There is necessity to make theoretical structure through systematize pre-production process of edutainment contents to apply edutainment to university curriculum. This purpose to draw components of edutainment contents to make pre-production process of it. It is drew 4 component of on-line based edutainment contents-education, fun, interaction, visualization. Through this research, I expect to present design methodology, the way of transmitting learning information and verification standard of the educational effects of edutainment contents.

In this paper, we Propose a browsing system to reduce the contents retrieval time in the personalized broadcasting system. For this purpose, we add a subgenre table between Classification DS and Summarization DS of MPEG-7 MDS. The subgenre includes a subgenre list to shorten the searching time of contents which we want to find. In addition we divide metadata into event and object using Summarization DS of the MPEG-7 MDS. In this way, the hierarchical browsing of broadcasting contents is made possible. This structure may reduce the complexity of search by storing event and object separately. Our simulation results show that the search time of the proposed system is shorter than that of the previous works.

The effect of excess Bi contents on the ferroelectric properties of B $i_{3.25}$ L $a_{0.75}$ $Ti_3$ $O_{12}$ (BLT) thin films has been investigated. Bismuth lanthanum titanate thin films with excess Bi contents were prepared onto Pt/Ti/ $SiO_2$/Si substrate by metalorganic decomposition (MOD) technique. The structure and morphology of the films were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), respectively. From the XRD analysis, BLT thin films show polycrystalline structure and the layered-perovskite phase was obtained over 10% excess of Bi contents. As a result of ferroelectric characteristics related to the Bi content of the BLT thin film, the remanent polarization and dielectric constant decreased with increasing over Bi content of 10% excess. The BLT film with Bi content of 10% excess was measured to have a dielectric constant of 326 and dielectric loss of 0.024. The BLT thin films showed little polarization fatigue test up to 3.5$\times$10$^{9}$ bipolar switching cycling.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the possibility of whether learning using a math learning platform can be used to expand students' conceptual structure and to consider how to use it. To this end, first-year middle school students studied using a math learning platform. Then, the concept map created was compared and analyzed with the concept map created before learning to examine the change in the concept structure. The results of analyzing the concept map are as follows. First, the change in the hierarchical structure of the concept appeared as the division of the upper concept was subdivided. However, it has also been changed to comprehensively integrate and simplify higher concepts. The term-centered concept structure has changed to content-centered superordinate and subordinate concepts. In the concept structure, subordinate concepts linked to one higher concept were expanded and differentiated. Second, changes in the integrated structure did not form a linkage structure. The expansion of the integrated structure of concepts through learning using the learning platform was influenced by the composition of the learning contents designed in the learning platform.

With the saturation of the local market, the domestic media industry is searching for new growth drivers by crossing over to other industries, but due to the limited size of the market, results fail to meet expectations. Despite its strengths in cultural contents, as verified by the Korean Wave Hallyu, and advanced platform services, the industry feels threatened by the entry of global foreign media businesses in the domestic arena. This and the stagnated growth in the local media market are challenges we are facing today. On the other hand, it could prove to be a timely opportunity to transform the existing media industry structure where exporting hardware and terminals is at the heart of a globalized business into a structure based on software and contents exports. Based on such critical thinking, this study examines the current status of media markets, home and abroad, and aims to come up with strategic measures through a discussion on the issues and methods proposed for the globalization of local media businesses from a holistic viewpoint based on ecosystem, M&A and contents.

As regulations on greenhouse gas emission have strengthened globally, the demand for improved fuel efficiency in automobiles continues to rise. In response, the tire industry is actively conducting research to improve fuel efficiency by enhancing tire performance. In this study, silica-filled epoxidized natural rubber (ENR)/butadiene rubber (BR) blend compounds were manufactured according to ENR types and silica contents, and their physical properties and vulcanizate structure were evaluated. ENR-50, which has a higher epoxide content than ENR-25, exhibited stronger filler-rubber interaction, resulting in superior abrasion resistance. In addition, because of its high glass transition temperature (T_g), the wet grip performance of ENR-50 improved, even though the rolling resistance increased. Increasing the amount of silica had little effect on the abrasion resistance due to the increase in filler-rubber interaction and decrease in toughness. In addition, ENR-50 exhibited better wet grip performance; however, the rolling resistance increased. The results indicated that truck bus radial (TBR) tire tread compounds can be designed by applying ENR-50 to improve wear resistance and wet grip performance. In addition, by applying ENR-25 and reducing the silica contents improve fuel efficiency.

What are main contents of Balanced National Development Five Years Plan? We will study for contents and policies of the plan's six themes. Six themes of the plan are the drive strategy, the rearing of the worldwide progressive cluster, the local promotion in the strategic industry, the formation of the square national circulation road network, the consolidation of the metropolitan area and the independent drop-out region, and the fund and raising plan. And especially, we will study the details of the national land-structure network formation.

The number of broadcasting channels and contents are increasing with the arrival of digital broadcast and various broadcasting medium. However, there is a limit on searching of the program by using conventional program guide. Therefore, personalized broadcasting service to provide the environment, that user is able to consume his/her customized broadcasting contents at anytime, is standardized by TV-Anytime Forum. Especially. the structure of data broadcasting contents have different from that of AV contents. Therefore, it is necessary to new structure of the metadata for personalized data broadcasting service and new mechanism for data flow of broadcasting system. In this paper, we introduce a method for personalized data broadcasting service using TV-Anytime metadata.
