고령 건설기술자를 활용한 소규모공사의 공사관리방법 개선방안 (A Study on the Improving Management Method for the Small Projects applying Senior Construction Engineer)

  • The building below standard scales to be built only by constructive report to authorities. Construction law 8 illustrates that supervision should be deployed in all the construction sites at the building which is found to have more than 3 floors and also to have more than loom of total squares in especially outside area of city plan zone. Such a small construction is have a important and the most basic meaning. Many problems were found to occur in all the constructive places which were out of the limit of this law. The construction sites were found to be controlled by public official's visiting without supervisors and designers of architecture. Technique of construction in architecture was found to be not different from that of 1980. The security of employees in construction on sites has a serious problem. Because of choosing ail the materials of the building without a reasonable point. All the building were found to have a law material about inside and outside aspects. The purpose of this study are to examine existing law about a small project and than to analyze the situation of constructive control through questionnaires and interviews with all the supervisors. Based on the data base of engineers who had a great experience in construction sites, The purpose of this study is also to suggest and advise the method of controlling all the items in architecture through on and off line.

의료관광교육 서비스품질이 교육만족도 및 교육훈련전이에 미치는 영향: 조직특성 및 국가관계의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Medical Tourism Education Service Quality on Education Satisfaction and Transfer of Education Training: Focusing on the Moderating Roles of Organizational Characteristics and National Relations)

  • The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.

슈퍼비전 지지체계가 슈퍼비전 역량에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Welfare Agency's Supervision Support System on Supervision Competence)

  • 본 연구는 슈퍼바이저의 슈퍼비전역량을 슈퍼바이지-슈퍼바이저의 비교 관점에서 고찰하고, 슈퍼비전역량에 대한 기관요인의 영향을 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 경기지역 사회복지기관 종사자 241명의 수립된 자료를 t-검정과 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 슈퍼바이저가 슈퍼바이지에 비해 슈퍼비전역량에 대해서 긍정적으로 평가하였으며, 슈퍼비전역량 하위영역 중 지식과 자질에서 집단 간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 슈퍼비전역량의 선행 요인을 확인하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 확인한 결과 슈퍼바이저의 연령이 낮을수록 그리고 학력이 높을수록 자신의 슈퍼비전 역량을 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으며 기관의 지지는 p>.001에서 △R2=.305의 수준에서 슈퍼비전 역량을 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 슈퍼비전 역량을 강화하기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

병원 영양사들의 소진과 직무만족 요인 및 상관관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Factors and Correlations of Burnout and Job Satisfaction of Dietitians in Hospitals)

  • This study aimed to examine factors and the correlations of burnout and job satisfaction in hospital dietitians. Burnout was classified into three sub-concepts: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. Job satisfaction was also classified into three sub-concepts, including relationships, self-realization, and advancement opportunities. A survey was conducted with dietitians working in general hospitals of over 400 beds, in the Seoul metropolitan area. The factors that significantly influenced emotional exhaustion were health, work hours, number of intern dietitians, self-esteem, level of responsibility, while the factors that influenced depersonalization were relationships with coworkers, and role ambiguity. Personal accomplishment was influenced by age, the number of staff dietitians, the general number of managed workers, and self-esteem. In terms of job satisfaction, relationship was affected by age and relationships with supervisors, while self-realization was influenced by work hours, health, the number of patient meals, and role ambiguity. Age, job regularity, business management, role ambiguity, and relationships with supervisors also affected advancement opportunities. Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishments, which represented burnout, had negative relationships with satisfaction with relationships, self-realization and advancement opportunities. Dietitians with low job satisfaction were likely to experience burnout. These results suggest that burnout and job satisfaction are influenced by internal and external factors that are individual or organizational problems encountered by hospital dietitians. Therefore, managers as well as dietitians need to understand these factors and overcome them through communication and mutual support.

영유아 교육·보육 통합시설의 필요 공간과 면적기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Necessary Spaces and Area Standards of Integration Facility for Early Childhood Education and Care)

  • 본 연구는 '유치원 어린이집 간 격차 완화'를 위한 하나의 방안으로 '교육시설 질 균등화'를 위해 우선적으로 영유아 교육 보육 통합시설이 갖추어야 할 필요공간과 면적기준(안)을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 그 결과 첫째, 영유아 교육 보육 통합시설에 필요한 공간의 종류를 표15와 같이 반드시 필요한 필수공간과 교육 보육 활동의 질적 수준을 높이기 위해 추가되면 좋을 권장공간으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 둘째, 영유아 교육 보육 통합시설의 필요 공간별 면적기준(안)을 표23과 같이 제시하였다. 아울러 영유아 교육 보육 통합시설에 필요한 영유아 1인당 대지면적과 연면적, 연면적 대비 공용면적의 비율을 각각 제시하였다.

