2003년 국내 화장품 생산 실적은 5년 만에 처음으로 성장세가 감소하여 화장품 산업의 위축을 단적으로 보여 준다 이러한 상황에서도 지난해 하반기부터 저가 화장품 바람이 국내 메이저급 화장품사로 옮겨가면서 국내 화장품 시장이 저가 중심으로 재편되고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 초저가화장품이 화장품 시장에 미친 파장을 일시적인 유행으로 해석하기에는 브랜드 상품 전략에 시사하는 바가 너무 크다. 본 연구는 침체된 화장품 유통에 활력을 준 초저가화장품의 시장 현황과 마케팅 전략을 분석해 소비자들의 초저가화장품에 대한 요구 및 만족도 조사를 통해 초저가화장품의 지속적인 성장에 도움이 되고자 한다. 또한, 초저가 화장품을 사용한 집단이 과반수를 넘으며 초저가화장품의 브랜드 이미지가 전체 시판 시장의 발전에 긍정적이고 활성화 된 평가를 받을 수 있다. 따라서 초저가화장품은 저가의 품질 좋은 화장품으로 만드는 홍보 전략과 차별화 된 마케팅으로 지속적인 성장을 할 수 있을 것이다.

21 century, Korea enterprise which run business in global market, has rapidly change. So, achievement of international competitive power is very important. IT(Information Telecommunication) Technology is play a leading role in this field. In fact, Korea enormous invest in informational technology field and hold the first place in informational quotient(information super-highway, server computer, mobile networking and firm's web site etc). But, materialization of information management effect consider how to cope with the situation. Korea SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) is fundamental in Korea economy. So Korea SMEs must active the international competitive power by information management and advance to a higher position. In conclusion, SMEs of information management is require that SMEs' CEO and CIO are must self-help to in this field. And governments improvement of connected with the related system in these field.

The present world economic powers are divided into three major economic blocks such as EU, NAFTA and North - east Asian Region. In N-E Asian Region, Beijing. Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai are already bridged economically forming transaction belt with the population of seven hundred million people around the belt. The countries as China, Mongol far - east Russia are rich in natural resources. on the other hand Korea and Japan are superior in technological know-how than that of communist and socialist countries. If we try to be eager to join together with the resource rich countries to the countries of technological know - how as Korea and Japan. The North - east Asian region will be jumping up to the most prosperous and super economic power in the coming years in 2040-2050.

The proliferation of the internet and electronic commerce has given the manufacturers the opportunity of direct marketing. This study analyzes the decision of manufacturers regarding whether to sell the products through independent sales company or to sell the products to the consumer directly. To do this, a new demand function is proposed and sub and super games are modeled and analyzed based on the demand function. By analyzing the Nash equilibria, it is shown that the manufacturers' decision of direct or indirect marketing not only depends on the competitiveness between the products but the absolute and relative marketing capabilities of the manufacturers. It is also shown that, in some cases, the manufactures have incentive to rise the competitiveness between the products to maximize the channel profit.

The study examined the preference and style of consumption of perilla leaves(Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara), a popular food item in Korea, by consumers in the Daejeon area. Of the respondents 35.2% purchased perilla leaves in a large super-market limited to two to three bundles. Comsumer preferences were to consume the leaves raw or pickled with salt or soy sauce, or use as a fish soup ingredient. The majority of consumers aged 20~29-years-of age preferred to wrap sashimi with perilla leaves. As a side dish, regardless of age, consumers preferred to pan-fried perilla leaves with mincedmeat and perilla leaves.

Recent progress in manufacture of hot and cold rolled steel strip products and their applications were reviewed. The main trend in the technological development has been to meet the customers' requests for quality improvement and cost reduction. The weight reduction to reduce the fuel consumption is the main issue in the automotive industry and, therefore, various steels have been developed to improve formability as well as strength. The steels include super-EDDQ steels, bainitic steels, TRIP steels, etc. In the oil industry, efforts have been focused to improve strength together with either low temperature toughness or HIC/SSCC resistance. The packaging industry is also a highly competitive market, and steel and canmaking companies have worked cooperatively to develop cost-effective canmaking processes as well as high performance steels. This type of cooperation has also been found important in other industries such as the appliance and electronic industries for the benefits of both steelmakers and customers.

Minimum Energy Performance Standard(MEPS) has been adapted in Korea since 2008. For at least 37 kW, IE3 efficiency class motors are now mandatory in Korea. IE4 level regulation is expected in a few years. Foreign companies are already selling IE4 class motors in the market, and the discussions on IE5 have already started. The efficiency standard of variable speed motors is scheduled for publication shortly. Recently, discussions are now beginning to prepare for IE5 in Korea. In this paper, author reviews the policies associated with a high efficent electric motors by reference to both domestic and international standards, and reviews the research direction to prepare for IE5.

To meet the demand of the display market for large, flat, high-resolution screen, the Super Common eXtended field Oval lens (S-CXO) has been developed with resolution improvement of 10% or more compared to a conventional electron gun. A new main lens structure is adopted, to enhance the effectiveness of aperture and the performance. The new main lens can be assembled using an existing assembly system

Presently, the semiconductor industry has the chronic problem. In the semiconductor industry, it has the semiconductor wafer, a package, the optical filter cut by using the saw blade, the mold, a laser etc. The cutting technique has the difficulty due to the rising of the production cost by the wearing of mold, the poor quality problem due to generated heat at the moment of cutting procedure and curve cutting etc. The goal of this time of national research and development project is develop the apparatus for solving the problem that the existing cutting technique has. The technology is so called waterjet abrasive method. This technology will be mainly applied to cut a semiconductor package and a wafer. Two important things to be considered are ripple effect(in other words, the scale of a market) and simplicity of an application.

This Paper deals with the high sensitive camera circuit design, which is more sensitive than those on the market now in a way that it got rid of chronic smearing problem in CCD sensor and other kinds of noises in video signal effectively. This paper focused on the principle of CCD and video signal process and analyzed the specialized technique of industry and fundamental high sensitivity of CCTV camera. 1 also looked into the SONY super-HAD CCD camera which is very popular in the field now and compared this with the SONY EXview CCD camera to analyze the picture improvement using video test equipment. For the result, it had 190mv on camera sensitivity, 14dB on smearing, and 2dB on signal to noise ratio.
