최근까지 초고집적 FPGA 혹은 재구성가능 프로세서 등을 이용한 RC(재구성 컴퓨팅) 기술에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 최근 들어서는 이와 같은 RC 기술을 응용분야에 실제 적용한 성공적인 상용화 사례들이 보고되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FPGA의 동적 재구성 기능과 RC 기법을 이용하여 DES 암호화 시스템을 적은 용량의 FPGA에 구현하기 위한 설계와 구현된 DES 암호화 시스템의 시스템수준 검증 기법을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 동적 재구성 기반의 접근법이 가지는 유용성을 평가할 수 있었는데, 그것은 FPGA의 동적 재구성을 통하여 임의의 알고리즘의 RC 기법에 의한 하드웨어 구현에 있어서 성능과 가격간의 타협이 매우 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있다는 것이다.

Despite the most severe weather and geological conditions, Korean people in earlier times were successful in maintaining sustainable water supplies because they understood the importance of rainwater management, and developed technologies and a philosophy which were needed to live under such circumstances. Recently, the Korean people have suffered frequent incidence of flood damage and drought, and have gradually started to remind themselves of the lessons of the past, which can be described as proactive, multipurpose rainwater management. Most of the problems associated with water and energy can be solved by the integration of rainwater management practices. The concept of multipurpose rainwater management and two examples of its practice are discussed. One is a design for a multipurpose rainwater tank which has been used in a building project, and is based on Korean philosophy. Secondly, a regulation was promulgated recently in Seoul that requires the building of rainwater tanks in new buildings over a certain size. The primary purpose is for the prevention of flooding, but water conservation is a secondary intention. Two examples of proactive rainwater management are discussed, one being public involvement in rainwater management, and the second being the rainwater piggy bank microcredit project. In order to maintain sustainability, to meet the requirements of the Millennium Development Goals, and to be prepared for the effects of climate change, it is expected that multipurpose and proactive rainwater management will be a very effective approach for both developing countries and developed countries. A worldwide network of scientific researchers, as well as a great number of professions, has suggested the promotion of rainwater management.

The passenger pigeon (Ectopistes migratorius) was a species of pigeon that was once the most common bird in North America. According to some ornithologists, the number of passenger pigeons is estimated as many as five to six billions at the time when the first Europeans arrived there. But this species became extinct in 1914. There were a multiplicity of causes in the extinction; first, the extension of telegraph lines and railroads into the Middle West of the USA beginning in 1850s, second, the loss of vast feeding, nesting, and roosting sites of the passenger pigeon due to the massive deforestation, third, the rapid population growth of the USA during nineteen century, fourth, the commercial exploitation of the species, and finally, the infirm and weak protective efforts. Some important lessons can be learned from the extinction of the passenger pigeon. First, it shows how much critical the public interest is for a successful conservational movement. Second, it illustrates the need for strong laws and practices in the protection of an endangered species from going extinct. Third, the fate of the passenger pigeon proves a very important principle in conservational biology. That is, for each species (bird or other animal) there is a minimum population to sustain the species. Ecologists generally believe that the extinction of the passenger pigeon was due to the loss of their numbers below the minimum owing to overexploitation.

현재 공과대학의 여러 학부 또는 학과에서 제공되고 있는 제어공학 교육이 이론 교육에 치우쳐 실제 산업현장에서 적용과 응용능력에 문제점이 있다는 지적이 있어왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 동양문화권 배경하에서 성공적인 제어공학 교육을 수행하고 있는 몇 가지 사례를 살펴보고, 현대적인 제어공학 교과내용 및 효과적인 제어공학의 교육방법을 제시한다. 효과적인 제어공학 교육을 위해서는 이론교육과 더불어 컴퓨터 소프트웨어를 이용한 제어시스템 설계와 시뮬레이션, 그리고 실제 플랜트를 활용한 실험실습이 필수적이며, 미숙련 학생들을 위하여 튼튼하고 신뢰할 수 있는 견실한 하드웨어 시스템이 필요하다.

In construction, stakeholders of extended project team play a key role in the overall project performance. Successful integration of stakeholders demands for good management practices at strategic, operational and project levels. Targets and measures to improve the stakeholder performance encourage the creativity and willingness of stakeholders of extended project team to develop the better ways to achieve the project objectives. This paper presents a generic descriptive method, showing how stakeholder's ability and influence impacts on project performance in the construction sector. The findings of a series of interviews with key informants are presented and the following main conclusion is drawn: improving project performance through stakeholder's contribution and measuring their performance can strengthen the project performance. This innovative approach which redefines the process of improving the project performance in construction projects will be of interest to those who intend to manage the projects in practice as well as to those who interested in advancing theory.

