Expanding exports of small and medium-sized companies is crucial for the continuous growth of the Korean economy. Therefore, the government operates various support systems to enhance the export capabilities of these companies. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Korean government's flagship export support system, known as the export initiation support system, on the performance of participating domestic companies. A fixed effect model using panel data was applied to examine the characteristics of 11,099 companies that participated in the export initiation support system from 2016 to 2019. The analysis revealed that the number of exporting countries, employees, and previous export volume had a significant impact on the export amount of participating companies. However, contrary to expectations, the number of overseas marketing participation and the GCL (global competence level) test did not show a significant impact. This study is significant as it provides implications for the development of support projects tailored to the specific needs of small and medium-sized companies, with the goal of improving the export support system.

This paper introduces a simulation design decision support system to support the development process of the pipeline network and provide decision support to the operations of the gas pipelines. The system has been implemented on Flash5, which has a multimedia capabilities environment for designing and delivering low- bandwidth animations, presentations, and web sites. It also offers scripting capabilities and server-side connectivity fur creating applications and web interfaces. Hence a user can interact with the system on the World Wide Web.

종합군수지원은 미래전쟁에 효과적으로 대응하고 원활한 군수지원 활동을 통해 전쟁을 승리로 이끄는데 기여하기 위함에 있다. 미래전쟁은 현대전에 비해 매우 복잡하고 고도의 전략과 전술을 구사하며 첨단무기체계를 동원한 강도 높은 전쟁으로 발전할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 종합군수지원의 한 분야인 탄약종합군수지원의 발전을 통해 효과적인 군수지원이 이루어지기를 바라고, 단계별 업무체계와 수행업무, 탄약종합군수 지원요소에 대해 고찰하고, 탄약종합군수지원업무와 관련한 문제점을 도출하여 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

인간이 지구를 벗어난 우주 공간, 태양계 내의 천체(예, 달, 화성 등) 등에서 안전하게 생활하기 위해서는 반드시 환경제어 및 생명유지시스템 기술이 필요하다. 생명유지시스템은 일반적으로 공기관리시스템, 물정화시스템, 폐기물관리시스템 등으로 구성되며, 우주공간의 밀폐된 주거지에서 인간의 호흡 활동과 일상생활이 가능하도록 해준다. 본 논문에서는 우선 미국 항공우주국(NASA) 주도로 개발되어 온 생명유지시스템의 개발 동향을 소개하였다. 그리고, 현재 국제우주정거장(ISS)에서 운용 중인 생명유지시스템의 현황에 대하여 살펴보고, 국내 개발 동향도 조망해 보았다.

This study presents an analysis of healthcare quality indicators using data mining for developing quality improvement strategies. Specifically, important factors influencing the inpatient mortality were identified using a decision tree method for data mining based on 8,405 patients who were discharged from the study hospital during the period of December 1, 2000 and January 31, 2001. Important factors for the inpatient mortality were length of stay, disease classes, discharge departments, and age groups. The optimum range of target group in inpatient healthcare quality indicators were identified from the gains chart. In addition, a decision support system was developed to analyze and monitor trends of quality indicators using Visual Basic 6.0. Guidelines and tutorial for quality improvement activities were also included in the system. In the future, other quality indicators should be analyze to effectively support a hospital-wide continuous quality improvement (CQI) activity and the decision support system should be well integrated with the hospital OCS (Order Communication System) to support concurrent review.

본 연구에서는 일본 재난관리 및 재난심리지원 체계를 살펴보고, 국내 재난심리지원체계의 구축 및 개선에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 한다. 이를 위해 일본과 한국의 재난심리지원 체계에 대한 국 내외 문헌을 중심으로 문헌연구가 이루어졌다. 일본에서는 대규모 재난 초동기에는 중앙에서 파견된 재난심리지원 인력인 재해파견정신의료팀(DPAT)에 의한 정신의료적 지원과 함께 적십자사에 의한 심리사회적 지원이 이루어지고, 재난 이후 중장기개입에 있어서는 마음케어센터에 의한 지원이 이루어지고 있다. 재난심리지원의 중앙 컨트롤타워 역할을 하는 재해시마음의정보지원센터는 재난정신건강정보지원시스템을 통해 전국적인 재난관련 데이터를 수집 분석 관리하여 전국적 수준에서 재난상황을 파악하고, 정보의 취합을 통해 중앙에서의 재난심리지원 활동을 관리한다. 일본 재난심리지원체계는 대규모 재난 시 마다 이를 계기로 하여 문제점들을 보완하고 수정하여 현재의 모습을 갖추어 왔다는 점에서 우리나라에 시사점을 준다. 연구결과에 기초하여 논의 및 시사점이 제시되었다.

현재 국내 농촌에서는 농업경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서 재배시설의 현대화 및 대형화를 추진하고 있다. 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 농촌시설물 관련 안정성 및 기술력의 문제로 인해서 해마다 자연재해로 인한 농촌시설물의 훼손 및 붕괴 사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구의 목적은 위와 같은 문제들을 해결하기 위한 하나의 방법으로써 농촌시설물을 건설 및 사용하고자 하는 모든 사람들이 보다 손쉽게 농촌시설물을 건설하고 유지관리 하는데도움을 줄 수 있는 P-C-M 지원 프로토타입 시스템 개발이다. 본 연구에서는 P-C-M 지원 시스템 프로세스 모듈설계 및 지원 시스템 알고리즘을 개발하였으며, 최종적으로는 프로토타입 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 통하여 농촌시설물 P-C-M 지원 시스템이 개발된다면 사용자와 업체들이 보다 원활한 정보 공유를 통해서 농촌시설물의 안정성 확보 및 기술력 확보에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A successful, computer-aided design support system can help a process designer focus on making effective design decisions, not merely tedious routine calculations. Such a system is essential to enhance quality of design in terms of economics, environmental benignity, reliability, robustness, and operability. Such a statement is even more accepted when applied to conceptual design problems, where gross design specifications are given while a combinatorial number of design alternatives exists. This paper presents an agent-based approach as a systematic and efficient way to design a design support system for the synthesis of conceptual chemical processes. An agent-based approach allows us to handle design knowledge as an object and thus greatly improve the modularity and reusability of that knowledge. Such modularity and reusability lead to the increased productivity in the development of a design support system and the increased ease in the relaxation of design decisions and the generation of design alternatives, both of which functions are critically important in dealing with the complexity and uncertainty of conceptual design problems.

This study reviews an overview of the current tax support system in Local Tax Law for venture company. And this study provides the directions for developing tax support system in Local Tax Law related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax supporting for venture company in Local Tax Law are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.

The main factors of radar signals used in electronic warfare are Radio Frequency(RF), Pulse Repetition Interval(PRI), Pulse Width(PW), Scan Parameter(SP) and so on. This radar signals may have some important information for the electronic warfare. So, there is a necessity for making a threat database to decide whether the radar signal is a threat or not. When the electronic support system collects some threat radar signals, it needs the search band to control the receivers and filter banks of the system. In this paper we propose search band implementation considering the type and center frequency of the receivers of the electronic support system.
