Objectives: This research started with the attempt to comprehend the relationship between household types and psychological stability by linking single-person households to the emotional index "depression." Method: For this purpose, we first compare to see if there is a difference in socio-demographic variables, social relationships, the degree of depression between single households and multi-person households, and to comprehend the relative influence that household types have on depression by taking other factors under consideration. Results: Then based on the results, we compare and analyze the factors that affect the degree of depression on single-person households and multi-person households, respectively. To summarize the results, first of all, residents in single-person households are somewhat older but show lower level of income, education, and health condition compared to peers inmulti-person households. They also had a consistently high level not only in the frequency of contact and emotional connection with families, relatives, and friends, but also in the degree of depression when compared to multi-person households. Secondly, for depression, considering the various factors targeting all the households, the following had a strong influence in the order of "health condition compared to peers," "emotional connection with family," "household types," "emotional connection with colleagues," "frequency of contact with neighbors," "gender," and "age."The degree of depression increases in the following conditions: if the health condition is worse, lower emotional connection with family, single-person household, lower emotional connection with colleagues, lower the frequency of contact with neighbors, female, and older the age. Thirdly, comparing the factors that affect depression by dividing single-person households and multi-person households, "health condition compared to peers" and "emotional connection with family" had the largest effect in common, respectively. In cases of living alone, regardless of other factors, the degree of depression increases with "health condition compared to peers" and "emotional connection with family." Conclusions: On the contrary, in multi-person households, "health condition compared to peers," "emotional connection with family," "emotional connection with colleagues," "income," and "gender" are important.

This paper presents test results on eight reduced beam section(RBS) steel moment connections. The testing program addressed bolted versus welded web connection and panel zone(PZ) strength as key variables, Specimens with medium PZ strength were designed to promote energy dissipation from both PZ and RBS regions such that the requirement for expensive doublet plates could be reduced. Both strong and medium PZ specimens with a welded web connection were able to provide satisfactory connection rotation capacity for special moment-resisting frames. On the other hand, specimens with a bolted web connection performed poorly due to premature brittle fracture of the beam flange of the weld access hole. If fracture within the beam flange groove weld was avoided using quality welding, the fracture tended to move into the beam flange base metal of the weld access hole. Plausible explanation of a higher incidence of base metal fracture in bolted web specimens was presented. The measured strain data confirmed that the classical beam theory dose not provide reliable shear transfer prediction in the connection. The practice of providing web bolts uniformly along the beam depth was brought into question. Criteria for a balanced PZ strength improves the plastic rotation capacity while reduces the amount of beam distortion ore also proposed.

It is necessary to study about moment performance of glulam-dowel connections which had been applied rotation. To analyze and predict the moment performance, angled to grain load was replaced with parallel to grain load and perpendicular to grain load. The dowel bending strength and dowel bearing strength were tested. And tensile strength test for connections of two different end distances was performed. Specimens of rotation test were composed with different drift pin numbers and drift pin arrangement. Connection deformation was occurred by plastic behavior of drift pin after yield when tensile load applied at connection. And the absorbing drift pin deflection by end distance continued the connection deformation. When rotation applied at connection that 2 drift pins were arranged parallel to grain (b2h), it showed similar performance with tensile perpendicular to grain. And connection that 2 drift pins were arranged perpendicular to grain (b2v) showed similar performance with tensile parallel to grain. Connection capacity that 4 drift pins were arranged rectangular (b4) showed 1.7 times as strong as connection that 2 drift pins were arranged parallel to grain (b2h). These results agreed predicted values and it is available that rotation replaced with tensile load.

In this paper, we put a focus with a node cognition section of home gateway for information equipments to operate in a home network environment organically individually. We used an IPv6 protocols on a home network node connection on IP base. A node used a certificate published in a registered process by a home gateway for security. We designed secure node cognition structure to have had strong identification.

Toric variety is a normal algebraic variety containing algebraic torus $T_N$ as an open dense subset with an algebraic action of $T_N$ which is an extension of the group law of $T_N$. A toric variety can be described in terms of a certain collection, which is called a fan, of cones. From this fact, the properties of a toric variety have strong connection with the combinatorial structure of the corresponding fan and the relations among the generators. That is, we can translate the diffcult algebrogeometric properties of toric varieties into very simple properties about the combinatorics of cones in affine spaces over the reals.

Sextic moment problems with an infinite algebraic variety are still widely open. We study the problem with a single cubic column relation associated to 3 parallel lines in which the variety is infinite. It turns out that this specific column relation has a strong connection with moment problems that have a symmetric algebraic variety. We present more concrete solutions to some sextic moment problems with a symmetric variety.

The properties of a toric variety have strong connection with the combinatorial structure of the corresponding fan and the rela-tions among the generators. Using this fact we have described explic-itly the Chow ring for a Q-factorial toric variety as the Stanley-Reisner ring for the corresponding fan modulo the linear equivalence relation. In this paper we calculate the Chow ring for 3-dimensional Q-factorial toric varieties having one bad isolated singularity.

Creation village is to house diverse programs to complete the master plan which was established 13 years ago. The project was asked to envision the second stage leap of the college and also house programs related to the specialized creative activities with dormitory. The site is located right next to the main gate, so the project has very strong and symbolic image by its location. Instant Messenger is a communication tool which allows instant real-time connection between parties through Internet Compared to the most popular Internet communication tool. email. the messenger allows people to check network presence of other parties and to connect in real time among multiple parties. Mostly due to the convenience it provides. use of instant messengers has increased tremendously not only for personal purpose but also for business purpose. However. firms are agonizing about the real impact of instant messenger usage among employees. whether the impact is positive or negative in terms of the productivity, Applying the theory of reasoned action (TRA) and technology acceptance model (TAM). this study sets UP perceived ease of use. perceived usefulness and cultural orientation of individuals as antecedents of adoption and use of the messenger application, Also. the impacts of messenger usage are measured as task productivity and intimacy among colleagues. This study presents several findings about the instant messenger, First. perceived ease of use. and usefulness play important roles in raising the adoption level of instant messenger. Also. culture propensity also maintains strong influence towards the actual usage of the messenger. Among cultural variables. innovativeness, supportiveness and outcome orientation reveal strong positive impacts on adoption and use of the messenger. On the dependent side. use of instant messenger seems to have a strong direct impact on task productivity as well as indirect impact through intimacy. Implications are discussed.
