In Korea, "Act on the Development of Cloud Computing and Protection of its Users" has been enforced since September 28, 2015. Many countries implemented 'Cloud First' policies and global companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, IBM started cloud services in Korea. Under these circumstance, the Act was established for developing the cloud computing industry. The Act includes clauses for encouraging the use of private cloud computing by public organizations, supporting small- and medium-size cloud service providers, and utilizing secure cloud computing services by users. However, some terms appear to be similar but have different meanings from "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." and "Personal Information Protection Act". This generated some confusion and conflicts in relation to providing user information to a 3rd party and notifying the intrusion in the Cloud Computing Act. This paper discusses these issues and suggestions for revision of the Cloud Computing Act.

A Development of the Evaluation Criteria on the User's Bicycle Environment for Work and School Trip Purpose: This study suggests future improvements and some current questions about the development of the evaluation criteria on the user's bicycle environment for Work and School Trip Purpose. The direction of development on Evaluation Criteria is all about on the side of necessity of bicycle users, the reflection of new policy, the construction of total evaluation criteria, and the examination of connecting study with current study. This study establishes a Development of the Evaluation Criteria on the User's Bicycle Environment for Work and School Trip Purpose. After that, this study examines previous evaluation criterias and researchers will select the primary provision of evaluation through FGI, and they derive the final evaluation criteria throughout the verification of suitability on Evaluation Criteria. The summery of this study is like this. First, suggestions of improvements of zones in bicycles users' evaluations, Second Suggestions of the current conditions by GIS and the result of model analysis, Third Clarify of major provisions in terms of zones by using Spider Map.

This paper discusses the design, implementation, and potential use of an ontology-based mobile pediatric consultation and monitoring system, which is a smart healthcare expert system for pediatric patients. The proposed system provides remote consultation and monitoring of pediatric patients during their illness at places distant from medical service areas. The system not only shares instant medical data with a pediatrician but also examines the data as a smart medical assistant to detect any emergency situation. In addition, it uses an inference engine to infer instant suggestions for performing certain initial medical treatment steps when necessary. The applied methodologies and main technical contributions have three aspects: (a) pediatric consultation and monitoring ontology, (b) semantic Web rule knowledge base, and (c) inference engine. Two case studies with real pediatric patients are provided and discussed. The reported results of the applied case studies are promising, and they demonstrate the applicability, effectiveness, and efficiency of the proposed approach.

Sharing vehicle data among the companies within a car ecosystem can improve driving experience, increase driver comfort, contribute to social goals such as improving road safety and lowering fuel consumption. Furthermore, by participating in the ecosystem, companies can secure long-term and sustainable new revenue-generating opportunities. In this paper, we will examine the bottleneck and success factors of data sharing, as well as the technological solutions that urgently require development for car data sharing.

This study aimed to investigate the perceptions and preferences of foreigners residing in Korea towards K-fashion. It sought to provide suggestions for the future development of K-fashion targeting this growing demographic. The results revealed that the longer foreigners had lived in Korea, the more positively they rated Korean fashion, shopping, and culture. The majority of foreigners purchased K-fashion items online, with popular choices including T-shirts, jackets, shirts, and jeans. Both men and women identified shoulders as a common problematic area when wearing clothing, with some issues also reported in the lumbar region. In terms of preferences, younger males (teens and twenties) were more inclined towards fads and celebrity wear compared to older males (thirties and forties). Similarly, younger females (teens and twenties) showed a higher preference for functionality and celebrity wear compared to older females (thirties and forties). These findings suggest that men tend to prioritize aesthetic factors when choosing K-fashion, while women prioritize practical considerations. To better cater to foreign consumers, suggestions for the development of K-fashion include promoting it through K-pop stars, considering dimensions related to foreigners' shoulders when designing top items, diversifying colors, sizes, and patterns, and providing English versions of online shopping platforms.