중소병원 간호사의 사회적 지지와 직무만족이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nurse Social Support and Job Satisfaction on Job Embeddedness in the Small and Medium Sized Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소병원 간호사의 사회적 지지와 직무만족이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. G시에 소재한 중소병원 간호사를 대상으로 하였으며, 197명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료는 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 직무배태성은 사회적 지지 중 상사 지지, 동료지지, 직무만족과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 연구모델은 직무배태성의 28.0%를 설명하였고, 이 중 직무배태성에 영향을 미치는 가장 강력한 변인은 직무만족(β=.33 p<.001)이었으며, 사회적 지지 중 상사지지가 직무배태성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중소병원 간호사의 직무배태성을 촉진하기 위해 직무만족 및 사회적 지지의 상사지지를 증진시키기 위한 방안 마련이 필요함을 시사한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 군부대 위험물안전관리 실무자를 대상으로 군부대 위험물 운영 실태와 군부대 위험물 안전사고 사례 분석을 통해, 위험물 관련 취급소의 안전관리 실태, 안전관리 계획, 안전관리 교육내용, 안전관리자 교육등에 관한 의식 등을 설문조사를 통해 분석코자 하였다. 또한 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 현행 군부대 위험물의 실태를 조사하고, 향후 특수집단인 군부대위험물의 안전관리를 함에 있어 군의 특수성에 적합한 체계적인 안전관리 계획을 수립함은 물론 안전교육 프로그램을 개발하여 군관계자들의 관심도 고취 및 위험물 작업장의 효과적인 안전관리를 통해 군부대에서의 위험물 안전사고요인을 사전에 차단함으로서 위험물 안전관리자 및 관계인으로 하여금 안전사고의 위험요소에 대해 인지할 수 있도록 홍보 및 교육활성화 방안을 마련하고자 하였다.

석면해체 참여업체가 작업장 인근 주민 안전에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact of Participating Companies Related to Asbestos Dismantling on the Safety of Residents Near Asbestos Dismantling Worksites)

  • 연구목적: 석면해체 참여업체가 작업장 인근 주민 안전에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고, 분석결과를 바탕으로 석면해체 참여업체의 선정에 있어서 중요 기준을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 산업안전보건법과 석면안전관리법을 토대로 석면해체 관련 참여업체와 석면해체 작업장 인근 주민 안전에 관한 중요항목을 도출한 후 FGI를 통하여 설문항목을 결정하였고, 영향관계 분석을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 안전한 석면해체 작업장 주변을 조성하기 위해서는 석면해체 관련 참여업체(석면해체·제거업자, 석면조사기관, 석면해체작업감리인) 중 석면해체작업감리인의 역량이 영향관계가 가장 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 결론:석면해체 작업장 인근 주민의 안전을 확보하기 위해서는 우수한 석면해체작업감리인과 우수한 석면해체·제거업자의 선정이 필수적임을 보여 주었다.

수요자 중심의 산업안전보건교육 과정 개발을 위한 요구분석 -관리감독자 정기안전보건교육을 중심으로- (Analysis of Educational Needs for Developing a Consumer-oriented Regular Safety and Health Education Curriculum - Focusing on Management Supervisors)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for consumer-oriented curriculum development by analyzing the priorities of subjects and their preference for educational methods. Methods: The participants included 773 management supervisors and education practitioners in the workplace, and a survey was conducted from April 17 to August 30, 2019. Frequency analysis, t-test, Borich's Needs Analysis, and Locus for Focus Model analysis were performed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and IBM SPSS 21.0. Results: The highest perceived priorities for education subjects were as follows: ① 'CPR and First Aid Practice' and 'Occupational Disaster Prevention and First Aid Basics' in the manufacturing industry; and ② 'Emotional Labor and Job Stress Prevention', 'Occupational Disaster Prevention and First Aid basics, and 'Musculoskeletal Disorder Prevention' in the service industry. 'Collective education' was the most preferred method of education. 'School-type' was preferred for the seating arrangement, and the proper number of trainees was considered to be about 30. Respondents said the contents of the education was a top priority when they applied for education, and curriculum and appropriate textbooks should be considered in calculating the cost of education. Conclusions: Practical subjects and subjects related to major hazards by industry were required for management supervisor education. It was proposed in this study that the contents and operating methods of education be changed so that workers can easily comprehend essential subjects such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act. In conclusion, it is necessary to design the curriculum and apply educational methods suitable for each subject's characteristics in consideration of the priorities for subjects reflected in the needs of trainees.

Work-Related Well-Being in the Zimbabwean Banking Sector: A Job Demands-Resources Perspective

  • Background: Research on the impact of psychosocial risks on well-being at work remains scarce in low- and middle-income countries, especially in the banking sector. This study sought to examine the relationships between job demands, job resources, well-being, job satisfaction, and work engagement in the Zimbabwean banking sector. Methods: An online survey was administered to 259 employees from five banks. Hierarchical multiple regression tested the relationships between job demands (quantitative demands, emotional demands, work pace, and work-family conflict), job resources (possibilities for development, social support from colleagues and supervisors, quality of leadership, and influence at work), well-being, work engagement, and job satisfaction. Interactions between all variables were tested. Results: Job demands were negatively related to well-being, work engagement, and job satisfaction. Job resources had positive relationships with the same. Work pace had positive relationships with well-being and work engagement. Influence at work moderated the relationship between emotional demands and work pace with well-being. Possibilities for development moderated the relationship between work-family conflict and well-being. Work-family conflict moderated the relationship between social support from colleagues and job satisfaction. Emotional demands, work pace, and quantitative demands moderated the relationship between influence at work with job satisfaction and work engagement. Conclusion: Job demands should be reduced where possible in order to enhance employee well-being, work engagement, and job satisfaction. The job resources that should be availed to facilitate a positive psychosocial work environment in the banking sector include social support from supervisors, influence at work, and possibilities for development.
