실업계 고등학교 컴퓨터 실습교육의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing the Performance of Computer-Practice Education in Vocational High Schools)

  • 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 실습교육 학습자의 관점에서 교육학에서의 Holton이론과 심리학에서의 TRA(Theory of Reasoned Action)을 통합 적용하여 이들의 학습 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하였다. 서울 소재 총7개의 실업계 고둥학교를 대상으로 604개의 유효설문 자료를 수집하였으며, 분석방법으로는 사회과학에서 원용되고 있는 구조방정식모델을 적용하였다. 구조방정식모델 분석을 통해 나타난 연구결과는 연구모형에서 제안한 바대로 학습자반응, 학습자동기, 학습자능력, 주관적 규범, 학습자태도, 학습내용, 학습의도, 학습행위가 모두 학습 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 심리학 및 교육학에서 각각 적용되어 온 TRA 이론과 Holton 이론의 통합을 시도함으로써 학습 성과를 결정할 수 있는 요인들을 규명한 측면에서 학술적 시사점을 찾을 수 있다. 또한 실무적인 측면에서는 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 컴퓨터 실습교육의 효과적인 운영과 문제점 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

Factors Affecting Enterprise's Satisfaction toward Social Security's Online Public Service: The Case of Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

  • The study aims to investigate factors affecting enterprise's satisfaction and loyalty toward the Social Security's online public services, looking at the case of Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. This study employs samples with 216 enterprises that use online public system of Thanh Hoa province's Social Security. The research model is closely linked to the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988). We propose 23 scales that constitute the quality of service, three scales that constitute Customer Satisfaction and three components that constitute Customer Loyalty. This study use the tool of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirm Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in order to address the question of satisfaction and loyalty. The result shows that the factor with the most impact is Reliability, next is Capacity of staffs, Tangibles, Attitude of staffs, and the least impacting factor is Empathy; moreover, the results also show that Satisfaction has a strong impact on Customer Loyalty. The findings of this study suggest that Thanh Hoa province's Social Security should: (i) strengthen the reliability of online service system; (ii) build capacity for staffs; (iii) develop the responsiveness of electronic transactions systems; and (iv) improve the empathy of staffs.

소비자의 성격유형별 위험지각이 충성도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - MBTI의 판단유형과 인식유형을 중심으로 - (The influence of consumers' personality types on perceived risk to loyalty and purchase intentions - Focusing on the judging and perceiving types of MBTI -)

  • The purpose of the study was to compare two different MBTI personality types by evaluating the influence of perceived risk on brand and store loyalty and purchase intention. 340 questionnaires were used for the analysis. For statistical analysis, SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were performed, and frequency tests, reliability analyses and Structural Equation Modeling were used. The results of SEM analysis, confirmed that one question of brand loyalty and one question of store loyalty were inappropriate for this study. Thus, these two questions were removed and the research model was modified. To determine the goodness of fit of the research model, convergent validity was tested. Most items fell into the goodness of fit, and the average coefficient was fulfilled. According to the results of a path coefficient analysis for the Judging type, perceived risk has a significant influence on brand loyalty and brand loyalty also affected store loyalty. Furthermore, brand loyalty and store loyalty have a significant effect on purchase intentions, but perceived risk did not affect brand loyalty for the Perceiving type. Brand loyalty influences store loyalty and purchase intentions, but store loyalty did not influence purchase intentions. As a result of this study, it is concluded that considering consumers' personality types is critical to developing strategies that enhance brand loyalty.

사용자 인지기능을 매개로 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 사용자환경 디자인이 애플리케이션 이용성과에 미치는 영향 (Smartphone Application's User Interface Design, User's Cognitive Functions, and Work Performance)

