With the rapid development of Urban Mass Transit in China, the Intelligent Transport System becomes inevitable. Based on the brief introduction of the blueprint of Urban Mass Transit in Shanghai, this paper analyses in detail the components and functions of Automatic Train Control (ATC) system applied in Shanghai Metro, presents the key technology of the main three subsystems of the ATC system : Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) subsystem, Automatic Train Protection (ATP) subsystem, Automatic Train Operation (ATO) subsystem. After reading this paper, you will have an general grasp of ATC system. At the end of the paper, it suggests a good resolution about the ATC system equipment to be made in China. 현재 국내 건설 산업은 고층화, 대형화 되어감에 따라 새로운 기술 개발로 비약적인 발전과 함께 품질향상을 위해 품질관리기법 및 품질관리제도 개선을 하고 있지만, 기술개발에 비해 건축물의 품질향상수준은 미흡한 수준이다. 반면에, 사용자의 의식변화로 건설품질에 대한 관심이 증가됨에 따라 요구품질수준이 높아지고 있다. 정부에서는 책임감리제도의 시행 및 해외업체의 국내 감리업무진출 허용 등의 품질제도를 강화하였고 및 민간부문에서도 사전자격심사제도의 시행 및 ISO 9000시리즈의 품질보증 등을 통한 품질 향상을 꾀하고 있지만, 현행 건설공사는 설계, 재료, 공법 등이 이미 확정된 발주자의 공사 시방서에 의한 공사를 수행함에 따라 정해진 사항의 이행 여부만을 판단할 뿐 수급자의 품질 개선을 위한 기술 개발의 필요성 및 기회를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설 공사단계에서 수급자가 자발적으로 품질확보를 할 수 있는 지불규정제도의 업무프로세스와 제도개선 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of the safety system and safety education in institutional foodservices in the Changwon and Masan areas. The survey was conducted from February 1 to March 31, 2009 via questionnaires that were sent to 300 dietitians, and 142 dietitians responded. It was determined that most of the safety managers were 'dietitians (87.1%)', whereas facilities/equipment managers consisted of 'dietitians (45.7%)', 'department of facilities management in the organization (36.4%)' and 'outsourced company of facilities management (17.9%)'. Out of the 11 safety practices, seven safety practices showed less than 50% of total implementation ratio, which meant that the safety systems were not functioning properly. Except for 'non-skid shoes (85.9%)', other safety equipment was seldom used. The survey respondents recognized that safety education was very necessary (4.47 points); however, they responded so-so (3.46 points) to the question of whether or not the actual frequency and time spent on safety education were enough. The average time spent on safety education was 28 minutes 11 seconds. Regarding the difficulties in performing safety education, 'not many safety education materials and media (3.44 points)', 'not many varieties in the subjects and contents for safety education (3.40 points)', and 'not much organizational support on safety education (3.33 points)' showed higher scores than 'lack of education time due to workload (3.20 points)'. The following were cited as education materials that should be developed as it is currently difficult to obtain relevant information and data: 'root causes of musculoskeletal injury and preventive measures (15.8%)', 'healthcare and disease preventive exercises for employees who do simple and repetitive works (14.9%)', and 'instruction on safe handling of chemicals (12.7%)'

Roll to roll (R2R) system, known as 'web processing', is the process of producing these electronic devices on a roll of flexible plastic. With the need of improved performance and productivity in R2R industry, effective control and on-line supervision for web quality is essential. In this report, we present a system for on-line measurement of wrinkles, one of defects incurring due to compressive stresses developed in the web. This system is able to capture an image generated when a well defined line shape laser beam passes through a transparent web. The system calculates 3D shape information, including the height of the wrinkle on the web, and displays the images for the shape information of the web in real time. By using area scan camera and machine vision laser, this system takes more advantages of setting up as a simple and low cost system compared to the line scan camera systems that widely used in web manufacturing. Specific calibration method and analysis on the achievable accuracy will be discussed.

we studied a data acquisition and control system of a wind turbine for measuring and controlling a voltage fluctuations of a wind turbine system. The wind turbine system is installed out control area. So, it is so important for supervising to wind turbine of a maintenance, wind speed, optical resources wind turbine output, wind speed, wind direction, over voltage of a generator. This system can be supplied a data of over voltage, under voltage, voltage fluctuations of a wind turbine for controlling an EMS : Energy Management System or a SCADA : Supervision Control and Data Acquisition at a constitute of a wind farm. The of voltage fluctuation system of a wind turbine is improving an electric power supply power quality of a distribution line and unspecified individuals of used wind turbine.

The Chicago Convention in 1944 made important contributions to aviation safety improvement, building an aviation safety monitoring system for its signatory countries. As ICAO is now on the verge of changing its supervision system from self-reporting to preventive Continuous Monitoring Approach(CMA) in 2013, we also expect our own safety system to make a progress accordingly. The government is pushing ahead with plans to build an integrated safety management system at government level that satisfies international standards and reflects domestic features. To this end, this report proposes the most effective system-building model, by analyzing the current status of the system that is in use and meets the requirements of international aviation agencies.

As a train control system becomes a large scale and complex, it is necessary to control rigorously the system requirements specification of the train control system at the early phase. This paper describes Use Cases and activity diagrams of ATS functions requirements in the train control system. Basic functions of the train control system refers to IEC 62290-land are suggested. And the basic functions includes train operation without a driver. It is anticipated that this paper will be helpful for the analysis of ATS functions, ATO functions and EI function in the train control system.

If we were reviewing safety standards in Korean businesses today we would find that conglomerates have a low rate of workmens accidents largely due to safety supervision being practiced on site. Unlike small businesses which experience more than 50% of the total workmens accidents with many conventional accidents occurring repeatedly. This research is presenting a course that proves safety and health programs are the most effective positive factor to increase a companys prosperity. This model research also presents basic causes of industrial accidents and has made counter proposals by trial modeling.
