공동주택 발코니의 열환경 향상방안 (Improving the Thermal Environment of Balcony in Apartment House)

  • In recent days, it is usual case to extend the dwelling area to the balcony which is provided by service area. But the use of the extended area can be arisen discomfort with a view point of thermal environment by excessive heat accumulation in summer and excessive cold draft in winter. In this study, the skills were reviewed to improve the thermal environment of the extended area and evaluations were carried out. Additional heat supply by heat-convector installed at the lower end of the curtain wall can improve the thermal environment of the extended area and also arise surface temperature of the curtain wall surface. And aluminum plate installed under the floor could not improve the thermal environment but it was effective to shortening the initial heating time.

친환경농업 특화지역 농업인의 농업.농촌에 대한 의식조사 (Survey Results of the Organic Farmers' Attitude on Agriculture and Rural Area)

  • The objectives of this study were to analysis the farmer's attitude on agriculture and rural area where is developed Environmentally Friendly Agriculture (EFA). To analysis satisfaction level and prospect about EFA, famer's survey were conducted. The sample size of the survey was 176 respectively. Of the famers surveyed, 85.9% thought their income is higher than general farmer in the same area. However, when asked how the future income change, 40.7% responded that will be decreasing step by step. 89.2% of the farmer respondent thought that they want dwelling in rural area and continuing agriculture in the future. However, 29.9% of the farmer respondent thought that rural area is not proper to their children as the future residence. In order to training of new lamer, it is very important to set up stable income structure, improving of welfare facilities, medical facilities and education infra and so on. In addition, it need to develop and spread of environmentally friendly agri-technology, price preservation of environmentally friendly agri-product and supply extension of environmentally friendly agri-material etc.

산후관리시설의 산모실 환경특성평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of Environmental Characteristics of Maternity Room)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate environmental characteristics of maternity rooms. The method of this study is a field survey on 8 samples of postpartum care centers in Seoul. The plan, colors, materials, furniture and environmental characteristics of maternity rooms are analyzed. The characteristics of maternity rooms environment were categorized into four items; comfort, privacy, communication and dwelling. The results are as follows: Western-style and rooming-separation system of maternity rooms are used. Maternity rooms are generally good for dwelling quality but insufficient for communication. There are a lack of supply to control a temperature Individually in maternity rooms. It demands to make the type of one-sided public space between maternity room and living room for privacy. All of the maternity rooms surveyed are furnished with TV, radio, and telephone but, to improve communication with visitors, it is recommended that more convenient supplies such as audio and video system, chairs, and table be equipped. There are needs for sky-light windows in maternity rooms. It is necessary to research more about the space of living room, nursing room and service area, and we need more study about baby, nurser and owner' spaces.

표준 점수법을 응용한 주거환경 수준 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement of the Residence Environment Level by the Z-Score)

  • The residence environment is the basis and the receptacle of daily lives and activitives. It influences on the formation of mans personality as an artificial environment. This study aims to analyze the residence environment level of the some local cities by using the Z-score method and to propose a higher residence environment. The elements of measurement in this study are determined by the general methodology. The results are as followings: 1. The residence environment level of Yeosu and Mokpo is high, that of Andong and Kyeongsan is low in this study. The ratio of road paving is the most related element in the correlation analysis. 2. The ratio of sewage supply is low compared with the scale of the dwelling area. So the sanitation environment should be improved. 3. In this correlation analysis on the residence pattern, the ratio of a single detached house is more positive than that of a multi-family house. So the single detached house pattern will be desirable in the residence environment.

지방 고등학교 기숙사의 공동생활공간에 대한 이용실태 및 사용자 만족도 (Physical Condition and User's Satisfaction on the Commom Public Areas of High School Dormitory in Local Area)

  • This study was to analyze physical condition on the dormitory high school in Jeonju City, and find out users' satisfaction on that. This was going to contribute to the directions of it's physical environmental improvement. This was performed by a questionnaire survey method. Data were collected from 200 students, who had been dwelling 4 high school dormitories in Jeonju City. Through analyzing those data about library, diningroom, laundry room, break room, computer room, restroom, shower room, hall lounge, and snack bar in a dormitory, the results are as follows. First, students thought some physical conditions to be inconvenient in an distracted study atmosphere and hard furniture of library, a bad location of diningroom, a short laundry machine, lack of tables in a break room, a short performance and supply computer, a small space and short toilet in restroom, and a short of hall lounge and snack bar. Second, the students' satisfaction of common public areas in dormitory was 3.39 score. Students were concerned with library and restroom shower room through analyzing satisfied and unsatisfied areas. Third, they needed to improve heating, cooling, and noise in common areas of dormitory, and needed to support a breakroom and snack bar. Conclusively, library, restroom shower room, break room, and snack bar were important common areas, and indoor environmental elements - heating, cooling and noise- were important in high school dormitory.

