  • A discrete event systems (DES) is a physical system that is discrete in time and state space, asynchronous (event rather than clock-driven), and in some sense generative(or nondeterministic). This paper presents the design of fifteen modular supervisors to control an experimental CIM testbed. These supervisors are nonblocking, controllable and nonconflicting. After verification of the supervisors by simulation, the supervisors for AGV system have been implemented to demonstrate their efficacy.

초심 수퍼바이저의 수퍼비전 교육 필요성에 대한 합의적 질적 연구 (A Consensual Qualitative Research of the Need for Supervision Education for Novice Supervisors)

  • 본 연구는 초심 수퍼바이저의 수퍼비전 교육 필요성에 대해 알아보고자 한국상담심리학회의 상담심리사 1급 자격을 취득한 5년 미만의 수퍼바이저 8명을 인터뷰하였다. 합의적 질적 연구(CQR)를 통하여 의미를 도출한 결과 '수퍼바이저로서 갖는 역할기대'와 '수퍼비전 교육받은 경험', '수퍼비전 실시과정에서 수퍼바이저로서 느끼는 경험', '수퍼바이저로서 성장을 위해 필요한 것'으로 총 4개의 영역과 12개의 하위영역, 33개의 범주로 최종 구성되었다. 첫째, 초심수퍼바이저들은, 대가들의 모습을 따뜻하고 사례에 대한 깊은 이해가 있다고 보았고, 자신이 생각하는 수퍼바이저의 역할은 사례이해능력과 방향을 제시하는 것으로 대답하였다. 둘째, 초심 수퍼바이저들은 자신의 수퍼바이저나 대가들을 모델링하는 것으로 나타났고, 수퍼비전 교육의 필요성과 참여의사는 높았으나, 실제로 수퍼비전 교육을 받은 경험은 많지 않았다. 셋째, 전문가로서의 중요성을 인식하여 꼼꼼하게 공부하고 준비를 하지만, 수퍼바이지에게 전달하는 것에 대해 어려움을 느끼고 있으며, 이를 동료 수퍼비전이나 전문가에게 자문구하는 방법으로 해결하고 있었고, 여전히 스스로가 부족하다고 생각하고 있었다. 넷째, 수퍼바이저로서 성장하기 위해서는 자기 돌봄이 필요하고, 수퍼비전에 대한 교육과 수퍼비전의 가이드 및 매뉴얼이 필요함을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 연구에 대한 제언과 제한점을 제시하였다.

유아보육·교육기관 교사의 직무만족에 대한 원장의 변혁적 리더쉽과 교사의 집합주의의 상호작용 효과 (The Relationship between Supervisors' Transformational Leadership and Collectivism on the Job Satisfaction of Kindergarten and Childcare Center Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between supervisors' transformational leadership, collectivism and the job satisfaction of teachers in kindergartens and childcare centers. The subjects were 240 teachers employed at kindergartens or childcare centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. The collected data were analyzed by mean of simple regression, hierarchial regression, and the use of SPSS Win 15.0. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Collectivism was positively associated with supervisors' transformational leadership. (2) The job satisfaction of teachers was positively associated with supervisors' transformational leadership. (3) The interaction effects of supervisors' transformational leadership and collectivism on the job satisfaction of teachers were observed.

  • Supervisory control theory, which was first proposed by Ramadge and Wonahm, is a well-suited control theory for the control of complex systems such as semiconductor manufacturing systems, automobile manufacturing systems, and chemical processes because these are better modeled by discrete event models than by differential or difference equation models at higher levels of abstraction. Moreover, decentralized supervisory control is an efficient method for large complex systems according to the divide-and-conquer principle. Decentralized supervisors cannot observe the events those of which occur only within the other supervisors. Therefore decentralized supervisors can be designed according to supervisory control theory under partial observation. This paper presents a solution and a design procedure of supervisory control problem (SCP) for the case of decentralized control and SCP under partial observation (SCPPO). We apply the proposed design procedure to an experimental CIM Testbed. And we compare and analyze the designed decentralized supervisors and partially observed supervisors.

다문화가족 방문교육지도사의 자기효능감과 직무만족도의 관계에서 역할모호성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Role Ambiguity on the Relationship between Self-efficacy and Job Satisfaction of Visiting Supervisors for Multicultural Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of role ambiguity on the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction of visiting supervisors for multicultural families. The subjects were 243 visiting supervisors for multicultural families. The data were analyzed with SPSS Win 15.0 using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, hierarchical multiple regression and path analysis. The findings showed that both self-efficacy and role ambiguity exerted a significant effect on the job satisfaction of visiting supervisors for multicultural families. Further, it is important to note that the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction was mediated by role ambiguity. The study discussed implications in terms of job satisfaction of visiting supervisors for multicultural families.

  • The main purpose of this study is to present the strategies for strengthening the leadership of field supervisors to effectively prevent construction accidents. To this end, first, this research study reviewed the meanings, functions, types and characteristics of the leadership of field supervisors in safety management activities on construction sites through the literature review. Second, the researcher investigated the types of supervisors' leadership and the level of field safety management activities through questionnaires. Third, the types of supervisors' leadership are categorized by that level. Fourth, the leadership type of field supervisors is suggested to effectively prevent construction accidents. Finally, the strategies to promote supervisors' leadership are developed.

