R&D 비즈니스 모델 구성요인의 상대적 중요도에 대한 연구 -중소제조기업을 중심으로- (The Study on Relative Importance of R&D Business Model_Focused on Small and Medium Manufacturing Firm)

  • 본 연구에서는 중소제조기업을 대상으로 R&D 비즈니스 모델을 구성하는 요인의 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 또한 표본을 기업과 기술의 특성에 따라 그룹으로 분류하여 비즈니스모델의 구성요인의 중요도가 차이가 나는가를 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과 전체적으로는 기술개발의 사업화 성과에는 마케팅역량이 가장 중요한 요인으로, 인프라가 상대적으로 중요도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 세부그룹 간 비교에서는 기술과 기업의 특성 그리고 시장환경에 따라서 비즈니스모델 구성요인의 상대적 중요도는 다르게 나타났다. 따라서 정부가 R&D 자금을 지원 할 때, 기존의 기술개발 자금만을 지급하는 방식에서 벗어나 마케팅역량을 강화하고 기업과 기술의 특성 그리고 시장의 환경변화에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델에 대한 설계지원에 중점을 두어야 할 것이다.

The Influence of the Experiential Marketing Factors of Restaurant on the Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty : Focused on Restaurants in Complex Shopping Mall

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of experiential marketing factors on: 1) brand image, 2) satisfaction, and 3) loyalty in context of restaurants located in complex shopping mall. In addition, the study clarified how these variables relate to each other. Survey were distributed to customers who have visiting experience(s) in a restaurants in complex shopping mall. Total 360 participants were distributed and 344 questionnaires were used for analysing. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM) have been employed research methods for frequency analysis, reliability analysis and measurement model validation. The findings of this study identified that relation factor of experiential marketing elements was only significant factor on brand image Furthermore, sense and recognition were critical components of customer satisfaction. Last, present study also identified the significant relationship between satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue especially for restaurant business located in complex shopping mall.

패션 윈도우 디스플레이의 디자인 독창성이 브랜드 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Design Originality in Fashion Window Display on the Attitudes Toward Fashion Brands and the Purchasing Intention)

  • This study was intended to investigate the designs that are displayed on fashion windows, specifically the originality of its designs, from here on noted as "design originality", and the effects it has on the attitudes of consumers toward fashion brands and their purchasing intentions depending on their level of clothing involvement. For the purpose of this study, 10 pictures of creative fashion window display designs from Fifth Avenue in New York were selected and they were shown to 200 college students in Busan in order to collect data for the analysis. The results are as follows: 1) Factor analysis identified four factors that impacted how consumers judged design originality, uniqueness, humor, favorable impression and advanced design. 2) The four factors of design originality in fashion window display significantly affected consumer's evaluation on usefulness of information provided by the window display, attitudes toward fashion brands and purchase intention. 3) The respondents were separated into two groups depending on their level of clothing involvement. Consumers with high level of clothing involvement showed that they were influenced more by the design originality when making purchase decisions. Especially, the uniqueness factor and advanced design factor had more effect on brand attitudes and purchase intention in high level of clothing involvement group. The results revealed that creative fashion window display design are important marketing strategic tools that affect attitudes of consumers toward brands and their purchasing intentions.

페이스북에서의 프라이버시 패러독스 현상 연구 : 듀얼팩터이론을 중심으로 (Investigating the Privacy Paradox in Facebook Based on Dual Factor Theory)

  • People use social network services (SNSs) for various purposes, for example, to share information, to express themselves, and to strengthen social relationships with others. Meanwhile, problems of personal information leakage and privacy infringement become a social issue and thus information privacy concerns about inappropriate collection and use of personal information increase in SNSs (e.g., Facebook). Although people have privacy concerns in SNSs, they behave in a contradictory way, voluntarily presenting themselves and disclosing personal information. This phenomenon is called 'privacy paradox'. Using dual factor theory, this study investigates the phenomenon of privacy paradox by looking into enablers (e.g., self-presentation) and inhibitors (e.g., information privacy concern) for continuous use of Facebook that can co-exist independently of each other. It also includes antecedents of self-presentation (i.e., narcissism, need for affiliation, involvement, and self-efficacy) and those of information privacy concern (i.e., previous experience of privacy infringement, privacy awareness, and privacy control). The results show that most hypothesized relationships were supported. These findings provide strategic implications for SNS providers who want to promote continuous use of SNS. Under the current circumstances in which enhanced privacy policies are required, this study would be a useful reference for future research on information privacy issues in SNSs.