  • 본 연구는 계획적으로 조성된 단독주택지구의 주차부족을 야기하는 근본적 원인이 현실을 제대로 고려하지 못한 토지이용계획에 있음을 제기하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 강릉시 교동2택지개발지구의 단독주택지구를 사례로 개발계획에 나타난 토지이용계획과 주차계획 등을 검토하였으며, 현장조사를 통해 토지이용현황과 주차실태를 조사하였다. 단독주택지구의 주차문제를 발생시키는 주요 요인으로는 현실을 제대로 반영하지 못한 토지이용계획에 있는데, 이는 주차수요가 과소 추정되고 주차장 공급이 부족한 결과를 낳았다. 또한 개발 이후의 토지이용과 주차에 대한 관리가 소홀했다는 점도 들 수 있다. 이와 같은 문제에 대한 개선방안으로는 토지이용계획 수립 시점부터 향후 토지이용 변화를 예측하여 적절한 토지이용계획 및 주차장 확보계획이 이루어져야 하며, 주차수요의 변화를 반영한 토지이용 관리가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

주거복지지표 개발에 관한 연구 II - 수요자 측면의 주거복지체감지표와 지수를 중심으로 - (Development of the Sentiment Indicators of Housing Welfare)

  • The aim of this research is to develop the sentiment indicators of housing welfare for evaluating housing welfare policies conducted by the Korean government. The methods of this research are used by analysis of related documents, FGI (Focus Group Interview), and survey. The survey was made by experts and consumers. To analyze the survey, this research also uses confirmatory factor analysis by SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) program, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) by Expert Choice program, frequency, average, percentages, Factor analysis etc. As a result of this research, selected housing welfare indicators are settled as follows: In the housing welfare aspect, 11 indicators in the department of 'Housing Satisfaction' and 11 indicators in the department of 'Community Satisfaction' (22 in total) are suggested. The indicators are 1) Water Supply and Distribution Equipment 2) Heating equipment 3) the size of the exclusive residential area 4) the number of rooms 5) Ventilation and Lighting 6) Sound Insulation (Indoor Noise) 7) Air Pollution/Odor 8) House Deposit 9) Rent Paid 10) Maintenance (Dwelling) Cost 11) The length of Occupation 12) Proximity to Welfare Facilities 13) Educational Environment 14) Convenience of Facilities (shops, hospitals etc.) 15) Convenience of Transportation and Commuting 16) Distance from Workplace 17) Landscape and Green Space (Tree, Flowers, Grass etc.) 18) Vandalism (Destruction Behavior, graffiti etc.) 19) Privacy 20) Noise in Public Places (Drinking, Loudly Talking etc.) 21) Safety from Crime 22) Safety from a Disaster. As of 2007, the housing welfare sentiment index is measured by the survey of 1,000 inhabitants in the public housing, which shows 3.51.

고층 공동주택의 승강로가압을 이용한 차압 및 방연풍속에 관한 연구 (A Study for Pressure Difference and Critical Velocity by Pressurization of Elevator Shaft at High Rise Apartment)