Objectives : This study investigated the effects of teaching English medical journals to traditional Korean medical students as a way of integrated curriculum, focusing on evidence-based traditional Korean medicine (EBKM) in the light of globalization of traditional Korean Medicine. Methods : 232 students (l16 1st year and t 16 2nd year) were asked to complete a questionnaire at the end of the course in order to validate the course's efficacy on acquisition and utilization of the latest medical knowledge as well as change of attitude toward English itself. Results : The courses were very useful in reducing discomfort toward English journals and to applying the latest medical knowledge to academic reports, clinical practices, and finally to establish abilities for EBKM. The 1st year students who took the courses for two semesters consecutively showed more significant satisfaction than the 2nd year students with only one semester. Conclusion : The findings suggest that English medical journals are an essential curriculum f3r the advance of EBKM and globalization of traditional Korean Medicine and therefore developing adequate textbooks, teaching methods, and quality of instructors should be considered for successful achievements.

This study looked at the Korea enterprise in China market practices and strategies in accordance with the Korea China FTA macroscopically. And the systematic localization in the mid-to long-term decisions necessary for successful, it is important to the local economy by contributing to strategic social contribution activities also ensure the reliability of consumers. In addition to factors that may enjoy various benefits from an Korea China FTA strategy it is also needed to maximize the additional benefits of the FTA signed by Korea before. In particular, this strategy requires that the biggest benefits of FTA, that determine the tariff cuts by FTA partners to take advantage of it. In addition, the strategy that should be taken in advance to prevent any unnecessary risks through the recent rapid and thorough understanding of the appropriate response, Chinese, Chinese culture on O2O retail market. It is considered that the Korea China FTA requires multidimensional efforts with seeking a comprehensive and affordable countermeasures in order to act as an important factor for Korea market companies, government, companies and academia at the same time. In particular, the idea to carefully look at the various features with the Chinese consumer market will be a very important point.

Due to the change to the digital environments, the offer of services on the on-tine differs from one on the on-line. This paper Identifies what functions internet business organizations should fulfill to provide on-line services of good qualify and analyzes whether these functions lead effectively to the expected performance of Internet business firms. The components of service orientation in the Internet business organizations appear to be the servant leadership, customer treatment from the Internet service encounter, Internet service failure prevention and recovery, Internet service standards communication, Internet service training, and internet service rewards. Therefore, these determinants should be incorporated in the practices, Procedures, end routines of Internet business organizations in order to create and provide excellent Internet services. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that Internet service orientation has a significant effect on satisfaction by employees and customers, the value and quality of Internet service, and the firm's performance. This implies that the service orientation is an Important factor In the on-line service organizations and that the internet business can be successful when the service orientation is diffused throughout the firm's organizations. It is also shown that the important factors, which connect Internet service orientation and its performance, are the service quality, value of Internet service and customer satisfaction. That is, the service orientation can ultimately lead to the corporate performance when customers are satisfied after confirming the value and quality of Internet service by visiting the web site.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to evaluate two multinational companies that seem to have reconciled the two mandates of CSR and profit maximization while becoming multibillion dollar companies and examine their organizational culture and practices and their management and leadership in order to determine the controlling factors, if any, that have elicited their success while renowned for their CSR policies. Research design, data, and methodology - This is a case study, an analytical approach, which focuses on exploring and analyzing the CSR policies of Starbucks and IKEA. Results - IKEA and Starbucks considered their position in the global business environment and their social responsibilities as crucial and did more than a cursory lip service to the issues. In fact, they both took the more difficult long-term approach and tried to resolve the root causes for the environmental and social issues in their supply chain. Ultimately though, it is the ethical leadership of the top management that sets the tone for the organizational culture and its CSR. Conclusion - IKEA and Starbucks are "living proof" that a company can be successful while treating its employees and the community of suppliers and associates with respect and dignity and while making this world a better place.

최근 소셜미디어의 대중화와 함께 소셜러닝에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 소셜러닝의 긍정적 학습효과에 대한 기대에도 불구하고 교실수업 환경에서 소셜러닝의 구체적인 적용 방법과 그에 따른 학습 향상의 명시적 효과에 대하여서는 아직도 알려진 사례가 많지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 교실수업 환경에서 웹 기반의 과제 상호 평가를 통하여 개별 학습자들 간의 특정 주제에 대한 생각 공유가 발생하도록 하고, 그러한 상호 생각 공유가 개별 학생의 지식 구성에 어떤 영향을 주었는지를 살펴보았다. 수행된 실험결과에 따르면 학습자들은 다른 학습자들과의 생각의 공유를 통하여 지식이 결합 혹은 재조합되어 자신의 지식 구성에 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이 실험 결과는 소셜러닝의 효과성에 대한 중요한 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
