운전자의 개인적 특성에 따른 운전행동의 차이 및 법규위반횟수에 대한 인과관계 분석 (The Analysis of the Differences of Driving Behaviors According to Drivers' Personal Characteristics and the Causal Relationship between Personal Characteristics and the Number of Traffic Violations)

  • 본 연구는 운전자의 지각-운동기술과 안전지향동기와 같은 인지적 특성과 신체적 사회적인 위험을 무릅쓰게 하는 감각추구성향과 같은 인성적 특성, 자신이 지각하는 운전능력과 평상시의 운전행동이 법규위반횟수와 어떤 관계를 맺고 영향을 끼치는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상은 총 352명이며 연구방법으로는 감각추구성향 정도, 운전능력에 따른 운전행동에 대한 차이 검증을 위하여 다변량분석을 실시하고, 구조방정식모형을 통해 인구통계학적 특성(연령, 운전경력), 감각추구성향, 운전능력 운전행동, 법규위반횟수의 인과관계를 분석한다. 연구 결과 운전자가 지각-동작기술이 뛰어나면 다른 도로이용자를 배려하는 긍정적인 운전행동을 많이 하고 안전지향동기가 높을수록 고의적이든 실수로 인한 것이든 법규위반행동은 적게 하고 긍정적인 운전행동을 많이 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 지각-운동기술이 뛰어나고, 감각추구성향이 높으며 안전지향동기가 낮을수록 고의적인 법규위반행동을 많이 하고, 연령이 높을수록 타인을 배려하는 운전행동을 많이 하고 있었다. 운전능력이 우수하고 실수행동과 위반행동을 많이 하고 긍정적인 운전행동을 적게 하는 운전자가 법규위반횟수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. LISREL분석결과, 연구변인들 간 인과관계가 검증되었다(적합도 지수 : $x^2$=341.62(p=.00), GFI=.94, RMR=.10)

패스워드의 정보시스템 보안효과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Information Systems Security Effectiveness of Password)

  • Rapid progress of information technology and widespread use of the personal computers have brought various conveniences in our life. But this also provoked a series of problems such as hacking, malicious programs, illegal exposure of personal information etc. Information security threats are becoming more and more serious due to enhanced connectivity of information systems. Nevertheless, users are not much aware of the severity of the problems. Using appropriate password is supposed to bring out security effects such as preventing misuses and banning illegal users. The purpose of this research is to empirically analyze a research model which includes a series of factors influencing the effectiveness of passwords. The research model incorporates the concept of risk based on information systems risk analysis framework as the core element affecting the selection of passwords by users. The perceived risk is a main factor that influences user's attitude on password security, security awareness, and intention of security behavior. To validate the research model this study relied on questionnaire survey targeted on evening class MBA students. The data was analyzed by AMOS 7.0 which is one of popular tools based on covariance-based structural equation modeling. According to the results of this study, while threat is not related to the risk, information assets and vulnerability are related to the user's awareness of risk. The relationships between the risk, users security awareness, password selection and security effectiveness are all significant. Password exposure may lead to intrusion by hackers, data exposure and destruction. The insignificant relationship between security threat and perceived risk can be explained by user's indetermination of risk exposed due to weak passwords. In other words, information systems users do not consider password exposure as a severe security threat as well as indirect loss caused by inappropriate password. Another plausible explanation is that severity of threat perceived by users may be influenced by individual difference of risk propensity. This study confirms that security vulnerability is positively related to security risk which in turn increases risk of information loss. As the security risk increases so does user's security awareness. Security policies also have positive impact on security awareness. Higher security awareness leads to selection of safer passwords. If users are aware of responsibility of security problems and how to respond to password exposure and to solve security problems of computers, users choose better passwords. All these antecedents influence the effectiveness of passwords. Several implications can be derived from this study. First, this study empirically investigated the effect of user's security awareness on security effectiveness from a point of view based on good password selection practice. Second, information security risk analysis framework is used as a core element of the research model in this study. Risk analysis framework has been used very widely in practice, but very few studies incorporated the framework in the research model and empirically investigated. Third, the research model proposed in this study also focuses on impact of security awareness of information systems users on effectiveness of password from cognitive aspect of information systems users.

