액체로켓엔진의 성능 민감도 분석 (Performance Sensitivity Analysis of Liquid Rocket Engine)

  • 액체로켓엔진에서 추진제 밀도와 공급 압력 변화에 대한 성능 민감도를 분석하였다. 해석 프로그램은 터보펌프-가스발생기 연계시험 결과와 비교하여 1% 오차를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 연료 공급압력이 증가하면 혼합비 감소로 인해 엔진 연소압이 감소하였고 연료의 밀도가 증가하면 혼합비 감소에도 불구하고 추진제 유량이 증가하므로 엔진 연소압이 증가하는 것으로 예측되었다. 또한 산화제의 밀도가 증가되거나 공급압력이 증가하면 엔진의 연소압이 증가할 것으로 분석되었다.

  • This study carried out to investigate the spray characteristics of diesel oil through out ultrasonic fuel supply system in comparison with conventional. Size of the droplets comprising diesel spray was measured by immersed liquid method at different positions along the spray axis. Droplets distribution diagram was ploted and Sauter Mean Diameter(SMD) was also calculated. The effects of the ultrasonic vibration and injection pressure on the droplet size distribution and SMD were investigated. As the ultrasonic vibration supply SMD decreases on the same injection pressure conditions with conventional injector's. But the effect of ultrasonic vibration decreases with injection pressure increasing.

  • This paper presents unsteady oil flow behaviors in the engine lubrication network to clarify the differences between continuous and discontinuous oil supply crankshaft system. Using commercial network analysis program, Flowmaster2, engine lubrication network system analysis were carried out. And effects of crankshaft speed and supplied oil pressure on pressure fluctuation in oil groove and oil flow rate to each bearing were analyzed.

릴리프밸브 쿠션기구 내장형 공기압 실린더의 구동 특성 (Driving Characteristics of Pneumatic Cylinder with Relief Valve Cushion Devices)

  • This paper presents the meter-out and meter-in speed control characteristics of a pneumatic cylinder with relief valve type cushion device. The piston displacement and velocity are measured to investigate high speed driving performance with variation of the pressure setting in relief valve, air supply pressure, load mass, the supply and exhaust flow rate from the cylinder. Also, the internal pressures and temperatures driving pressure and cushion chamber are measured. The piston displacements and velocities of meter-out and meter-in control are compared experimentally determined data. A comparison experimental data meter-out and meter-in control show that a relief valve type cushion device is suitable for high speed pneumatic cylinders. The desired response characteristics of piston displacement and velocity are satisfactory adjust the pressure setting of a relief valve with varying system parameters such as air supply pressure, load mass and controlled flow rate.

고압수소 밸브의 시동 특성에 관한 수치적 연구 (A Numerical Study on the Opening Characteristics of High Pressure Hydrogen Valves)

  • The high-pressure hydrogen valve is intended to supply hydrogen charged at high pressure in the hydrogen tank to the fuel cell stack, which decompresses high-pressure hydrogen gas to low pressure and primarily limits the excessive flow. It consists of a pilot valve, a main valve, and a excessive flow valve to operate in a wide pressure range from 2 to 70 MPa of charging pressure. The opening characteristics of the valve were confirmed by computation fluid dynamics applying the moving grid technique. The behavior of the valve was predicted by predicting the force acting on the valve over time. In addition, the difference in behavior according to supply pressure was compared.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to explore how green supply chain management (GSCM) and its evaluative factors have affected green supply chain management practice and performance in industrial zone. This study proposes a structural equation model of the relationships among four factors: internal awareness (IA); suppliers' pressure (SP); customers' awareness (CA); and regulations pressure (RP) and their effect on GSCM practice (PA) and GSCM performance (PE). We used a survey questionnaire to elicit perceptions/opinions about GSCM from three level of managers of 322 companies in Bac Ninh Province's industrial zones, Vietnam. PLS-SEM 3.0 software was applied to analyze and verify the gathered data, and the proposed hypothesis model. The results of path analysis show that internal awareness and customers' awareness are positively related to the GSCM practice and GSCM performance. However, suppliers' pressure and regulations pressure just impacted on GSCM practice. As a result, the testing of the relationship between GSCM practice and GSCM performance has been verified and supported. The findings of this study can help manager of companies in industrial zone understand the structure of GSCM, associate with the green supply chain management practice and green supply chain management performance, and be successful in green management organizations.

