대학생 창업프로그램 지원이 창업동기와 창업의지에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Start-up Support Programs on College Students' Foundation Motivation and Entrepreneurial Intentions)

  • 대학생들을 대상으로 그들이 대학에서 제공받는 창업지원프로그램에 대해서 전공만족과 창업의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 실증적으로 검증해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 서울/경기, 충청, 경북, 전라도의 2년 및 4년제 대학교 5개 대학에 재학중인 248명이었다. 자료분석은 SPSSWIN 26.0 통계프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석방법으로 기술분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석, 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 대학생 창업프로그램 지원중 창업교육지원/창업활동지원이 기회동기와 성취동기에 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기회동기, 성취동기, 독립동기 모두 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대학생 창업프로그램 지원중 창업교육지원/창업활동지원이 창업의지에 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 대학생들의 전공만족 및 창업의지를 향상시키기 위해서는 창업교육지원과 창업활동지원 프로그램 중심의 프로그램 개발과 활용이 요구된다.

한국궁중복식의 문화콘텐츠화 현황 분석 (Analysis of Present Situations on the Cultural Contents of Korean Royal Costumes)

  • The cultural content industry can be stimulated by the production of content based on Korean traditional culture such as Korean court culture. At present, the use of royal costumes of various Korean dynasties for content creation is rare. Less than ten government-supported projects managed by the Korea Culture & Content Agency (KOCCA) are related with Korean royal costumes. Only a handful of tourism-related cultural products (e.g., souvenirs and theme parks) are related to this subject. Fortunately, there are many events that demonstrate traditional court ceremonies; however, there is a need for more investment in academic research to ensure accurate reproduction. There are a number of issue in utilizing traditional royal costumes to produce cultural content that include: a lack of understanding the importance of Korean royal costumes, discrepancies of the content produced based on the historical context, a lack of public knowledge or support, and the lack of the historical accuracy of reproduced content. In order to benefit the most from royal costumes, this article suggests recreating the costumes as a source for further content creation, the development of a database to store information by design features and itemized topics, along with the active support of the government.

융복합 접근을 통한 고전문학 클라우드 디지털 아카이브 (Traditional Culture's Cloud Digital Archive by approach to the Convergence)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 융복합 부문의 하나로 고전문학과 정보기술의 적용방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 고전문학을 위한 클라우드 디지털 아카이브 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 최근의 기술 트랜드중의 하나이며, 정보기술 분야의 중요한 키워드가 되었다. 이를 고전문학의 하나인 판소리 아카이브 모형을 연계하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서도 서비스가 지원될 수 있도록 기능 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 또한 각 특성에 따른 메타데이터 모델과 데이터 구조를 설정하였으며, 판소리 아카이브 지원을 위한 서비스 프레임워크를 추가하였다. 이러한 구조는 고전문학 자료의 평가, 보존, 접근의 프로세스를 가지며, 아카이브에서는 디지털 아카이브, 메타데이터를 통한 연계모형으로 구성되었다.

Effect of Social Support on the Job Performance of Workers at Care Facilities for Elderly

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of social support on the job performance of workers at care facilities for elderly. For the study, a survey was conducted on 176 workers at care facilities for elderly in Gyeongsangbuk-do from the 5th of September of 5th of November, 2016. For the analysis, SPSS WIN 18.0 and Amos 21.0 programs were used to conduct t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The research results were as follows. First, the level of social support on the workers varied depending on their marital status, religions and years of service, while no difference was found for different genders, ages, education levels, positions, monthly incomes and workloads. Second, the job performance of the workers varied with their marital status, with the married workers performing at higher level then single workers. Third, it was found that the job performance of workers at care facilities for elderly has positive correlation with the level of social support. This paper is required to be used as a primary source for political development on the job performance of workers at care facilities for elderly.

The Influence of Culture on the Experiences of Korean, Korean American, and Caucasian-American Family Caregivers of Frail Older Adults: A Literature Review

  • Purpose. The purpose of this review is to explore cultural influences on the experiences of Korean, Korean American, and Caucasian American family caregivers caring for frail older adults in terms of the selection of a primary caregiver, caregiving motivation, support/help-seeking, and negative emotional responses (depression and burden). Methods. Seven electronic databases were searched to retrieve studies from 1966 to 2005. Thirty-two studies were identified. Results. This review supported cultural influences on the selection of primary caregiver, caregiving motivation, and support/help-seeking among the three caregiver groups. In Korean caregivers, the major primary caregivers were daughters-in-law while among Korean American and Caucasian American caregivers, the major primary caregivers were daughters or spouses. As a major caregiving motivation, Caucasian American care¬givers reported filial affection while Korean caregivers and Korean American caregivers reported filial obligation. Korean caregivers reported higher extended family support, while Caucasian American caregivers reported higher utilization of formal support. Korean caregivers showed the highest levels of depression followed by Korean American caregivers and Caucasian American caregivers. Conclusion. In order to develop culturally appropriate interventions and policies, more research is needed to further explain these differences among the three groups, especially regarding support/help-seeking and negative emotional responses.