  • Nowadays, smartphones have become a portable multimedia computer because of a variety of useful applications in our daily lives, which can be downloaded and installed easily in smartphones. Despite of the fact that, however in the IS literature there has been little research on smartphone applications' user interface design. Specifically, there has been little understanding about smartphone users' cognitive functions as a mediating variable in the relationship between the user interface design of smartphone applications and users' work performance with the applications. Thus, the research aims of this study are to examine 1) the effects of the user interface design attributes including simplicity, consistency, and metaphor on the compliance with or the extension of users' mental models representing users' cognitive functions, and 2) the effects of the users' cognitive functions on their work performance with the applications. A survey was conducted and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) was employed to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that two of the user interface design attributes, simplicity and consistency, strongly affected users' cognitive functions. In addition, users' cognitive functions significantly influenced users' work performance. However, there was no relationship between the metaphors in the user interfaces of smartphone applications and the compliance with users' mental model. This study contributed theoretically not only to explore users' mental models that are rarely investigated in the IS field, but also to add some findings related to users' cognitive functions to the IS literature. This study also can help practitioners to develop more user friendly user interfaces of smartphone applications by suggesting the design attributes, such as simplicity, consistency, and metaphor.

  • 서비스품질에 관한 이론이 우리나라에 도입된 이후 병원, 호텔, 여행, 금융, 통신, 소매업 등 많은 업종에 걸쳐 연구되어 왔으나, 교육 분야에서는 이에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 최근 교육수요자의 요구와 기대에 부응할 수 있는 수요자중심 교육시스템이 교육서비스를 제공하는 대학들의 과제가 되었다. 그리고 시장경제의 원리에 입각하여 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 대학의 교육서비스에도 서비스 품질 개념의 도입이 요구된다. 본 연구는 SERVQUAL에 기초하여 대학의 교육 및 행정 서비스품질의 구성요인을 파악하고, 지각된 서비스품질의 성과가 서비스만족과 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하였고, 이러한 요인들 간의 서비스품질 향상에 주요한 요인을 찾아 이것을 토대로 효과적인 서비스품질 향상방안을 제시하였다.

모바일 식품구매 서비스의 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Factors Affecting the Continuance Intention to Use Mobile Grocery Shopping)

  • Purpose This paper attempts to explain the recent expanding trend in Mobile Grocery Shopping(MGS). More specifically, the authors have applied the Post Acceptance Model(PAM) in order to examine the conceptual structure among the four constructs of 'Expectation Confirmation', 'Perceived Usefulness', 'User Satisfaction', and 'Continuance Intention to Use' in Mobile Grocery Shopping. Design/methodology/approach Through a survey agency, data were collected from a sample of 312 consumers who had the previous experience in Mobile Grocery Shopping. The Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted with the survey data using AMOS 22.0. Subsequently, 8,200 real customer data from an open market site were collected in order to find out their revisit and repurchase behavior. Findings This study supported the causal relationships of Expectation Confirmation → Perceived Usefulness, Expectation Confirmation → User Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness → User Satisfaction, and User Satisfaction → Continuance Intention to Use, but did not support the direct effect of Perceived Usefulness on the Continuance Intention to Use Mobile Grocery Shopping. This implies that consumers with any experience in Mobile Grocery Shopping would not consider repurchase, unless they are satisfied with the experience even though they perceive its usefulness. Also, Expectation Confirmation has much larger effect on User Satisfaction than Perceived Usefulness. In addition, the real customer data showed that the revisit and the repurchase rate of mobile grocery shoppers were higher than those of online grocery shoppers, although the rates of adding to shopping carts, coupon downloads, and adding to favorites are similar.

프랜차이즈 교육기관과 교육콘텐츠의 특성이 교육전이에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Characteristics of Franchise Educational Institution and Contents on the Educational Transition)

  • Purpose: As a research on the effects of the characteristics of franchise educational institution and contents on the educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention, this study aimed to suggest the basic data that could be used for the performance of educational training of franchise headquarters, and also to suggest an empirical research helpful for the development of actual educational system and the operation of curriculum for franchise educational institutions. Research design, data, and methodology: This study selected the trainees who recently completed the training in a franchise educational institution as the samples. The survey was conducted for 20 days from October 1st to October 20th 2018, targeting total 230 people, and total 207 questionnaires were collected (Missing value 23). To verify the validity of the measurement tool used for this study, this study reviewed the factor loading of each factor by conducting the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and then verified the average variance extracted(AVE) and the composite construct reliability(CCR). Lastly, the structural equation model(SEM) was verified based on the research hypotheses and research model. The SPSS Win Ver. 20.0 & AMOS 20.0 were used for every analysis of this study. Results: The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the reputation and interaction of the characteristics of franchise educational institution had significantly positive(+) effects on the educational transition. Second, all the sub - variables of educational contents such as job relevance, education method, and instructors' professionalism had positive(+) effects on the educational transition while the educational transition had positive effects on the organizational commitment, career commitment, and job commitment. Lastly, the organizational commitment and job commitment had positive(+) effects on the recommendation intention. Thus, the trainees with higher organizational commitment and job commitment in a franchise educational institution, showed higher intention to recommend the educational institution to others. Conclusions: The results of this study imply that the franchise educational institutions could increase the actual performance of education such as educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention by increasing interactions within educational institutions and also designing effective educational contents, so that the trainees could highly perceive the educational transition of education.

