SWOT분석을 통한 사회적 경제조직의 전략과제 정립에 관한 연구: 충남지역을 중심으로 (A study on Establishing Strategic Tasks for Social Economic Organizations through SWOT Analysis: Focusing on Chungnam Region)

  • 본 연구는 사회적 경제조직(충남지역)의 활성화를 위한 전략과제와 전략방향정립을 위해 기존 문헌자료를 바탕으로 SWOT분석하였으며, 분석된 SWOT결과를 전문가를 통하여 전략과제와 전략방안을 다음과 같이 정립하였다. 첫째, 사회적 경제조직에 대한 SWOT분석결과 강점(S), 약점(W),기회(O), 위협(T)에 대한 요인에 대해 각각 4개 요인으로 총 16개 요인을 도출하였다. 둘째, 사회적 경제조직에 대한 전략과제는 SWOT분석을 통해 정립된 요인에 대해 SO전략, ST전략, WO전략, W전략에 대한 1제를 도출하였다. 셋째, 사회적 경제조직의 활성화를 위한 16개의 전략과제에 대한 전략방향은 다음과 같이 정립하였다. 전략방향 1은 '사회적 경제조직의 지원정책 기반 고도화'로 사회적 경제조직이 지속가능 경영체계정립으로 자생력을 향상하기 전략방향으로 정립하였다. 전략방향 2는 '사회적 경제조직의 성장기반 조성'으로 사회적 경제조직이 자생적으로 성장과 발전할 수 있는 전략방향을 의미한다. 전략방향 3은 '사회적 경제조직의 발굴 및 육성'으로 사회적 경제조직이 지역 내 다양한 문제 해결할 수 있도록 지역특성에 부합된 조직을 발굴하고 육성하여 지속성장할 수 있는 전략방향을 의미한다. 전략방향 4는 '사회적 경제조직의 홍보 및 육성'으로 하였으며 이는 사회적 경제조직의 자생력 확보를 위한 홍보와 구성원 교육 육성에 대한 전략방향을 의미한다.

소셜미디어 기업의 전략적 방향성에 따른 이용자들의 전환 의도 연구 (Social Media Performance: From the Perspective of Strategic Direction of Social Media Firm and User's Dependency on Social Media)

  • This study sought to look at why Facebook and Twitter, which have dominated the social media market, are moving away from other services. To this end, we sought to identify the causes of churn in terms of firm-level strategic direction and resource allocation, which have not been actively presented to the studies. For this purpose, this study divides the social media firm's strategies into horizontal expansion strategy and vertical integration strategy based on the existing reports and researches, and how each of the representative firms' strategies affects users' switching behavior. As a result, there was a significant difference in the strategic direction of the social media firm, when a horizontal expansion strategy is taken, user's switching intention is higher than when a vertical integration strategy is taken. In addition, the switching intention according to the level of dependence showed that the lower the dependence on social media, the higher the intention to switch to other media. The findings are expected to provide highly realistic and concrete strategic alternatives for a variety of economic actors, such as individuals and companies who want to do business using social media.

A Study on the Impact of Management's Strategic Leadership and Management Strategy on Organizational Performance: Focusing on Small and Medium Venture Companies

  • We study empirically analyzes the relationship between the leadership styles and management strategies of executives perceived by members of small and medium venture companies through organizational performance through SPSS 24.0. The empirical results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that the strategic leadership of the one-level management team had a significant influence on the management strategy showed that strategic leadership (strategic direction, strategic control, maintaining effective organizational culture, ethical management, human resource development, competency development) The relationship between positive cost, strategy of differentiation, and strategy of concentration was positive. Second, the hypothesis 2 management strategy (cost advantage strategy, differentiation strategy, centralization strategy) was statistically significant for both organizational performance (financial performance and non-financial performance). Therefore, management strategy implemented by management acts as a factor to improve organizational performance. Therefore, the execution ability of management strategy should be strengthened. Third, hypothesis 3 (Strategic Direction, Strategic Control, Maintaining Effective Organizational Culture, Ethical Management, Human Resource Development, Competency Development) could be identified as an important role factor for financial and non-financial performance. The organizational performance of SMEs has been a key factor in the strategic leadership and management strategy implemented by management. Therefore, the establishment and implementation of various practical measures to upgrade this were continuously required.

  • In this study, a methodology is investigated for the development of social responsibility program employed by major domestic companies under social pressure. It is true, however, that its infancy in history and lack of experience makes it difficult to run novel programs for the companies on their own and it naturally leads to copying and/or slight modification of what others do. Utilizing widely accepted SWOT analysis, stakeholders analysis and PDCA Cycle, a methodology for the successful programs with sustainability is proposed by reflecting business nature and strategic direction. Three real cases are analyzed. In addition, relationship and position with social welfare organizations is elucidated.