  • (초)고층건축물에서 승강로가 연기 확산의 주요 통로였기 때문에 승강기를 통해 피난하는 것은 권장되지 않았다. 하지만 북미에서는 승강로를 연기로부터 방호하기 위해, 승강로를 가압하는 방식을 사용하여 왔다. 이번 시험은 실제로 승강로 급기가압 방식을 이용해서 연기 전파를 차단할 수 있는지와 피난수단으로 승강기를 사용할 수 있는지를 검증하기 위해 고층 아파트에서 실시되었다. 시험 결과 승강로가압은 공기의 이동에 의한 마찰손실이 작았기 때문에 150 CMM의 풍량에서 승강장과 세대 사이에 50 Pa의 차압을 전층에 고르게 형성시켰다. 또한 1개층 세대 문과 승강기 문이 동시에 개방되었을 때, 180 CMM의 풍량으로 연기의 역류를 차단할 수 있는 방연풍속을 형성하였다. 그리고 승강로가압은 모든 문이 닫힌 상태에서 차압유지에 필요한 풍량과 1개층이 개방되었을 때 방연풍속을 유지하는데 필요한 풍량의 차가 작아서 과압의 우려가 낮을 것으로 예상되었다. 따라서 이번 시험을 통해 고층아파트의 화재 시에 승강로가압을 적용하면 일반인과 피난약자의 피난수단으로 승강기를 사용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • In case of general residential house, photovoltaic can be installed at roof, wall, and any other places. But, in case of apartment building, there has not enough roof space to install photovoltaic panels to supply enough electricity. Actually, apartment building roof and facade wall (exclude the balcony window space) is not enough space to produce and supply the electricity to residents by installing PV panel. Generally, the space of facade balcony with windows in facade wall at apartment building occupied about $70{\sim}80%$, in all facade space. So, if we could use the balcony and windows space in facade as PV to generating electricity, there could contribute the energy saying. But, PV cell is opacify. So if it installed at front window area in apartment building, residents may have displeasure for that opacity character. But the other hand, residents are not always in house especially in day time that is exactly good time for generating electricity by PV. If we can use PV at the facade balcony with window without collusion of resident's displeasure, there have good attraction to using sustainable energy. Hence, this study suggests the design of facade balcony window style PV by considering resident's living pattern in apartment building. The methods of this study are as follows. At first, this study surveyed to the residents about residential time in their home and asked user demand by Delphi survey. At second, this study designed balcony open style PV system which oriented to the user demand. At third, this study tests designed result performance by computer simulation that compared design result with old design. As a result, For the purpose of satisfying the resident demand, there designed sliding window style which slide the several door systems to the one side. That would be make balcony absolute open scenery to the residents. Hence, the designed system performance results were as follows. When we compare the small apartment and large apartment, smaller one has good performance than larger one. Because resident's residential time characteristic. And that has more good electronic performance than vertical style that is similar to roof style.

사회경제적 지위에 따른 대구시 근린공원 질적 가치 형평성 (Qualitative Equity of Neighborhood Parks in Daegu According to Socioeconomic Status)

  • 환경정의의 관점에서 도시공원은 시민들에게 신체활동 기회를 제공하는 중요한 어메니티 역할을 한다. 공정한 도시공원의 분배기준은 커뮤니티의 수요, 배경을 고려해 최대의 혜택을 나누는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회경제적 지위에 따른 대구시 도시공원의 질적 공급 불균형을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 공원의 질적 수준 평가는 대구시 내 82개 근린생활권 및 도보권 근린공원을 대상으로 NGST(Neighborhood Green Space Tool)를 통해 진행하였다. 사회경제적 지위 변수(기초생활 수급자 비율, 한부모 가족 비율, 평균 주택매매가, 노후주택비율, 인구 당 공원 면적)는 그 형평성을 분석하였다. 조사를 통한 대구시 내 도시공원의 질적 형평성 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대구시 내 공원계획은 지자체 정책보다 주거단지와 병행해서 진행된다. 중심에서 외연부로 뻗어나가는 외곽주택지구 개발은 대구시 내 주민들의 사회 경제적 지위를 양분화 하였다. 구도심에 있는 행정동은 상대적으로 오래되고 제대로 관리 받지 못한 공원들이 많았다. 둘째, 대구시 내 근린공원은 전반적으로 레크레이션 시설 부족 문제를 겪고 있었으며, 이는 공원을 둘러싼 주거의 가치에 영향을 받았다. 레크레이션 시설 점수가 낮을수록 공원의 지형구배가 높았고 신체활동의 제약을 받았다. 셋째, 대구시 공원의 양적 공급은 공원의 질적 가치와 관련이 없었다. 일인당 공원면적은 충분했으나, 시민들이 생활권 내에서 실질적으로 사용하는 도시공원은 매우 적었기 때문에 질적 형평성을 나누는 기준이 될 수 없었다.