A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Study of Art Therapy Supervisors' integration of Art as Part of Supervision

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the vivid realities of important technical and relational aspects of visual art that were emphasised during training by art therapy supervisors and educators. Max van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological methodology was incorporated into the study. Summarising their main experiences, art therapy supervisors enabled experiences of reproducibility and immediacy in their supervision, and allowed visual art to be used as a tool to foster inner contact with their supervisees. To enable this experience, art therapy supervisors provided a creative foundation and a receptive environment that promoted creativity for supervisees to use and experience art beyond the role of passive viewers. The results of this research clarified how the participating supervisors interpreted the value of art therapy as a method to nurture the professional growth of trainees. Their contributions suggest experiences and methods that may effectuate future advancements in the field of art therapy supervision.

보육교사의 내현적 자기애적 성향과 원장의 서번트 리더십이 조직냉소주의에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Covert Narcissism and Supervisors' Servant Leadership on Childcare Center Teachers' Organizational Cynicism)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism. The subjects were 279 teachers employed in childcare centers in K Province. Data was collected by questionnaires, which required self-report by teachers. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, hierarchial regression, by using SPSS Win 19.0. The results of our study was as follows. First, main effects of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism was observed. teachers' covert narcissism was positively associated with teachers' organizational cynicism. and supervisors' servant leadership was negatively associated with teachers' organizational cynicism. Second, supervisors' servant leadership was a better predictor of teachers' organizational cynicism than teachers' covert narcissism. Finally, interaction effects of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism was not observed.

수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지 간의 수퍼비전(Supervision) 인식 차이 (A study on difference of supervision perception between supervisors and supervisees)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회복지관의 수퍼바이저(선임 사회복지사)와 수퍼바이지(일반 사회복지사) 두 집단간 수퍼비전의 인식 차이에 대해서 조사하였다. 설문조사대상자는 서울, 부산, 인천지역 사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 총 100부를 이용하여 분석에 이용하였다. 조사대상자의 성별은 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지 모두 여성 62%, 남성 38%로 구성되었으며, 연령은 30대가 수퍼바이저는 90%, 수퍼바이지는 24%으로 나타났다. 학력의 경우 수퍼바이저는 대졸이상이 98%, 수퍼바이지는 88%로 나타났으며, 사회복지사 자격증에서 수퍼바이저는 100% 전원이 1급 자격증을 소지하고 있었으며 수퍼바이지는 1급이 84%로 나타났다. '사회복지기관 총 근무기간'에서 수퍼바이저는 5년 이상이 82%, 수퍼바이지는 12%로 나타났다. 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지간의 전체 수퍼비전에 대한 인식을 살펴보면, 수퍼바이저 3.79, 수퍼바이지 3.46으로 나타나 전체 수퍼비전에 대한 인식은 수퍼바이저가 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 기능별 수퍼비전에 대한 인식에서 행정적 수퍼비전 인식의 경우 수퍼바이저 3.78, 수퍼바이지 3.43으로 나타났으며, 교육적 수퍼비전 인식에선 수퍼바이저 3.65이며 수퍼바이지 3.29로 나타났다. 지지적 수퍼비전 인식의 경우 수퍼바이저 3.94, 수퍼바이지 3.67로 나타났다. 이상의 결과와 같이 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지의 기능별 수퍼비전에 대한 인식의 차이는 수퍼바이저가 모든 기능별 수퍼비전이 수퍼바이지보다 높다는 것을 알 수 있다. 결과적으로 수퍼바이저들이 제공하고 있다고 인식하는 정도의 수퍼비전보다 수퍼비전을 제공받는 수퍼바이지들은 이러한 수퍼비전 인식이 상대적으로 낮다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 수퍼비전 인식 증진을 위해서는 수퍼바이저 뿐만 아니라 수퍼바이지에 대한 재교육이 필요하다고 본다.

AI 비서에 대한 직무 종사자와 관리자의 인식 유형 연구 (Study on the Perception of Workers and Supervisors about AI Assistants)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception about AI assistants and the differences between two groups, workers(secretaries) and supervisors(bosses), using the Q-methodology which has an advantage in understanding the types of subjective perceptions. Through literature reviews and interviews, 34 Q-samples were extracted, and then Q-sorting was conducted by P-samples(20 workers and 15 supervisors). As a result of Q-sorting, the types and characteristics of AI assistants perceived by each P-sample were explained. The perception of the workers divided into five distinct types, and the perception of the supervisors was divided into three distinct types. The most crucial factors in distinguishing between workers and supervisors' perceptions depend on whether they are capable of performing certain tasks and whether they can replace existing secretarial jobs. This study, as the primary research on AI assistants, can help to redefine the work that can be replaced by AI and the work that only people can do, and thus to establish education, recruitment, and training plans.