통합기술수용모형을 활용한 해외직접구매 사이트 관리방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on Management of Overseas Direct Purchase Site Using UTAUT Model)

  • As the overseas direct purchase market grows rapidly, firms are setting up various strategic directions to attract consumers. However, many previous researches on this issue have focused on consumption behavior based on consumers' motivation and demographic factors, so there is a certain limit to suggest practical implications for firms. Therefore, this study proposed modeling to understand how firm's strategic direction influences consumers' acceptance behavior in order to overcome these limitations. For this purpose, this study conducted a survey on 357 domestic consumers and conducted empirical analysis through structural equation model analysis. As a result, the effort expectancy of overseas direct purchase site has a strong influence on consumer intention as much as performance expectancy. We also found that product variety had the strongest impact on performance expectancy and that web site reputation directly affected consumers' behavioral intention as well as purchasing behavior.

Strategic Model Design based on Core Competencies for Innovation in Engineering Education

  • As the direction of education in the fourth industry in the 21st century, convergence talent education that emphasizes the connection and convergence between core competency-based education and academia is emerging to foster creative talent. The purpose of this paper is to present the criteria for evaluating the competency of learning outcomes in order to develop a strategic model for innovation in engineering teaching-learning. In this paper, as a study to establish the direction of implementation of convergence talent education, a creative innovation teaching method support system was established to improve the quality of convergence talent education. Firstly, a plan to develop a teaching-learning model based on computing thinking. Secondly, it presented the development of a teaching-learning model based on linkage and convergence learning. Thirdly, we would like to present educational appropriateness and ease based on convergence learning in connection with curriculum improvement strategies based on computing thinking skills. Finally, we would like to present a strategic model development plan for innovation in engineering teaching-learning that applies the convergence talent education program.

SWOT·AHP를 이용한 부산항 경쟁력 평가요인과 발전방향에 관한 연구 (Competitiveness Evaluation Factors and Strategic Development for the Port of Busan using the SWOT·AHP Method)

  • 부산항은 세계 6위의 컨테이너 항만이자 국내 1위의 수출입 항만이다. 급변하는 대외 환경과 심화되는 글로벌 항만 간 경쟁으로 부산항 경쟁력의 유지 및 향상이 쉽지 않다. 부산항은 국가 산업적으로 매우 중요한 산업 인프라임에도 최근 부산항 발전전략을 다룬 연구는 경쟁요인의 일부분만을 다루거나, 전략들에 대한 우선순위 제시가 부족했다. 본 연구는 선행연구와 전문가 검토를 통해 부산항 경쟁력 평가요인에 대한 SWOT 매트릭스를 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 계층분석구조 모형을 구성하였다. 다음으로 산학연관 전문가를 대상으로 SWOT·AHP 설문지를 배포, 분석하여 부산항의 발전에 중요한 경쟁력 요인들에 대한 우선순위를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 부산항 발전방향에 대한 S/O, S/T, W/O, W/T 전략방향 및 과제를 제시하였다. 본 연구가 국가의 부산항 운영과 발전전략 수립에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대해본다.

지역 대학 e-Learning 센터의 전략적 역할분석에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Assessment of the Strategic Roles of e-Learning Center in the Community of Local Universities)

  • Today, many universities are confronted with the changing education paradigm such as e-Learning, Distance Education, Virtual University. This IT-based learning paradigm shift is certainly a new opportunity or a threat to our universities. The Local University Community e-Learning Centers that support the demand of e-Learning for their community are recommended. Tn order to operate these centers efficiently, the strategic roles of the e-Learning center should first be defined. To define the strategic roles, We classified the strategic roles of the e-Learning center into four dimensions, (1) to improve management efficiency, (2) to enhance educational service, (3) to acquire competitive advantages, (4) to build new education infrastructure, and each dimension has S or 6 measurement items. As result, to enhance the educational service was considered as the most significant factor among the four dimensions of strategic roles, and the infrastructure building was the next. Through the strategic roles definition and analysis of expected role ratings, we could have recommended the direction and operation policies of the e-Learning centers.

To overcome this problem the universities should think e-Learning as strategic weapon, such as many firms created competitive weapons from the information systems at the 1980s. So, e-Learning system can be a SIS(Strategic Information System) which supports university's future education strategies. To build a e-Learning system, not only many H/W and S/W resources but also expert personnels are required. An organization such as local university who is week at financial status can't himself plan the system. The Local University Community e-Learning Centers that support the demand of e-learning for their community are recommended. In order to operate these centers efficiently, the strategic roles of the e-Learning center should first be defined. To define the strategic roles, We classified the strategic roles of the e-Learning center into four dimensions, (1) to improve management efficiency, (2) to enhance educational service, (3) to acquire competitive advantages, (4) to build new education infrastructure, and each dimension has 5 or 6 measurement items. 혁신역량과 공급사슬 외부통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 (The impact of innovation capabilities and supply chain external integration on performance)

  • 최근 기업 간 공급사슬의 통합은 기업의 중요한 프로세스로 볼 수 있다. 이는 기업간 개별 경쟁에서 공급사슬 경쟁으로 넘어가는 과도기적 환경에서 특히 중요한 이슈라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업이 보유한 혁신역량과 공급사슬 외부통합 간의 관계, 공급사슬 외부통합과 기업성과 간의 관계를 미국기업들을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과 혁신역량인 조직역량과 전략역량은 각각 공급사슬 외부통합인 정보통합과 전략통합에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또, 공급사슬 외부통합인 정보통합과 전략통합은 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