AI 기반 패션 챗봇 서비스에 대한 소비자 수용의도 -챗봇의 준사회적 실재감 특성을 중심으로- (Consumer Acceptance Intention of AI Fashion Chatbot Service -Focusing on Characteristics of Chatbot's Para-social Presence-)

  • With the steady development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), online stores are adopting chatbot services as virtual shopping assistants. This study proposes the concept of para-social presence to explore the undiscovered role of fashion chatbots' emotional and relational characteristics on service acceptance. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study investigates the effect of a chatbot's para-social presence on service acceptance intention through consumers' beliefs. The web-based experiment was conducted on adult consumers who experienced chatbot services in an online shopping situation. A total of 247 responses were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group SEM by AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 23.0. The findings illustrate that the chatbot's intimacy positively influenced consumers' perceived enjoyment, while the chatbot's understanding had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and ease of use. The chatbot's involvement had a positive effect on all consumer beliefs. Moreover, perceived ease of use had a positive influence on usefulness. A greater level of perceived usefulness and enjoyment positively heightened consumers' service acceptance intention. This study also verifies the moderating role of a need for human interaction. Consumers with a high need for human interaction have a relatively low tendency to perceive chatbot services as useful.

Free vibration investigation of functionally graded plates with temperature-dependent properties resting on a viscoelastic foundation

  • The free vibration of temperature-dependent functionally graded plates (FGPs) resting on a viscoelastic foundation is investigated in this paper using a newly developed simple first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT). Unlike other first order shear deformation (FSDT) theories, the proposed model contains only four variables' unknowns in which the transverse shear stress and strain follow a parabolic distribution along the plates' thickness, and they vanish at the top and bottom surfaces of the plate by considering a new shape function. For this reason, the present theory requires no shear correction factor. Linear steady-state thermal loads and power-law material properties are supposed to be graded across the plate's thickness. Uniform, linear, non-linear, and sinusoidal thermal rises are applied at the two surfaces for simply supported FGP. Hamilton's principle and Navier's approach are utilized to develop motion equations and analytical solutions. The developed theory shows progress in predicting the frequencies of temperature-dependent FGP. Numerical research is conducted to explain the effect of the power law index, temperature fields, and damping coefficient on the dynamic behavior of temperature-dependent FGPs. It can be concluded that the equation and transformation of the proposed model are as simple as the FSDT.

중소기업 수출에서 FTA 정보학습 연관분석 (Associated Analysis of FTA Information Learning in Export of SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 수출 중소기업의 FTA 정보학습의 역할을 실증분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이에 중소기업 수출성과 경로에서 FTA 정보학습의 조절효과를 포함한 통합적 모형을 구축했다. 중소기업의 현지화 전략, 제품혁신 역량, FTA 정보학습의 관계를 수출성과에 연계하여 수출 중소기업 195개를 대상으로 실증분석을 시행했다. 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 경로분석을 시행했으며, 조절효과를 포함한 6개 가설을 검정했다. 분석결과 중소기업의 현지화 전략은 제품혁신 역량에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 반면 FTA 정보학습은 유의한 결과를 보여주지 못했다. 수출성과 선행요인으로 제품혁신 역량과 FTA 정보학습은 모두 유의한 결과를 보여주었다. 조절효과의 경우 현지화 전략과 FTA 정보학습은 제품혁신 역량에 유의한 조절효과를 나타내지 못했다. 반면 제품혁신 역량과 FTA 정보학습은 중소기업 수출성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
