학교급식 식재료 및 공급업체에 대한 학부모들의 인식 및 만족도 -목포지역 중심으로- (Parents' Perception and Satisfaction of School Food Materials and Supplier -Performance in Mokpo, Korea-)

  • 본 연구에서는 목포시 학교급식에 식재료에 대한 학부모들의 인식을 조사하여 향후 우수 식재료를 학교급식에 제공하기 위한 우선순위의 설정과 방향에 대한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 실시하였다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해 목포지역 총 65개의 학교에 각 10부씩의 설문지를 배포하였고, 총 589부가 회수되어 최종 분석 자료로 이용하였다. 조사의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학부모들의 학교급식에 대한 만족도를 조사한 결과 5점 만점에 평균 3.75점으로 중간 이상의 점수로 조사되었다. 항목별로 살펴보면 학교급식에서 위생관리가 3.97점으로 가장 높은 점수를 보였고, 공급업체의 식재료 품질 3.84점, 공급업체에 대한 신뢰성 3.80점으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교급식 식재료 검수 경험에 대한 실태를 조사한 결과 식재료 검수 경험이 있는 학부모가 38.5%로 조사되었고 이는 초등학교에 다니는 자녀를 둔 학부모(47.9%)가 중 고등학교에 다니는 자녀를 둔 학부모(21.5%)보다 통계적으로 유의(P<0.001)하게 식재료 검수 경험 비율이 높았다. 식재료 검수 시 어려웠던 점에 대해 물어본 문항에 대해서 '품질에 대한 구별'이 가장 어려웠다고 응답(46.3%)하였고, '너무 이른 시간'(40.6%), '검수에 필요한 시간 부족'(7.0%), '검수 공간 부족'(5.7%) 순서로 응답하였다. 셋째, 학교급식에 공급되는 식재료에 대해 중요하게 생각하는 것에 대한 순위를 조사한 결과 '식재료에 대한 신뢰성'을 1순위로 응답한 비율이 57%로 나타나 가장 높은 비율을 보였다. 넷째, 지역농산물과 친환경농산물에 대한 인식을 조사한 결과 67.7%의 응답자가 급식 식재료의 70% 이상을 친환경 식재료로 사용하는 것이 적당하다고 응답하였다. 지역농산물에 대한 학교급식의 이용에 대한 학부모들의 인식조사에서 92.9%가 필요하다고 응답하였다. 학교급에 따른 인식의 차이를 보였는데 초등학교에 다니는 자녀를 둔 학부모의 경우 지역농산물의 학교급식 이용에 대해 '좋은 품질'을 가장 큰 장점으로 꼽은 반면, 중 고등학교에 다니는 자녀를 둔 학부모의 경우 '지역사회발전에 기여'를 가장 큰 장점으로 생각하고 있는 차이를 보였다(P<0.01). 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교급식의 질과 만족도 향상을 위해서는 신뢰할 수 있는 좋은 식재료의 사용이 가장 우선시된다. 이에 학교급식 식재료의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 제도적인 지원이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, 학교급식 식재료에 대한 학부모들의 관심은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 정보 제공에 대한 만족도는 낮게 조사되어 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다. 학교급식에 대한 정보가 가정통신문이나 학교의 홈페이지를 통한 정보의 제공으로 이루어지고 있는데 학부모와의 소통을 위하여 스마트폰 어플리케이션의 개발, 문자서비스, 가정통신문의 다양화, 학교급식에 대한 좀 더 자세한 내용을 홈페이지 탑재 등 다양한 경로를 통해 정보를 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 학부모의 식재료 검수에 대한 참여의지가 높은 결과를 고려하여 좀 더 많은 학부모들이 식재료 검수 모니터링에 참여할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 필요하다. 학부모 모니터링에 참여한 학부모의 경우 급식만족도가 높아지고 학교급식 식재료에 대한 인식이 좋아지는 긍정적인 결과를 가져온다. 또한 학부모들의 검수 시 '품질에 대한 구별'을 할 수 있는 능력을 높이기 위해 식재료의 품목별 구체적이고 전문적인 교육프로그램의 개선이 요구되었다. 넷째, 우수농산물과 친환경농산물에 대한 지속적인 정보를 제공하여 학교급식 식재료에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하는 것과 동시에 안정적인 공급망에 대한 구축이 필요할 것으로 사료되었다.

What Is the Key Vacuum Technology for OLED Manufacturing Process?

