activities. To develop of program, a survey questionnaire was administered with the 881 elderly over 60 years old who live in 110 rural villages. Face to face interview was carried out by professional interviewer. The result was once posted in the 2nd issue of volume 14th of this journal in 2004 with the title of "Study of the rural elderly's activities and needs of economics." Based on such result of study, we developed the program to provide jobs to the rural elderly that are suitable for them. 2 types programs, which differ from each other depending on the subject of implementing the welfare of the elderly, were developed: first, "program to create jobs for rural elderly at the policy supporting level, which requires the government to drive forward, and second, 'program to provide education to rural elderly at the social level' to foster them as competent human resources."

Amylases and cellulases are important enzymes that can be utilized for various biological activities. Ten different wild Nigerian mushrooms (Agaricus blazei, Agaricus sp., Corilopsis occidentalis, Coriolus versicolor, Termitomyces clypeatus, Termitomyces globulus, Pleurotus tuber-regium, Podoscypha bolleana, Pogonomyces hydnoides, and Nothopanus hygrophanus) were assayed for production of these secondary metabolites. The results revealed that most of the tested wild fungi demonstrated very good amylase and cellulase activities. With the incorporation of carboxymethyl-cellulose (a carbon source) into the culture medium, Agaricus blazei had the highest amylolytic activity of 0.60 unit/mL (at $25^{\circ}C$, pH 6.8). This was followed in order by P. tuber-regium and Agaricus sp. with 0.42 and 0.39 unit/mL, respectively ($p {\leq} 0.05$). Maltose and sucrose supplementation into the submerged liquid medium made N. hygrophanus and P. hydnoides to exhibit very low amylase activities of 0.09 and 0.11 unit/mL, respectively. Introducing peptone (an organic nitrogen source) into the basal medium enhanced the ability of C. versicolor to produce a cellulase value of 0.74 unit/mL. Other organic nitrogen sources that supported good cellulase activities were yeast extract and urea. Sodium nitrate (inorganic nitrogen source) generally inhibited cellulase production in all mushrooms. The best carbon source was carboxymethyl-cellulose, which promoted very high cellulase activity of 0.67 unit/mL in C. versicolor, which was followed in order by P. tuber-regium, T. chypeatus, and C. occidentalis ($p {\leq} 0.05$). Sucrose was the poorest carbon compound, supporting the lowest values of 0.01, 0.01, and 0.14 unit/mL in P. hydnoides, A. blazei, and Agaricus sp., respectively.

Purpose of this research is to study status of regional informatization of new information alienated women immigrants in concern of uplifting social activities of them under rapidly changing social environment onto the multi-cultural society, which would be used to propose educational courses and concepts aligned to women migrants. Based on the research of informative social activities, the most beloved activities are hobby or leisure related subjects, and places which has utilized information education well and in urban areas are high in social activities. Consequently, supporting fundamental courses of information education are mandatory to encourage social participation activities in area such as regions in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gwangju, also more intense courses linked with informative tracks are needed in places with lively social participation activities such as in Seoul, Daejeon, and Jeju-do.

Most of the data warehouse (DW) requirements engineering approaches have not distinguished the early requirements engineering phase from the late requirements engineering phase. There are very few approaches seen in the literature that explicitly model the early & late requirements for a DW. In this paper, we propose an AGDI (Agent-Goal-Decision-Information) model to support the early and late requirements for the development of DWs. Here, the notion of agent refers to the stakeholders of the organization and the dependency among agents refers to the dependencies among stakeholders for fulfilling their organizational goals. The proposed AGDI model also supports three interrelated modeling activities namely, organization modeling, decision modeling and information modeling. Here, early requirements are modeled by performing organization modeling and decision modeling activities, whereas late requirements are modeled by performing information modeling activities. The proposed approach has been illustrated to capture the early and late requirements for the development of a university data warehouse exemplifying our model's ability of supporting its decisional goals by providing decisional information.
