The strategic UAV for theater level ISR(Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) mission typically has numerous ground targets over area of responsibility(AOR) or area of operation(AO). It is necessary to automatically incorporate these multitude of ground targets into mission planning process in order to collect ISR images before actual flight mission. In addition, weather information such as wind direction and/or velocity may have significant impacts on the qualities of collected sensor images, especially in SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) images. Thus weather factors in the operation altitude should also be considered in the mission planning stage. In this study, we propose a novel mission planning scheme based on target scheduling and deviation correction method incorporating weather factors.

오늘날 대학은 지식 및 정보혁명에 대응하여 새로운 가상학습모델(가상대학, E-Learning)의 도입과 같은 교육 패러다임의 변화기에 놓여 있다. 이러한 변화기에 가상대학은 분명 대학에게 새로운 기회와 위협을 주고 있다. 만일 대학이 가상학습모델의 지원을 위한 가상대학시스템을 구축하고, 이를 미래의 중요한 전략적 요소로 인식한다면 가상대학시스템은 대학의 입장에서 볼 때 중요한 전략적 정보시스템이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상대학시스템을 대학의 중요한 전략정보시스템으로 인지하고 이에 대한 체계적인 전략계획수립을 위한 하나의 프레임웍을 제시하며, 가상대학시스템 전략수립에 있어 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 집단인 교수자의 의견과 요구사항을 분석하여 이들의 요구가 가상대학 전략수립에 어떻게 반영되어야 할 것인지를 제시하고자 한다.

Background: Family planning is widely practiced today to resolve the over-growing population and overcome obstacles that thwart socio-economic growth. While Ghana was the first country in Africa to implement family planning program, its birthrate is still twice as much as world average due to weak infrastructure and strategic plans to enforce the policy. Thus, there is a need to objectively verify the factors that affect family planning of fertile women of Ghana. Methods: Total of 630 self-administered questionnaires were distributed from April 8 to 17 of 2013 to collect data. Six-hundred eighteen questionnaires were analyzed, excluding the 12 incomplete questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using PASW SPSS ver. 18, and logistic regression analysis was performed to verify the factors that affect practice of family planning. Results: Satisfaction with health and medical facilities, experience with family planning education and awareness of birth control methods significantly affected practice of family planning. Based on analysis using odds ratio, enforcement rate of family planning increased by 4.574 times when the subjects were satisfied with health and medical facilities, by 3.920 times when received family planning education, and by 3.284 times when they were aware of birth control methods. Conclusion: By adopting family planning education program, government should be able to change fertile women's perception of family planning. A strategic plan is necessary in order to increase access to medical facilities, improve service satisfaction, and induce women to enforce family planning voluntarily.

A variety of enterprises have Implemented ERP system on the promises of feasible strategic benefits. The objectives of this study are (1) to classily and analyze the motives and critical success factors o the enterprises'ERP system adoptions, and (2) to measure their impacts on the business performance. The data for this research were collected from 43 cases in Korea that have operated ERP system for more than 6 months after the implementation. This study results reveals that the Information strategic planning and business strategy establishment prior to ERP adoption and the demands of field people activate as critical triggers In the larger firms Among the six critical success factors, training was statistically significant for all of four performance measures control, cost reduction, quality and service, and work efficiency. And other findings are furnished. Also the larger company group In the sales volume has shown the higher performance except work efficiency.

Objectives: This study aimed to assess the priorities among the environmental factors on, and to build core strategies for fostering Korean medical tourism. Methods: We used an A'WOT hybrid method which combined SWOT with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), that is, the strategic factors in each strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats group were selected by medical tourism experts' opinion, and then the importance of the factors in each SWOT group were pair-wise compared. Results: The results presented that the opportunities and the strengths groups are relatively more important than the other groups. The key competitive factors include high-quality human resources of traditional medicine, modernized system of Korean medical institutions, and local governments' willpower to promote herbal industries. Conclusions: Based on the results of analysis, it is suggested for government to build a timely strategic plan, to enhance cooperative activities with the private sector, to organize local resources, and to provide marketing support.