  • An OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode) device based on the emissive electroluminescent layer a film of organic materials. OLED is used for many electronic devices such as TV, mobile phones, handheld games consoles. ULVAC's mass production systems are indispensable to the manufacturing of OLED device. ULVAC is a manufacturer and worldwide supplier of equipment and vacuum systems for the OLED, LCD, Semiconductor, Electronics, Optical device and related high technology industries. The SMD Series are single-substrate sputtering systems for deposition of films such as metal films and TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide) films. ULVAC has delivered a large number of these systems not only Organic Evaporating systems but also LTPS CVD systems. The most important technology of thin-film encapsulation (TFE) is preventing moisture($H_2O$) and oxygen permeation into flexible OLED devices. As a polymer substrate does not offer the same barrier performance as glass substrate, the TFE should be developed on both the bottom and top side of the device layers for sufficient lifetimes. This report provides a review of promising thin-film barrier technologies as well as the WVTR(Water Vapor Transmission Rate) properties. Multilayer thin-film deposition technology of organic and inorganic layer is very effective method for increasing barrier performance of OLED device. Gases and water in the organic evaporating system is having a strong influence as impurities to OLED device. CRYO pump is one of the very useful vacuum components to reduce above impurities. There for CRYO pump is faster than conventional TMP exhaust velocity of gases and water. So, we suggest new method to make a good vacuum condition which is CRYO Trap addition on OLED evaporator. Alignment accuracy is one of the key technologies to perform high resolution OLED device. In order to reduce vibration characteristic of CRYO pump, ULVAC has developed low vibration CRYO pumps to achieve high resolution alignment performance between Metal mask and substrate. This report also includes ULVAC's approach for these issues.

서울지역 초등학교의 식품구매 현황 (Food Purchasing Current Status of Elementary Schools in Seoul)

  • The purposes of this study were to assess the school foodservice purchasing practices and to explore the ways to improve the school foodservice purchasing management. The purchasing questionnaire was composed of three parts, the part one consisted of questions on characteristics of dietitians and school foodservice operations, and the others consisted of questions concerning purchasing practices and importance & performance of food suppliers. 286 dietitians of elementary school foodservice operations in Seoul were participated with the survey. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS/win for descriptive and t-test. The school foodservice operations which employed a chef were 50.3%. Only one third of the dietitians(34.1%) reported having been involved in the selection of food suppliers. In dietitians' demographic data, 36.6% were over 30 years old, 32.4% were 28-29 years of age and 31.0% were below 27 years old. Most of the respondents(68.3%) had overall working experiences less than 58 months and almost half of them(56.3%) were married. The food suppliers' attributes with high scores of mean importance were food quality, maintenance of food quality, accuracy in filling orders, quality of delivery facilities, on time delivery and packaging. Average mean scores for importance and performance were 4.33('important') and 3.50('so-so') out of 5. In the comparison of importance attributes, produce suppliers had a significant higher score on suppliers(P<0.05) than processing food suppliers. Processing food suppliers received significant higher performance scores on product(P<0.05) and service(P<0.05) compared to produce suppliers.

  • Recently, the cases of BIPV(Building-integrated Photovoltaic) have been increased with interest in renewable energy application for buildings. PV System in building can perform a variety of roles as an energy supplier, exterior materials, aesthetic element and etc. To apply PV modules in buildings, various factors should be considered, such as the installation angle and orientation of PV module, shading, and temperature. The temperature of PV modules that are attached to building surfaces especially is one of the most important factors, as it affects both the electrical efficiency of a PV module and the energy load in a building. BIPV modules designed as finished material for spandrels are presented in this paper. The purpose of this study is to analysis on the thermal performance characteristics of BIPV modules. This study dealt with different types of BIPV modules depending on the backside material, such as clear glass and backsheet. The analysis of monitoring data shows that the PV module temperature was closely related to the solar radiation on the BIPV module surface, and the BIPV used at the backside also had an effect on the PV module temperature that in turn determines its thermal performance.

  • Electronic commerce is giving rise to many new and innovative 'gest business practices,' such as telecommuting and the virtual workplace. Telecommuting and the virtual workplace go hand in hand. Today, more then 35 million people in the United States telecommute, and that expected to grow by 20 percent over the next several years. And more then 30 million people used internet shopping mall every years in Korea. Therefore, using the internet and information technology, electronic commerce has the potential to propel a company to 'break out' of existing strategic constraints and radically alter business processes, strengthen customer and supplier ties, and open up new markets. The object of this study is the investigation method for activity solution of electronic commerce of fashion cloth shopping mall in korea. The study has investigated 2 cases about 'halfclub.com' in Korea and 'bluefly.com' in America in the research. Therefore, the study founded the 3problems of electronic commerce at fashion cloth shopping mall in korea and suggested that the activation policies of electronic commerce. The result of suggested that the new electronic commerce style, a lot of contents affects positive effects on the performance of fashion cloth shopping mall in Korea and hope that will be expect new role of electronic commerce to be the herb in fashion cloth shopping mall in korea.

