  • The ATE driver to test a high speed semiconductor chip is designed by using general logic drivers instead of dedicated pin drivers. We have proposed a structure of general logic drivers using FPCA and assured its correct operation by EDA tool simulation. PCB circuit was implemented and Altera FPGA chip was programmed using DDR I/O library. On the PCB, it is necessary to place two resistors connected output drivers near to the output pin to adjust an impedance matching. We confirmed that the measured results agree with the simulated values within 5% errors at room temperature for the input signals with 800Mbps data transfer rate and 1.8V operating voltage.

  • Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is a rare genetic disorder reported rarely in dentistry. Dental practitioners should know the features of PWS because affected patients have a variety of dental symptoms. The current report describes a case of PWS. An 18-year-old male patient presented with traumatic injuries. Initial emergency treatments were performed under sedation, and further treatments were conducted under general anesthesia. After adequate healing, periodic follow-up and dietary management according to the patient's age and nutritional phase were recommended. Dental management of PWS patients consists of active preventive measures in addition to dietary consultation according to age and nutritional phase.

  • IBM developed the MPI-IO, we call it MPI-2, on the General Parallel File System. We designed and implemented various Matrix Multiplication Benchmarks to evaluate its performances. The MPI-IO on the General Parallel File System shows four kinds of data access methods : the non-collective and blocking, the collective and blocking, the non-collective and non-blocking, and the split collective operation. In this paper, we propose benchmarks to measure the IO time and the computation time for the data access methods. We describe not only its implementation but also the performance evaluation results.

  • Tarsal coalition is an abnormal union between two or more bones of the hind- and mid-feet, which can occur at various rates from cartilaginous to osseous union. Talonavicular coalition is reported less frequently than calcaneonavicular or talocalcaneal coalition and has been associated with various abnormalities, including symphalangism, clinodactyly, ray anomaly, clubfoot, other tarsal coalitions, and a ball-and-socket ankle joint. Patients with talonavicular coalitions are usually asymptomatic and rarely require surgical treatment. We review the literature and report on a case of 59-year-old male patient with talonavicular coalition.

  • This Study, as part of a study on the application plan of overseas noise prediction models suitable for making domestic noise maps, analyzed the correlation between the differences in predicted noise levels by individual noise prediction model and surveyed data on General roads and Expressways. Separation distances of 5m and 10m, respectively were set from the ends of the general roads and the expressways at the points of measurements and to check the distribution patterns of sound power levels, the levels were measured at the heights of 1.5m and 3m, respectively. The latest revised versions of the five models (CRTN, RLS90, NMPB, Nord2000, ASJ2008) suggested in The Method of making Noise Maps were used as prediction models, and predicted noise levels were calculated by using commercial software SoundPLAN (Ver 7.1).

  • The bound state wave functions for all the known exactly solvable potentials can be expressed in terms of orthogonal polynomials because the polynomials always satisfy the boundary conditions with a proper weight function. The orthogonality of polynomials is of great importance because the orthogonality characterizes the wave functions and consequently the quantum system. Though the orthogonality of orthogonal polynomials has been known for hundred years, the known orthogonality is found to be inadequate for polynomials appearing in some exactly solvable potentials, for example, Ginocchio potential. For those potentials a more general orthogonality is defined and algebraically derived. It is found that the general orthogonality is valid with a certain constraint and the constraint is very useful in understanding the system.

  • In this paper,to know sedimentation efficiency compared with sedimentation efficiency's experiment result by general and inclination plate settler, its and fin stick of inclination plate. Experiment result is inclination plate settler increase sedimentation efficiency's 6.96% than general settler, When fin stick of inclination plate is the optimum condition of one side, inclination plate's angle $60^{\circ}$, fin's width 67mm, fin's interval 200mm, sedimentation efficiency of many experimental condition increase 6.63% than inclination plate settler. A studdy on the site plottage through the result, Water inclination plate settler of the present's application reduce 30% of its than general settler. According to the above statements, fin stick of inclination plate's sedimentation efficiency is 0.95 times of inclination plate settler's. Concluding remarks, Fin stick of inclination plate reduce 28.5% of its than inclination plate settler.