커뮤니티케어 기반 탈시설 장애인의 자립생활을 위한 중앙·지방정부의 지원방안 (Community care-based de-facility support measures by central and local governments for independence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 커뮤니티케어를 기반으로 장애인 탈시설 자립지원 방안을 모색하는 것으로 첫째, 새로운 장애인복지 패러다임으로서의 탈시설화 정책의 주요내용을 살펴보며 둘째, 커뮤니티케어의 개념과 이에 따른 탈시설·탈가족 돌봄의 함의를 고찰하였다. 셋째, 커뮤니티케어를 실시해 오고 있는 외국의 사례와 시범사업으로서 서울시 장애인전환서비스 지원 사업 사례를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 중앙정부와 지방정부 차원에서 커뮤니티케어 기반의 장애인의 탈시설 자립지원 방안을 제시하였다.

The Effect of Professor's Individualized Consideration on the Personal Growth of Chinese Students Study Abroad in Korea: The Moderating Effect of Perceived School Support

  • In general, members of an organization want their own growth and development. As these members grow or develop, they feel satisfied and fulfilled in the process. Growth or development can motivate members to become more involved in their jobs. Therefore, these concepts are very important for organizations as well as individual members. Various elements of the organization affect the growth of its members. Leaders influence members to achieve organizational goals. Leaders can therefore be an important variable influencing the growth of members. Specific leadership informally develops the potential to identify and satisfy members' personal needs and to achieve higher performance. These leader behaviors motivate members and drive their growth. Thus, this leadership will have a significant impact on the growth of members. In addition, in this relationship, if members have perceived organizational support, they can further improve their expectations for growth. Therefore, support from leaders and organizations will have a positive impact on employee growth. This study highlights the importance of the growth of members of the organization. It demonstrates the moderating effects of leader's individualized consideration and perceived organizational support necessary elements for member growth. Through this process, the purpose and significance of the study are to identify the variables that affect the personal growth of members and explain how they can grow.

뇌졸중환자의 자기 효능감, 사회적지지, 삶의질 연구 (The Study of Stroke Patient's of Social Support, Self- Efficacy and Qualty of Life)

  • 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중환자의 자기효능감과 사회적지지도과 삶의 질을 평가하고 뇌졸중환자의 사회적지지도, 자기 효능감과 삶의 질의 상관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 G시, P시에 소재하는 재활병원에 뇌졸중 진단을 받고 입원해있는 환자 60명을 대상으로 실시하였고 자료 수집은 2017년 8월 1일부터 10 월 1일까지였다. 본 연구 결과를 종합해보면 사회적지지, 자기효능감은 뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질과 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 판명되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 재활에 있어서 사회적 지지와 자기 효능감 모두 향상시키는 다양한 방법을 치료에 제공한다면 뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질을 높일 것으로 사료된다.

A Study on the Way to Improvement of Career Commitment and Life Satisfaction among Chinese Students Who Study in Korea

  • The current number of international students is gradually increasing in the world due to their passion for study or exchange students programs related to be affiliated with their universities. Many international students have great hope for their successful life of studying abroad. The factors that play a key role in successful study abroad can be seen as life satisfaction in host country and career commitment. Therefore, this study suggested the way to improve students' life satisfaction and career commitment among Chinese international students in Korea. It focused on social identification as a core factor in improving international student life satisfaction and career commitment. In addition, it also focused on social support as a factor to increase social identification. According to the results of empirical analysis, it was verified that perceived social support improves social identification among international students. In addition, social identification improves their life satisfaction and career commitment. Therefore, the mediating effect of social identification was found to be significant in the relationship between perceived social support and life satisfaction and career commitment. This study was verified that if international students perceive social support, they can experience social identification. This process can eventually lead to life satisfaction and career commitment. Based on these results, it emphasized that the role and importance of social identification. Finally, the practical implications and future research directions were discussed.

THE REDEFINITION OF SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR LIFELONG EDUCATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABLED BASED ON UNIVERSITY: LEADING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INTEGRATED COMPOSITION SYSTEM BETWEEN COOPERATION WITH LOCAL RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND FOSTERING QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONALS THROUGH CONNECTION WITH CURRICULUM BEYOND THE LEVEL OF USE OF PHYSICAL SPACE

  • This study is conducted with the aim of redefining the university-based lifelong education support system for developmental disabled. The research method consisted of procedures in parallel with literature analysis and expert meetings. As for the contents of the study, a composition system that recognized the problems and solutions of lifelong education for the developmental disabled based on universities was primarily presented. Through this, it was suggested that universities can form an academic foundation for the establishment of a lifelong education support system for the developmental disabled along with the convergence field. In addition, a structural model related to this was presented along with the aspect that universities could develop a curriculum for lifelong education for the developmental disabled according to the school foundation. Also, a composition system was suggested that universities can develop lifelong education curriculum for people with developmental disabilities to lead the cooperation of local related organizations such as welfare centers for the disabled and lifelong education centers for the developmentally disabled. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that leadership in the university-based lifelong education support system for developmental disabled can contribute to fostering professional manpower qualifications and establishing cooperation with local related organizations in an integrated composition system.