Kano 모델을 적용한 의료관광교육서비스 품질개선에 관한 연구 (The Quality Improvement of Medical Tourism Education Service Applying Kano Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the quality of medical tourism education services in Korea. Methods: This study used a method of conducting a survey of students who have completed medical tourism education and customer satisfaction coefficient and potential customer satisfaction index were calculated by applying the Kano model. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, Eight medical tourism education service quality factors were classified as an attractive quality attribute. Second, Thirteen medical tourism education service quality factors were classified as an one-dimensional quality attribute. Third, Online education operation factor was classified as an indifferent quality attribute. Fourth, Instructor quality factor and physical environment quality factor showed relatively high better and high worse coefficients. Finally, According to the PCSI index, it was found that the scope of improvement was the largest when focusing intensively on the quality factors of instructors. Conclusion: This study suggests strategic implications for nurturing excellent professional manpower through quality improvement of education services by identifying the quality factors of major medical tourism education services perceived by students.

Critical Factors Influencing Revisit Intention of Large Restaurant Chains in Myanmar

  • Purpose: This study examined how many determinant factors (service dimensions, food quality, and price perception) affect revisit intention. This practical concept is service quality (SERVQUAL), customer satisfaction, and repeated/revisit behavioral intention based on the theory of reasoned action (TRA). Research design, data and methodology: This research applied a hybrid mixed-method comprising exploratory and explanatory sequential design by Creswell (2014). The 400 responses were collected in four townships in Myanmar. This study drilled down to exploratory factor analysis (EFA) followed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) prior to test the hypothesized factor structure of all the variables resulted in the form of the goodness of fit. For further data analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to test the relationships among the variables of the proposed model. Results: The results showed that perceived service quality, food quality, and price perception have direct effects on customer satisfaction and indirect effect on revisit intention. The perceived service quality has the most significant influence while the food quality has the least influence on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: The results are useful for the restaurant managers to better understand the significant strategic choice factors to improve higher quality service amongst restaurants both domestic and international under the stiff competition.

우리나라 항만공사 조직구성원들의 통합의도 및 영향요인 연구 (The Factors Affecting on the Integration Intention among the Port Authority Members in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 항만공사제도의 문제점을 인지하고 이에 따른 비효율을 제거하기 위한 방안으로 항만공사의 통합의도를 분석하였으며, 기업연합의 선행요인이 항만공사의 통합의도에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 개별 항만공사에 재직 중인 내부 구성원을 대상으로 하여 항만공사의 기여도, 자율성, 전략요인, 재무요인, 마케팅요인, 환경요인 등 6개 통합의 선행요인이 항만공사의 통합의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서의 시사점은 크게 2가지로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 첫째는 항만공사의 지역이기주의, 항만 관련기관과의 불명확한 권한과 역할, 항만공사법상 사업다각화의 제한, 항만자치의 제한 등 구조적 문제점을 파악한 것이고, 둘째는 현행 항만공사체제를 유지하면서 비효율을 개선할 것인지 아니면 통합 항만공사체제로 전환할 것인지에 대한 논의의 전개다. 본 연구에서는 항만공사의 비효율을 극복하기 위한 방안으로 내부 구성원을 대상으로 통합의도에 대한 분석을 실시하였는데, 각 항만공사의 통합의도는 전체적으로 낮게 나타났으며, 조직차원으로 살펴보아도 전략요인, 재무요인, 마케팅요인, 환경요인 등 각 요인에 따라 통합의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 경우와 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 경우 등 다양하게 나타나 본 연구에서 통합에 대한 결론을 맺는 것은 성급한 판단이라 생각된다. 다만 급격한 통합 항만공사체제는 효율성을 제고 할 수 없을뿐더러 각 지역별 항만공사의 특성을 잘 살릴 수 있다고도 할 수 없다. 따라서 항만공사의 통합에 대한 논의는 더욱 다양한 관점에서 지속되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과는 항만공사의 통합을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 현행 항만공사제를 유지한다 하더라도 본 연구에서 언급한 우리나라 항만공사제도의 문제점을 통해 우리나라 항만공사의 발전전략을 수립하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

