SCM의 위험관리, 파트너십, 사업성과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the relation of Risk Management, Partnerships, Business Performance in Supply Chain Management)

  • 본 연구에서는 공급체인의 위험관리 요인(인지, 평가, 전략), 공급체인의 파트너십 요인(신뢰, 협력), 그리고 공급체인 사업성과(유연성, 민첩성) 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 공급체인 위험관리를 수행하고 있는 105개 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 구조방정식모형 (Structural equation model)으로 실증분석을 하였다. 먼저 공급제안의 위험관리의 요인을 선행변수로 두고 공급체인 파트너십의 요인을 매개변수로 설정하였다. 기업의 사업성과 요인과 함께 연구모형에 포함시켜 실증분석을 한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 공급체인의 위험관리 요인은 기업의 사업성과 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 공급체인의 위험관리 요인은 공급체인의 파트너십 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 공급체인의 파트너십 요인은 기업의 사업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 공급체인 위험관리 요인은 파트너십 요인을 통하여 사업성과를 향상시키는 결과를 도출할 수 있으며, 기업에서는 공급체인의 위험관리 요인과 파트너십 요인을 모두 고려하여 경쟁우위를 향상시켜 기업의 이익을 극대화할 수 있는 노력을 해야 한다는 것을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 공급체인의 위험관리, 파트너십, 사업성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구결과를 도출하였고, 향후 공급체인 위험관리의 효과적인 실행을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 하겠다.

전략방향과 경쟁적 환경이 비즈니스 통합정책 결정요인 구성에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effect of Business Strategies and Competitive Environments on the Configuration of e-Biz Integration Policy Determinants)

  • These days, firms are focusing on the improvement of relationships with business partners. The supply chain integrations are taking critical role in improving the relationships with business partners. In accordance with the development of the IT technology, it became possible for firms not only to integrate inner parts of the organization, but also to integrate the company with other organizations in the supply chain, which is open system. Therefore, in e-Biz environments, it is imperative for firms to strengthen the core capacity through the supply chain integration, and to precisely determine the components of the determinants of e-Business integration which impact the firm performance. This study analyzed determinants that have impacts on business integration in IT capacity perspectives in competetive environments. We analyzed 163 domestic companies to find out many significant suggestive points. First, IT management capacity, process innovation capacity are adopted as determinants of differentiation and competetive edges against competing firms. Second, it is analyzed that the more the companies are in intensified competetive environment, the more likley that the innovation capacity and partner management capacity become the determinants of the business integration of the companies and that they pursue new market development strategy. Third, it is analyzed that the more the companies are in high demand fluctuation, the more likley that the innovation capacity becomes the determinants of the business integration of the companies, and that they pursue new market development strategy and operation efficiency strategy. Last, it is analyzed that the more the companies are Technology dependent, the more likely that IT management capacity and process innovation capacity become the determinants of business integration, and that they pursue new market development strategy and operation efficiency strategy. These results provide us the foundation that the determinants that we have analyzed can impact the supply chain integration strategies which take into account the competetive environments.

  • This study examines the role of dynamic socio-emotional capabilities to increase proactive stakeholder engagement in family businesses. The research sample includes all furniture enterprises scattered in Jepara Regency sub-districts as many as 3,945 companies. The sampling in this research is purposive; as many as 210 respondents, 181 could be used. The sampling unit is the owners and managers, considering that most company owners are also company managers. This study examines how learning and supply chain management in the family business can be integrated to enable a set of resources and capabilities provided by the family to be developed to build closer relationships with stakeholders. The findings showed the importance of a family business's supply chain management perspective in the relationship between dynamic socio-emotional capabilities to mediate organizational learning to proactive stakeholder engagement significantly. Based on this study's results, companies can build dynamic socio-emotional capabilities through organizational learning to increase proactive stakeholder engagement. Dynamic socio-emotional capabilities proved to play a role as a mediator for organizational learning by family companies for proactive stakeholder engagement.

  • 공급망 내에서의 교섭지위와 신뢰는 전략적으로 매우 중요한 이슈임에도 불구하고 교섭지위가 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 논란이 많다. 본 연구는 교섭지위 및 신뢰에 관한 이론적 배경을 토대로 연구가설을 설정하고 공급망 참여기업에 대한 설문조사를 통해 타당성을 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 교섭지위의 다양한 위상이 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 비선형함수로 설정하고 이를 반응곡선모형을 통해 분석해 본다는 데에 방법론적 차별성이 있다. 127개 기업의 설문조사 데이터를 통계적으로 분석한 결과, 구매기업이 인식하는 교섭지위는 공급자에 대한 신뢰요인에 대해 비선형적 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 공급망 내에서의 신뢰와 거래관계에 대한 통합적 시각을 제시했다는 측면에서 의의가 있을 것이다.