B2B를 이용한 유통업체의 의류상품구매 사례연구 (A Case Study of Retail Fashion Buying through B2B)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current situation of B2B fashion buying behavior (i.e., buying motives, product characteristics, buying processes), and to analyze the buying performance, buying problems and buying strategies. In depth, face-to-face interviews with structured questionnaire were conducted with three buyers and three vendors related to 18 buying items of C Company. Results of this research were as following:1. Buying motives were mainly reduction of buying costs, improvement of profits, and increased efficiency in buying process for retail buyers, while the selling motive was mainly improvement of market share for suppliers. Suitable items for B2B buying were basic items or bulk items. The B2B buying process included the following steps: selecting auction items, target prices, and suppliers ; setting the product specification and bidding niles; training the suppliers for preparing the auction; proceeding the auction by internet. 2. The perceived B2B benefits for buyers were profit improvement and cost reduction while those for suppliers were time saving and market share improvement. The indicated buying problems were as poor product quality, low product image, and difficulty in partnership. For B2B buying strategies, a quality management system, various auction tactics based on items, and a supplier management system were recommended.

  • Fuel cell systems are consisted of various parts, for example fuel cell stack, fuel supplier, electrical converters, controllers and so on. Each components of system should have appropriate specification for their applications as well as simplicity. Because thermal load can be managed simply by using fans without any water cooling system, the air-cooled PEMFC is widely used in sub kW and around 1kW systems. The performance of an air-cooled system is highly dependent on ambient temperature and humidity. In this paper, the air-cooled PEMFC systems are developed and investigated to study the operating characteristics in the aspect of the thermal and water coupled management by the control of the axial fans and compressors. Various experiments were also conducted to get the cell voltage distribution, the relative humidity of the reactant gas and the thermal management by axial cooling fans, which cannot be observed in single cell experiment. After then, as practical applications, portable fuel cell system and a hybrid electric cart were successfully integrated and operated by using this air-cooled stack.

역물류 네트워크 모델의 최적화를 위한 협력적 공진화 알고리즘 (A Cooperative Coevolutionary Algorithm for Optimizing a Reverse Logistics Network Model)

  • We consider a reverse logistics network design problem for recycling. The problem consists of three stages of transportation. In the first stage products are transported from retrieval centers to disassembly centers. In the second stage disassembled modules are transported from disassembly centers to processing centers. Finally, in the third stage modules are transported from either processing centers or a supplier to a manufacturer, a recycling site, or a disposal site. The objective is to design a network which minimizes the total transportation cost. We design a cooperative coevolutionary algorithm to solve the problem. First, the problem is decomposed into three subproblems each of which corresponds to a stage of transportation. For subproblems 1 and 2, a population of chromosomes is constructed. Each chromosome in the population is coded as a permutation of integers and an algorithm which decodes a chromosome is suggested. For subproblem 3, an heuristic algorithm is utilized. Then, a performance evaluation procedure is suggested which combines the chromosomes from each of two populations and the heuristic algorithm for subproblem 3. An experiment was carried out using test problems. The experiments showed that the cooperative coevolutionary algorithm generally tends to show better performances than the previous genetic algorithm as the problem size gets larger.

국내 미용업계의 ASP 도입 요인과 성과에 관한 연구 (Research On Factors for Adoption and Business performance of ASP Introduction - Focused on Cosmetic Industries)

  • 본 연구에서는 ASP 도입에 미치는 영향 요인을 조직 요인, 시스템 요인, 환경 요인 등을 독립 변수로 설정하고, 공급사와 고객사 간의 적합성을 조절 변수로 설정하였으며 종속 변수는 ASP 도입 성과로 설정하였다. 검증 결과 독립 변수들 가운데 유일하게 비용 절감의 기대 요인만이 ASP 도입 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 조절변수로 설정된 공급사와 고객사 간의 적합성 요인은 독립 변수 중 유일하게 비용 절감의 기대요인과 ASP 도입 성과 간에 조절적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.