기업에서의 비즈니스 전략 및 정보시스템의 역할은 다양하게 나타나고 있는 정보기술 환경으로 인하여 다양한 변화 및 융합을 시도하고 있다. 특히 빅 데이터의 등장과 더불어 지식기반 분석은 비즈니스 정보시스템 구축을 위한 전략적인 계획분야에서도 중요한 의미를 지니게 되었다. 다수의 연구들과 실제적인 응용을 통해서 정보시스템 전략 프로세스에 영향을 주는 조직적, 기술적, 환경적 요인들이 구체적으로 소개되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템 계획에 영향을 주는 요인들을 입력, 프로세스, 출력의 절차적인 계획 프로세스에 포함시키고 있다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 계획을 수립하는 데 있어서 요인들과 정보, 프로세스 사이에 존재하는 의사소통 구조 요소를 발견하고 그 융합에 대해 연구한다. 비즈니스 정보시스템 프로세스 융합을 통하여 전략 목표를 평가하기 위한 프로세스를 분석한다.

Information Systems Planning(ISP) has gained considerable interest among researchers and practioners in recent years because of the impact of information systems on organization performance. This study aims at analyzing organizational characteristic factors, information system characteristic factors influencing ISP's performance. The organizational characteristic variables are considered organizational strategy, organizational culture, and managerial leadership. And the IS characteristic variables are considered IS resource and IS strategic role. The ISP's performance variables are measured BP-ISP integration effectiveness and ISP efficiency. For data on the 493 sampled company, a mail survey using a questionnaire was conducted in this study. The following results were obtained. First, there was significant relationship between organizational characteristics and ISP's performance. Specially, organizational strategy and organizational culture affect the both of BP-ISP integration effectiveness and ISP efficiency. Second, there was significant relationship between Information Systems characteristics and ISP's performance. Specially, IS resource and IS strategic role affect ISP efficiency.

Understanding what lies beneath the relationship between ISP and its implementation is an significant area of inquiry in the ISP research. Through an empirical analysis and complementary case examples the current study examines this relationship at six different university sites which undergone both of these processes years from 1995 to 2001. The face-to-face, in-depth interviews were conducted to those participated in both of these processes. A questionnaire survey was also conducted to same participants to elevate the quality of the validity and reliability of the measures. Due to the limitation of the access to the data, it was not possible to compare how similar the final implementation outcomes are from what was originally planned in ISP to some sites. However the study finds that such organizational factors as management support, communication, and organizational culture at the ISP play an important role in the implementation process. This paper proposes that these organizational factors although little they seem to directly affect each individual elements in the implementation process, its latent impact is critical as a whole.

본 논문은 도시계획에 관한 국내 및 해외 선진국의 기후요소 평가기법을 고찰하여, 국내 기후요소 평가기법의 문제점과 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 국내 제도로는 도시기본계획에 대한 사전환경성검토와 도시관리계획에 대한 환경성 검토를, 국외 제도로는 독일의 도시계획 및 지역계획에 대한 전략환경평가를 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 및 국외제도에서의 기후요소 평가기법을 비교 분석하였으며, 도시계획에 대한 도시기후요소 평가기법을 국내에서 활성화하기 위한 시사점을 평가요소, 평가방법 및 평가를 위한 기반자료 측면에서 제시하였다.

Many enterprises have implemented packaged enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions rather than system development on the promises of feasible strategic benefits. Typical feasible benefits include adoption of global standards and processes through a proven integrated system, continuous version upgrading by vendors, and thus the easiness of system maintenance. The objectives of this research are to identify what makes a post-implementation success of ERP system and to figure out the critical issues and factors for the successful upgrade of packaged ERP systems. This case study was conducted based on five different organizations that have experienced system upgrade implementation. Success factors of ERP system upgrade include (1) clear statement of upgrade goals, (2) good coordination and communication among the implementation partners, (3) thorough management of customization and maintenance history including documentation, (4) Planning of system requirements of higher version, and (5) redefinition of role between business departments and IT department.
