  • This study looked at the World Martial Arts Mastership's 'non-face promotional media strategies and methods' after the Corona-19 fandom, and found out if they could be applied to other sports events. As a method of research, the promotional media strategy of martial arts mastership was divided into types and in-depth interviews with media agents were conducted. According to the study, hosting an online martial arts competition, building an untact convention platform, and a base education facility can be a successful contest with budget support. Martial arts branding, popularization and industrialization can be a new attempt if ideas and execution personnel are sufficient. If IT technology and Chungbuk martial arts infrastructure are combined, they will be able to pioneer a new model called 'non-face-to-face-to K-sports'.

  • Purpose: This study compares and analyzes the characteristics and progress of existing voice phishing and new voice phishing to present a basic policy plan to prepare countermeasures against new voice phishing based on psychological descriptions. Method: The criminal progress and characteristics of the two were compared and analyzed through damage cases on various portal sites centered on voice phishing crime scenarios. Result: As a result of analyzing the progress of the third stage of new voice phishing, the scenario of new voice phishing that can deceive victims was written more carefully and the scope of the crime was expanded. In the crime execution stage, the victim was socially isolated, reducing the victim's judgment ability, making it more difficult for investigative agencies to investigate, and in the final stage, the continuity and expansion of criminal damage such as extortion of money and valuables are shown. Conclusion: There were differences in the target and scope of the crime and the method of the crime strategy between the two, and the possibility of damage is much greater, so a more efficient response strategy should be prepared.

  • On October 7, 2023, Hamas launched a large-scale surprise attack against Israel and war broke out. On this day, in addition to supplying rockets, they directly invaded Israeli territory in multiple areas using parariders and motorcycles. Considering the security situation on the Korean Peninsula, it is meaningful to consider why Israel allowed Hamas to attack and why it failed to deter the war in advance. Deterrence can only be successful if it is supported by capability, will, communication, and credibility. Although the capability and will were sufficient, and the communication through punitive deterrence had been sufficiently communicated, the failure to deter this war was problematic in terms of credibility. In order to increase deterrence against North Korea's threat, we need to improve customized extended deterrence, convey the will of both Korea and the United States to deter, and increase credibility in deterrence capabilities and execution ability.

  • The current business environment has been characterized as less munificent, highly uncertain and constantly evolving. In this environment, the company with dynamic capability is reported to be more successful than others in building competitive advantage. Dynamic capability focuses on the link between a dynamically changing environment, strategic agility, architectural reconfiguration, and value creation. Being characterized to be flexible and adaptive to market circumstance changes, an organization with dynamic capability is described to have high resource fluidity, which represents business process, resource allocation, human resource management and incentives that make business transformation faster and easier. Successful redeployment of the resources for dynamic adaptation requires organizational forms and reward systems to be well aligned with firm's technological infrastructures and business process. The alignment is considered to be an executive level commitment. Building dynamic capability is knowledge driven; relying on new knowledge to reconfigure firm's resources. Past studies established the link between the effective execution of a knowledge-focused strategy and relevant setting of architectural elements such as human resources, structure, process and information systems. They do not, however, describe in detail the underlying processes by which architectural elements are adjusted in coordinated manners to build knowledge-driven dynamic capability. In fact, understandings of these processes are one of the top issues in IT management. This study analyzed how a Korean corporation with a knowledge-focused strategy aligned its architectural elements to develop the dynamic capability and thus create value in the dynamically changing markets. When the Korean economy was in crisis, the company implemented a knowledge-focused strategy, restructured the organization's architecture by which human and knowledge resources are identified, structured, integrated and coordinated to identify and seize market opportunity. Specifically, the following architectural elements were reconfigured: human resource, decision rights, reward and evaluation systems, process, and IT infrastructure. As indicated by sales growth, the reconfiguration helped the company create value under an extremely turbulent environment. According to Ancona et al. (2001), depending on the types of lenses the organization uses, different types of architecture will emerge. For example, if an organization uses political lenses focusing on power, influence, and conflict. the architecture that leverage power and negotiate across multiple interest groups would emerge. Similarly, if an organization uses economic lenses focusing on the rational behavior of organizational actors making choices based on the costs and benefits of action, organizational architecture should be designed to motivate and provide incentives for the actors (Smith, 2001). Compared to this view, information processing perspectives consider architecture to be designed to maximize the capacity of information processing by the actors. Using knowledge lenses, the company studied in this research established architectural elements in a manner that allows the firm to effectively structure knowledge resources to form dynamic capability. This study is revelatory single case with a historic perspective. As a result of this study, a set of propositions and a framework are derived, which can be used for architectural alignment.