Factors affecting Pig Farmers' Adoption of the HACCP System

  • The goal of this study is to determine, based on survey results, the underlying factors that affect the intention of the farmers who have not adopted the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system for the rearing phase of pig production to adopt this system in the future. The research model for this study was con structed based on strategic contingency theory, the theory of the diffusion of innovation, and the technology acceptance model (TAM). Using structural equation modeling with partial least squares (PLS), this study analyzes the effects of the intensity of competition, the environmental uncertainty, the innovativeness and self-efficacy of the individual farmers, and the impact of the credibility of the Agricultural Technology Service Center (ATSC), which acts as the principal agent of technology dissemination and as a leader of change, on the perceived usefulness of technology and the farmers' intention to adopt the system. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, with regard to the underlying factors affecting the intention to adopt the new system, the intensity of competition within the industry and the institutional credibility of the ATSC were inferred to underlie the perceived usefulness. Second, institutional credibility has a positive impact on the perceived usefulness of the system, and the perceived usefulness, in turn, has a positive impact on the intention to adopt. The perceived ease of use also has a positive impact on the intention to adopt. Because the factor that has the biggest impact on the intention of a farm to adopt is the credibility of the ATSC, it is crucial for extension organizations, such as the ATSC, to make greater efforts to promote the expansion of the HACCP system. Because farmers feel that the implementation of the HACCP system is an instrumental strategy for coping with the high intensity of competition within the industry, they attempt to gain a competitive edge through the production of safe livestock products.

서비스제공자의 특성이 신뢰와 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Some Characteristics of Service Provider on Trust and Loyalty in Services Setting)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 탐색속성의 의류서비스, 경험속성의 미용서비스, 신뢰속성의 치과서비스 등을 대상으로 서비스제공자의 서비스제공과 관련된 서비스역량, 반응성, 신뢰성 특성이 소비자의 인지적 신뢰에 미치는 영향과 서비스제공자의 개별고객화 특성이 소비자의 감정적 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 설명하는 것입니다. 또한 인지적신뢰가 감정적신뢰 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향과 감정적신뢰가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 설명하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 설문은 의류서비스, 미용서비스, 치과서비스의 이용 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 표본을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 AMOS 18과 SPSS win 19.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 제기된 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과로는 첫째, 의류서비스에서 서비스제공자의 반응성 특성은 소비자의 인지적신뢰에 영향을 주었고, 이는 다시 감정적신뢰에 영향을 주었다. 그러나 고객충성도에는 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 미용서비스에서 서비스제공자의 서비스역량 특성과 신뢰성 특성은 소비자의 인지적신뢰에 영향을 주었고, 개별고객화 특성은 소비자의 감정적신뢰에 영향을 주었으며, 인지적신뢰 및 감정적신뢰 모두 고객충성도에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 치과서비스에서 서비스제공자의 신뢰성 특성은 소비자의 인지적신뢰에 영향을 준 반면, 개별고객화 특성은 소비자의 감정적신뢰에 영향을 주었다. 그러나 소비자의 인지적신뢰는 고객충성도에 영향을 준 반면, 감정적신뢰는 고객충성도에 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었다.

1인 미용실의 관계혜택이 추천의도와 이탈의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 고객만족의 매개효과 (A Study on the Effects of Solely Operated Beauty Salon's Relational Benefits on Recommendation and Defection Intentions: Mediating Effects of Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 1인 미용실을 이용하는 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택이 고객만족과 추천의도 및 이탈의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 미용과 경영을 융복합하여 조사하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위하여 1인 미용실 이용자 322명을 최종 유효 표본으로 연구를 수행 하였다. 자료처리를 위해 SPSS 15.0과 Amos 18 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 연구가설의 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택 중 확신적 혜택과 사회적 혜택은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계 혜택은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택 중 확신적 혜택과 사회적 혜택은 이탈의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 1인 미용실 고객만족은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 1인 미용실 고객만족은 이탈의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 1인 미용실 고객의 관계혜택과 추천의도 및 이탈의도간의 관계에서 고객만족은 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다.

대학생의 창업의지에 관한 실증적 연구 (Empirical Research on Start-up Intention of Undergraduate)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 창업의지와 관련된 다양한 이론들을 고찰하고, 이를 통해 창업의지의 영향요인들을 도출하여, 다수의 대학생들 대상으로 실험적 연구를 실시하여 그들의 창업의지와 그 영향요인들을 고찰하고자 한다. 첫째, 개인적 특성 (성취욕구, 위험추구성향)이 학생들의 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 대학의 창업인프라가 학생들의 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로, 창업애로사항 (창업실패에 대한 두려움, 경영관리의 어려움)이 학생들의 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 개인적 특성(성취욕구, 위험추구성향)는 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 대학의 창업인프라는 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 창업 애로사항(창업실패에 대한 두려움, 경영관리의 어려움)은 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 창업을 위한 시장이 확대되고 정부의 지원이 증가하고 있는 시점에서 미래 잠재적 전문 경영인인 대학생들의 창업에 대한 의지에 미치는 요소들에 대해 살펴보고, 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 결정요인들과의 상호호혜적인 인과관계를 고찰하였다는 점이다. 이를 위해, 개인적 특성, 대학의 창업인프라, 창업애로사항이 대학생들에게 창업동기부여와 창업의지를 높이는 효과 그리고 창업인재의 발굴과 대학생에게 맞는 창업모델을 제시할 수 있어 대학별로 차별화된 대학의 창업문화가 활성화되어야 한다는 측면에서 학문적이고 실무적인 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