E-Learning is widely introduced with cyber universities in Korea from 2001 whencyber universities were first authorized by the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development. E-learning amplified by cyber university gave a big impact in the campus based university which became the cause for the educational paradigm shift. The changes of status of cyber university shows important trend in college education which was analyzed by enrollment rate, types of cyber university, demography, and study areas. The enrollment rate of cyber universities is ever since 2001 and variety of study areas gives popularity to students. The demography of students is as expected older than traditional students. Female students at the cyber university outnumbered that at campus based university in Korea. For analyzing the trend of e-learning in Korea, there were studies twice in 2001 May-June from 213 faculty members and staff, 630 students and in 2004 May-June with 401 students. Most of e-learning students tent to spend less time yet, students feel more burden with e-learning. Professors tend to load more materials for the e-learning in 2001but in 2004 study, the difference no longer exists. Professors and students feel the academic achievement through e-learning is not as good as from the traditional classes. Difficulties for e-learning in 2001 were the lack of administrative information but in 2004, boring contents and lack of instructional strategies for e-learning. Technical problems still do exist but less serious. Suggestions for e-learning are blended learning, online students prefer video streaming with their own lecturer, new definition of instructor is needed, professional development for content development and online instruction is needed, success story of online learning should be encouraged, guidance for online students needed. The cyber university experiencegave a positive impact on the traditional universities such as rethinking the roles of universities, the quality control of classes, professional development, student oriented educational service of e-learning pedagogy.

The purpose of this study was to establish the effective model for community-centered youth development in Korea. The research methods used the extensive review of related literatures and consultation with a panel of experts in this field. Based on the major results, the implications and suggestions were as follows. First, community youth development will need to provide the opportunities of competencies and a full complement of positive connections to youth activities. Second, communities promote to engage youth as partners with adults in the process of positive youth development. Third, youth development organizations operate to support the programs to prevent or treat specific problems in terms of community youth contexts. Finally, collaboration and network are necessarily required among youth, adults, home, school, organizations within the community.

Purpose - The purpose of the research is to assess the current state of cryptocurrency in Vietnam and to provide several solutions and recommendations to the Government, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and other relevant agencies for monitoring, managing, and controlling cryptocurrency effectively and efficiently. Research design, data and methodology - The study is based on the assessment and analysis of cryptocurrency in the world and the real situation of cryptocurrency in Vietnam in order to provide solutions to the controllable development of operation of this currency. Results - The study indicates the current operations of cryptocurrency in Vietnam and provides several suggestions to effectively control this currency. Conclusion - According to the study on current cryptocurrency and the situation of cryptocurrency in Vietnam, the author has proposed a number of solutions to provide suggestions to manage and develop the operations of cryptocurrency in a most practical manner. The governments of many countries in the world, including the Government of Vietnam, need more time as well as appropriate technology improvements to take advantage of these new digital currencies; therefore, they still need to ensure safety in compliance with the control and regulatory capabilities of the central government and central banks.

In Korea, food material industry encounters the emerging market which results from the growth of food service industry and food processing industry. Food material suppliers think that the total sales in Korean market may be around 20 trillion won. However, very small numbers of studies about Korean food material industry have been conducted. This paper analyzes the current status of food material industry and the market structure in Korea, and presents several suggestions for the development of Korean food material industry as following: building up the function of fresh-cut in production area, improving market structure, settling down the cold-chain system, enforcing the certification program for food safety.

In recent years assessment has attracted increased attention from the international mathematics education community including this Korean community also. There could be numerous reasons for this phenomena. During the last couple of decades the field of mathematics education has developed considerably in the area of goals, theories, and practices. Whereas these developments have not been matched by parallel development in assessment. Now the functions, roles, and effects of assessment in mathematics education should no longer be neglected, rather they should become objects of investigation and examination in the study of mathematics education. The purpose of this study is to explore selected international cases of assessment in mathematics education mainly depended on two studies resulting from ICMI Study Conference on Assessment in Mathematics Education and Its Effects; and then to draw out their suggestions needed for our study of assessments in mathematics education.