제연구역의 주요 매개 변수 및 누설 면적 변화를 고려한 차압 형성 관계 분석 (An Analysis on the Major Parameter and the Relations of Pressure Difference Effect of Leakage Area in the Smoke-Control Zone)

  • 본 연구에서 부속실 단독 가압 구조인 급기가압 제연설비의 성능 확보에 영향을 주는 주요 매개 변수를 분석하고 공급유량과 누설면적 변화에 따라서 풍도와 부속실 차압 형성 관계를 실험적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 3층 규모의 총 10개의 구획공간으로 구성된 모형 구조물과 방화문의 개폐력 측정장치를 제작하였으며, 각 구획공간과 외기의 차압, 방연풍속을 측정하기 위한 제어 계측 장비를 구성하였다. 그 결과 댐퍼의 차압조절 범위가 45 Pa~55 Pa인 경우 공급유량과 부속실 차압 크기에 따라서 45 Pa 이하인 저압 영역, 45 Pa~55 Pa 구간인 차압조절 영역 그리고 55 Pa 이상인 과압 영역을 구분하였으며, 저압 영역에서는 부속실, 차압조절 영역에서는 부속실과 댐퍼 그리고 과압 영역 에서는 댐퍼의 누설면적이 차압 형성에 중요한 관계를 갖고 있는 것을 확인하였다.

  • The air supply system has a significant effect on the efficiency of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) systems. The performance and efficiency of automotive PEMFC systems are greatly influenced by their air supply system configurations. This study deals with the system simulation of automotive PEMFC systems using MATLAB/Simulink framework. In this study, a low-pressure operating PEMFC system adopting blower sub-module (turbo-blower) is modeled to investigate the effects of stack operating temperature and air stoichiometry on the parasitic power and efficiency of automotive PEMFC systems. In addition, the PEMFC net system efficiency and parasitic power of air supply system are mainly compared for the two types (low-pressure operating and high-pressure operating) of automotive PEMFC systems under the same net power conditions. It is suggested that the obtained results from this system approach can be applied for establishing the novel operating strategies for FC vehicles.

박판 웨이퍼의 적재 시 손상 최소화 기술 (Technology of Minimized Damage during Loading of a Thin Wafer)

  • 본 연구는 웨이퍼를 적재할 때 웨이퍼의 손상을 최소화 시키기 위한 기술이다. 반도체와 솔라셀에 이용되는 두께가 얇은 웨이퍼는 적재된 웨이퍼 사이의 표면 장력에 의해 웨이퍼의 분리를 어렵게 만들어 웨이퍼의 표면에 손상을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 웨이퍼의 손상을 최소화시키는 기술은 압축 공기를 웨이퍼 쪽으로 분사하고, 미소의 수평 이동 기구를 동시에 적용하는 것이다. 연구에 사용된 주요 실험 인자는 웨이퍼의 공급 속도, 압축 공기의 노즐 압력, 그리고 흡착 헤드의 흡착 시간이다. 실험 결과, 동일한 노즐 압력에서 웨이퍼의 공급 속도가 빠를수록 파손율이 증가하고, 동일한 공급 속도에서는 노즐 압력이 낮을수록 파손율이 증가한다. 그리고, 웨이퍼를 흡착시키데 필요한 시간은 어느 수준 이상이면 웨이퍼의 공급 속도에 따른 파손율에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않는다. 본 연구의 실험 범위 안에서 최적의 실험 조건은 웨이퍼의 공급 속도 600 ea/hr, 압축 공기의 노즐 압력 0.55 MPa, 흡착 헤드의 흡착 시간 0.9 sec 이다. 또한, 반복성능 실험을 통해 개선된 기술은 웨이퍼의 파손율을 최소화시킬 수 있음을 보여 주었다.

내측유막으로의 공급유량이 플로팅 링 저어널베어링의 성능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Oil Supply into Inner Film on Performance of Floating-Ring Journal Bearing)

  • In this work the effect of pressure drop at inner film due to centrifugal forces acting on the lubricating fluid is investigated for static and dynamic characteristics of floating ring journal bearing. The momentum effect of oil supply into a inner film through oil feeding holes of floating ring on the bearing performance is also studied. It is compared the pressure drop effects and the momentum effect of oil supply into a inner film fur all bearing performance parameters. It is shown that some performance of floating ring bearings can be controled by the momentum of oil supply into a inner film.