항공사 승무원의 감성노동이 소진과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Emotional Labor on the Burnout and Organizational Commitment among Flight Attendants)

  • 본 연구에서는 항공사 승무원을 대상으로 감성노동이 소진과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악해보고자 하였다. 이론적 고찰을 토대로 감성노동은 표면행위와 내면행위로 구분하였으며, 소진은 정서적 고갈, 탈인격화, 자아성취감 저하로 구분하였다. 편의표본추출을 통해 163부의 설문지를 항공사 승무원을 대상으로 회수하였으며, 결측치가 있는 자료를 제외하고 153부를 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과는 아래와 같다. 먼저 감성노동 중 표면행위와 내면행위는 탈인격화와 자아성취감 저하에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서적 고갈에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 표면행위와 내면행위를 높게 지각할수록 탈인격화와 자아성취감 저하를 감소시키고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 탈인격화와 자아성취감 저하는 조직몰입에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서적 고갈은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 가설 2는 부분적으로 채택되었다. 따라서 소진을 높게 지각할수록 조직몰입에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 효과적인 관리방안이 필요하다. 지속적이고 체계적인 교육훈련을 통하여 감성노동에 대한 관리가 필요하며, 팀별 혹은 소속 부서별로 상담 제도를 활성화하여 감성노동으로 인한 직무소진을 긍정적인 방향으로 유도할 수 있도록 제도적 절차 마련이 필요하다고 사료된다.

공급사슬 내에서 품질지향적 기업문화가 지속가능경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Impact of Quality Oriented Corporate Culture on Sustainability Management Performances)

  • Purpose - Environmental issues, climatic changes, and greenhouse gases are problems to be solved at a global level. With an increased emphasis on the environmental and social responsibility of the management of companies, the manner in which companies approach quality-oriented culture and their individual sustainability management are being discussed as truly important issues to help them secure their competitiveness and growth strategies. This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers not only in expanding their competitive quality-oriented company culture but also in strengthening their sustainability management abilities. This study conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of a quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify research models and hypotheses, the study examined 170 companies using a questionnaire survey conducted over six weeks, and involved the performance of data analysis on 146 samples. Questionnaire responses were calibrated based on a Likert scale. The study used the Smart PLS 2.0 program designed for PLS (partial least squares), an analysis instrument of SEM (structural equation modeling). The study then verified empirical research hypotheses working on reliability analysis, validity analysis, factorial analysis, and path analysis. Results - Among the nine hypotheses, four are accepted and the rest are rejected. A quality-oriented company culture focusing on customer-centered management significantly influenced the maintainability management performance of environmental integrity and social responsibility, while economic profitability was dismissed. A process-focused quality-oriented company culture was significantly concerned with economic profitability but not with environmental integrity or social responsibility. A supply-chain cooperative company culture had a significant effect on economic profitability but not on environmental integrity or social responsibility. Conclusion - This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers expand their competitive quality-oriented company culture as well as strengthen abilities with sustainability management. It conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. There are two main conclusions. First, companies should consider the need for social responsibility management and environmental transparent management-focused maintainability management as avenues to create new markets and business, thereby helping the companies secure a reputation for having a customer and process-centered quality-oriented company culture by creating shared values between supply chains and enabling win-win situations through cooperation. Second, we are marching towards a creative win-win era from a society of conflicts and ruptures. Companies should understand that social responsibility management and supply chain management (SCM)-focused cooperation are the foundations of sustainable development, as they try to improve their culture while pursuing both win-win relationships with interested parties and equity in various conflictive relations.

가맹본부에 대한 신뢰와 공정성이 관계만족과 장기적 결속에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Trust and Justice on Relation Satisfaction and Long-term Commitment in Franchise Business)

