In the 21st century the service industry, particularly the hospitality industry, has the potential to develop into its golden age. In preparation for this hotels must maximize management proficiency by introducing reasonable and scientific systems into their current operations. The hotel industry takes it for granted that it can meet the final business goal by way of effective management of human resources. However, comprehensive papers on the subject of employee satisfaction have not appeared or been presented in Korean business studies. And although papers from abroad have touched on the subject they are not focused on the specialized domain of human resources as it applies to the comprehensive matters relating to job satisfaction as a corelationship to business success. This study focuses on some problems that must be overcome in achieving business objectives while striving at the same time to maintain satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that measure employee job satisfaction in the hotel industry. To establish the purpose I reviewed the definition of the job satisfaction. An antecedent study of job satisfaction and Questionnaires were used to acquire data, specifically, hotel employees were selected randomly from the six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul to respond to thorough questionnaires. As a result of the study on the variables of Sex, Position, Length of Service, Opportunity for Promotion, Working Conditions, Wages and Hotel Situation. As a whole, promotional opportunity, wages and working conditions were frequently cited as negative factors in the responses. A comprehensive approach that includes improving wages and that reflects management's sincere concern with the working conditions of the employees is urgently needed. Hotel management that is willing to examine employee satisfaction periodically and provide proper solutions can prevent dissatisfied employees from separating from their jobs. This study has some limitation in that it is restricted geographically and in research method. That is, only six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul were selected as the subject of study and only the questionnaire method of obtaining data was used out of various available research methods.

Objectives: Reproductive health education is essential for adolescents with hearing impairment. Since they communicate using specialized language (i.e., sign language), specialized reproductive health services in sign language is a necessity. This study aimed to describe the needs, availability, and expectations of reproductive health services among adolescents with hearing impairment. Methods: This study used a qualitative approach. It was carried out at a school for children with special needs in the city of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Data were collected by in-depth interviews. The informants were 6 adolescents with hearing impairment aged 16-17 years and 4 other key informants, including school staff and health officers. The data were then analyzed using the thematic method. Results: We found that the informants had insufficient knowledge regarding reproductive health. There was no specific subject in the curriculum regarding this issue. Teachers did not specifically provide reproductive health information. The health service unit in the school had not been utilized well for this purpose. Furthermore, no reproductive health services were provided due to the limited number of healthcare workers who could use sign language. Conclusions: The awareness and intentions of adolescents with hearing impairment regarding access to reproductive health services remain low. Health service units at schools should be optimized to enable schools to provide reproductive health information and services for these adolescents.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand currently active Korean paramedics' disaster response abilities, including immediate response, severity classification, patient treatment, and patient transfer, in a disaster situation with multiple casualties. Methods: A structured questionnaire consisting of a total of 25 questions was used, including 5 questions on the subject's general characteristics and 20 questions on disaster-related emergency response abilities. Results: Among the disaster response abilities of the participants, the patient transport ability scores were high and the cooperative support ability scores were low. In terms of general characteristics, there was a significant difference in age, and it was high in the 40s, and there was a significant positive correlation between each competency. Conclusion: These results suggest that there is an urgent need to develop a systematic and specialized educational system with components inside and outside fire departments related to multiple casualty disasters to improve overall abilities.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the MKT(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching) of the in-service mathematics teachers on the statistics(Representative value, Degree of scattering) through the comparative analysis between the sub-elements of the MKT. In addition, it is to examine the factors that cause the difference of the subjects' MKT. To accomplish this, by the subject of 12 secondary in-service mathematics teachers, in this study the test items of the MKT on the statistics were developed and data were collected and analyzed. As a result of the analysis of the MKT test sheet, the CCK(Common Content Knowledge) and SCK(Specialized Content Knowledge) of the mathematics teacher was confirmed as a high score, whereas the and KCS(Knowledge of Content and Students) and KCT(Knowldge of Curriculum and teaching) were confirmed as low scores. In addition, through these results, it was shown that the difference in MKT's elements the middle school and high school teachers obtain occurred slightly.

특성화고 졸업자들이 취업을 하는데 중요한 요소는 무엇인가? 특히 특성화고의 각종 취업지원정책과 더불어 학교에서 실시하고 있는 각종 시설 및 교과지원, 직업능력지원, 진로지도, 취업지원 등의 프로그램과 개인이 하는 진로준비행동, 직업탐색행동, 이에 따른 진로성숙도의 증가는 취업에 과연 영향을 미치는 것인가? 이를 위해 먼저 학교에서 실시되고 있는 프로그램 등의 학교지원만족도, 가정에서 실시한 진로준비행동, 취업 전의 예비적 직업탐색행동, 이에 따른 진로성숙도 등을 주요변수로 하여 구조모형을 설정하고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 학교지원만족도는 진로성숙도, 가정에서의 진로준비행동 등에 유의미한 영향관계를 보여주고 있고 직접적으로 취업에 영향을 미치거나 간접적으로 취업에 영향을 미치게 된다. 다음으로 가정에서의 진로준비행동은 직접적으로 취업에 영향을 주며 예비적 직업탐색행동과 진로성숙도를 높이게 된다. 특히, 가정에서의 진로준비행동은 예비적 직업탐색행동을 통해 취업을 높이는 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다. 다음으로 성별에 따른 변인간의 영향관계를 본 결과, 학교지원만족도는 취업을 직접적으로 높이고 여성의 경우가 더 높게 나타나, 양질의 학교지원프로그램을 강화하되 특히 여성에 맞는 취업지원프로그램도 개발, 지원할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학교지원만족도가 높으면 여성은 가정에서의 진로준비행동을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났는데 여성이 가정에서 갖는 진로에 대한 대화 등 진로준비활동은 남성과 달리 취업에 중요한 요인이 되고 있어 여성의 경우 학부모를 대상으로 하는 지원프로그램들을 마련할 필요가 있음이 제기되었다.

