On the basis of analysis of the characteristic of production operations in tobacco enterprise, this paper explores the social environment and basic conditions of Tobacco Sales Enterprise, the system architecture and function module of the Supply Chain System of the Tobacco Sales Enterprise are described and it also discusses the application and management of supply chain system.

기업간 경쟁의 격화와 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 많은 기업들이 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 도입하고 있다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 웹서비스 와 같은 시스템에 독립적인 기술 적용의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 웹서비스를 이용하면서도 높은 수준의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 SCM 프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 및 관리도구로 최근 각광을 받고 있는 BPM을 도입하여 각 업무단위가 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 SCM을 구성하는 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합하여 실행하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링하는 것이 가능하며, SCM 프로세스의 수행결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다. 또한, SCM 프로세스의 진행과정에서 의사결정이 필요한 경우 이에 대한 지원 에이전트를 웹서비스로 구성하여 보다 신속한 프로세스 수행을 가능하게 한다.

Purpose - Many researchers analyze VMI as a supply chain collaboration program to reveal its true value. Most of them focus on the dyadic relationship in two stage supply chain systems. This study examines the effect of VMI when it is applied to the different parts of three stage supply chain systems. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on three stage supply chain, this study compares three different systems including full VMI, partial VMI, and non-VMI by using mathematical models. The performances of three systems are compared with the numerical examples of the proposed supply chain models. Results - The numerical examples reveal that full VMI where the manufacturer controls inventories at all stages outperforms any other systems in terms of the system profit and enables all individual members to gain greater profits than non-VMI. Meanwhile, under partial VMI where VMI is implemented between the wholesaler and retailer, only these two members improve their performances and the manufacturer who does not belong to VMI makes less profit than even under non-VMI. This study also examines the impact of market size and profit margin on the system performance. Conclusions - The result of this study supports the common belief that VMI secures the best result when it is applied to the entire supply chain system. The additional findings from the numerical analysis are discussed.

This study proposes a collaboration system framework on the web service in a supply chain to implement an efficient virtual supply chain and improve an ability to fulfill received orders over a supply chain. The system based on the framework proposed in this paper plays an important role for automatic order negotiation and placing/receiving an order noticed in web service by the main system. Furthermore, it can evaluate the fulfillment of received orders over a supply chain by using the transaction results from hierarchically related vendors and establish efficient manufacturing plans. In a word, this system is the automated system for creating manufacturing plans, placing and receiving orders. A little more important main function of this system is that it has a dynamic evaluation capability about fulfillment with received orders over a supply chain, and improves the evaluation method of fulfillment ability with received orders with related to direct dealing vendors, which is a main problem in existing system. As a result, this system is able to reduce the work load of the sales and purchasing materials, production control division, to manage accurate inventory promptly, to maintain the optimal inventory level by analyzing the information of fulfillment ability with received orders, and to enhance the level of service for customers.

본 연구는 다국적 기업들이 그들의 글로벌 공급사슬을 얼마나 지식이라는 전략적 자원에 기초하여 조직하고 운영하고 있는지, 그리고 지식을 지향하는 공급사슬관리가 기업의 글로벌 공급사슬관리 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 Nonaka(1994) 등이 제시한 지식창조 프로세스를 적용하여 지식지향 글로벌 공급사슬관리의 개념을 구체화하는 측정모형을 제안하였으며 기업의 지식경영 시스템과 지식창조 프로세스가 기업의 글로벌 공급사슬관리 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 113개의 다국적 기업을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 본 연구에서 제안한 측정모형의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 또한 표본 기업들을 글로벌 공급사슬관리에 있어서의 지식지향 수준에 따라 군집화하여 비교분석한 결과, 글로벌 공급사슬상에서 창출되는 지식을 효과적으로 관리하는 기업들이 글로벌 공급사슬관리 성과에 있어서도 전반적인 우위를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다.

Regarding the green environment, it is important to boost the spread of environmentally friendly vending machines and to operate the vehicles for their inventory replenishments while minimizing emissions of greenhouse gases. In general, the vending machine management company lacks capability to operate the supply chain effectively in an integrated way under the dynamic, complex, and stochastic environment. This paper presents a decision support system, termed DSSVM, for the operations of the general and smart vending machine supply chains with stock-out-based, one stage item substitution in a green logistics environment. The DSSVM supports the estimation of item demand and substitution probabilities, determination of operation parameters, supply chain analysis, what-if analysis, and $CO_2$ analysis for which various analytical models are employed.

In case of domestic automobile manufacturers introduce and run a order production method, JIT system is to provide a necessary number of components for a right place timely which is a specific supply chain management is different from other occupations. This study is for establishing a efficient production planning and finding a management method to correspond with a manufacturing system and diversified supply chain management and building an information system to support it. For this, analyze the relevant business process and utilize various informations occur in supply chain of domestic automobile components manufacturer. It will contribute to not only reliability improvement of production management system but also satisfaction for due date of products.

Supply chain management(SCM) has been recognized as a major strategy in today's market place. A growing number of researchers have begun to realize the strategic importance of model construction, planning, controlling and operation for SCM. Also various researches of supply chain model building are going on. In this paper, we synthesis key elements of supply chain model such as performance factors, decision variables and constraints. We have reviewed past and present supply chain models and then analyzed those in view of environment factors, operations, solution approaches.

현대의 자동차는 안전필수(Safety Critical) 시스템이기 때문에 차량의 안전성을 보장하는 것은 물론 초 연결사회를 지향하는 사물인터넷 기술의 발전과 자동차의 스마트화 됨에 따른 자동차 보안문제가 대두됨에 따라 자동차 소프트웨어와 공급망에서의 보증 방안과 공급망에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 식별, 평가 및 통제하기 위한 위험관리 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 Life-Cycle 내에서 이해관계자 별 위험관리(A-SCRM, Automotive Supply Chain Risk Management) 방법을 연구 제안한다.
