고장물리 기반 자동차 서스펜션 모듈 내구설계 (PoF based Fatigue Durability Analysis of Automobile Suspension Module)

  • In the manufacture of automobile suspension modules at a company as parts supplier, the design process includes the detail design and the design modification via structural and fatigue durability analyses considering PoF(physics of failure) of their weldments that are repeated more than four times sequentially. The approval of the design and the release of final drawings follows. For the suspension modules, e.g. control arms and cross member, the man-hours per worker required in the process outlined above can reach as high as 1,414hours. Application of the developed integrated design system can reduce the man-hours of 1,004. In comparison with the conventional design process, this integrated design system reduces the required time by about 40%. If expense is taken into account, a savings of approximately $192,000 is estimated, assuming the design process accounts for 1.5% of total sales for the parts supplier

  • Over the past 40 years, Korea's defense industry has been deepening into a low-efficiency industrial structure as the government directly controls prices, quantities, and costs. By implementing the Defense Industry Building Act in 2021, the government is creating a healthy ecosystem for the defense industry and strengthening its global competitiveness. In this study, based on KPC's Productivity Management System (PMS), a diagnostic model of defense companies implemented since 2013, the on-site diagnosis was performed from 4 to 28 days depending on the size of the company data was collected based on the results. The causal relationship was analyzed through structural equation model path analysis for the effect of innovation capability on productivity performance. As a result, it suggests that defense materials suppliers should focus on which core processes to innovate and strengthen and improve their innovation capabilities.

  • 공급사 관계 관리 시스템은 기업 내 조달 프로세스의 효율화를 위해 중요하다. 이미 개발된 공급사 관계 관리 시스템이 있지만, 이들은 공급사 관계 관리 시스템을 도입하고자 하는 기업에게 구매 프로세스와 시스템의 변경을 요구하여 기업의 입장에서 이를 쉽게 수용하지 못하게 한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기업의 구매 프로세스와 시스템의 변경을 최소화 할 수 있는 단순한 시스템 구조를 제안하고, 동시에 변경을 최소화하기 위하여 공급사 관계 관리 시스템의 필수 기능을 정의하고 이를 구현함을 보인다. 시장 변화에 따른 효율적 공급사 평가를 위해서 본 연구 수행에 앞선 연구 결과로 구매 과정에서 발생하는 공급사 평가를 위한 의사 결정 지원 시스템인 BestChoice가 가지는 공급사 평가 알고리즘과 공급사 평가에 대한 효율적 분석 지원을 위한 시각적 분석 방법을 도입하였다. 이와 합께 템플릿 기반 세분화 기법을 도입하여 시장 변화에 따른 공급사의 세분화를 쉽게 하여 공급사 평가 및 관리 정책의 변화를 자유롭게 하였다. 실재 구매 대행 기업에 본 연구 결과를 적용한 공급사 관계 관리 시스템을 구축함으로써 구매 프로세스나 시스템의 변경 없이 쉽게 시스템 도입이 이루어질 수 있음을 보였다.

  • Currently, Korea is actually increasing and increasing demand for leisure such as parts for A/S of automobile parts of the car, as well as trends in borrowing and finished parts are also required a steady increase in automobile traffic daetsu. There is one car and want to be driving a car A/S parts supplier smoothly for many years and that it is often the case if it is not supplied in a timely fashion, it is a reality that many eonseong hear from customers. These symptoms can be confirmed that the logistics systems of a system of selling auto parts supplier but above all a problem for several reasons, which will be considered as areas for improvement should be done urgently. Enterprises internally cooperation automotive supplier, but the need to get out to re-examine urgently complemented by the logistics system of systems to allow better respond to complex environmental changes of our customers grow, and now also the proliferation of small ship-run screen and Darvin, there is increasing distribution and logistics services, including logistics costs as a lack of work force that the company is itgetda can be called by the reality that the chances of getting a lot of jeyakreul own growth. Given this situation, the procurement of logistics enterprises. In-house logistics. Classified as sales logistics examined the long-term improvement of logistics distribution networks based on this part to derive into the problems of logistics and parts distribution system of Korean auto parts dealer.

