최근 시간적, 공간적, 의료기술 적용의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 의료 기술과 IT 기술의 융합을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 응급 의료 서비스를 위한 원격 의료 지도를 지원하기 위한 앱을 개발하였다. 개발된 스마트 원격 의료 지도 지원 앱은 원격지에 있는 의사가 응급 구조사로부터 응급 환자의 상황을 실시간으로 전달 받을 수 있다. 또한 환자의 상태 진단 및 응급 치료를 지도할 수 있으며 응급실에서의 대응이 신속하게 이루어질 수 있도록 할 수 있다.

This paper presents the safety management model, which is appropriate for small-to-medium enterprises that rank the highest disaster rate. It is required for these companies to modify and improve the safety-related articles and it is performed to compare and analyze the industrial disasters and safety management systems between large enterprises and small-to-medium enterprises. The basic direction of change of industrial safety healthy system must be classified to the dual direction. For large enterprises, it is focused on not pre-regulations but post-regulations based on the self-control safety management system. But for small-to-medium enterprises, it is required to intensify the safety management system and the safety responsibility for owners or administrators. Specially, the responsibility for disaster must be more strengthened by the penalty and the insurance method, and then it must be performed not only the financial support of government but also middle and long-term technical support by private safety organizations.

본 연구는 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업에 참여한 전문대학 중에서 주요 대학의 혁신 사업목표 및 프로그램의 주요 핵심어들을 분석하여 향후 혁신지원사업의 방향과 성관관리 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 2주기 혁신지원사업은 학령인구 급감과 사회변화에 대응하여 대학의 경쟁력을 추진하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업 자율협약형 전문대학들 중 50개 대학의 사업목표 및 프로그램의 핵심어 및 연결성 등을 분석하여 워드클라우드로 제시하였다. 본 연구자는 본 연구결과에 기초하여, 각종 정부재정지원 사업 계획서를 분석하여 그들간의 중복성과 연계성 등에 대한 후속 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

China has already entered the aging society and is predicted to become a super-aged society in 2020. The recent studies identified that the elderly has more interest in 'Aging-in-Place' which emphasizes deinstitutionalization since welfare facilities such as care homes and silver towns have separated the elderly from their local communities where they used to live in. The aim of this research is to propose a promising way for smart housing services who support the elderly's living in their homes, China. This research is to investigate the elderly's life and to identify their demands on housings for implementing such smart services. The elderly's living in apartments in Luoyang city, China, were investigated through interviews using a questionnaire survey. The results show that smart housing services should be provided to support the elderly's health, safety, leisure activities, comfortable living, and social relationships sustainably. In addition, such smart housing services should be intuitive since the elderly need to use easily smart services for their autonomous life in their homes. The smart housing services should be developed in the direction of enhancing the elderly's healthy and desirable life, and lessening their discomforts due to aging.

EPON망은 점대 다중점 구조를 가진 경제적인 가입자망 기술로 떠오르고 있다. 점대 다중점 구조는 하향 브로드캐스팅과 상향 점대점 종신을 제공하므로, EPON에서는 다중점 제어 프로토콜(MPCP)를 이용하여 점대점 에뮬레이션과 공유 LAN 에뮬레이션 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 EPON망에서 OLT와 ONU사이의 논리적 링크기반의 멀티캐스팅 또는 VLAN 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 논리적 그룹 식별자(LGID: Logical Group Identification)를 제안한다. 논리적 그룹 식별자와 더불어 프레임 설정 및 필터링 규칙을 제안함으로써 가입자별 차별화된 방송 및 멀티캐스팅 서비스 제공 방안을 제시한다. 더불어, 논리적 링크 기반의 VLAN 서비스를 제공함으로써 동일한 OLT에 연결된 ONU들을 복수의 서브 그룹으로 분리하는 방안을 제시한다.

