스마트워치의 지속사용에 관한 연구 : 획득유형에 따른 차이 분석 (Continuance Usage of Smartwatch : Differences by Acquisition Type)

  • In the growth of IT industry, interest in wearable device has been globally rising along with the evolution of technology. A Smartwatch is expected to be at the center of wearable device industry in the future. However, there are some concerns that most of its actual sales are caused by gifts or bundling. Motivated by these issues, this study propounds the ideas that to enter the mainstream market, the empirical research is required for actual consumers who continue to use a smartwatch. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors affecting user satisfaction and antecedents affecting continuance intention to use from consumer perspectives. Further, assuming consumers' perceptions will be different according to how they acquired smartwatch, this study classified the group as direct buyers and acquired users. To achieve the purpose of the research, this study analyzes the usage of smartwatch by integrating the IS Success Model and IS Continuance and Habit Theory. We implemented the survey of 338 smartwatch users, and the research findings indicate that information quality and system quality have significant effects on satisfaction, and consequently satisfaction and habit positively affect the continuance intention to use. Additionally, it is found that there was a significant difference in the relationship between satisfaction and habit in the group divided by acquisition type. Based on these findings, this study provides theoretical and practical implications.

SNS에서의 사용자 피로감의 선행 및 결과 요인과 습관의 조절효과에 관한 실증연구 (Empirical Study on Antecedents and Consequences of Users' Fatigue on SNS and the Moderating Effect of Habit)

  • The development of Social Network Service (SNS) has brought many positive changes to the ways people communicate, interact and share information. However, using the SNS does not always leads to in a positive results, particularly when it is addictively used. In fact, the addictive use of SNS results in many negative effects in our society. Recently, SNS users feel negative emotions such as expecially stress and fatigue while using SNS. Thus, the purpose of this study is to empirically examine antecedents of user fatigue on SNS, which can be explained by the degree of Individual, environment and SNS characteristics. This study also examines consequences of user fatigue on SNS. Lastly, we examine the moderating effects of Habit among SNS fatigue, barrier of living and task performance decline. The data for empirical analysis were collected 401 responses on SNS users in Korea. The results of this study are as follows; First, reputation perception, loneliness, unwanted relation, privacy concern, information overload, social presence and interaction are significantly related to SNS fatigue. Second, SNS fatigue, barrier of living and Task performance decline are significantly related to discontinuous usage intention. Third, the moderating effect of Habit of SNS using is found in the relationship among SNS fatigue, barrier of living and task performance decline. Based on the results of this study, Theoretical and practical suggestions were discussed.

난폭운전에 영향을 미치는 심리적 요인 (Main Psychological Factors Contributing to Aggressive Driving)

  • 오늘날 난폭운전은 도로에서 흔히 마주칠 수 있는 운전행동일 뿐만 아니라 운전자나 보행자와 같은 도로 이용자에게 매우 중요한 위험요인으로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 난폭운전과 관련된 연구를 거의 찾아볼 수가 없고 난폭운전에 대한 정의조차 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구들을 바탕으로 난폭운전의 정의를 내리고 이러한 난폭운전에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고된 여러 심리사회적 변인들의 유의성을 계획된 행동이론(Theory of Planned Behavior; Ajzen, 1985)과 Triandis(1977)가 제안한 '습관' 변인을 중심으로 검증하였다. 예비조사에서 국내운전자들을 대상으로 대표적인 난폭운전을 조사한 결과, 난폭운전은 과속운전, 신호위반 운전 및 끼어들기 운전 등의 순으로 보고되었다. 본 조사에서는 대표적인 난폭운전의 세 가지 유형 각각에 대해서 인구통계적 특성을 통제하고도 TPB 변인들과 습관변인들이 유의한지를 알아보았다. 연구결과, 과속운전 의도와 신호위반운전 의도의 경우 주관적 신념, 행동통제력 지각, 습관이 유의하게 나타났으며, 끼어들기운전 의도에서는 행동통제력 지각 및 습관만이 유의하게 나타났다. 과속운전 행동과 신호위반운전 행동은 의도 이외에 습관 변인만이 유의하였으나 끼어들기운전은 의도 이외에 행동통제력 지각 및 습관 변인 둘 다 유의하게 나타났다. 마지막으로, 세 가지 난폭운전 유형 각각에 대하여 계획된 행동이론 모형과 습관 변인을 추가한 대안모형을 검증하여 보았으며 이와 관련하여 연구의 제한점 및 난폭운전 교정프로그램에 대한 함의를 논의하였다.