수도권 정비 권역별 입지 경쟁력 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Competitiveness of the Alignment Zones in the Capital Area)

  • In the context of sustainability which is understood as equilibrium among three elements; human, space and time, the imbalance within the Seoul metropolitan area hinders its own area or the nation from development. Claims for the balanced development in the area are set up on the premise that there is a locational order of priority among the zones named 'overpopulation suppression', 'growth management' and 'conservation'. Based on the systematic consideration of competitiveness this study adopts the premise as a research hypothesis. Factor scales derived from the factor analysis, a kind of multivariate dependence analysis play an important role in this research process since they are measured by interval-ratio level and can be used for dependent variables in the statistical analysis. The hypothesis test carried out by means of the analysis of variance(ANOVA) concludes that the hypothesis assuming no difference in the competitiveness is rejected but the alternative hypothesis of the locational order mentioned above should be adjusted. Eigenvalues derived from the factor analysis could be used as weights for aggregate factor scales and the scales show that the priority is in the order of growth management - overpopulation suppression - conservation zones. This finding has also a significant implication that the countermeasures to cope with the lowering of the competitiveness resulted from the continuous and absolute restraints should be provided. And strategic approaches which are composed of key factors for each zone are deducted from in-depth review. (1) overpopulation suppression zone; health-welfare, educational base, public service factors, focusing on health-welfare one, (2) growth management zone; public service factor and (3) conservation zone; health-welfare, educational base factors, also focusing on health-welfare one.

여성기성복 상표이미지의 포지셔닝에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Positioning of Brand Image of Ready-made Lady Wear)

  • This study intends to provide strategic positioning of brand image analysed from the view point of perceptual dimensions of clothing consumers. Consumers are segmented on the basis of the attributes of brand image, and in each segment, perceptual map is composed according to multidimensional scaling. The results are as follows; 1. According to the Benefit Segmentation, it is statistically significant that the consumers are divided into 'product-factor oriented group 'and' image-factor oriented group'. 2. From the analysis of perceptual map upon the 'similarity of brand image,'image-factor oriented group 'perceives more differently than 'product-factor oriented group' 3. From the analysis of perceptual map with the evaluation of attributes of brand image, price, promotion and design are significant determinants in 'total consumer group'. In addition, store image is significant determinant in' image-factor oriented group' and quality is significant determinant in' product-factor oriented group'. According to the evaluation of consumers on 8 brands with determining attribute-vector, ranks of brands in each segment are similar in the vector of price and promotion but different in the vector of design between segment groups. 4. From the analysis of perceptual map upon the preference of brand image, the distribution of preference and position of ideal point are different between segment groups. 5. With evaluation of purchase habit, statistically significant differences are found between groups segmented in the degree of importance of attributes, purchasing motive, purchasing time, sources of information and expenses for clothes.

온라인 고령친화용품점 품질 요인 및 고객 만족에 관한 연구 - 고령친화용품을 중심으로 - (A Study on the On-Line Senior Mall's Quality Factor and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 연구들은 인터넷의 특성을 고려하지 않은 채 오프라인 시장의 서비스품질 측정 도구를 그대로 적용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 상거래에서처럼 환경적인 요소도 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 고려하여 시스템품질로 규정하고, 서비스품질과 더불어 고객만족과의 관계를 파악하는 것이 중요하다고 보았다. 즉, 시스템품질과 서비스품질 중 어느 품질 요인이 고객만족에 더 많은 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 시스템품질 요인과 서비스품질 요인과 고객만족 요인인 타인에게 적극적으로 쇼핑몰을 추천하는 애호도와 전환성과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 살펴본 후 이에 따라 고령친화용품을 중심으로 다양한 고객의 욕구를 충족시키는데 필요한 품질전략을 제시하고자 하였다.
