환경부에서 수립한 "상수도 시설기준(2004)"은 관로 신축이음관 설치기준에 있어서는 용접이음 강관에는 설치하지 않는 것으로 규정하고 있으며, 이에 대한 근거가 명확하지 않고 관로 안정성이 충분히 확보되었는지 확인하기가 어렵다. 금번 연구에서는 강관의 거동 분석을 통한 관로 안정성을 연구하여 신축이음관의 필요여부를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 검토결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 아스팔트 도복장강관(D2,400 mm)은 온도변화에 따라 4-cycle로 관로 신 수축이 반복되며, 연장 1.24 km에 있어 최대 13.03 mm의 변위를 나타내었다. 둘째, 수도용 강관의 신 수축으로 발생되는 온도응력은 매설깊이(최대 4 m)에 따라 $13.7{\sim}36.1kgf/cm^2$로 발생되며, 강관(STWW 400)의 안정성에 큰 영향을 키치는 주요 비교인자인 허용 인장강도와 피로한도는 $4,100kgf/cm^2$와 $1,840kgf/cm^2$로 산출되었다. 마지막으로, 수도용 강관의 온도응력은 허용 인장강도와 피로한도와 비교시 매우 작음에 따라, 온도변화에 의한 관로의 신 수축이 발생하여도 관로 안정성에는 영향을 끼치지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 금번 연구를 통하여 수도용 강관의 관로부에는 신축이음관을 설치할 필요가 없는 것으로 증명되었다.

This study is aimed to present measures for stable supply of fishmeal and to develop fish farming into a food industry and an export industry. The study analyzed current domestic and international supply and demand for fishmeal and suggested future prospects. The results of the study suggested the basic directions for the stable supply of fishmeal in Korea as follows: first, stable securing of fishmeal importers and establishment of the supply and demand monitoring system; second, policies to boost using of compound feeds and expansion of relevant fishmeal use; third, higher competitiveness of fishmeal and compound feeds through selective and intensive R&D investments. Based on the basic directions, the paper suggested implementation measures such as strengthening of cooperations with fishmeal suppliers abroad, expansion of overseas local market entrance, diversification of fishmeal trading countries, revision of relevant laws and polices on the fishmeal and feeds, organization of domestic fishmeal, promotion of group purchase, improvement of domestic fish meal quality, development of fish meal alternatives, etc.

This thesis aims the development of power supply for the BTS of Mobile Telecommunication system. Specially, it receives AC power and it can be possible both supply the uninterrupted and stabile DC Power to BTS and simultaneously maintain full charging the back-up battery that is used in case failing AC power supply. In addition, easy maintenance is also the main purpose of it regardless of front and left side except rear side. In these days, it needs more small size power supply system in order to comply with the user needs regarding more easy maintenance and more less space as become smaller main telecommunication systems. This system can be installed close to wall and support more easy maintenance and it was considered easy expansion in case when it needs.

A deterministic capacity expansion planning model for a two-capacity type facility is analyzed to determine the sizes to be expanded in each period so as to supply the known demands for two distinct capacity type(product) on time and to minimize the total cost incurred over a finite planning horizon of T periods. The model assumes that capacity unit of the facility simultaneously serves a prespecified number of demand units of each capacity type, that capacity type 1 can be used to supply demands for capacity type 2, but that capacity type 2 can't be used to supply demands for capacity type 1. Capacity expansion and excess capacity holding cost functions considered are nondecreasing and concave. The structure of an optimal solution is characterized and then used in developing an efficient dynamic programming algorithm that finds optimal capacity planning policy.

Purpose - The structure of retailing has changed as retailers develop markets in response to business environment changes. This study aims to analyze the general situation of retailers in order to predict future global strategy using case studies of overseas expansion strategy and the Metro Group's global strategy. Research design, data, and methodology - The backgrounds to the new retail business model and retailer classification are analyzed as theoretical data. In addition, the key success point of the Metro Group's "cash and carry" strategy is analyzed as is the Metro Group's global CFAR (collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment) strategy. Finally, the plan for cooperation and precise forecasting under the Metro Group's supply chain management are analyzed from the promotion environment viewpoint. Related materials analyzed included the 2012 annual report, the Metro Group's web page, and a video interview with the executive in charge of global strategy and the new market development department. Some data were revised to avoid disrupting essential aspects of the case studies. Results - The important finding was that the Metro Group could be a world-class retail company with its successful global expansion strategy. The Metro Group's global strategy's primary goal is to have a leading business position in Eastern and Western Europe. The "cash and carry" strategy is highest priority in its overseas expansion strategy. Moreover, the Metro Group has standardized product planning capacity, which could be applied in various countries with different structural and cultural backgrounds. This is the main reason that the Metro Group could rapidly become successful in the Eastern Europe and Asian markets through its structural overseas expansion strategies. In addition, the Metro Group emphasizes the importance of supply chain management. Conclusions - First, retailers should create additional value through utilizing the domestic market, market power, and economies of scale to launch a global strategy to maximize benefits from diversification. Second, the political, economic, and cultural background of the target country needs to be understood to successfully implement the overseas expansion strategy. Third, the main factor of successful cooperation with a local partner is how quickly the company gains total understanding of the business resources and core competence of its partner. All organizations should focus on the achievement of goals in order to successfully operate the partnership. Fourth, retailers should improve their business, financial and organizational structure. Moreover, the work processes and company culture should also be improved to respond strongly in the competitive global market. Fifth, the essential point of a successful retail business is the control capacity of its branding and format. The retailer could avoid forecasting errors through supply chain management by perfectly distributing the actual amount of its inventory. In addition, the risks along the supply chain are effectively shared between the supply chain partners. Finally, the central tendency of the market is to gain in strength with this taking place across all parts of the business.