  • In this study, the effect of reducing and increasing factors in relationship conflict on the relationship exit between auto parts suppliers and buyers was analyzed based on transaction cost theory and relational exchange theory. As a result of the hypothesis test, Hypothesis 1, which states that relationship commitment will hurt relationship exit, and Hypothesis 3 that replacement will harm relationship exit were supported. In addition, Hypothesis 2 which states that transaction-specific investment will positively affect relationship exit was not supported. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are as follows. This study has identified the antecedents of relationship exit by comprehensively applying the transaction cost theory and relational exchange theory. In addition, this study can identify what a company should manage specifically to lower conflict and relationship exit by identifying the antecedents of relationship exit. The limitations of this study and the directions for future studies are as follows. First, not all of the antecedents of relationship exits between auto parts suppliers and buyers have been extensively investigated in the viewpoint of the transaction cost theory and relational exchange theory. In the future, it is necessary to identify additional factors. Second, the study was conducted only from the supplier's viewpoint. In future studies, it is expected that more accurate research results can be obtained by simultaneously examining the supplier's point of view and the buyer's point of view.

AHP 분석을 이용한 해운중개 서비스의 상대적 중요도 평가 (A Relative Importance Evaluation of Shipbroking Service by the AHP)

  • 우리나라는 2012년 말 기준으로 그리스, 일본, 중국, 독일에 이어 1,608척의 선박과 선복량 7,970만DWT의 상선대를 보유하고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 해운산업은 선박운송사업 중 특히 화물운송에 집중하여 성장해 왔다. 반면에 전문성이 요구되는 해운중개업, 매매 및 대여 등 해운부대산업은 안정적으로 성장하지 못했다. 해운중개업(shipbroking)은 해운사업(shipping business)의 4대 영역인 운임시장(freight), 신조선시장(shipbuilding), 중고선 매매시장(sales & purchase) 및 해체시장(demolition)에서 수요자와 공급자의 거래를 주선하는 해운전문 서비스업이다. 이와 같이 해운중개업은 해운산업과 직접적 연관관계를 갖고 있으며 해운, 조선, 금융, 법률 등 전문지식을 바탕으로 부가가치를 창출하는 지식서비스산업이다. 그러나 해운중개 서비스에 대한 평가요인, 중요도와 공급자와 수요자의 인식의 차이에 대한 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해운중개업의 중요성을 인식하고 해운중개 서비스를 평가하기 위한 요인을 도출하고 평가요인 간 상대적 중요도를 산정하였다. 전문가 회의를 개최하여 브레인스토밍을 통해 대분류 3개 항목, 중분류 6개 항목, 소분류 16개 항목의 평가요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 평가요인을 AHP 기법을 이용해 해운중개 서비스의 공급자인 해운중개업체 종사자와 수요자인 해운선사 종사자를 대상으로 조사 분석하였다. 분석결과 대분류에서는 서비스 결과(0.5208), 중 분류에서는 편리성(0.5271), 신뢰성(0.4612) 등이 높게 평가되었다. 종합평가순위에서는 거래신용도(0.1855), 고객의 이윤창출(0.1829), 고객의 목적달성(0.1524)이 가장 중요하게 평가되었다. 두 그룹 간 상대적 중요도에 있어서는 공급자와 수요자는 고객과의 접촉방법, 문제해결 능력, 국내외 고객과의 유대관계에 대하여 중요하게 평가되었다. 그러나 해운전문지식 평가항목은 공급자와 수요자 모두 낮게 평가되었다. 이 결과에 의해 국내 해운중개업체는 단순한 해운중개 업무에서 벗어나 R&D 기능을 강화하여 고급 해운정보를 수집 가공하여 재생산해 낼 수 있는 정보관리, 지식생산 능력이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

대도시 대형유통업체의 농식품 구매 및 거래관계의 공간적 특성 (Spatial Characteristics of the Relationships Between Urban Large Retailer and Agro-food Suppliers)

