A Study on Governance Structure Improvement of Large Corporate in Our Country (우리나라 대기업의 지배구조 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The governance structure of corporate is very important to raise the nation's economic efficiency and the operation result of firm. However, the innovation of corporate governance structure is a important problem to improve international confidence in our country, since most large corporate in our country has a promodern governance structure to be influenced in decision making of corporate group by minority governance-shareholder. Therefore, in our country the improvement of corporate governance structure is very urgent. This study examine the improvement device of corporate governance structure to be introduced in our country, and present the improvement direction to be suitable to our country's economic circumstance.

Supplier-assembler Network Structure and Capability Improvement of Suppliers in Newly Emerging Vietnam's Motorcycle Industry

  • By analyzing five in-depth case studies of suppliers in newly emerging Vietnam's motorcycle industry, this paper explores the differences in patterns and processes of capability improvement of suppliers who participate in different kinds of supplier-assembler network with different structures. The paper finds the correlation between the kinds of suppliers' capabilities improved and the structure of networks they participate in. While suppliers in arm-length networks can improve more upstream capabilities (structure design, process desist), suppliers in embedded networks can improve more downstream capabilities (process design, process setup, process maintenance and delivery control). Two capability improvement patterns of firms in newly emerging economy are indicated. The first pattern is asymmetrical improvement, either upstream or downstream capabilities, by participating in either arm-length or embedded networks. This pattern obstructs the suppliers to meet the requirements of new buyers rho come from different kinds of network. The second pattern is symmetrical improvement by joining both arm-length and embedded networks.

  • This research aims to evaluated the structure improvement and new product development of valve tester. A valve tester was redesigned for structure improvement and new product development using 3-D design program CATIA. In addition, behavior analysis was conducted on the modeled valve tester using the ANSYS program. The total deformation, stress and strain were obtained by the internal pressure change. This result was applied to the new product development of valve tester.

  • In this paper, we present a robust performance improvement method for the NLCF(normalized left coprime factor) uncertain structure using loop shaping and the structure singular value. For this, we select weighting functions for a loop shaping considering condition numer, and transform the NLCF uncertain structure into the 4-block structure. However, we can't get a good performance on account of the restriction of weighting functions. To cope with this, we motivate the use of structured singular vlaue in the robust performance improvement procedure. After all, the robust performance improvement can be obtained by a factor W$_{a}$ and a scaling factor of D-K iteration.

  • A new structure is proposed to achieve a low sustaining voltage and high luminous efficacy. By measuring minimum sustaining voltage(Vs) discharge current(Ion), discharge(Ioff), and brightness of the light from a 4-inch ac-PDP, performances of the conventional structure and proposed structure are compared. When compared with the conventional structure, proposed structure showed 6.5% Vsm improvement, 22% luminance improvement and 20% light dispersion improvement at the Ne-Xe(8%) gas mixture of 400 torr.

  • Purpose: Clarify the cause of the noise by the front wheel strut insulator, which is located in close proximity to the driver's seat. Methods: The improvement mechanism was confirmed through failure analysis and reproduction test of the joint generation mechanism. In addition, the main factors were analyzed through principal test. Results: This paper describes the mechanism of occurrence of noise due to deterioration and hardness increase of rubber, deformation on severe road surface, foreign matter and water inflow in cold weather. Conclusion: We found that the insulator and body deformation can be minimized without increasing the thickness of the body and the insulator and reinforcing the body by dispersing the input load by applying load distribution structure instead of the local forming structure of the insulator in the insulator robust structure.

  • In this paper, a novel photonic bandgap(PBG) structure is proposed for increasing stropband of lowpass filter without the size increment of circuit for application in microstrip circuits. The proposed structure is connected in parallel two periodic structures which have different center frequency of the stopband. The wide stopband is achieved by two periodic structures of two different stopbands. We also show the performance improvement of microstrip patch antenna by etching of the proposed structure in ground plane.

  • Cash is apt to cause a accident in circulation process regardless of a time, a place and a subject due to its particularity. I propose a good service through circulation harmony by remodeling the system of the structure of cash supply and demand. And I propose accident prevention countermeasure by removing a caxh accident by the simplification, specialization and soientification of money business. I discuss the present condition and the points of cash transportation structure in Chapter 2 and the improvement plan of cash transportation structure in Chapter 3, and conclude in Chapter 4.

  • In this paper, novel methods for improvement of thermal stability of Ni-germano Silicide were proposed for nano CMOS applications. It was shown that there happened agglomeration and abnormal oxidation in case of Ni-germano Silicide using Ni only structure. Therefore, 4 kinds of tri-layer structure, such as, Ti/Ni/TiN, Ni/Ti/TiN, Co/Ni/TiN and Ni/Co/TiN were proposed utilizing Co and Ti interlayer to improve thermal stability of Ni-germano Silicide. Ti/Ni/TiN structure showed the best improvement of thermal stability and suppression of abnormal oxidation although all kinds of structures showed improvement of sheet resistance. That is, Ti/Ni/TiN structure showed only 11 ohm/sq. in spite of 600 $^{\circ}C$, 30 min post silicidation annealing while Ni-only structure show 42 ohm/sq. Therefore, Ti/Ni/TiN structure is highly promising for nano-scale CMOS technology.

Analysis on the Discharge Characteristics of New Cell Structure for Luminous Efficacy Improvement in an AC Plasma Display Panel (교류형 플라즈마 표시키의 발광 효율 개설을 위한 실 구조의 방전 특성 분석)

  • Through two-dimensional numerical simulations, we analyzed the effects of new cell structure for the luminous efficacy improvement in an ac plasma display panel. In the new structure with 5 electrodes, two auxiliary electrodes are arranged between X and Y electrodes with long gap. Through the application of adequate auxiliary pulse on the address electrode, the luminous efficacy in the new cell structure showed the improvement of 52[%] in comparison with that of conventional cell structure with short gap between X and Y electrodes. Consequently, as the short gap discharge between auxiliary electrodes decreases and the long gap discharge between X and Y electrodes increases, the result of VUV generation efficacy shows higher improvement. The reliability of simulation result could he confirmed by the experimental result in the test panel.
