  • This paper is proposed an efficiency optimization control algorithm for IPMSM which minimizes the copper and iron losses. The design of the speed controller based on adaptive fuzzy learning control-fuzzy neural networks(ABLC-FNN) controller that is implemented using adaptive, fuzzy control and neural networks. The control performance of the AFLC-FNN controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. Analysis results are presented to show the validity of the proposed algorithm

  • This paper is proposed maximum torque per ampere of induction motor using fuzzy-neural networks controller. Operation of maximum torque per ampere is achieved when, at a given torque and speed, the slip frequency is adjusted to that so that the stator current amplitude is minimized. This paper introduces a induction motor drive system with fuzzy-neural networks controller. A neural network-based architecture is described for fuzzy logic control. The characteristic rule and their membership function of fuzzy system are represented as the processing nodes in the neural network structure. This paper is proposed the analysis as well as the simulation results to verify the effectiveness of the new method.

  • The activated sludge process is a commonly used method for terating sewage and waste waters. The process is chatacterized by a lack of measurement instrumentations and control goals that are not always clear and not well understood. In such process, fuzzy control concept may be able to be adapted, do this paper presents a design method for fuzzy controller based on a selected sub-rule set from the total rule set and a multivariable fuzzy reasoning algorithms. In order to achievesystematic and efficient control of the activated sludge process under a great deal of disiutbances and a variety of perfotmance characteristics, a top-level rule-based fuzzy controller os proposed which provises lower-controllers with the suitable set-points according tothe onput-output states of the process.

  • The problem of temperature control for rapid thermal processing (RTP) in semiconductor manufacturing is discussed in this paper. Among sub=micron technologies for VLSI devices, reducing the junction depth of doped region is of great importance. This paper investigates existing methods for manufacturing wafers, focusing on the RPT which is considered to be good for formation of shallow junctions and performs the wafer fabrication operation in a single chamber of annealing, oxidation, chemical vapor deposition, etc., within a few minutes. In RTP for semiconductor manufacturing, accurate and uniform control of the wafer temperature is essential. In this paper, a robustr controller is designed using a recently developed optimization technique. The controller designed is then tested via computer simulation and compared with the other results.

  • This paper is proposed cooling system of BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic) by micro-controller. The output power of PV generation system is not systematically tracked and influenced by various factors; solar irradiance, solar cell temperature. The temperature of solar module should be minimized to increase electrical output. Therefore, it is proposed that micro-controller cools to decrease temperature of solar module using thermoelement. The validity of this paper is proved by comparing solar module temperature of cooling system and un-cooling system.

  • In this paper, some algorithms for robust stabilization of linerar time - invariant single - input - multi output(SIMO) systems subject to parameter perturbatations are presented. .The range of structure perturbation was obtained by using the gradient optimization algorithm. These algorithms iteratively enlarge the stability hypersphere in plant parameter space and can be used to design a robust controller to stabilize a plant subject to givien range of parameter ecxursions.

  • This paper introduces a dynamic walking control of biped walking robot using intelligent sensor interface and shows an intelligent control method for biped walking robot. For the dynamic walking control of biped walking robot, serious motion controllers are used. They are main controller(using INTEL80C296SA MPU), sub controller(using TMS320LF2406 DSP), sensor controller(using Atmega128 MPU) etc. The used sensors are gyro sensor, tilt sensor, infrared sensor, FSR sensor etc. For the feasibility of a dynamic walking control of biped walking robot, we use the biped walking robot which has twenty-five degrees of freedom(D.O.F.) in total. Our biped robot is composed of two legs of six D.O.F. each, two arms of five D.O.F. each, a waist of two D.O.F., a head of one D.O.F.

  • In this paper, we propose fuzzy-neural network controller that combines a fuzzy control and the Neural Networks for high performance control of induction motor drive, Also, this paper is proposed control of maximum torque per ampere of induction motor. This strategy is proposed which is simple in structure and has the honest goal of minimizing the stator current magnitude for given load torque. The performance of the proposed induction motor drive with maximum torque control using fuzzy-neural network controller is verified by simulation at dynamic operation conditions.

  • The paper is proposed maximum torque control of SynRM drive using learning mechanism-fuzzy neural network(LM-FNN) controlle. The control method is applicable over the entire speed range and considered the limits of the inverter's current and voltage rated value. For each control mode, a condition that determines the optimal d-axis current ${^{i}}_d$ for maximum torque operation is derived. The proposed control algorithm is applied to SynRM drive system controlled LM-FNN controller, the operating characteristics controlled by maximum torque control are examined in detail. Also, this paper is proposed the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the LM-FNN controller.

  • This paper is proposed genetic algorithm tuning(GAT) controller for high performance of induction motor drive. We employed GA to the classical PI controller. The approach having ability for global optimization and with good robustness, is expected to overcome some weakness of conventional approaches and to be more acceptable for industrial practices. The control performance of the GAT PI controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. The results of experiment prove that the proposed control system has strong high performance and robustness to parameter variation, and steady-state accuracy and transient response.
