A variety of attempts for trends to overcome the limits of the uniform styles and a fixed dichotomous structure and thoughts, have been made. This research aims to apply and analyze the application of concepts of the liminal space of contemporary architecture based on the destructive inclination of post-structuralism and the theories of philosophers. Space of the past was recognized for a long time focused on functions and styles that support the building. In modern and contemporary spaces, however, the boundary of contemporary space has been blurred with the mingling of cultural phenomenon. In other words, new architectural approaches of expression have been attempted such as structure, styles and materials, in combination of diversified concepts. And, the concept of liminal space is useful to identify the multi-layered and fluid characteristics. This study examines various characteristics of expression on the liminal space characteristics of comtemporary architecture tbased on Herzog and de Meuron's architecture. The result will help us understand the expression and characteristics of the liminal space that belongs nowhere among their architectural spaces. The analysis of the ases of Herzog and de Meuron will play a crucial role in developing new possibilities of modern space and contemporary space of the future.

This research is to provide practical help in learning hair and makeup illustration skills by presenting techniques for hair and makeup drawing; to serve efficient illustration education; and to enhance the status of beauty and contribute to artistic development. Hair style and makeup techniques include graphical one, pattern-centered one, one using pattern paper, simplifying one and mood one expressing image. Of them, this research made the illustrations to use cosmetics, color pencils and pastel based on the graphical technique. for each design of the illustrations, ethnic, sexy, natural, romantic and gorgeous images, which were considered to be appropriate to the graphical technique, were chosen by the researcher out of hair and makeup styles that appeared in the fashion magazines including Vogue, Gap, Mode et Mode from 2000 through 2001. In particular, they were chosen with focusing on basic styles. The summaries below were found with the experience of making illustrations. Various techniques and skills are required to express the ideas of hair and makeup styles. Of them, the graphical technique is very useful as the primary step to learn various techniques and improve drawing skills. First, the graphical technique may enable not only expressing what is desired to draw as is, but also accurately representing hair and makeup designs so as to convey objective expression. In this regard, it is a proper way to achieve its inherent purpose as conveyance of messages. Second, more accurate styling of hair and makeup is available through graphical expression, which helps understand related practical techniques. In addition, makeup illustration, which is expressed through direct makeup products and instruments, may serve skill improvement since such direct use provides the feeling of real makeup. Third, the graphical technique as a basic drawing skill may unrestrictedly show the artist's expression ability. Fourth, although artistic merits implying individuality and creativity should be shared through illustrations that express the artist's ideas or emotions, the graphical technique is the easiest method to beginners who just started learning of illustration, in that it enables expression without highly advanced skills.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the difference in health behavior according to the anger expression styles in patients with coronary arteries disease. Methods: Participants included 99 patients with coronary artery disease who were treated with a percutaneous coronary intervention in K University Hospital in Seoul, from January to March 2012. The survey data were collected using the Anger Expression Inventory Korea Version and the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile Version 2. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, acluster analysis, chi-square test,and ANOVA with the PASW 19.0program. Results: The anger expression styles identified from the cluster analysis were anger-control type(43.3%), anger-in/out type(42.4%), and high anger expression type(14.4%). The total score of the Health Promoting Life style Profile for the anger-control type was significantly higher than the other two types. Additionally, anger-control type showed significantly higher scores than the other two types in all domains of the Health Promoting Life style Profile. Conclusion: These results indicated that higher levels of anger-in and anger-out increased the risk of adverse health behavior and that anger control strategies could have some benefit in reinforcing healthy behavior in patients with coronary artery disease.

This study examined the relations between parents' reactions to their preschool child's negative emotions, coping styles, and peer acceptance. Subjects were 250 5-year-old preschoolers and their parents. Instruments were the Coping with children's Negative Emotions Scale, and coding strategies checklist and peer rating scales for children. Data were analyzed with the SPSS PC + program. Parent's emotion-focused reactions, encouragement of expression and problem-focused reactions were positively associated with both peer acceptance and child coping styles whereas parent's distress, and punitive and minimizing reactions were associated with lower Peer acceptance and child coping styles of venting, denial, aggressive action, and avoidance. In child coping styles, problem solving was positively associated with peer acceptance while aggressive action anti venting were associated with a lower level of peer acceptance. Problem solving tended to be positively associated with peer acceptance, whereas aggressive action and venting tended to be associated with lower level of peer acceptance. (4) There was a statistically significant relations among parent's reactions to preschoolers' negative emotions, preschoolers' coping styles, and peer acceptance. There were the positive relations among parent's supportive reactions preschoolers' coping styles of problem solving and seeking support, and peer acceptance.

The purpose of this study is to survey the learning strategies and learning styles of the undergraduates in international e-trade simulation education. The set of learning strategies are investigated and the analysis is made how learning styles could affect the learning strategies. The subjects of this study were 112 undergraduates majored in international trade and their classes were using e-trade simulation. It is found that the undergraduates' learning strategy level is not high because the simulation education is not common yet in e-trade classes. The levels of self-efficacy and positive attitudes have high level whereas the expression strategy has the lowest. Strong results were not found among undergraduates' learning styles by each of the 11 strategies except two cases. One is that the undergraduates who had experiences of e-learning have higher level of social strategy than those of non e-learning experience group. The other is that the more the students spend the time in the simulation class, the more they have positive attitudes. This study supports that the simulation can increase the effectiveness of e-trade learning.