  • This study is to understand sure the primary crime prevention has been incidence as a social problem intended for parents through the analysis of the Crime Prevention Design (CPTED) CPTED element of recognize elements that target crime prevention strategy to effectively help students be and an object of the present invention is to provide a policy suggestion haryeoneunde proposed basic data required for orientation. To achieve the study objectives such as the core framework in this study IPA: Importance-Performance Analysis) also was selected. Subjects of study in 2010 Gyeongju Elementary parents name and were 203 first research group investigating the secondary school population of the region in 2014 to nomadic parents of 297 people sampled selection. Questionnaire that use by this study applies "Important-Performance Analysis : IPA" technique that Martilla & James(1977) presented and analyzed awareness for CPTED elements of strategy for student's crime prevention to elementary school pupil students' parentse. It was the first group, 0.886, 0.920, 0.895 and 2nd group 0.880, 0.906, 0.878 that reliability of (Cronbach' s ${\alpha}$) the importance, and believability of run chart was the first group, 0.880, 0.917, 0.878 and 2nd group, 0.735, 0.840, 0.830.   • Several multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) algorithms have achieved overwhelming results in recent years. They have demonstrated their potential in solving complex problems in the field of real-time strategy online games, robotics, and autonomous vehicles. However these algorithms face many challenges when dealing with massive problem spaces in sparse reward environments. Based on the centralized training and decentralized execution (CTDE) architecture, the MARL algorithms discussed in the literature aim to solve the current challenges by formulating novel concepts of inter-agent modeling, credit assignment, multiagent communication, and the exploration-exploitation dilemma. The fundamental objective of this paper is to deliver a comprehensive survey of existing MARL algorithms based on the problem statements rather than on the technologies. We also discuss several experimental frameworks to provide insight into the use of these algorithms and to motivate some promising directions for future research.

  • In hybrid or electric vehicles, the hydraulic brake system must be controlled cooperatively with the traction motor for regenerative braking. Recently, a motor driven brake system with a PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) has replaced conventional vacuum boosters to increase regenerative power. Unlike industry motor controls, additional source codes such as functional safety are essential in automotive applications to meet ISO26262 standards. Therefore, the control logic execution time increases, which also causes an extension of the motor current control period. The increased current control period makes precise motor current control challenging inhigh speed ranges where the motor is driven by high frequency. In this paper, a PWM update strategy and a time delay compensation method are suggested to improve current control and system performance. The proposed methods are experimentally verified.

RDP: A storage-tier-aware Robust Data Placement strategy for Hadoop in a Cloud-based Heterogeneous Environment

  • Cloud computing is a robust technology, which facilitate to resolve many parallel distributed computing issues in the modern Big Data environment. Hadoop is an ecosystem, which process large data-sets in distributed computing environment. The HDFS is a filesystem of Hadoop, which process data blocks to the cluster nodes. The data block placement has become a bottleneck to overall performance in a Hadoop cluster. The current placement policy assumes that, all Datanodes have equal computing capacity to process data blocks. This computing capacity includes availability of same storage media and same processing performances of a node. As a result, Hadoop cluster performance gets effected with unbalanced workloads, inefficient storage-tier, network traffic congestion and HDFS integrity issues. This paper proposes a storage-tier-aware Robust Data Placement (RDP) scheme, which systematically resolves unbalanced workloads, reduces network congestion to an optimal state, utilizes storage-tier in a useful manner and minimizes the HDFS integrity issues. The experimental results show that the proposed approach reduced unbalanced workload issue to 72%. Moreover, the presented approach resolve storage-tier compatibility problem to 81% by predicting storage for block jobs and improved overall data block placement by 78% through pre-calculated computing capacity allocations and execution of map files over respective Namenode and Datanodes.

  • PDF(Parallel/Distributed Processing) is an internet-based parallel/distributed processing system that utilizes resources from hosts on the internet in idle state to perform large scale application through parallel processing, thus decreasing the total execution time. In this paper. do propose an adaptive method to be changed network environment at any time using realtime monitoring of host. It is found from experiments that parallel/distributed processing has better performance than its without monitoring as an adaptive strategy, which copy with task delay factor by overload and fault of network, be applicable to the cockpits of task allocation algorithm in PDP.