기업 간 장기적 관계지향성이 그린공급사슬관리와 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Long-Term Relationship Orientation on Green Supply Chain Management and Performance)

  • 최근 환경에 대한 인식이 높아지면서 그린공급사슬관리(GSCM)에 관한 관심이 증가되고 있다. GSCM에 관한 실무적 관심이 증가함에 따라 학계에서도 환경경영에 관한 학술적 연구들이 다양한 관점에서 제시되고 있다. 그런데 대부분의 연구는 주로 대기업인 모기업 중심으로 1차 협력기업과의 관계를 연구대상으로 제시하고 있다. 1차 협력사는 공급사슬채널의 중간에 위치하고 있어 환경경영에 결정적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구는 1차 협력사를 중심으로 기업의 기업 간 장기적 관계 지향성이 그린공급사슬관리와 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 대·중소기업 그린 파트너십과 대·중소기업 탄소파트너십 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 1차 협력기업을 대상으로 수집한 설문 조사결과를 구조방정식을 활용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기업 간 장기적 관계지향성이 GSCM 실행 요소인 환경정보협력, 그린구매 그리고 그린제품설계를 촉진하는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 GSCM의 하위변수 간의 상호 관련성을 추가적으로 분석한 결과 환경정보 협력이 그린구매와 그린제품설계에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, GSCM 실행 요소인 그린구매, 그린제품설계는 환경성과에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치나 환경정보협력은 환경성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Therefore, in e-Biz environments, it is imperative for firms to strengthen the core capacity through the supply chain, and to precisely determine the components of the determinants of e-Business integration which impact the firm performance. This study analyzed determinants that have impacts on e-business integration in e-business capacity perspectives in competitive environments. This study based on the premise that the resources and capacities that Grant(1991) and Hart(1995) emphasized do not directly influence the corporate performance. This study focused on the fact that corporate must create core competencies based on these capacities to establish competitive edge. Therefore, this study model analyzed to find out which e-Biz competencies are needed to integrate e-Biz according to competitive environment elements. This study designed to empirically analyze the impact of the e-Biz competencies to the e-Biz integration and to the corporate performance. Independent variables of this study-IT management, partner management, e-Biz knowledge, e-Biz establishment and proliferation, process innovation-are selected based on precedent studies on e-Biz competencies. We selected intermediate variables to verify that e-Biz competencies do not have direct impact on the corporate performance, but have impact on the e-Biz integration, which is intermediate effect. That is to verify that if the components of supply chain improve the integration level using e-Biz competencies, the overall supply chain performances will improve. Dependent variables are selected to verify that e-Biz integration has impacts on corporate performances. This study used factor analysis, path analysis, moderating effect analysis as statistical tests. First, we used exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to analyze reliability and validity. Because e-Biz competencies are presented variously by preceding studies, we used SPSS16.0 to verify if survey questionnaire used by theoretical backgrounds is properly composed. Second, we tested the property of structure model by AMOS. We did path analysis using AMOS16.0 to test structure that is composed of e-Biz competencies and e-Biz integration. Last, we tested moderating effects of measure factors. We analyzed 163 domestic companies to find out many significant suggestive points. First, relationship improvement capacity, e-business knowledge sharing capacity with business partners, and process innovation capacity are adopted as determinants of differentiation and competitive edges against competing firms. Second, e-business knowledge sharing capacity, and process innovation capacity are analyzed as the determinants of e-business integration in the firm which demand fluctuation in the market is high. On the other hand, among the determinants that require capturing ideas on new products, and strengthening the technological power, process innovation capacity are adopted as the determinants. These results provide us the foundation that the determinants that we have analyzed can impact the supply chain integration strategies which take into account the competitive environments.