This study compares and analyzes bridal wedding styles in Korean and Chinese SNS. For this, 715 photos (362 in Korea and 353 in China) collected on social media (Instagram and Xiaohongshu) were used for analysis. The bridal wedding style was divided by item into wedding dress, makeup, and hairstyle, and detailed characteristics of images and designs were examined through content analysis and statistical analysis. First, in the case of Korea, many wedding dresses showed ball gowns and mermaid silhouettes, white colors, and no details and trimmings. As for the makeup, transparent and natural skin expression, straight eyebrows, and pink and peach lip colors were highlighted; and as for hairstyles, many long hair with half-covered ears appeared. Second, in China, a ball gown, mermaid silhouette, and white color are often seen in wedding dresses, and point colors and use of various details and trimmings are noted. The makeup showed a lot of bright skin expression, brown and black eyebrows, and red and brown lip colors. As for hairstyle, a lot of long hair with completely exposed ears appeared. Third, the comparison of bridal wedding styles between Korea and China indicated that China used relatively more details and trimmings in wedding dresses. As for makeup, Korea has a natural image, and China has a classic image. As for the hairstyle, there were many styles in which Koreans had half the ears covered, and Chinese had no bangs and completely exposed ears.

Research on changes of Chinese women's fashion styles was conducted through analysis of fashion images and articles in Chinese fashion magazines since 1980s. Through the fashion magazine research centered on Shanghai, the most developed commercial city having a great influence on the entire fashion industry in China, it examined Chinese fashion styles by period so identified a developmental process of Chinese fashion styles. Based on general understanding of Chinese fashion magazine industry, case study was conducted on "Shanghai Style(上海服飾)". After analyzing 1100 fashion images by period derived from 245 volumes from 1985 to 2013, this study compared fashion styles in 4 periods and analyzed the developments of Chinese fashion styles. Findings from the case analysis based on the classification of fashion styles are as follows. In the early editions, images to give a visual stimulus and express styles more intuitively were frequently used with reported articles. As for the general change of the style in "Shanghai Style(上海服飾)", expression was done centered on casual wear with gradual disappearance of formal wear. There was a tendency entire atmosphere of the style became romantic. Through a comparative analysis between Chinese fashion styles having such developmental characteristic and the global fashion trends, this study identified special characteristics of Chinese fashion style changes. As for common characteristics, firstly, both have a tendency to change into the coexistence of various styles rather than popularity of certain style. Secondly, style was expressed gradually centered on casual wear.

After the outbreak of COVID-19, the demand for home-enjoyable video games has surged, driven by extended pandemic conditions and resulting in rapid graphic technology advancements. Consequently, games with diverse expression techniques have emerged, captivating players. Virtual Reality (VR) environments predominantly feature natural landscapes, with advancing graphic technology enabling lifelike scenes. The rise in individuals seeking solace through natural elements in games has followed suit. As VR technology and metaverse interest grow, more people are exposed to digital imagery. However, evidence on the influence of graphic expression methods on emotional response to that is lacking. Our study examined user emotional responses, focusing on natural landscapes in digital graphics of games. Analyzing a group of 47 young adults as frequent digital media consumers, we studied reactions to different image styles (Realism, Semi-Realism, Stylized). In the analysis, Realism-style images were perceived the most positively, while emotional responses to natural landscapes with different graphical expressions showed no significant differences. Results suggest that recognizing digital natural landscapes may outweigh expression style impacting the evaluation of digital nature. This study's empirical analysis enhances the understanding of digital nature's application to actual situations.

The objectives of this study are to forecast the pattern of adolescents that will appear in the future and to contribute to the creation of the fashion styles that meet their tastes. This study analysed the relationship between the features and the fashion of modem adolescents through a comprehensive perspective. And it was focused on a literature study and empirical study. Specifically, for the fashion style of modem adolescents, the study conducted an empirical analysis of the styles shown in pictures selected around key words out of a total of 21 volumes of ${\ulcorner}$SPORT&STREET${\lrcorner}$ from 2001 to 2006. The fashion style of modem adolescents is developing into a different pattern from the past, and by theme this can be classified into sports style, jeans style, romantic style, vintage style, hip-hop style, future style, humor style and ethnic style. The features of modem adolescents, including collective conformity, personal expression, and receptiveness to new concepts, were expressed by unique fashion styles. It is necessary to create a fashion style that modem adolescents, who have diverse tastes and dispositions and are living in this rapidly changing society, can enjoy it by understanding the nature of their features, such as collective conformity, personal expression, and reception to new concepts.

The purpose of this study is to draw out the features of expressions about Nature in Korean interior design, because the Nature has been being very important theme in the interior space. So, the 68 cases of domestic famous interior designers' works during last ten years were selected from authorized design magazines like as INTERIORS, MARU and so on. And next, the cases were analysed in according to interior image style, design elements used for effect of Nature and the direction of expression(directly or indirectly), As the results, composite expressions with a few elements were found in modern, hi-tech, elegant, minimal and casual styles, while direct expressions with many elements were found in natural and ethnic styles. And main elements for effect of Nature were trees and stones. Among many elements, water and stones became more important elements after 2000 than before. In the meantime the use of composite expressions was being increased and so appeared even in natural and ethnic styles.