  • Purpose - This study examines the adverse press coverage that has increased in proportion to the remarkable growth of various kinds of franchise businesses in the food service industry. Today, the trust of franchisees in relation to their franchisor, and the maintenance of good relations between the two, has become a significant social issue. This study investigates relationship satisfaction and the long-term commitment between the franchisor and franchisee. Research design, data, methodology - We used a path analysis to investigate the relationship between justice and trust, trust and relationship satisfaction, justice and relationship satisfaction, trust and long-term commitment, and relationship satisfaction and long-term commitment. Structural Equation Modeling and a Sobel test were used to investigate the mediating effects of trust and relationship satisfaction. Data were collected from 237 Food Franchisees in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in order to test the theoretical model and its hypotheses. Two research methodologies are generally used in the distribution management field. For this study, an empirical method was used. Results - A causal analysis was carried out to test if the research model has a sufficient fit index (for instance, χ2 = 46.694, df = 10, p = .000, GFI = 0.946, AGFI = 0.850, RMR = 0.034, NFI = 0.966, CFI = 0.973), and the results showed that the model was sufficient, thus demonstrating the suitability of the research model. Each hypothesis had a positive influence, both on long-term commitment and relationship satisfaction. Justice with the franchisor had a positive influence on trust. Relation satisfaction cognized by franchisees was found to positively influence long-term commitment. The franchisee perception of justice in relation to the franchisor had no significant influence on long-term commitment. The study investigated the hypothesis that trust could mediate justice and long-term commitment, and that relationship satisfaction could also mediate long-term commitment Both trust and relationship satisfaction were found to be important for long-term commitment. Specifically, trust sub-factors and justice sub-factors influenced long-term commitment. Identification-based and knowledge-based trust were more important than calculus-based trust. Distributive justice was deemed more important than procedural justice; distributive justice should thus be strengthened. Conclusions - Both franchisor and franchisee were independent businesses. Evidently however, the franchisor could not ensure profit without long-term commitment from the franchisee. As for the success of the franchise business, the franchisor should carry out appropriate strategies leading to a satisfactory relationship. For example, transparency makes it possible to maintain and enhance trust and to improve relationship satisfaction. Just relations between franchisor and franchisee should make it possible to maintain and enhance the franchisee's trust. The franchisor should provide a variety of information with respect to the franchisee's business success. Finally, in order to improve the franchisee's long-term commitment, the franchisor should ensure a just approach with trust and relationship satisfaction among their strategies.

소비자 특성과 소비자 신뢰가 친환경농산물의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 분석 (An Analysis of the Effects of Consumer Characteristics and Consumer Trust on Purchase Intention of Environment-friendly Agricultural Products)

  • Purpose - The environment-friendly agricultural product market in Korea sees continual high growth. Recently, the Korean government has been actively fostering environment-friendly agriculture as an engine of future growth. Korean people have increasingly become more health-conscious and interested in food safety issues. Many distribution and retailing companies have responded with various promotional activities. However, most of these are not strategic and appear to have unsatisfactory outcomes. The main purpose of this paper is to suggest effective marketing strategies for environment-friendly agricultural products. To achieve this aim, the study empirically investigates the effects of consumer characteristics and trust on the purchase intention of environment-friendly agricultural products. Research design, data, methodology - Based on the theory of planned behavior, and previous studies related to the purchase intention and consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products, we set up five study hypotheses. These related to the demographic characteristics of consumers, purchase intention, and behavior of the products. We then set up a study model and four study hypotheses relating to health consciousness, environmental consciousness, consumer trust level, purchase intention, and behavior of the products. The data were collected using a questionnaire given to consumers living in Seoul and southern Geonggi Province. The final sample size is 403 and mean age is 44.3. SPSS 15.0 for Windows and Amos 7.0 were used as statistical analysis tools. Meaningful results were derived using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, a t-test, and structural equation modeling. Results - Empirical results of this research are as follows. (1) First, it is shown that consumers consider such attributes as intimacy and health to be important when they buy environment-friendly agricultural products. (2) We also found that consumers recognize the value of environment-friendly agricultural products as high, but their trust level as low. (3) Consumer groups consisting of married couples, with higher education, higher income, and higher age are shown to have a higher intention of buying environment-friendly agricultural products than any other consumer group. (4) It is estimated that the level of consumer trust positively affects the purchase intention of environment-friendly agricultural products. The path coefficient (.138) between consumer trust and purchase intention is statistically significant at the α = .05 level. (5). It is also estimated that environmental consciousness positively affects purchase intention. The path coefficient (.245) between environmental consciousness and purchase intention is statistically significant at the α = 0.05 level. The standardized path coefficients of consumer trust and environmental consciousness with purchase intention are .556 and .288 respectively. Therefore, consumer trust affects purchase intention more than environmental consciousness. (6) Finally, purchase intention is estimated to positively affect purchase behavior. Conclusions - Based upon empirical results, this research suggests that marketers of environment-friendly agricultural products should focus more on increasing consumer trust levels, emphasizing the training and education of employees. The government also should pay attention to a standardized certification system for environment-friendly agricultural products. Marketers of environment-friendly agricultural products should consider the consumer groups of married couples, with higher education, higher income, and higher age as a major target segment.
