The purpose of this study is to suggest some policy and theoretical implications for the youth's internet game addiction by analyzing the moderating effects of social support in the relationship of Oiettolie propensity and game addiction behaviors. For the purpose of this study, this study set a research model about the causal relationships among the study variables by reviewing previous studies and surveyed high school students for this research. The analytical results of this study are the followings. First, lack of communication and impulsivity have significant influences on Oiettolie propensity. Second, Oiettolie propensity has a significant influence on youth's game addiction. Third, social support moderates the relationship between Oiettolie propensity and youth's internet game addition. This study suggests some implications for the youth internet game addiction.

A study was performed the analysis for the schedule delay of the public housing. To perform this study, the first study existing research literature on the cause of the schedule delay was considered. The based on existing study, this study selected the cause of schedule delay. For check of the schedule delay, this study was compared the monthly schedule and the work diary. Survey was conducted for using the selected cause of schedule delay. And the importance was calculated for using the AHP method. In a case site, the cause of the schedule delay was analyzed. The last, the delay cause was presented the map of cause of effect the based on the delay cause of a case site.

This study aims to provide the results of a case study, based on the action research approach, in which an user-oriented management system for enterprise information systems operational performance is successful developed and applied. This study performs the research and summarizes the results by adopting 5-step approach of action research, i.e., diagnosing, action planning, action taking, evaluating and specifying learning. The most important lessons learned from the study include (1) operation performance measures should be established to be shared by the management and users; (2) evaluation and improvement activities should be performed continually; and (3) formula to calculate the measure should be evolved so that improvement initiatives can be identified. The results of the study are expected to provide the companies intending to develop a management system for enterprise information systems operational performance with the practical and useful information. In addition, it is expected to suggest the research results that can be utilized as a basis for future research in this area.

We will can do quality of measurement of service that thing is quite abstract concept. Generally, we speak Service of quality that property of a product, usability of use, social quality requirement to a quality of service by wide meaning. A purpose of this study was comparison regarding a way to measure of service quality, and in the insufficient section there was anything, and progress of model study of service left no matter how much focus to it. There is comparative study a few progress of literature of a PZB, SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, model. Desarbo, Huff, Rolandelli, & Choi, (1994: 125-131) proposed that to solve the above model contradiction point, and Presentation called a plan based on to Conjoint analysis. There is Critical point to decide on priority order of proposed model of service measurement. This study has a lot of the pieces which are short by absence of empirical study, but will make a supplementation in next term study.

This paper is experimental study to define the structural behaviors of reinforced flat plate under combined gravity and lateral loads. Specific objectives of this study reported herein are : (1) To study the behavior of a typical slab-column subassemblage under lateral loading. (2) To study the effects of vertical loads on slab-column lateral load behavior. (3) To investigate the post-failure behavior of slab-column connetios. To achieve these objectives, this study includes four tests of slab-column subassemblages that were made for 1/2 scale. Finally, Test results of this study show that the level of gravity load on the flat plate is one of the most important factors determining the lateral behavior of flat plate connections.

In a study, the selection of a relevant methodology cannot be determined without an effort First of all, the philosophical view or understanding of the nature of a study area will be agreed, based on which a series of judgment will be performed on a process identifying a foundation or a validity of a knowledge. The findings are as follows. First, it analyzed the trend of food serviceㆍculinary art-related studies by subject and examined its awareness. The most studies are related to trend analysisㆍfood service, 104 papers, following by financial and strategic fulfillment, 76 papers. Service quality and customer-related studies are 38, individual and organization-related studies are 31 papers, education training 18 papers, while legal review are only 2 papers. Second, for trend analysis and awareness on study methodology, research study is at the first, 39%, following by literature study, 38.7%. Most studies are performed research and literature studies together.

This paper delves into philosophical aspects of institutional household(IH) study. The paper argues that it is also necessary to investigate theoretical, methodological, and philosophical issues, not only prescriptive, practical, and managerial ones, in order to establish a field of study as an independent area of academic discipline. In that sense the paper is expected to contribute to the establishment of "the science of IH" as well as the growth of knowledge in that field. For philosophical discussions, the paper first reviews overall sub-fields of philosophy of science such as ontology, epistemology, methodology, and the debate on human nature. Then, it focuses on philosophical issues relating to the nature of IH including (1) the substance of institutional household as scientific investigation, (2) the epistemological basis of IH study, (3) the possibility of normal methodology in studying IH, (4) the values that IH ought to pursue, and (5) the rationale and autonomy of IH study. In the conclusion section, the paper discusses why the study on philosophical aspects in IH is critical in academic community of family resource management.anagement.

Mirrors often appear in fashion advertisements. This study aimed to analyze meanings of the images represented in fashion advertisements using mirrors. This study analyzed the meanings of mirror image in Western art history, and also studied meanings of female representations in the paintings. Based on previous studies, this study classified mirrors' expressions in three types and analyzed their meanings. To analyze the meanings of the three types, this study researched the symbolic meanings of the mirrors in visual arts chronologically, first. And then, this study interpreted that in the context of consumption cultures and consuming ideologies in view of feminism, consumption ideology, desire theory, and fetishism. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Narcistic body expressions associated with strong and independent women, while associated submissive being overwhelmed by consumption cultures. 2. The method of revealing the female body throughout mirrors was meant to attract the attention of consumer. 3. Multiplied body images meaning was like a commodity in fashion advertisements.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the desiarable selection of nursing. The subjects for this study were made up of 144 R.N. in active service at H. University hospital in Seoul. This study was “Choice of nursing seale”as a tool which was MMPI questionare developed by Beaver（1953）, and was consist of the choice of nursing scals made up to 66 items. The finding of this study related to their personality and their work achievement showed very significant differences： the results of this study are： 1. There was a significance of the difference between the responses of 64 student nurses and 64 College Women in Educations Curricular to Beaver score. (p <.001) 2. There was a significance in Beaver's score between high group(above 82) and low group(below 53) according to head nurses' work achievement score (p <.05) 3. This study had relationship between the personality and the work achievement of nurses. For the reason, I suggest that we had to apply to select the appropriate nurses in Health Field as Hospitals.