커피 전문점에서 서비스 습관이 구매에 미치는 영향: 여대생을 중심으로 (Effects of Service Habit on Customer Purchase in a Coffee Shop: Focused on Female University Students)

  • 치열해지고 있는 커피 시장에서 고객들의 커피 구매 메커니즘을 이해하는 것은 점점 중요해지고 있다. 고객들의 커피 구매 결정이 빈번하게 발생하지만, 대부분 서비스 경영 연구들에서 서비스 습관이 중요한 역할을 함에도 불구하고 고려되고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 이런 한계를 극복하고자 재구매 의도와 서비스 습관을 커피 구매의 핵심 선행 요인으로 고려하였다. 그리고 고객 만족, 서비스 품질, 브랜드 인지도가 고객들의 커피 구매 행태에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 제안한 연구 모형은 여대생 233명을 통해 검증하였으며, PLS를 활용하였다. 연구 분석 결과 고객들의 커피 구매는 서비스 습관만 커피 구매에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 재구매 의도는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 고객 만족과 브랜드 인지도는 서비스 습관 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 담당하였다. 또한 서비스 품질은 고객 만족에만 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

인천시내 초등학교 학생의 영양교육 효과 분석 (The Analysis of Effect an Nutrition Education of Elementary School Children , Inchon)

  • Food service management without nutrition education in school foodservice is hardly to improve nutritional status of school children. Therefore, this study was attempted to evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition education. The nutrition education was done for 82 5th grade children of 2 elementary school in Inchon. It has been performed for two month from Sep. 6 to Nov. 11, 1999. Also, to evaluate the effects of nutrition education, subjects were taken pretest for food habit, attitude, nutrition knowledge, and dietary intake through the questionnaires. The statistical analysis of data was completed using SPSS program. The results were summarized as follows : 1) The average height and weight for subjects are 141cm and 34.4kg. Most of the subjects had 2 siblings. 83.8% of the subjects has never been taken nutrition education. Otherwise, 85.2% of the subjects responded that they need a nutrition education. 2) For the food habit test results, the posttest mean scores increased. Food habit on vegetables showed significant difference between pretest and posttest(p<0.05). 3) The attitude test did not show the significant difference between pretest and posttest. 4) For the nutrition knowledge test result, the pre and posttest means were 47.59 and 57.12 respectively(p<0.001). 5) The correlations of food habit, attitude, and nutrition knowledge was positive relationship between food habit and attitude in the pre and posttest. 6) Intake frequency of foods increased for the most foods except meat, egg, milk, and drink as compaired pretest with posttest. Cereal, fish, and oil intake was significantly increased. 7) The intakes of most nutrients were increased, among which carbohydrate, fiber, calcium, and vitamin C intakes significantly different after education. The education period of this study was too short to improve their eating behavior and food choice and may need a long-term education and development of materials for nutrition education.

2년제 식품영양과 여대생의 전공과정 전과 이수 후 영양지식, 식태도, 식습관 변화에 대한 연구 (Effect of Two-year Course of Food and Nutrition on Improving Nutrition Knowledge, Dietary Attitudes and Food Habits of Junior College Female Students)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of two-year course of food and nutrition on improving nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes and food habits of junior college female students by questionnaires. The subjects were 108 college female students enrolled in the department of food and nutrition in Gyeonggi area. The results were as follows: There were no significant changes in the weights and BMI (Body Mass Index) after 2-yr course of food and nutrition. Nutrition knowledge (14.7 vs 16.3, p < 0.001) and dietary attitude (34.3 vs 35.8, p < 0.01) increased significantly after 2-yr course. However, no significant changes in food habit were observed. Among nutrition knowledge, the scores of functions (4.5 vs 5.2, p < 0.001) and understanding (6.7 vs 7.4, p < 0.01) of nutrients were significantly increased. The recognition of nutrition knowledge increased significantly (83.1 vs 95.7, p < 0.001). Among food habit, dietary habit (13.2 vs 12.5, p < 0.01) and health related habit (15.6 vs 14.6, p < 0.001) were significantly lowered after 2-yr course. The change in dietary attitudes showed significantly positive correlation with food habit changes (p < 0.05). These results showed that 2-yr course of Food and Nutrition had improved the nutrition knowledge and dietary attitudes. Therefore, providing the more systematic and appropriate nutrition education to students during their study period will be improved dietary attitudes and food habits.

델파이 기법에 의한 한국 성인의 식습관 조사용 설문지 개발 (Development of a Questionnaire for Dietary Habit Survey of Korean Adults)

  • Objectives: The purposes of the study were to develop a questionnaire for dietary habit survey for Korean adults, and unify the terms related to dietary habits. Methods: The Delphi method by 43 professionals on dietary habit research was applied to unify the terms. Results: With regard to results on terms related to dietary habit, the respondents recorded the highest percentage (90.7%) of selecting the term "dietary habits" and also the highest percentage (76.7%) of choosing "dietary habits" for English. The biggest percentage of the respondents chose "individual dietary behaviors repeatedly formed and habitualized under the social, cultural, and psychological influence in the group" as the concept of dietary habits. The Delphi survey for the development of a questionnaire resulted in the first questionnaire of 31 items, the second one of 27 items, and the third one of 25 items. The validity of questionnaire items was tested with content validity ratios (CVR). The items whose CVR value was 0.29 or lower were eliminated or revised, because the minimum CVR value needed to test validity was 0.29. To test the reliability of questionnaire items, test-retest method was performed in 163 adults. According to the Kappa coefficient in the range of 0.314-0.716, all of the 25 items were in the reliability scope. A survey was taken with 702 adults to finally revise and supplement the third questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested. Conclusions: Through those processes, a questionnaire for adults' dietary habit survey was finally completed. The significance of the study lies in the development of the first questionnaire on dietary habits equipped with both validity and reliability in South Korea.