As urbanization is progressed, the network for distributing water in a basin become complex due to the spatial expansion and parameter uncertainties of water supply systems. When a long range water supply plan is determined, the total construction and operation cost has to be evaluated with the system components and parameter uncertainties as many as possible. In this paper, the robust optimization approach of Bertsimas and Sim is applied in a hypothetical system to find a solution which remains feasible under the possible parameter uncertainties having the correlation effect between the uncertain coefficients. The system components to supply, treatment, and transport water are included in the developed water supply system and construction and expansion of the system is allowed for a long-range period. In this approach, the tradeoff between system robustness and total cost of the system is evaluated in terms of the degree of conservatism which can be converted to the probability of constraint violation. As a result, the degree of conservatism increases, the total cost is increased due to the installation of large capacity of treatment and transportation systems. The applied robust optimization technique can be used to determine a long-range water supply plan with the consideration of system failure.

시장 상황의 변화에 따라 상품의 효율적인 공급을 위해 기업은 한정된 예산 내에서 공급 사슬을 변화시킬 필요가 있다. 또한, 경쟁의 심화로 공급 사슬 내에서의 비용 절감뿐만 아니라 적절한 공급 사슬의 구성을 통해 상품의 정시 배송 등 고객 만족도를 높이는 것은 점점 더 중요한 요소로 고려되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 공급 사슬 확장에 따른 네트워크 재설계 문제를 다루고 있으며 이에 따른 수리 모형을 제안한다. 또한 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 예산 제한의 변화에 따른 총 가중 거리의 변화를 계산하여 경영진의 의사결정을 도울 수 있는 방법을 모색한다.

계획지원체계는 도시성장관리수단으로 간선시설 시설확장을 이용하는 우리의 능력을 증진시킨다. 이연구는 그러한 계획지원체계 (PEGASUS: 공간도시체계의 생성 및 분석을 위한 계획환경)의 개발계획의 일환으로서 상수도 시설확장모델의 개발에 관한 연구이다. 이 연구는 토지이용과 개발은 간선시설의 수요를 유발하고 간선시설은 토지가 이용되고 개발되는 방향에 영향을 미친다는 전제하에서 시작된다. 상수도 시설 확장은 2 방법으로 해결될 수 있다: 1) 최적통제이론, 2) MINLP 방법. 이 방법들은 각각장단점을 가지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 동적 시설 확장 크기 및 시기를 동시에 결정할 수 있는 MINLP방법이 채택이 되었다. 상수도 관망해석모델과 동적 상수도 시설 최적화 모델이 상수도계획과 토지이용계획의 동적 연관관계를 해결할 수 있다. 상수도 관망해석모델은 생성된 관경의 적정성을 분석하며 동적 상수도 시설 최적화모델은 변화하는 상수도 수요량을 충족할 수 있는 대안을 작성한다. 표준화기법에 의한 비용편익분석은 가장 경제적인 대안을 선정한다. GIS는 필요 상수도 수요량을 산정하고 시설확장모델의 결과를 이용자에게 보여주는데 훌륭한 역활을 할 수 있다.

Big data seems to change knowledge management system and method of enterprises to large extent. Further, the type of method for utilization of unstructured data including image, v ideo, sensor data a nd text may determine the decision on expansion of knowledge management of the enterprise or government. This paper, in this light, attempts to figure out the prediction model of demands and supply for big data market of Korea trough data mining decision making tree by utilizing text bit data generated for 3 years on web and SNS for expansion of form for knowledge management. The results indicate that the market focused on H/W and storage leading by the government is big data market of Korea. Further, the demanders of big data have been found to put important on attribute factors including interest, quickness and economics. Meanwhile, innovation and growth have been found to be the attribute factors onto which the supplier puts importance. The results of this research show that the factors affect acceptance of big data technology differ for supplier and demander. This article may provide basic method for study on expansion of analysis form of enterprise and connection with its management activities.

Background: Policy network theory was proved to be an appropriate analytic tool for the current social welfare policy making process. This study aimed to analyze policy making process related to the nurse expansion and policy output while focusing on the interactions and activities among various policy actors. Methods: In this study, we used reports related to the need for expansion of nursing personnel journals, dissertations, newspaper articles, for hearings and debate policies for securing nurse data, and interviews. We examined three components of policy network, that is, policy actors, interactions, linkage of interest. Results: For that to expand the nurse before the 2000s in expanding the supply of medical supplies have been conducted without much disagreement among policy actors under the government's initiative. However, there was lacked a close relationship between the expanding supply of nurses and inaccurate analysis of supply and demand. As the policy is applied between the various policy actors' needs and claims, conflict was intensified and many policy options had been developed. Government only took a role as a coordinator among policy actors in the 2000's. Also, it was difficult to find sufficient and clear evidence that policy-making process based on fair judgment. Conclusion: Therefore, it is urgently required to determine the policy through a social consensus to address the appropriate policy means and the process by correct analysis of the policy issues.
