시멘트 경화체의 강도특성에 미치는 혼합재료의 영향 (Effects of Blending Materials on the High Strength of Hardened Cement Paste)

  • DSP technique was applied to improve the high strength characteristics of hardened cement paste using pozzolan materials as blending materials, and pozzolan reactivity was investigated. Pozzolanic materials such as diatomaceous earth, fly ash and hydrated silica were used as blending material. And also superplasticizer was added to cement for molding the specimens. After curing for 60 days, the specimens substituted with 10 and 15 wt% of diatomaceous earth showed better strength characteristics than the specimen with fly ash. The specimen substituted 7 wt.% of hydrated silica exhibited excellent strength with above 800 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$.

  • Bromolactonization of 2-substituted-1-cyclohexenyl-1-acetic acids with 1, 3-dibromo-5, 5-dime-thylhydantoin 9DBH) and potsssium tertiary butoxide (t-BuOK0 in anhydrous DMF was found to proceed in a highly regioselective manner. The reaction predominantly resulted in the formation of ${\betha}-lactones$ (greater than 96%).

  • Six N-substituted-5-hydroxyanthranilic acids were synthesized by the coupling reaction of 5-tosyloxyanthranilic acid ethyl ester with corresponding acid chlorides. The structure of the obtained compounds was proved by NMR and IR. These compounds did not inhibit the growth of micro-organisms while suppressed HSV-1 replication in vero cell at 100 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml.

  • Affinity between alkyl substituted super hydrophobic dyes and polypropylene fiber has been analyzed by using the molecular descriptor as a method to predict chemical and physical characteristics of compounds. Hydrophobicity of synthesized dyes calculated by LogP which is one of molecular descriptors was increased continuously as the length of alkyl substituents increased.

  • In order to discover new useful NSAIDs, novel N-substituted 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one 1,1- dioxide derivatives, which can exhibit potentially antiinflammatory activity were synthesized. 1,2-Benz-isothiazoline-3-one-N-acetic acids 6a, b were obtained from monochloroacetic acid and sodium 1,2-benz-isothiazoline-3-ones in DMF by N-alkylation reaction. N-Substituted 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one 1,1-dioxide derivatives 7a-e were synthesized through the coupling of compound 6a, b and several amines (aniline, 2- aminopyridine , 2-aminothiazole, 2-aminotetrazole) with dicyclohexylcarbodiimide in methyl e no chloride.

  • A series of (-)-9-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3(S)-methyl-10-(4-substituted-1-piperazinyl)-7-oxo-7H-pyrido [1,2,3-de] [1,4]-benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid (5-8) was synthesized and evaluated for antibacterial activity against gram(+) and gram(-) bacteria. These synthesized compounds showed a lower activity than levofloxacin.

  • Through a modification of allicin structure a disagreeable odor and chemical instability of allicin can be improved. 3-Alkoxy-6-allylthiopyridazine derivatives exhibit a superior effect for prevention and treatment of hepatic diseases induced by carbon tetrachloride and aflatoxin B1 and for prevention of human tissues from radiation. These compounds inhibit also efficiently SK-Hep-1 cell proliferation through induction of apoptosis. So another 4,5-mono- or di-substituted 3-alkyloxy-6-allylthiopyridazine derivatives were synthesized on purpose to find out SAR of allylthiopyridazine in hepatoprotective and hepatotherapeutic acitivitis and to develop more effective drug candidate.

  • A series of 2-phenyl-5-nitrobenzimidazoles substituted at the para positon of the 2-phenyl moiety was synthesized & evaluated for their activity to inhibit topoisomerase I. The structure-activity relationship study revealed that neither the electronic nor lipophilic parameters were related to the topoisomerase I inhibition. A strict spatial requirement seems to be present for retention of topoisomerase I inhibition activity.

  • A series of 8-(substituted)aryloxy- and 8-alkyloxy-caffenines were prepared from 8-bromocaffeine and (substituted) phenols as well as alkanols by Ullmann reaction and their inhibitory activities on topoisomerase II were evaluated. A compound, 8-(quinolin-2-yl)oxycaffeine showed the strongest inhibitory activity against topoisomerase II.
