In the process of various appliance changing analogical way into digital way, we look over DVR in the field of security and supervision, and then suggest DVR system which use watermarking technology based on UT. It considers and embodies the ability of rapid processing and clear image which are required in real DVR market. At this point we have watermark in DVR file and guarantee none defectiveness so that it can be used as evidence of theft and etc.

Recently, many kinds of research has been actively developing for a standardization and information related to the construction works. These works include the general field of design, construction, supervision, maintenance and management on facilities. The works of database construction for a standardization and information were chiefly propelled centering around the present conditions related to the design, construction work. The field related to maintenance and management on facilities lags behind in the works of database construction. The establishment of standard classification system(SCS) on facilities and inspection data is most important among the things related to maintenance and management to have a efficiently maintenance and management. This paper suggests SCS on facilities and inspection data according to that of facilities. On the basis of SCS of facilities and inspection data, code work with classification system and input work for a data of maintenance and management was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on tunnel structures

Recently many new subway lines and light rail lines are demanded to build as CBTC system for advanced transportation needs. Already several lines are being installed and some other are planned this days. In early 2008, the first korean CBTC project, Bundang Line Intelligent Train Control System was finished successfully then it showed that many advantage of its functionalities to demonstrate. Nowaday, the technology of CBTC in Korea is not standing alone by itself yet, even though a lot of localization was done last decade include ATS (Automatic Train Supervision) and Radio Communication and manufactures and installations, because the core equipment of CBTC is rely on oversea technologies of major railway signal companies. KRRI has been preparing to develop the core equipment of CBTC (wayside ATP and onboard ATO/ATP) with other 14 local railway signal companies. Now they have consisted two consortiums to develop the core equipment by themselves. In this paper, I will mention about how we should focus on the output for viewpoint of interpretabilities between the two groups and review the case study of front developers efforts considering to standardizations we should be following.

In this study, the legal and institutional status of construction supervising and construction inspector was identified. As a result of examining the definitions of construction supervision terms, focusing on domestic construction-related laws, it was found that there were no consistency between each laws regarding 'terminology' and 'definitions'. In addition, the scope of construction inspector's work continues to expand through the delegation provisions to lower statutes, however, responsibility, authority, and inspection cost are not taken into account properly. In addition in order to introduce digital technology to the smart construction site, which is currently active under way, it is judged that the law and institutional contents need to be improved further.

Weakly supervised object localization (WSOL) is a task of localizing an object in an image using only image-level labels. Previous studies have followed the conventional class activation mapping (CAM) pipeline. However, we reveal the current CAM approach suffers from problems which cause original CAM could not capture the complete defects features. This work utilizes a convolutional neural network (CNN) pretrained on image-level labels to generate class activation maps in a multi-scale manner to highlight discriminative regions. Additionally, a vision transformer (ViT) pretrained was treated to produce multi-head attention maps as an auxiliary detector. By integrating the CNN-based CAMs and attention maps, our approach localizes defective regions without requiring bounding box or pixel-level supervision during training. We evaluate our approach on a dataset of apple images with only image-level labels of defect categories. Experiments demonstrate our proposed method aligns with several Object Detection models performance, hold a promise for improving localization.

After the Sewol ferry disaster, the maritime safety supervisor system was introduced to strengthen maritime safety control for coastal vessels. If any critical defect is found in vessel facilities during periodical or occasional guidance and supervision on a vessel, a maritime safety supervisor takes an administrative measure: detention of the vessel until it has been completely corrected. The detention order is one of the most powerful regulations exercised by a maritime safety supervisor. It would not be an overstatement to say that the guidance and supervision conducted by a maritime safety supervisor is very important for the safety of a vessel and protection of the maritime environment. However, the regulatory level of each Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries toward vessels may vary with the enforcers, and an individual's intentional act or negligence might occur during the execution process. Detention of a coastal vessel by the Regional Office of Ocean and Fisheries can easily lead to delayed navigation, and a vessel owner may suffer economic loss from suspension of a charter party. Nevertheless, the Maritime Safety Act does not prescribe filing a petition for objection to the measure of detention order by a maritime safety supervisor. To overcome this problem, therefore, the objection procedure under the Maritime Safety Act has to be reformed to reclaim a right against an inappropriate detention order measure caused by an individual's intentional act or negligence through a formal objection.

In order to establish an independent relationship between occupations in accordance with the abuse of doctor's orders and employment, the position of each physician and medical technician group, and the education system and laws of Japan, the United States, and England To promote the improvement of public health. The main differences in positions among related interest groups were analyzed, and the proposals and precedents of the National Assembly laws that were initiated after 1963 were analyzed and compared with the laws of developed countries. Among the OECD member countries, 26 countries except Korea have enacted a single law for medical technicians, and the meaning of instructions and supervision differs from country to country. The Medical Technician Act, etc., is inappropriate to apply the current and situation of the times as the laws of the 20th century to represent all the laws of the eight medical technicians. It is thought that a change in the word of direction and supervision under the control of the company is inevitable from a future-oriented horizontal perspective.

The landscaping of Amore-Pacific's new building has received various awards since its construction. This study attempted to identify the mechanisms of planning, design, and construction of this project through the ground theory. The results of the study are summarized as follows. The client's place attachment of the sites, which was the company's parent, was the driving force for an international design competiton in which architecture and landscaping were integrated. After that, in the detailed design stage for the actual implementation of the contest-winning plan, competent local designers and contractors were selected, and a consultative body was operated to engage in various opinions and promote rational decision-making. As for consultative body's operation method, simulation, physical model production, and detailed drawings were created after sharing opinions, and landscape design supervision played a major role. Establishing consistency in design and construction through integrated planning and landscape design supervision is required to cultivate craftsmanship and foster landscape coordinators in today's industrialized practice. The accumulation of related follow-up studies and supplementation of the system is anticipated.

This study conducted a meta-analysis on the studies related with job satisfaction of social workers. For data analysis, journals, theses, and dissertations published between 1990 and 2013 were reviewed systematically. Through this process, this study calculated average effect size of each variable and explored moderator variables. The study results were as follows. First, this study significantly identified 27 variables related with job satisfaction of social workers. Second, the results indicated that large effect size variables included empowerment, organizational climates, supervision, relationship with boss, leadership, social support, work environment, reward system factor, self-esteem, work autonomy. Third, moderator analyses were conducted utilizing characteristics of organization. Moderate effects were identified in the following variables including role conflict, specialization, recognition, promotion, relationship with peer, supervision. Finally, the implications of the study findings were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to examine present condition of social work field education, students' stress/stress coping strategies in their field practicum, and to find out the difference according to the factors related field education. This study carried out a survey targeting 202 students who finished their social work field practicum and took their course work in 2012, from 4 different universities in the northern Gyeonggi province & Seoul. As the result, in the area of stress, the highest rank was the lack of professional knowledge/skills, the second was the environment of field practicum, and the third was the burden of tasks that they had to perform. About the coping strategies, it was found that students utilized 'problem-solving focused' the most, pursuing 'social support' as the second, and 'avoidance' strategies as the least. Factors influencing on differences of stress level depending on field work experiences were whether they had previous field experience, how much time they participated in previous volunteer activities, whether they attended orientation for their field practicum, regularity/frequency of supervision, the satisfaction on their social work/welfare major, and the satisfaction on their field practicum or supervision. Based on the results, suggestions for development in field education system were presented.