  • 본 연구는 대형유통업체의 식품유통체계와 농식품 공급업체와의 거래관계 특성을 구성하는 핵심과정인 농식품의 구매과정과 거래유형, 그리고 거래관계 유형별 입지 특성을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 사례연구를 위해 대구광역시의 대표적인 유통업체이자 향토기업인 동화백화점 계열 백화점 및 할인점을 대상으로 조사하였다. 사례기업의 농식품 구매유형은 주로 산지구매, 도매시장구매, 벤더구매가 중심이나 품목에 따라서 생식품과 공산품간에, 생식품 내에서도 세부품목별로 상이한 거래유형을 나타낸다. 농식품의 구매경로는 도매시장구매와 경매구매 등 중간 매개기관을 통한 구애와 산지구매, 개별계약농장구매 등 현지구매, 그리고 축산물구매 등으로 구분되며 각 구매경로 별로 독특한 구매노하우와 절차를 내포한다 공간적 측면에서, 고정 협력업체로 지정된 292개의 농식품 공급업체의 80$\%$ 이상이 대구와 경북지역에 집중 분포하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 거래유형별로 대구지역 공급업체는 제조업체의 비중이 높은 반면, 경북지역 공급업체는 산지업체의 비중이 높다. 거래기간별로는 사례기업과 5년 이상 장기거래 관계를 지속하고 있는 업체가 70$\%$ 이상을 차지하여 거래지속성이 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났으며 특히 대구지역의 공급업체와의 거래지속성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 품목별로는 대구지역은 공산품 공급업체의 비중이 높은 반면, 경북지역은 생식품 공급업체의 비중이 매우 높다.

  • Demands of customers are being changed and varied. And in this circumstance, it become a main issue of management that the company should produce and sell products according to the customer demands. With these trends, each company has been concentrating effects on generalization of product development technique and distinction of service for customer. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from soiling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action. With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. In the Supply chain, The ATP(Available to Promise) function doesn't only give customers to conformation of delivery. It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can be acquire the conformation about on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a ATP and analyzes data which is concerned of ATP. Under the these environments, defines the ATP rule that can improve the customer value and data flow related the eCRM and builds on a algorithm.

Key Account Management in Business-to-Business Relationship: Identifying Top K Persuaders Using Singular Value Decomposition

  • Purpose - Key account management is a supplier company initiated relational approach that has received great attention from both academics and practitioners manifested in the business-to-business relationship literatures. However, there is widespread debate and contention on what should be the underlying theoretical base for defining this vital part of relationship marketing. With the insights from the social exchange theory, present paper explores how social exchange affects the dynamic nature of key account management relationship at the organizational level. Research design, data, and methodology - The paper follows a comprehensive review approach to examine the relationship between social exchange theory and key account management approach. Conceptual arguments and findings are assessed across studies with the main objective of showing how social exchange theory develops the governance mechanism in maintaining the key account relationship. Results - Since relational norm is considered as a glue for the maintenance of buyer-seller relationship in social exchange theory, factors develop the non-contractual governance mechanism 'relationship' in business-to-business relationship and this norm replaces or supplements more formal governance mechanisms such as contracts are explored. Conclusions - This paper advances central relational norm to manage the company's most important key customers and demonstrates how this norm can be developed in buyer-seller key account relationship. Implications from this new perspective are forwarded.

철도차량 CMMI 모델기반 프로세스 개선 및 인증을 위한 지침 (Guidelines on process improvement and certificate program based on CMMI Model)

  • This paper shows the result of study on the process improvement/innovation based on CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) for Development V1.2 staged representation in the view of engineering area of software, hardware and system. This paper intend to help rolling stock industry to define & innovate process and finally obtain certificate for achievement of CMMI V1.2 from SEI authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser through the introduction experienced by Hyundai Rotem Company(car-builder and supplier of electronic & electrical equipment) such as why CMMI-based process definition & improvement are planned and how each processes of CMMI V1.2 Level 3 have been implementing and how obtaining the certificate of CMMI Maturity Level 3 of CMMI for Development V1.2 staged representation etc. This paper shows the introduction to CMMI V1.2 model, process improvement methodology and CMMI appraisal on the basis of Standard $CMMI^{SM}$ Appraisal Method for Process Improvement($SCAMPI^{SM}$), V1.2. And, this paper shows about what kinds of activities/practices of 18 processes(CMMI Maturity Level 3) is essentially implemented to satisfy their's specific goal and general geal through Hyundai Rotem Company's experiences. This paper shows the advantage and problem by adopting CMMI V1.2 model. Especially, it present the corrective/preventive actions against the identified problem in order to improve processes.