심리적 식생활 만족도에 미치는 식습관 관련 변인연구 : 학부모 대상의 MSG 사용에 따른 편식행동감소 매개효과 (Influence of eating habits on psychological satisfaction with Food: A mediation effect of unbalanced eating habit among parents)

  • 본 연구는 초중고 자녀를 둔 학부모를 대상으로 식생활 만족도에 MSG 사용, 균형 잡힌 식습관, 주관적 행복감이 미치는 영향을 확인하고 MSG 사용과 식생활 만족도 간의 관계에서 편식행동 감소에 대한 생각이 매개효과를 가지는지 확인해 보았다. 이를 위해 수도권 내 학부모 800명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시하였고 부트스트랩 분석으로 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, MSG를 사용하는 집단이 미사용 집단에 비해 식생활 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며 주관적 행복감이 높고 균형 있는 식습관을 가질수록 식생활 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, MSG 사용이 식생활 만족도를 높이는데 있어 편식행동 감소가 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 식생활 만족도 향상에 MSG 사용이 긍정적 효과를 보이며 이는 편식행동 감소에 따른 것을 시사한다.

OTT 서비스 이용 요인이 OTT 채택 및 요금 패키지별 수용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : Netflix와 Wavve 비교 분석 (A Study on the Influence of OTT Service Usage Factors on OTT Adoption and Acceptance Intention by Plan Package: A Comparative Analysis of Netflix and Wavve)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 UTAUT2 모델의 독립변인(성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 쾌락동기, 가격가치, 습관)들이 넷플릭스와 웨이브 채택의도 및 요금제 패키지별 수용의도에 어떤 인과관계를 나타내는지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 308명에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 통해 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 넷플릭스의 채택의도에는 성과기대, 노력기대, 쾌락동기, 가격가치, 습관이 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 웨이브의 채택의도에는 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 가격가치, 습관이 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 넷플릭스의 요금제별 수용의도에서 베이직 요금제 수용의도에는 가격가치와 습관, 프리미엄 요금제 수용의도에는 성과기대, 습관이 영향을 미쳤으며, 스탠다드 요금제에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 웨이브의 요금제별 수용의도에서 베이직 요금제 수용의도에는 가격가치가 부적 영향을, 습관이 정적 영향을 보였으며. 스탠다드 요금제 수용의도에 사회적 영향, 프리미엄 요금제 수용의도에 대하여 가격가치, 습관이 영향을 미쳤다.

청소년의 흡연에 관한 건강위험행위 연구 -서울시 일부 고등학생을 중심으로- (A Study on Health-Risk Behavior of Adolescent Smoking)

  • The aim of this study is having the status, knowledge and attitude of the high school attendees toward smoking be analyzed, helping to make effective health education methods to diminish adolescent smoking habits. The field self-questionnaire investigation has been performed from Oct 10th through 23rd in 1999. The whole 427 cases were distributed to 1st and 2nd grade students of randomly selected men's high school in Seoul. And 414 cases (97%) were finally selected for analysis after exclusion of cases with insufficient information. The main contents of questionnaire are composed of several sectors; the general characteristics of the interviewees, the relationship with parents, the life style and the peer relationship in school. And smoking-related characteristics are taken into consideration, too. The major findings of the study are as follows: The smoking/non-smoking related factors are, in socio-demographical terms, the grade, average spending per month of the interviewees. And the degree of satisfactory relationship with parents is significant on smoking behavior. The higher, the degree of satisfaction on school life and relationship with designated teacher, the more chances of non-smoking habit. Poor academic grades and peer group dependability of interviewees cause higher smoking habit rate in other way. The self-interviewees grade and cohabitation with parents are also significant on both the attitude toward smoking habit and the knowledge on smoking statistically. The academic history and vocations of the parents and the academic grades of interviewees are also effective variables, but don't make any gap between groups knowledge on smoking. Smoking groups used to have positive attitude toward smoking habit. Both the attitude and knowledge on smoking by the consideration of Quit-smoking have statistically significance. The groups which have negative attitude and high knowledge on smoking quit-smoking into consideration. And the primary cause of quit-smoking is on health by smoking. Depression, stress, adult smoking in the house, peer group pressure, cigarettes advertisements on papers and magazines and smoking scenes on TV have positive correlation on forming smoking habit (p〈0.001) But the knowledge on diseases triggered by smoking has negative correlation on forming smoking habit. (p〈0.05, p〈0.001). Social factors as monthly spending, relationship and communication with parents, the degree of satisfaction in school life, academic grades and student-teacher relationship have crucial negative correlation on smoking habit. That is to say, the higher, the monthly spending is, the worse, the relationship with parents and teachers is, the lower, the academic grades of the student is, the percentage of the interviewees who have smoking habit seems to get higher.
