While the environment of usage of information and technology is getting stable and technology is being developed more deeply due to the globalization, making information, standardization, in order to make a fast response to the new industry strategy and business environment, mutual communication and management of correct and fast information are focused on as fundamental elements of keeping competitive power. Accordingly strategic development of urban transit operation organization, storage of information technology of urban railroad, and buildup of standard information infra are very important, so that computerized information system has been built up standardizing efficient maintenance framework of urban transit facilities. To maintain these facilities efficiently, storing the real-time information by standardizing the maintenance organization and building up computerized information system are very important with management of information history of existing maintenance work. Therefore, for the efficient maintenance of civil facilities among urban transit facilities, standardized facilities classification and definition of management elements, and the plan of designing and building standardized database about civil facilities through standardizing technology resources are described in this paper.

프랜차이즈 경쟁의 심화에 따라 기업은 프로모션에 상당한 재원을 투자하고 있으며, 이에 프로모션의 효과 측정의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 외식 산업에서 이러한 프로모션의 효과를 조사하기 위해 대표적 소셜 네트워크 서비스인 트위터 데이터를 경험적으로 분석하였다. 먼저 프로모션의 간격과 기간, 그리고 계절이 프로모션의 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 통계적으로 입증했고, 나아가 각 요인별로 프로모션의 효과에 영향을 미치는 배경을 파악하여 외식 산업 내 기업의 업종에 따른 프로모션 전략을 제안하였다.

The concept of sustainable development to preserve natural environment through economy in resources and energy is gradually distinguished since environmental problems as a series of air pollution and global warming take place now. Building occupies more than 1/3 of energy consumption in the whole world. Energy consumption of buildings caused a quick increase in the amount of energy use by air conditioning, which has a lot of effects on exhaustion of fossil energy as well as an increase in environmental load. Therefore, this research intends to suggest characteristics and direction for the designing of acclimatization's housing through the case study on acclimatization's housing. Acclimatization's housing is designed to reduce building load from the designing stage unlike green home or low-energy apartment. Also, factors which are commonly applied to acclimatization's housing are applied complexly by design strategic factors of Heating, Cooling and Lighting. The applied design factors make effects mutually and complexly. In addition, design strategy showed different priority by designing direction.

IT 융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업창출을 목표로 국가전략적 차원에서 접근을 하고 있으며 연구자원을 집중 투자하고 있다. 이에 IT 융합은 주력산업을 고부가가치화하고, IT 신산업을 창출할 뿐만 아니라, 범부처적으로 추진하는 신성장동력 육성에 기여하는 첨단융합 산업분야로 부상하게 되었다. 건강관련 융합서비스는 기존의 질병 예방과 관리 중심의 치료기술 산업에서 운동/스포츠 및 재활 중심의 엔터테인먼트체험 산업으로 확장되는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IT 융합에 대하여 그 중요성을 지니는 것만큼 건강운동과 관련된 IT 융합기술개발 동향을 파악하고 기존에 진행되었던 주요 기술개발과 융합산업 발전을 위한 방향에 관한 제언을 하고자 한다.

정부는 공공기관의 자율 책임경영체계를 확립하기 위해 경영관리와 주요사업에 대해 경영실적을 평가하고 있다. 그리고 많은 공공기관이 전략과 IT의 정렬, 정보자원관리, IT 표준화 등을 위해 Enterprise Architecture를 구축 운영하고 있다. 경영평가와 EA 간에는 BSC 기반의 성과관리, PDCA에 기반을 둔 관리 개선 절차 등 많은 유사성이 있다. 본 논문은 두 제도 사이의 유사성과 연관성을 분석하고, 전략관리, 성과관리, 자원관리의 관점에서 경영평가에 EA를 적용하는 방안을 연구한다. 이를 통하여 EA의 활용을 확대하고, 공공기관이 체계적으로 경영평가를 준비하여 성과중심의 경영체계를 운영하는 방안을 제시한다.

The balance of power in conventional forces between the two Koreas works in favor of the South Korea in the Korea peninsula. But, the balancing mechanism between the two Koreas in asymmetric forces like nuclear and missile forces works absolutely in favor of the North Korea. That's why it should be timely for the ROK military to review existing strategy and revise a new counter strategy against the threat posed by the North Korea's nuclear and missile forces. The ROK military is now developing 4D, KAMD, KILL Chain strategies as means to cope with the North Korea's nuclear and missile threats. Considering efforts and resources invested now, the strategies are expected to be in place in next five or more years. However, approaches to those strategies seem to be rather fragmentary and conceptual than comprehensive and pragmatic. The types of strategies against the North Korea's military threats need to be a deterrence in peace time and a fighting and winning in war time in the Korean theater. But, the most important element in the deterrence strategy is the credibility. This study concludes with an new strategic concept titled "ADAD(Assured Defense, Assured Destruction)" as an alternative to existing strategies to deal with the North Korea's nuclear and missile threats.

The purpose of this study is propose an alternative for flight attendants to acquire equipment that could enhance the ability to adapt in flying conditions. Introducing and acquiring weapon system, such equipments should be deeply considered in multilateral aspects; reinforcements in the overall strategic status in the army, the ramifications that can contribute to military resources, and economic situations in the country. To do this, we first induced several criteria that can be used for evaluating alternatives. After that, we applied the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) approach to putting all factors into considerations in decision making for equipment acquirement. The results of this study are expected to have usefulness in formulating strategies and policies in selecting equipment acquisition alternatives for flight attendants.

The grand challenge for the 21$^{st$ century is to harness knowledge of the earth`s biological and ecological diversity to understand how they shape global environmental systems. This insight benefits both science and society. Biological and ecological data are among the most diverse and complex in the scientific realm. spanning vast temporal and spatial scales, distant localities. and multiple disciplines. Environmental informatics is an emerging discipline applying information science, ecology, and biodiversity to the understanding and solution of environmental problems. In this paper we give an overview of the experiences of the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) with this new multidisciplinary science, discuss the application of computing resources to the study of environmental systems, and outline strategic partnership activities in environmental iformatics that are underway, We hope to foster interactions between ecology, biodiversity, and conservation researchers in East Asia-Pacific Rim and those at SDSC and the Partnership for Biodiversity Informatics.