In the process of industralization, Korea rural aged have played great role. By investing, educating, and supporting their brothers and children, rural aged transferred their economic surplus to non agricultural fields and urban areas. But they did not prepare for their old age. So in every agricultural policy implementation, special concern should be taken to rural aged. The rural home extension should be the major institution for the rural aged. This paper was carried out to find the direction and the policy task of rural guidance project for rural aged. This paper suggested the needs of support for the aged in family, economic status and income, and leisure. To support the aged in family, the rural home extension should teach them how to make good relationship between Mother-in-law and daughter in law and special support to families which composed of only rural aged(no children). The rural home extension program should provide special policy for job opportunity creation for the rural aged. The rural home extension should also make educational programs for useful utilization of leisure time of rural aged. The rural home extension should make major roles in rural aged related policy. So rural home extension workers are well trained in gerontology and more related information should be provided.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to clarify the gender difference during standing balance in accordance with recruitment of abdominal muscles against sudden support surface translation. Methods: Twenty healthy males (n = 10, $26.50{\pm}3.54$ years, $170.60{\pm}6.30cm$, $72.80{\pm}5.69kg$) and females (n = 10, $24.40{\pm}2.63$ years, $163.00{\pm}4.97cm$, $52.10{\pm}4.41kg$) participated in the study. Each subject performed standing balance task on a platform, which moved in the anterior and posterior direction, with a total of 18 trials in three abdominal conditions (resting, hollowing, and bracing). We analyzed angular displacement of thoracic and lumbar spine and linear displacement of center of mass for evaluatione of spinal stability and standing balance, respectively. Results: Angular displacement of thoracic and lumbar spine and linear displacement of center of mass did not differ significantly between female and male in all conditions. Conclusion: Our results indicate that the ability to maintain spinal stability and standing balance were similar between male and female regardless of the abdominal contractile conditions and the direction of support surface translation.

This paper proposes a somatosensory stimulation system for the improvement of postural stability using vibration as somatosensory stimulation. This system consists of vibratory stimulation and postural response measurement. To evaluate this system, the center of pressure(COP) was closely observed in turn with simultaneous or separate mechanical vibratory stimulations to flexor ankle muscles (tibialis anterior, triceps surae) and two plantar zones on both feet while standing on a stable and an unstable support. The simultaneous vibratory stimulations cleared influenced postural stability and the effects of vibrations were higher with the unstable support. In separate vibratory stimulations, the extent of the COP sway reduced when the direction of the vibratory stimulations and that of the inclination of body coincided for flexor ankle muscle stimulations. In the contrary, the extent of the COP sway increased when the direction of the stimulations and that of body inclination coincided for plantar zone stimulations. These results can be useful for the development of rehabilitation systems that utilizes somatosensory inputs for postural balance.

The Tunnel portal is designed on temporary support system which is composed by 28m height H-Pile method and Ground Anchor method. The tunnel has excavated about 30m from the portal, but some deformation is found on the surface ground just above the tunnel face. It was investigated very carefully to find out the causes of deformation. By the observation and study, two main causes of deformation are found out. The one is earth pressure increase compared with classical earth pressure theory. That was due to the direction of ground rock mass's discontinuities. It causes the increase of earth pressure that are activated by the direction of discontinuity. The other one is that present design method neglect the transferred force by removal of temporary support members and ground anchor within the tunnel contour line as the tunnel excavation proceeds As the result of removals of the member and anchor, some force transferred from removed systems to remaining supporting systems. In designing the portal support systems, lt must be considered the discontiunity of ground mass and the transfered force due to excation.

This study aimed to suggest the direction and guideline of specific program for single households in the Healthy Families Support Centers. This study focused on Seoul area. To collect the data the in-depth interviews for 9 staffs managing the program for single person in field are progressed. The major results were as follows. First, we found the demand and validity of a specific program for single person households. Because they are different each other in the context of age, sex, marriage experience, everyday life and need for program. So the specific programs can give higher satisfaction to the single person household. Second, to manage the specific program effectively in field we need the retraining of staffs, sharing materials between centers and other institutions, presentation and communication about the information on program management in field.
