공공도서관에 대한 이용자 기대수준에 관한 연구 - 고양시 공공도서관을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Expected Level of Users of the Public Library - Focused on the Public Library of Goyang -)

  • 도서관 서비스 품질은 특정 서비스에 대한 이용자의 주관적 의미를 기준으로 하기 때문에 개별 기대수준에 따라 만족과 불만족으로 구분할 수 있다. 따라서 공공도서관에서 시행하고 있는 도서관 서비스도 결국은 이용자의 기댓값에 따라 도서관서비스에 대한 평가도 좌우될 수 있다. 이 연구는 고양시 공공도서관을 대상으로 도서관 서비스에 대한 만족도 조사이다. 만족도의 조사 결과, 고양시민들의 공공도서관 서비스 만족의 선호순위는 1) 시설, 2) 문화프로그램 및 강좌, 3) 사서친절도, 4) 소장자료의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 선호순위의 내재된 의미를 파악하기 위해 1) 도서관 공간에 기대수준, 2) 도서관 사서에 대한 기대수준, 3) 이용자가 새롭게 희망하는 서비스, 4) 도서관에서 희망하는 강좌 등을 연령별, 직업별로 분석하였다. 전통적인 도서관 이용법에 대한 요구는 연령이 높아지면서 나타났다. 또한 외부 강사활용과 같은 도서관외부자원을 활용한 서비스는 취업이나 예술강좌 등이었으며, 도서관 내 자원을 활용하는 독서강좌 등에 대한 이용자 기댓값이 가장 높게 나타났다.

극단화소 기반의 Hyperion 데이터 밴드선택 (Extrema-based Band Selection for Hyperion Data)

  • Among 242 Hyperion bands, there are 46 bands that contain completely no information and some other bands with various kinds of noise. It is mainly due to the atmosphenc absorption and the low signal-to-noise ratio. The visual inspection for selecting clean and stable bands is a simple practice, but is a manual, inefficient, and subjective Process. Though uncalibrated, overlapping, and all deep water absorption bands are removed, there still exist noisy bands. In this paper, we propose that the extrema ratio be measured for noise estimation and the unsupervised band selection be performed using the Expectation-Maximization algorithm. The Hyperion data were classified into 5 categories according to the image quality by visual inspection, and used as the reference data. The accuracy of the proposed method was compared with signal-to-noise ranking and entropy ranking. As a result, the proposed mettled was effective as preprocessing step for band selection.

  • The writer obtained a Conclusion through this thesis as follows: First : There a n.0, ppeared that users, Cognition degree for librarian's Social status is very high. As it were, response for questioning about librarian's scholarly attainments and business type is almost accurate that we anticipate the expectation value for the librarian is very high. Second : The satisfaction degree of information services acquired by the users through public library was very skeptic. Due to the poorness of information media that we wish, and deterioration of data, it losed its qualification as a creation organization for the true information, but lots of people emphasized their opinion it only role as a "study room". Third : A questioning about librarian"s assiduity in the public library, there are lots of users Complain. Main factor of that dissatisfaction is Unkindness, and business like(duplicated) assiduity. Not only this but main desire to the public library in pusan down town by the users is also a n.0, ppeared as Kind Service. Fourth : General Controversial points in public libraries in pusan area indicated by the users who responded to the subjective questions are poor data, lack of kind service attitude and poor facilities.oor facilities.

반품과정에서의 소비자만족.불만경험 (Consumer Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction in Return Process)

  • This study investigated consumer satisfaction and dissatisfaction experiences in post-purchase product return process. As an exploratory research the study collected qualitative data of subjective consumer experiences using an open-ended questionnaire and identified and classified themes and patterns of satisfaction and dissatisfaction experiences. A total of 113 cases were categorized into satisfied experiences, unsatisfied experiences, and neutral experiences. Further, satisfied experiences were sub-categorized into kind sales associates, quick and easy return process, and services higher than expected based on sources of satisfaction in the return process while unsatisfied experiences were sub-classified into rejection of return, attitude of sales associates, and hassle of return process. In-store adaptive behaviors and intentions on future behaviors were also observed. The results indicated that service quality in the post-purchase service encounter and consumer expectation were important in determining satisfaction and dissatisfaction in the return process. Insights for research questions were proposed.