현장수요 지향적 대학IT 교과과정 개발 및 운영 사례연구 : 공급사슬관리적 접근 (Case Analysis of Industry-Oriented Collegiate Curriculum Development and Implementation in the IT Sector: A Supply Chain Management Approach)

  • IT인력에 대한 수요-공급의 불일치, 글로벌 경쟁력을 가친 IT인력의 부족, 대학 졸업자에 대한 불충분한 교육 등 IT인력양성의 문제점을 해결하고 대학 IT교육 체제를 혁신하고자 정보통신부와 정보통신연구진흥원은 제조업 분야에서 많이 활용되고 있는 공급사슬관리 접근방법을 채택하였다. 공급사슬관리에서는 공급사슬 참여자 사이에 협력적 및 통합적 관계를 구축함으로써 공급사슬 전체의 경쟁력 증대를 도모한다. 공급사슬관리의 장점을 대학교육에 적용함으로써 현장수요 지향적인 교과과정을 개발 및 운영할 수 있다. 이러한 접근방법이 적용된 컴퓨터SW분야의 사례연구를 통해 실천공학교육적 시사점을 찾아보고자 한다.

A Genetic Algorithm for Directed Graph-based Supply Network Planning in Memory Module Industry

  • A memory module industry's supply chain usually consists of multiple manufacturing sites and multiple distribution centers. In order to fulfill the variety of demands from downstream customers, production planners need not only to decide the order allocation among multiple manufacturing sites but also to consider memory module industrial characteristics and supply chain constraints, such as multiple material substitution relationships, capacity, and transportation lead time, fluctuation of component purchasing prices and available supply quantities of critical materials (e.g., DRAM, chip), based on human experience. In this research, a directed graph-based supply network planning (DGSNP) model is developed for memory module industry. In addition to multi-site order allocation, the DGSNP model explicitly considers production planning for each manufacturing site, and purchasing planning from each supplier. First, the research formulates the supply network's structure and constraints in a directed-graph form. Then, a proposed genetic algorithm (GA) solves the matrix form which is transformed from the directed-graph model. Finally, the final matrix, with a calculated maximum profit, can be transformed back to a directed-graph based supply network plan as a reference for planners. The results of the illustrative experiments show that the DGSNP model, compared to current memory module industry practices, determines a convincing supply network planning solution, as measured by total profit.

SCM 모델을 이용한 SW인력양성 모형개발 연구 (A Study on Model Development for SW Human Resources Development using Supply Chain Management Model)

  • 본 논문은 SW인력수급의 질적, 양적 불일치를 해소하고 산학협력을 기반으로 하는 인력양성을 위해 공급망관리(Supply Chain Management) 모델에 대한 개념을 SW인력정책에 적용하였다. 대학을 공급자로 기업을 수요자로 인식하고, 대학과 기업간의 산학협업을 통해 수요지향적 SW인력 양성 시스템을 구축하는 최적의 공급망 관리로 새롭게 접근하였다. 산업체 수요를 반영하기 위해 SW분야 산학연관 전문가로 구성된 인력양성정책협의회를 통해 인력수요계획을 수립하고, 이를 대학 내 수요 지향적 교과목개발 및 교과과정개편에 반영하여 전공역량이 강화되는 공학인증으로 유도하였다. 또한 산학협력 프로젝트 수행을 통해 취업으로 이루어져 산업체가 필요한 인력을 배출하는 수급매칭 프로세스인 인력양성 SCM모델의 가치사슬(Value Chain)을 제시하였다.

A Study on Customer Satisfaction Factors of Supply Chain Management Support Center(SCSC)

  • Purpose - This study centers on field surveys aimed at deriving the customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers that are positioned between suppliers and consumers in the supply chain. They consists of manufacturing, sales, distribution, consumption and collection, and that are in charge of core functions for suppliers' customer satisfaction management and consumers' satisfaction with consuming activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers were derived through literature review and expert opinion surveys, and a questionnaire was developed through a process of the refinement of variables using pilot tests and 330 questionnaire sheets were distributed. The questionnaire sheets were collected and opinions in them were analyzed using fuzzy AHP methodology. Results - Three factors, which are turnover intentions, motivation, and job satisfaction, were derived as customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers, and the ranking relationships of these three factors were analyzed. In addition, the ranking relationships among six execution variables of turnover intentions, 10 execution variables of motivation, and 10 execution variables of job satisfaction were analyzed using fuzzy AHP methodology to obtain quite significant results. Based on the results of this study, three implications in the three strategic aspects and an implication in the academic aspects are presented. Conclusions - Motivation and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and turnover intentions, and motivation and turnover intentions are not formed by independent or different factors or environments. They are in the same context with each other (maintaining high correlations) and are in the relationships of virtuous circles in which they complement each other.