이 연구의 목적은 전기 전자 통신 분야 특성화고등학교의 학교에서 일터로의 전이를 개선하기 위해 SWOT 분석 기법을 적용하여 실제적인 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국의 12개 특성화고등학교의 교육과정을 분석하였고, 전문교과 담당교사 192명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 SO전략, ST전략, WO전략, WT전략으로 도출되었고, 이를 통하여 정부, 시 도교육청, 단위학교별로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 정부에서는 특성화고등학교 졸업자를 위한 병역특례 제공, 특성화고등학교장을 위한 CEO연수 강화, 현장실습을 확대하는 제도를 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 시 도교육청에서는 직무연수의 행 재정적 지원 강화, 산업체 초빙교사의 인력풀 제공, 지역 산업체의 인력수요와 지역사회의 요구에 따른 학과 개편을 추진해야 한다. 셋째, 단위 학교에서는 특성화 학과에 부합하는 학교 교육목표 제시, 지역 성장산업과 연계한 전문교과 편성, 이를 위한 인정교과서의 활용과 진로교육을 강화시켜야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to review the effect of previous research data with virtual reality-based Physical Activity Therapy Programs(PATPs) in adult on the physical fitness factors. Research articles were retrieved from 2008 to 2021 with the Research Information Sharing Service(RISS) and Pubmed database. The main search terms were 'care', 'therapy', 'healing', 'exercise' or 'physical activity', and 'virtual reality'. The criteria for selecting articles of this study were the originality, duplication, Randomized controlled trial(RCT) experiment and subject. Finally, 18 papers were selected among 318 articles, which were excluded if any of the criteria was not satisfied. Most of papers(15) were conducted in the last 5 years, because of the high interest due to the development of virtual reality implementation technology and COVID-19 pandemic. The participants were mainly patients(8), and the types of diseases were stroke(2). The physical fitness factors were mostly balance ability(7), muscle strength(7), and range of motion(6). All the physical fitness factors were significantly improved after PATPs. However, 11 studies were conducted for less than 4 weeks, including 6 studies were performed a bout of acute exercise. Also, 14 studies did not clearly present the intensity of PATPs. In addition, there were 9 studies, that simply applied games without specialized programs. In conclusion, it seems that virtual reality-based PATPs have a positive effect on physical fitness factors. However, VR-based PATPs should be specialized and developed in order to verify their effectiveness for the further research.

본 연구는 서비스 영역의 국제화, 특히 국내 의료산업의 해외진출 방식을 다중회귀분석 이용하여 국가와 기업특유의 요인 및 전략적 인자가 해외시장 진출 방식을 결정하는데 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 기존 해외시장에서의 경험과 체계화된 전략적 자산이 해외진출 방식의 결정에 있어 보다 높은 통제수준의 진입 방식을 결정하게 하는 요인으로 밝혀졌으며 기업의 규모와 같은 기업특유 요인들은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 제조업에 비해 국제화의 정도가 낮은 수준에 머무르고 있는 아시아 서비스 산업의 해외 진출에 관한 이론적 틀을 제공하고 특히 특화된 소프트 산업으로서 의료산업의 향후 해외진출 방식 결정에 있어 동기와 통제의 수준 간에 관한 실무적 함의를 제공하고 있다.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive research conducted for looking into the role awareness level. role conflicts, and job satisfaction among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service. Method: 154 specialized home care nurses in 63 hospitals and clinics that are implementing home care programs were subject to the study. Result: 1. The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses was $4.47\pm0.41$ on average out of 5. 2. The average score for role conflicts was $3.87\pm0.61$ out of 5. 3. In terms of job satisfaction level. $3.33\pm0.71$ was scored out of 5. 4. It has been discovered that there are statistically significant positive correlations among role awareness level, role conflicts(r= .224, P= .005), and job satisfaction level(r= .166, P=.040), while a negative correlation was detected between role conflicts and job satisfaction level(r=-.210, P= .009). Conclusion: The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service was very high and job satisfaction level was high when the level of home care nursing antecedents was high and the organization structure of working place was independent. But the level of role conflicts coming out of the weakness of job-supporting system was high. So the realistic alternative such as the improvement of working environment by administrative, institutional support, is required to make up for this problem in the future.

A foot has an intimate relation with human's health, thus became an important theme of researches for various academic fields. The aim of this paper is to investigate the trends and tendencies of research on foot measurement in various academic fields and to suggest the directions for the future studies on foot measurement. The collection of data has been accomplished from the papers published in the KSI(Korean Studied Information Service System) journals on foot measurement. The number of papers in 21 journals by 2006 is 79, and the first paper appeared in the Korean Journal of Home Economics in 1986. The number of publication has been increasing every year in various fields of academic including clothing, engineering, medical science and athletics, and measuring methods became diverse and specialized according to the purpose. However, there were some problems such as subjects being biased and similar studies overlapping without interchange between academic fields. Therefore, a research with variety in subject from an infant to the aged and a interdisciplinary research are needed.