소비자 반품경험에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Consumer Return Experiences)

  • This study attempted to understand post-purchase consumer return experiences which had not received much attention in consumer behavior research. As a first step to understand return experiences from consumers' viewpoint, the study took an exploratory approach and identified themes and patterns from subjective consumer experiences. Whenever possible, attribution theory was applied to interpret the identified patterns. A total of 99 cases were collected from an open-ended questionnaire and analyzed based on a qualitative method. The reasons of product return was classified into five groups: changing mind; product defects; unsuitable products; products not expected; and for a better deal. External attribution was observed for return decisions caused by consumers' changed mind as well as by product defects. Dissatisfaction with defected products seemed to be intensified or reduced by service failure or success in the post-purchase service encounter. Consumer expectation and situations seemed to affect this process. Overall, the study supported attribution theory in the post-purchase return experience, and insights for research questions were proposed.

  • The prime purpose of this study is to view traditional residential space not only as visual and figurative but also experiencing space from the perspective of aesthetics. This study points out that traditional residential space should be perceived as "true space" of connecting people, life and experience. Although it was not clearly defined as a visual entity, the value, phenomenon and experience of space materialized through conjecture and expectation are interpreted as the arena of aesthetics and philosophy. This study aims at drawing a conclusion that the characteristics of traditional residential space, which is perceived as experiencing space centered on objective and subjective human behaviors, makes a linkage to aesthetic elements.

  • This study aimed to analyze the process of courtship form having date and marriage toward women who had job before marriage. The objects were 27.36 years old and had 9.59 months marital life at average. This study conducted structured questionnaires using the reflection of spouse selection procedure. By using collected data through questionnaires, it conducted descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and t-test. The type of marriage would be divided into the emotional marriage group and the implemental marriage group The emotional marriage group had longer dating time and more satisfaction of spouse selection than the implemental group. On value variable, the emotional marriage group had more subjective selection standard and more expectation social and emotional benefit than the latter group. On search variable, the emotional marriage group estimated the relation stability and satisfied the relation with spouse more than the implemental marriage group and expected the less possibility to meet new partner.

간호학생들의 시각장애인 봉사체험 연구 (Nursing Students' Lived Experience of Blind Person)

  • This is a Phenomenological study to describe the experience of nursing students on blind persons. Report and individual interviews were conducted on subjective experience of 5 nursing students. Data were analyzed through Giorgi's method in which meaningful statements. The results were from significant statements on reports and interview. These were clustered into 17 theme and 4 central meaning. Nursing Students started practice with prejudice, fear, and expectation at the same time. They also experienced complicated feelings (expansion of consciousness, growth of self, expansion of emotion, true presence)for the blind person.   • 본 연구에서는 운전자의 경로선택과 각 경로에 대한 학습행동이 교통상황에 따라 어떻게 달라지는 가를 살펴보기로 한다. 즉, 주어진 환경 하에서 자신의 효용을 최대화(소요시간의 최소, 비용의 최소)하는 경로를 선택하는 운전자를 가정하여 교통상황에 따른 운전자의 행동을 모델화하고자 한다. 경로선택에 직면한 운전자는 자신이 획득 가능한 정보와 과거의 경험에 근거하여 각 경로의 주행시간 등의 교통조건을 예측하고 반복적인 경로선택 행동을 통해 각 경로의 주행조건 등에 대한 학습을 하게 된다. 이 때, 운전자의 경로선택과 학습 메커니즘은 각 경로의 교통상황에 따라 다르게 형성된다. 즉, 교통류 상황이 정상성(stationarity)을 띄고 있는지 혹은 비정상성(nonstationarity)을 띄고 있는지에 따라 운전자의 경로선택과 학습 메커니즘이 다르게 됨을 확인하였으며, 이 경우 사후적인(ex-post) 정보의 획득가능성이 운전자 학습행동의 수렴에 큰 영향을 미치고 있음도 알 수 있었다. 또한, 랜덤워크와 같은 비정상성을 따르는 교통환경에서 운전자는 경로의 조건에 대한 그들의 학습과정에서 학습계수(적응계수)는 각 경로의 특성에 따라 서로 다른 값으로 수렴함을 확인하였다. 나아가 시뮬레이션을 통해 운전자의 경로 환경에 대한 학습과정과 경로선택 행동을 구현하였으며, 향후 연구방향에 대해 고찰한다.
